Waitrose has dropped its Christmas ad for 2025 and it is already being called one of the top festive shorts of the year.
The four minute film, The Perfect Gift, stars Keira Knightley and Joe Wilkinson in a sweet rom com style story that starts with a meet cute at the cheese counter and ends with a warm pie note on a doorstep.
It leans into the feel of classic holiday films, with a simple love story, light jokes and a big final moment.
