Disgraced real estate mogul Oren Alexander has been accused of sexual assault by Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Tracy Tutor.
Oren, along with his brothers Alon Alexander and Tal Alexander, were previously indicted on sex trafficking charges, which are currently playing out in court. Tracy says she was just one of their alleged victims.

Tracy filed her lawsuit on Thursday, March 5, according to court documents reviewed by Us Weekly. She claimed Oren drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2014.
According to Tracy’s lawsuit, the alleged assault happened when Oren was still a major player in the real estate industry. Tracy was seeking work at his firm, and she received an invitation to fly from Los Angeles to New York to meet with him and other executives.
During the trip, the former MDLLA star claims that someone handed her a “large pink drink” and she blacked out after consuming it. The lawsuit alleges that someone later found Tracy “out of her mind” in the men’s bathroom. Oren allegedly had his shirt off and was “touching her in her intimate areas.” She said her tampon had been removed.
Oren denied the accusations, but they arrive as his and his brothers’ case moves forward with jury selection. Oren’s lawyer accused Tracy of strategically timing the lawsuit to garner media attention.
His lawyer said, “This appears to be nothing more than a transparent attempt to create headlines and taint the proceedings at a critical moment. We are confident the jury will focus on the evidence presented in court, not on opportunistic litigation tactics.”
