Jenelle Evans Opens Up About Her Daddy Issues
Jenelle Evans launched her website, Jenelle Evans: This Is Life, this week. “Go deeper with me,” the main page reads. “I want to invite you into my world. I want you to see the truth beyond the headlines.”
A couple things: 1) Haven’t we already seen enough of Jenelle‘s world on 16 & Pregnant, Teen Mom 2, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Mugshots.com? 2) The truth according to whom? Jenelle? HaHaHaHa!
I digress. In her first blog, Jenelle offered some background information about her relationship with her estranged father. The original title of this blog post was “Daddy Issues” but she changed it to “From the Heart.”

“A lot of people ask and wonder about my biological father; where he is, why isn’t he in my life,” blogged Jenelle. “Wow, I keep deleting what I write because I have idea where to begin and how to put my thoughts into words. I grew up with my older brother, sister, father, and mother up to the age of five or six from what I can remember. We grew up in Scranton, PA.”
About her father, Jenelle said, “He always knew how to put a smile on my face while singing old songs to me in the car, like Red Hot Chili Peppers and rock music while driving around town in the car running errands. I would love to hear his voice because he actually was a great singer and used to be in a band with Chevy Chase and had blonde hair down to his butt!”
Jenelle went on to say that her mom, Barbara Evans, and her older siblings always had a “sour attitude” towards her father. “Later on I found out there was a huge reason behind that,” she added. “I’ll save that for my book.” <eye roll>
“My mother and father never got along. There was always arguing and physical altercations in my household growing up,” said Jenelle. Sound familiar? “They decided to get a divorce and he moved out. I remember that broke my heart pretty bad, even being so young. I went from seeing him everyday and listening to his soothing singing to nothing but silence at night and my mom yelling at my brother and sister for some reason or another.”
Jenelle said her visits with her dad stopped when Barbara re-married.
“My mother meeting my step-father – to me, I’m guessing – made my father feel like he shouldn’t even be involved anymore,” lamented Jenelle. “Another man stepped into his children’s lives and he just gave-up. The last time I saw my father … my step-father was standing on the porch with us waiting … I honestly feel like my mother did on purpose. A few minutes later, I saw my own father drive past the house after seeing my step-dad standing on the porch. He didn’t stop to pick us up for our visit. I was torn into pieces.”
Jenelle explained that she moved from Pennsylvania to North Carolina a few years later. Her father called once, but she was the only one who wanted to talk to him, “I asked my father where he’s been and he said, ‘Home. How are you?’ and I said, ‘Good, when are you coming to visit me?’ and my mom grabbed the phone and said, ‘We can set something up, but you need to come here.’ Ever since that talk I have not seen or spoken to my father.”
“To this day I have no idea whether it was the best choice for me to cut ties with him, like my mother tried to make me do, or if my father just didn’t want anything to do with us anymore,” shared Jenelle. “This thought is always on my mind, but until I get to speak to him, it will never be answered. Maybe one day we will reconnect once again. Love you daddy.”
Jenelle concluded, “I don’t what happened <she needs an editor> in the past, everyone has a past but everyone can change. I know he loved his kids and if he didn’t he would not have tried to be in our lives in the first place. Questions are sometimes best unanswered.”
In a nutshell, Jenelle‘s father isn’t in her life (not news) and Jenelle knows why her mother hates her father but she’s saving that juicy piece of information for her book (so what was the point of the blog). Jenelle needs therapy, not a blog.

Kyle Richards And Heather Dubrow Compare Notes On Their Real Housewives Shows
Kyle Richards was the guest this week on Heather Dubrow’s podcast, “Heather Dubrow’s World,” talking about why this season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills felt so different from last season, what she thinks of the new cast members and so much more.
Heather shares that she binged watched the past four episodes of RHOBH the night before and she’s obsessed with this new season. Kyle agrees that it’s really good this season. Kyle says that last year was such a “crazy season, with Amsterdam and all that stuff and it was really draining. I mean, the stress was out of control. And you think ‘where do you go from there?’ And this season there are people coming up and they’re just loving it. I think it has a lot more depth this season.” She adds that people love to see the women’s lives and real relationships. And she’s right! We don’t need the forced pot-stirring.
Heather agrees. “For our show (RHOC), [last season], it was the highest rated season and I think it’s because it’s the first year that people who self-produce and stir stuff up just to get a paycheck – they were all gone. And so what it was really about was actually a group of people that ARE friends and that have relationships.” Hmm..who do you think she was referring to? Alexis? Gretchen? Lizzie?
Kyle agrees. She says on their show they may argue and have their moments but they’re all great women who are smart and have it together and are genuinely great people. “Yes, we have moments, but at the end of the day you can FEEL that we care about each other.”
Heather says she likes to watch Beverly Hills because she likes to see where the ladies go on vacation. Heather jokes that their show is ghetto when it comes to the cast trips and the BH ladies get to travel all over the galaxy. Heather launches into a comedic bit about how they’re nickled and dimed on RHOC and the ladies of the BH have been to Italy twice in ONE season. She laughs about the Beverly Hills private planes and they (on OC) have “like the pony express”. But Heather reiterates that she likes watching it on Beverly Hills.
Heather explains that when she was cast on Orange County, they plucked her – she didn’t have an existing connection/friendship, but now they do. Heather says again that she thinks part of the reason last season did so well is because now they are all truly real friends.

Heather asks Kyle what she thinks of newbies Erika Jayne and Kathryn Edwards. “I think they’re wonderful additions. I think they’re great for the show, I think audiences are enjoying them. With some of us they fit in really well and with others not at all.” She says, “I love Erika. I loved her from the second I met her.” Heather agrees and says that Shannon Beador is OBSESSED with Erika.
On Kathryn Edwards, Kyle admits that she liked her immediately, “but there was that connection with Faye so it was a little awkward in the beginning.”
Heather and Kyle both share that their best friends aren’t on the show and they don’t want them to be. Kyle says a lot of her friends will be extras in the background at parties and such but they do not want to be on camera and Heather’s friends feel the same. We’ll see one of Kyle’s BFFs in episode coming up, but just small shots of her head because she tried so hard to stay off-screen.
Heather did reveal that one of her best friends tried out for the show. She was terrified that if she got on the show it might change their relationship, but she would’ve been happy for her if it had worked out.
Kyle and Heather discuss the crazy world of reality TV. Heather says it’s like a multi-level thing – first there’s doing the filming, then there’s what you think is going on on the show and then there’s what gets edited and then you see what everyone else has filmed and what everyone says in their interviews and then what everyone says in their blogs. They both agree their co-stars can be vicious in their blogs. Heather rants that a few years back some of her co-stars refused to write their blogs until they saw everyone else’s blogs first so they could respond to what had already been written. Kyle says she’s been accused of that but hers are late because she doesn’t have the time and she HATES writing the blog, but she does try to at least Tweet about the show where she can.
Kyle talked about getting cast on the show and also about how embarrassed she is that she can’t seem to control her emotions – and tears on camera. She admits that she tries to control the tears and getting emotional over everything, but she just can’t help it.
Kyle reveals that people are always suggesting that Mauricio should do a show based on The Agency, but Kyle says they are way too busy and that Mauricio is a businessman and not interested in doing more reality TV right now. She says before housewives she was totally content just being a mom and a wife, but now she has the show, her store, writing a book, etc.
Kyle and Heather chatted about their experiences on their respective shows and actually talked so long that they had to cut the podcast and break it up into two parts! Next week we’ll hear Kyle dish on Brandi Glanville not returning to the show (which is sorta mentioned above, but in vague references), Yolanda Foster’s health and so much more. We can’t wait. 😉

Lisa Rinna And Harry Hamlin On WWHL; Which Housewife Would Lisa Invite Into A Threesome?
Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin were Andy Cohen‘s guests on Watch What Happens Live last night. They dished a little bit about their marriage, a little bit about Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and a little bit about which co-star Lisa would invite into a threesome with herself and her Harry Hamlin. Also, Kyle Richards “won” another poll. Yikes.
Andy showed a preview clip for next week’s RHOBH, on which Yolanda Foster is grilling her co-stars about the Munchausen accusation, and asked Lisa if she regrets bringing it up. “I don’t regret anything actually,” she said. “I never regret anything. I learn from things that I do, always, and I grow and I learn. It’s been a great experience in a lot of ways, but I don’t regret.”

Text to Kim Richards – “Go girl.” On a more serious note, “She can be impulsive from time to time, and I do have to watch out for her. But that’s why I married this girl. I got the whole package.”
Lisa gushed, “That’s a supportive husband right there. When you really eff up and he supports you, that’s everything.”
Which of her co-stars does Lisa complain about to Harry the most? “Lisa’s not a complainer,” shared Harry. “That’s one thing I love about her. We talk about all the people on the show and we always end up saying something good about everybody on the show. We try to see the silver lining.. there are always a lot of clouds but we try to see a silver lining.”
Andy asked Harry if he’s had any nip/tuck on his face. Harry said no, and Lisa backed him up, “He’s done nothing. I can tell you, not a thing, and I think that’s how guys should be,” jokingly adding, “I’ve done plenty for both of us.”
How did Lisa and Harry meet? “Lisa was working in an eyeglass store in 1992, and she was closing up one night and I was having dinner with the owner of the store,” shared Harry. “She came in to give him the keys and that’s how we first actually met and talked.”

Was it love at first sight? Lisa, “No.” Harry, “Yes.”

Dance Moms Recap: Bollywoodn’t
Abby Lee Miller was notably absent on last night’s Dance Moms, but apparently her attendance isn’t required for ridiculous drama.
After Abby’s “resignation” on last week’s episode, the veterans and newbie moms are unsure of their direction, having relocated to a new studio. As the elite team and their mothers ponder their next move, Nia breaks down over haters on social media. Gia is taking over for Abby, and she’s not really the pyramid type. In lieu of solos, Gia has opted for duets. Kalani and Nia are thrilled to be paired together. Minis Peyton and Alexus are recycling a duet originally danced a few seasons ago by Chloe and Asia. Brynn and Kendall will be dancing the final duet, and Ashlee interrupts to ask if Brynn’s choreography will be more difficult than Kendall’s moves. Um no, Gia reminds Ashlee that they will be doing the same dance. As the moms bicker with Ashlee, Gia realizes that a group dance featuring the elites and the minis is going to be a lot harder than anyone anticipated.

The guest choreographer wants to know if we recognize him from So You Think You Can Dance. That’s a negative. In the viewing area, the original moms hound the mini moms about why they still want to compete without a leader. Jill reminds them that the elite team follows Gia because they are a true ALDC team…the minis are not invested. They are all distracted by the hot mess that is the group Bollywood routine. Holly recognizes that Abby has truly set them up for failure with these circumstances.
As the minis practice, Alexus‘ mom Tiffanie is concerned about Peyton’s ability to pick up the choreography, not to mention she feels as if Peyton’s mother Kerri is a ticking time bomb. Kerri is, indeed, peeved that she is here for Abby’s direction, and she’s stuck with Gia. As the Bollywood dance crashes and burns around the minis, Holly reveals that Debbie Allen has requested Kalani and Nia come to a class at her famed studio. Holly is over the moon, and she’s able to escape the fray before Tiffanie and Kerri go head-to-head.
Across town, guest teacher Ieasha has arranged for Nia and Kalani to participate in an African dance class with Debbie. The girls are excited to be working with such a legend in the industry as Holly fills in Debbie on Abby’s latest antics. Debbie graciously offers the ALDC to come train with her in the interim. She heaps on the praise, and Holly can’t help but notice how receptive Kalani and Nia are to this approach after always being belittled by Abby. The following day, Holly excitedly relays Debbie’s offer, but Melissa isn’t biting. She wants her girls to dance for the ALDC, and she doesn’t want to alienate Abby in the event she returns. Jessalyn agrees with Holly…they would be crazy to turn down the opportunity to train with Debbie Allen.
The women are quickly sidetracked by the mini-moms who had their own stand-off over practicing at the hotel. Jill hopes that the mini moms won’t reflect poorly on the guest choreographers…that’s her job! As the elite duets rehearse, it’s clear that Kendall only has one facial expression…cheery. She doesn’t know how to play a dark character. Kalani and Nia work on their duets, and both girls are completely drained. Melissa claims that Kalani admitted to be the most stressed out she’s ever been. Ashlee quips that it must be hard for Kalani to have to work for something given that most choreography comes easily to her. Melissa dismisses her dig and questions whether Kerri is as worried as everyone else about Peyton’s ability to grasp the choreography. Without question, she is.
On the day of competition, the veteran moms notice that the minis mothers are very tense. It turns out that the night before, Kerri reveals that she almost called the cops on Tiffanie for filming (or so she thought) her interactions with her daughter. Kerri calls Tiffanie and not so nice name, and Tiffanie bursts into fake sobs. Jessalyn can’t contain her glee while watching the exchange, and she accuses Kerri of cracking under the pressure of her daughter’s inability to learn the dances. When Gia offers a critique to Peyton, Kerri grabs her daughter and storms out much to the producers’ dismay. Holly and MacKenzie rush to the rescue to support Peyton and convince Kerri to return. Peyton and Alexus‘ duet goes off without a hitch, although they are no Asia and Chloe!
Kalani and Nia totally rock their duet, and Holly is beyond proud of both girls. They are the definition of professional, hard-working dancers. Brynn and Kendall? Not so much. Kendall is sporting a leather bustier, a purple mohawk, and a big ol’ smile. Ashlee is quick to cite Kendall’s inability to play a dark character, and Jessalyn interjects to shame Brynn’s late turns. Jill wants to know why the moms need to be talking about anyone’s daughters anyway…again, that’s her job! Kerri is worried that if the group number is a bust, all the moms are going to blame her child. Well, duh. The Bollywood costumes are amazing, and the minis aren’t nearly the hot mess they were in rehearsal, save Peyton watching every move of the child next to her. The moms feel redeemed, and the elite girls totally saved the dance.
When it’s time for the awards ceremony, Alexus and Peyton score the top spot in the mini duet category. Kendall and Brynn’s number garners third in their division, and Kalani and Nia’s duet wins first place for the teens. The mini mothers are terrified that their girls will be the cause of a lower place, but luckily the ALDC scores the overall highest group number. Kerri apologizes for her erratic behavior as the elite moms urge the mini mothers to work together as a team…just like they do. How did she just say that with a straight face?

Não demorou muito para Daniel começar a espalhar seu discurso de justiça pela casa do “Big Brother Brasil 16”. Ainda sem entender a eliminação de Laércio, enquanto estava na cozinha, ele deixou seu lado “paz e amor” um pouco de lado e mandou um recado para Ronan.
“A justiça tarda, mas nunca falha. Conhece? Pode esperar”.
“Você é falso pra caramba! Só isso”, devolveu o estudante de filosofia.
“Ser educado é uma coisa, achar que você é amigo de muita gente aqui é diferente. Você faz o seu jogo aí e eu continuo sendo do meu jeito aqui. Você não vai me enganar nunca. Tá achando que eu sou moleque? Que eu sou otário?”, respondeu o empresário.
Ronan não fugiu da provocação.
“É moleque! Você tem alguns anos a mais do que eu, mas é molecão! 40 anos nas costas e um moleque. Usou o cara que nem um peão, coitado”, disse Ronan sobre Laércio. “O pactozinho dos quatro mosqueteiros existia”, lembrou Ronan, sobre ele, Daniel, Tamiel e Alan durante a primeira liderança do programa.
“Quando você infernizava a nossa cabeça lá no quarto”, retrucou Daniel.
“Infernizava? Quarenta anos na cara! Você é moleque! O Alan foi o único que falou que não ia votar na Cacau. Foi o único”, reforçou o estudante de filosofia.
Depois, foi a vez dele e Ana Paula acertarem as contas.
“Segundo o Daniel, a justiça teria sido feita ontem... Então alguma coisa você pensou errado. Então repense a meu respeito. O que falo aqui, falo na frente de todo mundo. Sei exatamente o que estou fazendo”, disparou a jornalista.
