Britney Spears had a painful vacation south of the border. The pop singer went on a boat getaway to celebrate her birthday. Amid all the concern about her emotional and mental health, people are now worried about his physical condition.
While on a luxury yacht, she posted online about getting hurt on board. Although we couldn’t spot the injury, she shared with people on her Instagram account about how she’d been hurt. Her last video on the yacht shows her dancing while appearing to untie the back of her triangle top. Britney turned 44 on December 2.

Her injury may be concerning, but those closest to the Toxic singer will be happy to see her having fun. Britney was enjoying some relaxing time off while in Mexico. Her since-deleted Instagram video had the caption “Did a flip off the boat, but I hurt myself.”
That may feel like good news given the firestorm surrounding Britney since the tell-all memoir of ex-husband Kevin Federline came out. The DJ put her on blast throughout the book. He alleges, among other things, that she was snorting coke while breastfeeding their kids.
It seems all the negative publicity around her sent the singer into a bit of a tailspin. From a bizarre video of her promoting a self-care product to a deleted post about hating America, there’s been a lot of worry about her current mental health. Among her other strange moments were holding a champagne flute after leaving a wine bar and being spotted driving erratically after a night out with friends in October.
In addition, those closest to her claimed last month that she wasn’t returning their calls. Britney is reportedly estranged from her immediate family, but those outside that circle and close friends have been trying to check in on her.
Despite all the allegations Kevin made against her, Britney and her two sons are reportedly working through things with their mom.
