It’s not unusual for people to undergo plastic surgery after they start cashing in those reality star paychecks. In fact, it’s almost a rite of passage to get your breasts done if you’re a cast member on Real Housewives of Orange County. Usually, the ladies are amping up the volume when it comes to that area, but Kelly Dodd actually got a breast reduction.
She also got her breasts lifted as well. So maybe she and Tamra Judge can bond over having something in common? Doubtful, but you never know with these ladies. Anyway, it’s safe to expect this surgery to serve as one of Kelly’s story lines next season since RHOC is currently filming.

According to an article from E! News, Kelly went under the knife last Friday to reduce her 32G breasts. No word yet on how “small” they are these days, but “knowing” Kelly, I’m sure she will share all the specifics next season.
A rep for Kelly told E!, “Kelly did have a successful surgery and is recovering at home.” The article also noted that Kelly actually got implants three years ago, but she removed them because “she was having a lot of discomfort and it was hard for her to find clothes that fit her chest because of her small frame.”
Getting breast implants and reducing them is a #TotalRealHousewives move, Kelly is following in the footsteps of the Housewives that came before her…. both by getting the surgery and for (most likely) documenting it on the show. Props to her though for keeping it one hundred. I wouldn’t want to film a reality TV show if I had a pimple, let alone if I was recovering from an invasive surgery.
