Ever since former Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson were named in Epstein files, their daughter’s, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, have been lying low. One of the princesses has even stepped down from her role as patron of British-based charity Anti-Slavery International.
However, given how things are shaping up, the Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie “don’t see why they should slope away” when they have “done nothing wrong.”

Ex-Prince Andrew’s and Sarah Ferguson’s names in the Epstein files caused major uproar within the royal family. Not only was Andrew stripped of his titles and honors, but he was also asked to vacate his massive mansion for a smaller home. Even his ex-wife had to leave the lavish mansion to find her own accommodation.
However, amidst all the controversy, their daughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, were also affected. They allegedly started lying low. Moreover, Eugenie had to step down from her role as patron of the British-based charity Anti-Slavery International, an organisation she has supported for years.
But their friends told Daily Mail that the whole episode has left the princesses emotional and slightly enraged as they “have a great sense of public duty.” Moreover, they were “always happy to carry out engagements when asked by their grandmother [the late Queen Elizabeth] or by other members of the family.” That is why the royal sisters “don’t see why they should slope away like criminals when they’ve done nothing wrong.”
The news comes days after Eugenie reportedly considered a career move, shifting her base to California to work with Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle. She has also been warned that “associating with them could cost her ties with the royal family, and end very, very badly as she could end up leaving their employ and then end up struggling,” a source told RadarOnline.
The insider even added that the princess is contemplating the move as she is not only worried about her “own direction and long-term stability,” but also about her kids. Eugenie thinks moving to the U.S. can help her shield her children, August and Ernest, from the controversy surrounding her family.
