Double Dare is returning to Nickelodeon this summer

In the fall of 2016, Nickelodeon aired a special for the 30th anniversary of Double Dare. At the time, a Nickelodeon executive told me the special's ratings would “decide the fate” of the show, but the idea then was that the show would return with Marc Summers as host.
