Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and her husband, Mauricio Umansky, announced their separation in 2023. The couple’s relationship has remained amicable, and they even sometimes travel together as a family with their daughters. Yet, neither Kyle nor Mauricio has pulled the trigger and filed for divorce.
During Season 15 of RHOBH, Kyle opened up about her post-separation love life. She admitted to her co-star, Erika Jayne, that she had been in love. “You know, if I’m in love with somebody, I want to share that,” Kyle admitted. “But that doesn’t mean that the person I’m with feels the same way.”

Unfortunately, Kyle’s romance with that unnamed person ended. However, Mauricio’s dating life has been going strong. He has been photographed, standing in the street or in airports, kissing younger women. As his daughters so delicately told him, he is in his “ho” era. And Mau seems to be embracing it like this is his calling.
However, one person who wasn’t thrilled about Mau’s inability to be discreet was Kyle. During RHOBH Season 15 Episode 7, Kyle was dining with Bozoma Saint John and Dorit Kemsley. “When you first saw pictures of Mau, did it ever cross your mind, ‘I wanna file?’” Dorit asked Kyle. And Kyle responded, “Yes.” Everyone at the table was stunned.
“Why didn’t you?” Boz asked. “It’s a very big decision, and it’s scary,” Kyle stated. “I’m thinking about everybody.”
Just as Dorit was asking if Kyle and Mau could reconcile, Mau appeared at the table. Perfect timing! When Dorit asked Mauricio if he had thought about filing for divorce, he responded, “No.” Meanwhile, Kyle was shocked. “I’ve never asked him that,” she murmured to Boz.
