Gordon Ramsay has been fixing broken restaurants, on and off, for 14 years now: First on Channel 4, with Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares, which came to the U.S. in 2007 as the Fox-ified Kitchen Nightmares. That ended, mercifully, in 2014, though the basic idea lived on in three seasons of Hotel Hell.
