It feels like just yesterday that we were watching the Season 2 premiere of House of Villains because it was. E! blessed us with a two-night premiere, so we didn’t have to wait very long to see the aftermath of Kandy reading Safaree into the ground.

In the House of Villains Season 2 premiere, Joel welcomed 10 of reality TV’s biggest and baddest personalities into the new and improved evil lair. After their first Battle Royale Challenge, New York won safety and Safaree became the first supervillain of the season. His first dastardly deed? He nominated Kandy, Victoria, and Larson for elimination.

This week, the three at-risk players took to Hollywood Boulevard to fight for safety in the competition, and by the end, one villain got thrown out of the competition — literally. There was also a tease for next week, which proved the competition is showing no signs of slowing down. Buckle up! Here’s everything that went down during House of Villains Season 2, Episode 2: “The Hollywood Walk of Shame.”

Wes is forming a cult

After Safaree put up his hit list nominations, fully following the plan that Wes put into place, the rest of the house felt on edge. Kandy dragged Safaree for his questionable decision-making skills, but the Love & Hip Hop star wasted no time turning it right back around on Wes. After all, he definitely cooked up this plan while they were on their bro date at Jax’s Studio City.

To calm Kandy down, Wes pulled her aside and revealed the true plan to backdoor Victoria. That helped smooth things over with Kandy, but there’s no taking back the comment about Safaree looking like a prolapsed anus. She said what she said.

Meanwhile, Wes admitted in a confessional interview that he was in the process of forming a cult in the competition. Specifically, he said he wanted to recruit desperate people to work with him, and he realized that Victoria was actually the most desperate of them all. She said so herself!

With that in mind, Wes pulled Victoria to the side and told her that if she devoted her “undying allegiance” to the Wes/Safaree/Jessie crew, they would keep her safe. Meanwhile, Kandy was elsewhere in the house fully under the impression that the bro alliance would be targeting Victoria. Messy!

Victoria agreed to join the Wes cult, but she admitted in her confessional that it was less about trusting them and more about just trying to survive in the competition. So, if you’re keeping track, Wes officially has three people following his cult. By the end of the episode, he tries to recruit one more.

A road to redemption

Janice Dickinson randomly showed up to introduce the redemption challenge. She knows a thing or two about reality TV villainy. Not only was she a beast on America’s Next Top Model, but she also went head to head with Omarosa on The Surreal Life all of those years ago.

Despite her many contributions to the genre, most of the cast didn’t recognize her. Teresa said, “Janice Dixon?”

The first Redemption Challenge was called the Hollywood Walk of No Shame, and Janice explained that each person would have to go out on Hollywood Boulevard to gather signatures from all of the unsuspecting people. Whoever gathered the most would be safe from elimination.

Everyone had their own strategy for this challenge. Kandy said that she just wanted to “drag it out.” She ran into the bathroom, slapped on a wig, and slipped into a sleek little dress.

Victoria said her strategy was just to smile, hoping that her princessy ways could charm people into leaving their signature.

Meanwhile, Larissa had a wildly different strategy from the other villains. She said that she was going to lie her way through the challenge. She decided to tell people that she was collecting signatures for a social cause. Which social cause? To be determined.

Once the villains got dropped off on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, they immediately had to start collecting signatures from all of the poor, unsuspecting people. As if Hollywood Boulevard isn’t already chaotic enough, here come three reality TV villains screaming at people trying to get them to sign their “petitions.”

Immediately, it became clear that Larissa was not going to win this. Her strategy did not work. Outside of a couple of 90 Day Fiancé fans, people passing by seemed terrified to talk to her. The fact that she lied about collecting signatures for breast cancer also didn’t help.

Victoria had a little bit more success. She decided to just stand in one spot, and she realized that people would naturally gravitate towards her. Part of it was the smile, but mainly, it had to do with the camera crew.

Ultimately, Kandy’s strategy turned out to be the most effective. Obviously, everyone is going to come up to the drag queen. Then, once they got close to her, most people were like, “Oh my gosh! Kandy Muse?” It turned into the Kandy Muse Meet-and-Greet Experience. People were quoting her and asking for selfies. She won this Redemption Challenge easily thanks to the power of drag, and she became safe from elimination this week.

Teresa cooks up a little something for the villains

While Kandy, Victoria, and Larissa were running and barking on Hollywood Boulevard, some of the villains were back at home cooking up strategy. Well, some of them were. Most of them were taking naps, but Wes used the free time to try to expand his cult. His next target was Camilla.

Meanwhile, Teresa said that her strategy was to cook for the rest of the villains. After all, she is a world-renowned cookbook author! So, she got to work on preparing a giant Italian meal for the villains.

In theory, this was supposed to be one final meal together before the eliminations. While it was a sweet idea, the meal did not go over well with the villains. Tre looked at the villains and asked, “Well, how is it?”

They hit her back with an awkward silence. Mr. Pecs eventually admitted that it was a little salty for his taste, but the brutally honest reviews came in the confessionals. Around the board, the villains did not like Teresa’s cooking. Maybe she didn’t have all of the “ingredientses”? Either way, Tre better find a new strategy. Her cooking isn’t going to cut it.

Before the elimination, we had our first real spat between the villains. Larissa and Victoria went at it! The Bachelor alum made the grave mistake of insulting the Las Vegas Raiders, and Larissa flipped out. Apparently, that’s a line you can’t cross.

The tension between the at-risk villains spilled over into the Stronghold. When they had their opportunity to make their final pleas to stay in the game, Larissa used it as an opportunity to drag Victoria all over again. Was that enough to convince the other villains to keep her in the house? Absolutely not.

Joel tallied the votes from the villains. With a vote of 5-2, Larissa became the first villain eliminated from the competition. With the flip of a switch, her chair got flung through the walls of the Stronghold, never to be seen again.

But wait, there’s a twist! After Larissa got flung out of the competition, the Stronghold wall flipped back over, teasing that someone was still in the chair. Either they forgot to unstrap Larissa, or they have another villain entering the competition. We’ll find out next week, when it looks like Tiffany is activated against Richard!

House of Villains airs new episodes on E!, Thursday nights at 10/9c.
