Like most celebrity net worth news, the update about Beyoncé’s billionaire status arrived via Forbes. The outlet announced that Beyoncé crossed into the billionaire bracket, joining a small group of musicians, including her husband, Jay Z, Taylor Swift, Bruce Springsteen, and Rihanna. That’s quite a group, right?
According to the outlet, Beyoncé’s latest bump in her net worth was fueled in part by her various product lines. She currently has her whiskey, Sir Davis, along with a haircare line, Cécred. For the most part, however, it’s estimated that the majority of her wealth comes from her music.
Of course, we all danced along to Renaissance in 2022 and stepped out in our silver outfits for the Renaissance World Tour the following year. That grossed nearly $600 million. Then, it was her follow-up foray into country, Cowboy Carter, that took her across the billionaire finish line.
Cowboy Carter’s release allowed her to hit another round of sold-out stadium tours. The Cowboy Carter Tour was the highest-grossing concert tour of 2025 with $400 million in ticket sales and an estimated $50 million in merchandise. It all funnels up into her company, Parkwood Entertainment.
Interestingly, the outlet pointed out that Beyoncé’s record sales don’t necessarily align with her level of wealth. Her album sales were less than half of those of the top-performing artists of 2025, like Sabrina Carpenter and Bad Bunny. It’s the worldwide tours, combined with the support of her die-hard fans, that helped elevate Beyoncé to the billionaire’s club.
