Vicki Gunvalson is still standing firm, declaring that she is not guilty of anything in the whole cancer debacle and she is tired of Shannon Beador indicating otherwise. She took to her Bravo blog to share that she is fed up.
Vicki is now in the stage of her post-breakup process where she’s referring to Brooks Ayers only as “him.” We knew he was the Lord Voldemort of the Real Housewives of Orange County but now he’s truly “he who shall not be named.” She blogs, “When I went to Meghan and Jim’s party, I went in with a thought that if I see Shannon, I will simply remove myself from wherever she was. She has continued to put out to the universe that I am a liar, and I’m fed up with it. Everyone who knows me, knows my heart and knows I would never do anything like Shannon is accusing me of. I didn’t lie about “his” illness and I don’t understand why she is so fixated on this topic.”
She continues, “Everyone who knew “him” and I, experienced the same thing I did and also believe(d) he was/is sick. I don’t know anything more than that and I’m done talking about it. I’m also DONE with her and her continued negative attitude and bashing of me and her bullying me. I’ve told her over and over again, her desire to keep my ex-boyfriend’s name and the problems I went through with him in her vocabulary is her problem and her issue. I have zero desire to utter his name, speak about him or think of him ever again. It’s been over a year since we have broken up, I’ve moved on so why can’t she? She has zero compassion for what I went through, and I can’t spend any more time discussing it with her.”
Vicki then slams Shannon for being rude by confronting her at the party. “When Shannon came up to me at the party and wanted to confront me about not acknowledging that I called her, I thought it was inappropriate timing and just plain rude. I know after I was hurt, she really didn’t care about me or how I was recovering so why make a fake phone call. I think she called me only to save face because the other ladies were so nice to me and questioned her and her lack of compassion (without me prompting them to). I’m finding out that Shannon will follow Tamra’s lead around like a little puppet. If she thinks that Tamra thought she should have phoned me or come up to me at the party, then that’s the only reason why she did it. It wasn’t sincere at all.”
Vicki explains her main issue was that her castmates could not be bothered to even just drop off some clothes for her at the hospital, not that Shannon didn’t come to visit. “Tamra thinks that I was upset that Shannon didn’t see me in the hospital which was true, but also I saw (as you all did) that Tamra and Heather thought she should have shown up too. It wasn’t just me. I had asked if one of them could run to the store and grab me some inexpensive sweat pants, t-shirt, and sandals so when I was discharged I had clothes to wear home since they were cut off when I got to the hospital. It’s not like I needed her to hold my hand, just a quick stop in to see if I needed anything would have been nice. I’m over it, moved on and really know now I can’t count on those two for help. It’s fine, I get it.”
“When I called Shannon a liar, it’s because she is. We all have lied in the past for something, whether it was a white lie, a malicious lie or something in between. I’m tired of Shannon’s negative attitude and turning so vicious towards me for nothing that I did to her. I’m tired of her continued rant that I lied about my ex and his health. I didn’t and if she has questions about HIM and the reasons he did what he did, she should contact him directly as she has his phone number. Again…very weird that she can’t let this go.”
Vicki stands firm in her claim to know a big secret, specifically something that Shannon lied about. “The truth of the matter is, I know something that is very hurtful about the Beadors which she has lied about. I have no desire to hurt her or her family, but she has hurt me beyond words and I don’t know what to do about her anymore. I simply want her to stay away from me, to stop talking crap about me and my family for attention and to just focus on her family and what makes her happy. I don’t like this type of friendship, and don’t have these issues with my friends outside of this circle of women. I have compassion for people that are hurting, and don’t want to make things worse for her or for her family.”
Vicki reminisces about her funny friendship with Tamra, but says that Tamra turns into a shit stirrer when she’s around her minions. “Unfortunately, when Tamra gets in her little circle of “friends” (puppets), she changes and then creates problems (AKA: pot stirrer). I can’t figure out if it’s for real, or if it’s to cause drama and to get attention. When her and I are together it’s good and we have never had any issues. I’m at the point where I’m desensitized from her perpetual mood swings and screaming at me (which you will see more of when we get to Ireland). I just don’t understand her motive. Is this how she believes Christian women speak to one another? Is this something that is uplifting and inspiring? If she doesn’t respect me, or like me that’s fine. I’m tired of her dishing it out to me (and anyone else that’s in her path), and never being able to take it in return. I just want her to keep her negativity away from me. I’m not ok with name calling or hurtful comments from her anymore. If she’s not fighting or arguing with someone, she is not being Tamra. She’s done it every year with someone and quite frankly I’m tired of it…enough is enough.”
Vicki says that Kelly and her husband are working through their marriage issues and then gushes about her new BFF, “Kelly has been a good friend to me, and I to her. We have each other’s back when the heat gets turned up by these other women.”
“Now onto Steve who you met in this week’s episode. My daughter told me when I wasn’t looking, a great man would appear and it would be in God’s perfect timing. Well my daughter was once again right and God is good. He has blessed me with an incredible man when I was least expecting it. We met at a charity event back in April and have been inseparable ever since. He’s kind, he’s a Christian, has a great career, he has a beautiful family and my children and grandchildren love him. We are taking it slow, but we have a respectful, loving, and happy relationship and I am one lucky lady.”

On this season of 90 Day Fiance, it’s come down to this: Who can save themselves, and who cannot. Whereas in seasons past, we’ve seen a pretty balanced mix of true love stories (remember Amy and Danny?) and totally deranged psychopaths trapping young wives into servitude (hello, Mark and Nikki!), this season seems to be offering up one big ole’ sloppy mess of singles who travel the globe with the express purpose of making bad decisions.
Case in point: Nicole and Azan, who are still in Morocco “getting to know” one another. This week, this task involves camels. And physical exertion. Two things Nicole is decidedly not a fan of!
Before we get to recapping last night’s episode, it’s worth mentioning that 90 DF spoilers have been popping up all over the place this week about who makes it down the aisle and who calls it quits. Like all spoilers, they aren’t 100% accurate, as they’re mostly based on social media posts and viewer conjecture. However, if they are even partially true, some of these people actually come to their senses and get out of their doomed engagements. Maybe all hope is not lost for these confused souls!

After arguing with Azan about his cultural boundaries, Nicole is having a nice pout. But she’s supposed to spend quality time with his family now, so she takes her pout inside his family’s home, where she plants herself on the floor like a grumpy baby with a dirty diaper. Azan comes in to join a family discussion about Nicole not respecting his culture. “I’m not asking you to kiss me in public or anything!” whines a ridiculous Nicole, but his family reminds her that public displays of affection are frowned upon. Plus, Azan is accepting of Nicole’s culture – which amounts to entitlement and french fries – so she needs to reciprocate.
Nicole claims she’s willing to be more understanding. Something tells me that her resolve will last about as long as Azan’s ability to fake his deep, abiding love for her. Or, about 10 minutes.
In Atlanta, Chantel and Pedro are still living a lie. So, Chantel goes wedding dress shopping with her friend Gege instead of confessing the truth to her family! Solid plan. Reality sets in as Chantel imagines her wedding – with no wedding guests there. Because NO ONE KNOWS she is engaged! When is this chick going to wake up and smell the 90-day clock ticking? She resolves to tell her mom the truth. But when?
In PA, Narkyia and Lowo still haven’t spoken. She can’t get a hold of her catfishing fiance, which suddenly strikes her as a red flag. She finally does manage to get his a$$ on the phone, but when questioned, Lowo is full of super believable excuses like “I lost my phone.” Then his story morphs into “someone stole my phone.” Narkyia has no way to fact check anything this dude says. But what if he’s lying again, she wonders? What if he’s not the person he says he is? Um, deep thoughts by Narkyia.
Speaking of deep, the dead-eyed Anfisa is enjoying doing nothing all day in her new apartment that Jorge scored for them. Is she looking forward to getting married? the producer asks her in an interview. “Meh” is basically her answer. She is looking forward to receiving a monthly allowance of $10 grand from Jorge per month, and a $45k wedding dress, which she tries on later that day. “Whatever makes you happy,” saps Jorge, who knows full well he is not capable of affording this woman for hire. But she did reluctantly boil noodles for him last week. Thus, totally worth it!
“I deserve expensive things that make me look beautiful,” says Anfisa. So seeing Jorge’s reluctance to buy her the $45k dress is not pleasing to her. She wonders why she came this whole way for Jorge, who told her he’d give her “everything” she wanted, if he’s not ready to make good on that promise? Jorge admits it’s hard to keep up with her expensive tastes. She basically calls him stupid and shuts his complaining down with more threats to return to Russia if he doesn’t deliver. Bottom line: Jorge has been warned again and again. She is playing it straight with him, but Jorge seems to think somehow, some way, that she will change.
Meanwhile, Pedro is back in Georgia wondering when the hell he and Chantel are going to tell her family that they’re getting married??? Chantel has set up poor Pedro for total failure by lying to her family, and he also seems to understand this. He has no chance of winning them over now, even though that is his greatest hope.
Chantel’s father comes over to work out with Pedro and get to know him better. They banter a bit, but talk turns serious when dad asks Pedro what his intentions are. Pedro is cornered, but does admit he loves Chantel. He can’t admit the total truth to dad yet though, still sticking to the lie that he’s only here to “date” Chantel and go to school. “Do you plan on marrying Chantel?” asks dad. Pedro sidesteps by claiming he doesn’t understand the question.
Well, this conversation could not be more awkward, as Chantel’s dad seems to understand that there’s clearly something deeper going on here. He sees red flags everywhere. But he’ll just have to wait until his daughter confesses the truth before he can actually act on his instincts.
In Kentucky, Matt and Alla are going wedding gown shopping. Max is along for the ride, busying himself in the play area while Alla stops to take a peek at the rings first. She and Matt chat with the salesman, who gathers that this isn’t the couple’s first marriage. But considering it’s Matt’s fourth, he hopes it’s his last! Matt basically needs a hole-punch rewards card at this wedding shop, as he’s their best customer. Alla seems unfazed, choosing a modest ring and staying upbeat despite it all.
Back in Morocco, Azan has planned an overnight camping trip in the desert for Nicole. He’s got camel rides organized, along with a “big surprise” of dropping her off there, then driving away. Nicole manages to stay on the camel without complaining, but is nervous about being in the desert at night. Where’s the flat sand? Where’s the AC?! She is out of her element. But she does appreciate the stars. Better to see her Arabian prince by!
After the ride, Azan leads Nicole to the tent where they’ll sleep – TOGETHER! He’s taking a chance by bunking up with her, but has apparently gotten the memo that Nicole needs to sleep with him if he’s gonna seal this jacked-up marriage deal. He’s also purchased a ring for her, which he plans to give to her tonight. Whoa! Sh*t is getting real up in this tent!
We’re left to wonder how the proposal went until next week though, as cameras cut back to Chantel, who is officially having a meltdown. She’s built her own prison, but doesn’t like the cell she’s living in now. But instead of cleaning up her lies with her family, she bickers over washing dishes with Pedro at home. Chantel decides to meet up with Gege to process her many, many issues.
At a cafe, Chantel confesses how stressed out she is, admitting she knows her parents won’t approve of this quick marriage. She’s even lied about why the TLC cameras are following them, claiming she’s just on a show about “young love.” Gege tells it to Chantel straight: She needs to tell them NOW. She’s already waited too long – she can’t wait another day. She also comments that Chantel needs a reality check about the wedding she’s planning. It needs to be simple, perhaps in a park.
Delusionally, Chantel focuses on how this is not the kind of wedding she wants! You know – the kind where no one knew you were getting married until like a day ago, you have almost no guests in attendance, and your parents are pissed you lied. When asked if she and Pedro have rings yet, Chantel goes into an even deeper tailspin. “I don’t want to talk about it! No! We don’t have any money, OKAY?” she whines, before marching off from the cameras to think about the complete toilet bowl she’s made of this engagement.
Well, looks like we’ll have to wait another week to see if Chantel is ready to put her big girl underpants on and face the family. If not, she and Pedro might as well elope (or break up) right now. This girl is spinning out, and for good reason.

Big Brother Over the Top Head of Household Alex Willett wants Danielle Lickey out of the BBOTT house. Alex and the Plastics have never been a fan of Danielle and her Big Brother Over the Top game. As the house divides even more, tension rises. Alex needed to take out one of the Misfits strongest players. This made it even more vital she targeted the only Big Brother Over the Top showmance.
Some conflicts started to escalate over the weekend. Scott Dennis became the subject of many BBOTT conversations. The Misfits tried to make sure that everyone saw Scott as a rat. The Plastics and Monte Massongill acknowledged his rat behavior. However, they used the leaked information to pull Scott closer to their side.
Justin Duncan, and Monte and Shelby Stockton also found themselves in several conflicts with one another. This just made Alex wonder if Justin should be her target. Instead of targetting him, she tried to build a little trust with Jason Roy and him.
She informed Just in of her plan to nominate Danielle and Shane.
The first BBOTT care package went to Kryssie Ridolfi, who used it to save Jason. He joined Morgan Willett, Kryssie, and Whitney Hogg in the safety circle on Saturday. Sunday, Justin, Shelby, Monte, and Scott joined them.
Alex nominated Danielle Lickey and Shane Chapman for eviction on Big Brother Over the Top week 2.

We may never love Jeffrey Dean Morgan the same way again. It was clear based on the ending of season six that going forward, The Walking Dead was going to be harder to watch than ever...Melissa Gorga isn’t kidding when she describes Jacqueline Laurita‘s behavior in Vermont as “all all sorts of CRAZY.” Because, well, Jacqueline’s behavior in general is pretty much completely crazy.
The ladies of Real Housewives Of New Jersey tried to take a relaxing vacation, but “obviously that didn’t happen.” For Melissa, At least one thing was cleared up in Vermont – she had a serious epiphany about Jacqueline!
“That night in Vermont confirmed for me that Jacqueline is a sh–ty friend, completely unstable, and someone that NEVER had an interest in helping our family or being my friend,” seethes Melissa.

“Her crazy outbursts don’t come from hurt, they are calculated and meant to cause problems,” continues Melissa. “You can’t blame this on PMS. That’s just weak.”
During the awful finger-pointing, Melissa initially hoped the trip could be salvaged. That blew up in her face before the drinks were even served. “The conversation between Teresa and Jacqueline escalated very quickly and once again focused on the PAST and ‘soldiers’ rather than the issue at hand. Jacqueline immediately came at me demanding that I back her up.”
Melissa avoided answering Jacqueline’s inquisition about the Posche Fashion Show, because she’s a woman with newfound independence, “not a child,” and she won’t be spoken to in a demeaning manor unless your name is Joe Gorga!
“I asked Jacqueline what I ever did to her to warrant such a vile attack and she wouldn’t answer me either. She wants me to back her up because she ‘backed me up,’ but her ‘support’ was never genuine or for me. It’s more important for her to prove she is right and try to convince people that Teresa is a horrible person,” asserts Melissa. “Speaking of horrible people, look at how quick she is to pick up the phone to call Kim D. She is the one who is bringing her around the group this time, not Teresa.”
Oh, and also, Melissa now agrees with Teresa that Jacqueline was not that innocent about the plan to accuse her of being a stripper!
“Let me be clear, I am not trying to re-write history. Believe me, I KNOW who was involved in the events that happened at the fashion show five years ago and no matter what any of them say, none of their hands were clean,” writes Melissa in a her blog. “And I hesitated to answer her because quite honestly, I think that while she did warn me, seeing how invested she is in KNOWING everyone’s business, I don’t believe she was completely in the dark as to what was going to go down that night.”
TIME MACHINE: Revisit The Posche Fashion Show Drama!
“It doesn’t matter to me anymore,” adds Melissa. “I agreed to let go of the past and move on with Teresa, and I meant it. Jacqueline just CAN’T do that and always has to throw in our face one of the most sensitive issues Teresa and I had.”
Melissa also had another epiphany: fame is no longer the most important thing in her life, family is. “For me, there are relationships that are more important than focusing on who is right or wrong. My biggest priority is keeping the family together because when this show isn’t around, that’s who will be there.”
Tonight the ladies of RHONJ have finally escaped Vermont, but they definitely have not left the drama behind! Siggy and Dolores find themselves stuck in the middle of Teresa and Jacqueline. Melissa deals with a crisis at Envy, and Chris Laurita shares some upsetting news about their family. Meanwhile Teresa struggles as Joe’s prison sentence draws closer.

Earlier this afternoon, the first group of Have-Nots in Big Brother: Over the Top, as voted by the fans, were revealed to the houseguests (HG). Three lucky HGs will dine on nothing but the allocated ‘slop’, take cold showers, and sleep in special designated Have-Not beds.
The slop was some sort of oatmeal concoction that didn’t look the least bit appetizing. The Have-Not room was redecorated for this season of Big Brother. Production bailed on the Big Brother 18 carnival theme for the designated Have-Not room and unveiled the haunted house theme for Big Brother: Over the Top.
Although the beds are no longer the horribly uncomfortable bumper cars from last season, the new Have-Not sleeping quarters resemble scaled-down trampolines with rope webbing over the top surface to simulate a spider’s web. Suffice to say, any HG that is an arachnophobic, will have continual nightmares while made to sleep in this room. The good news for the newly crowned Have-Nots is that they cannot be voted as Have-Nots back-to-back so they will get at least a week reprieve.
America voted to punish Monte Massongill, Scott Dennis, and Morgan Willett this week as the first Have-Nots of Big Brother: Over the Top.
Later in the evening, the first round of this week’s Safety ceremony took place in the Big Brother house. Alex, the current Head of Household (HOH), has the responsibility of naming the HGs that will be safe this week. After the second round of the Safety ceremony tomorrow, the two HGs that did not receive safety will be the two HGs nominated to the block for eviction.
Once those two HGs are announced to America tomorrow, voting will open for fans to pick the third and final HG to be nominated to the block for eviction. Fans are allotted 20 votes and voting closes Monday morning limiting the time available to cast your votes.
Alex has made it clear that her targets this week are Danielle Lickey and Shane Chapman. Alex has made these two HGs her target to break up their showmance in the house. She has indicated that Shane’s eviction would be the best for her game at this juncture over evicting Danielle.
Alex is somewhat concerned about her targets after the Have-Not reveal earlier today. She played her hand right tonight and left herself with a life raft by waiting to nominate Monte and Scott for safety until the second round tomorrow. If something happens between tonight and the second round of the Safety ceremony tomorrow, she will still have the option to nominate Danielle and Shane for safety and leave Monte and/or Scott as the HGs nominated to the block.

Important to note, Jason Roy did not need to receive safety from Alex today. Right before the Safety ceremony, Kryssie used her recently awarded America’s Care Package “Save-a-Friend” on her ‘ride or die’, Jason Roy. Jason is completely safe for the week. Unlike the HGs that receive safety from the Safety ceremonies and can be nominated to the block as a replacement nominee after the Power of Veto competition, Jason cannot be put up as a replacement nominee this week guaranteeing his complete safety this week.

Although Paul Abrahamian and Victor Arroyo are no longer together inside the Big Brother 18 house, they are still spending plenty of time together enjoying their bromance ‘friendship’ outside of the house. The Sitting Ducks duo have been making appearances together on a whirlwind tour after the Big Brother season finally come to an end after 99 long days.
Paul and Victor will be appearing is in Edmonton, Alberta Canada next weekend for a ‘Friendship Party’ at the Ranch Roadhouse.
In addition to making fan appearances together, Paul and Victor will be making the highly anticipated cameo on the CBS soap opera the Bold and the Beautiful on Tuesday, October 25th with none other than fellow houseguest Da’Vonne Rogers. According to CBS, the trio will be sharing the screen with Don Diamond and Darin Brooks, but their exact roles have been kept under wraps.
Although Paul walked away as the runner-up of Big Brother 18 with only $50,000 while fellow houseguest Nicole Franzel won the grand prize of a half of a million dollars, Paul may be the last one laughing all the way to the bank. Since Big Brother 18 has ended, Paul’s popularity has skyrocketed as well as his previously established clothing line, Dead Skull Apparel.
Paul was quick to monetize his infamous catch phrases from inside the Big Brother house like “Friendship”, “Never Cared”, and “Pissed” among others by adding these to his existing t-shirt line. Pablo the pelican has even achieved fame with his own t-shirt. The 23 year-old business owner is enjoying a large jump in sales for his clothing line in addition to selling out of the t-shirts touting his newly coined phrases, according to Hollywood Reporter.
Paul told Hollywood Reporter that he has been busy answering the tons of fan mail he received while in the Big Brother house, and he plans on answering each and every letter personally. He also revealed he has yet to receive his runner-up $50,000 check from CBS and claims it’s a scam, jokingly. Paul said, “Money doesn’t really bring me happiness. I’m an experience kind of guy. I’m a musician and own my own clothing brand so I’m just going to invest into my creations and hopefully people dig them.”
Victor, on the other hand, has been thrilled to get back into the gym and get his “el fit Vic” body back into shape. As the winner of America’s Favorite Player, Victor is feeling the fan love as well. Victor has even mentioned the possibility of appearing on the CBS hit Amazing Race. Both Paul and Victor entertained us for months while inside the Big Brother house and hopefully will continue to do so now that they are on the outside with all of us now.

If you’re like me, you were extremely excited to tune in to last night’s super sized premiere of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles. For me, the anticipation was even greater than normal, given I’d spent my afternoon chatting over tea and crumpets with the lovely David Parnes and James Harris. Both gentlemen were incredibly easy to talk to, complimentary, and gracious. I may create some kind of mix of their responses on my sound machine so that their lilting accents can lull me to sleep at night? Weird? I’m totally kidding then…
Yesterday I shared my interview with James, and he filled us in on working the Malibu scene with Madison Hildebrand while refraining from dishing any dirt on his dear pal David. Did David return the favor? You’ll have to read and see. He does share some crazy open house shenanigans (I’m going to replay in my mind him excitedly stating “pandemonium!” while figuring out how to work that word into my everyday vocabulary, using his accent when I say it, of course) and hints about some difficult times in his personal life we’ll be privy to this season.

Sharing what fans can expect this season, David begins, “Big properties, we kick off with a big listing, which come to think of it, is the biggest of our career. Yes, it is, and it’s really, really exciting. We have some ups and downs, with a little bit of drama, which comes organically. It’s just a great way to kick off the season, landing such a big listing, but it still demonstrates that even when you get a listing, it doesn’t mean it’s going to be smooth sailing, it shows…the unexpected things that can happen.”
David also joins in the Flagg fan club when asked who of his LA counterparts he’d enjoy working with the most, responding, “That’s easy. We really like Josh Flagg. I think I can speak for both of us, and I’m sure James said the same. He’s a good guy, he’s a friend. He’s very cool, laid back, and funny. He’s honest and easy to work with. I’d definitely say Josh Flagg, nothing against the other two, it’s just he’d probably be the top choice for sure.”
I inquire whether we’d be seeing more of his personal life this season, and David hedges around the question, “Yes, um, there is, ah, some personal stuff. It’s not the best, but it is what it is. It’s life. Things happen, and that’s basically a part of life. So the answer in a nutshell, is yes. I love my dogs, you know I’m engaged. We’re getting married next year, which is amazing.”
Well, if that wasn’t the perfect segue to change the subject! I had to know if we’d be seeing yet another MDL wedding courtesy of Bravo. David reveals, “We’ll have to see if there’s a season ten, won’t we? We begin shooting in January, and we’re shooting eleven months of the year. I’ll pretty much have a better idea in January. We’re getting married July 23rd, and we’re getting married Europe. We’re actually getting married in the South of France, so it all depends. James will be there, Josh Flagg will be there, and you know, hopefully the cameras will be there too. We’ll see how it goes. It’s very exciting and obviously a very important time in my life. We are moving into our house together because last season we actually sold it. We built it and sold it instead of moving in. This season we built another house and it’ll be finished in four weeks, so we are definitely, definitely moving in. I am not NOT moving in this time. This house is not for sale…yet,” adding, “I want to live there for at least two years and then I’ll probably keep it as a rental investment and build something else. You kind of get the bug from building, it’s addictive. It’s fun and you make good money from it.”
Discussing his craziest listing to date, David recalls, “I think crazy in a good way would actually be one featured last season, on Beachwood Canyon in Hollywood. It was just a really cool vibe. The owner actually ended up disappearing on us and we ended up dealing with his dad. It was just the most bizarre experience, but it was good. He was a proper burner, so he went to Burning Man and took it very, very seriously. So we held a Burning Man themed open house, and it was very effective. We ended up selling that for asking price, actually over asking price. It was crazy because of the way it went down and how much fun we had. It was just a great experience.”
What kind of elaborate open houses will be featured this season? David gushes, “We hold some crazy parties–we’ve got some really cool open houses this season. We held one in particular at one of our listings–it was on the market with another agent, and they couldn’t sell it so we got it–and there was drama surrounding this one as well, but the open house was incredible. It was a White Party, but it was…when I say were expecting only about two hundred people to show up–we had seven hundred people show up! It was insane. There was a traffic jam going all the way down to Sunset. People were fighting because the valet was all the way at the end of the road, and it’s quite a long road. We had shuttles to shuttle the guests up to the house, and at the bottom was this fight and all this traffic. It was absolute pandemonium, but so worth it. It was an amazing party. We had cigar bars, we had a chocolate bar and a tequila bar. We had daiquiri bars, just all sorts of bars. There were bongo players and salsa dancers, a deejay. The house is amazing and the views are incredible. It’s one of those modern cool Hollywood pads with twenty-six foot ceilings and automated doors.”
Avoiding the drama isn’t easy with this crowd, but David and James seem to do it well. David explains, “We’re just trying to do what we do. It’s a very competitive environment, it’s very cutthroat, and it affects every aspect of our lives. It’s important to stay grounded and remembering what’s important, what comes and what goes, and what’s there forever.”
He continues, “Myself and Adrienne, we are planning a wedding, and we just put the deposit down on the venue in the South of France. We went wedding shopping, venue shopping. We kind of coincided that with our vacation we planned in the summer. I actually took my brother and sister, Adrienne brought her sister. We all went, all the siblings together, to Capri where I proposed to Adrienne last summer. With the wedding and personal issues that I’ve been going through with my family, it’s pretty overwhelming, but you just do it. You get up in the morning and you don’t let it get the better of you. It’s just being able to realize, like I said, what’s important, and what needs to be done now. You know, I need to put time into my relationships, and I think it’s really, really important. Taking it one day at a time and just kind of dissecting that day it comes.”
When I requested a crazy story about James, David seemed game, asserting, “There’s so many, so I have to go through and think of what I can actually say….he was quite mischievous back in the day.” However, loyalty got the best of him, so I’m stuck having to imagine just how naughty James was…David too. 
Again, I am so appreciative that these two took the time to speak with me. They couldn’t have been kinder or more delightful–such an endearing duo!
