We had another lively Big Brother 19 Monday: the houseguests really know how to deliver entertainment on normally dull and standard weekdays. We expected some commotion when Jason Dent decided to keep this week’s Big Brother 19 nominations the same. However, we didn’t expect this much craziness from the final 8 houseguests, but we should have expected it with this odd bunch.
Matt Clines became more animated than he has been all Big Brother 19. If we had seen even an ounce of this Matt throughout the season, he might have been a character with more game or entertainment potential. As we had closer to the finals, the Big Brother 19 houseguests are just getting more unhinged.
Jason Versus Matt and Raven
Following the Big Brother 19 Power of Veto ceremony, Raven Walton and Matt were enraged. Raven was upset because she felt that Jason lied to her. She claimed that Jason had made a promise to save her this week, and that he constantly threw Kevin Schlehuber under the bus to give her false hope.
Matt, on the other hand, was mad that Jason was behaving cowardly. He wanted Jason to man up and admit that getting them out this week was always his real agenda. He didn’t care what the Big Brother 19 house wanted. Matt also thought Jason not addressing them until 20 minutes after the POV ceremony was a ‘punk move.’
Raven and Matt yelled at Jason nonstop for at least 20 minutes. Jason reacted with calmness, as he tried to explain to them his actions. He stumbled quite a bit, and they criticized everything he said. He was in a no win situation. The heated argument ended in silence.
Josh Versus Kevin
Never to be outdone, Christmas Abbott and Josh Martinez jumped into an argument with Kevin. It started over something silly, as it always does with these houseguests. Kevin suggested that Christmas come into the pool. Christmas got angry and assumed Kevin was being a wisecracker, because he knew she couldn’t put her foot in the water.
Kevin tried to explain himself, but Josh jumped in to defend Christmas. Their argument lead to Josh exposing to everyone that Kevin took the $25,000. Josh then mentioned Kevin’s children, and he picked up a glass. Feeds cut.
When feeds returned, the two men apologized to each other, but the hostility still lies behind the surface. Josh’s reveal wasn’t that big of a deal, because everyone basically knew at this point. The only players who weren’t aware were Matt and Raven. They now know, and this info furthered their anti-Kevin campaign.
Poisoning the Jury
Matt and Raven ended up blaming Kevin for their nominations. They believed he had a heavy hand in influencing Jason’s decision to keep them on the block. Of course, Paul Abrahamian fueled the fire. Matt was so mad that he said he would work to turn the current jurors against Kevin. We highly doubt they will take him that serious.
Kevin also spoke about helping in the jury house. He said if he ends up there, he will fight to make sure the jurors vote for Jason in the end. Now Kevin might have some actual influence over them.
Petty Alex Strikes Again
Alex Ow decided to continue her reign of terror against Kevin. Matt has decided to no longer follow Big Brother’s rules. As a result, he will ignore the Have-Not rules and not eat slop, shower, and sleep where he wants. This leaves Kevin as the remaining Have-Not. Alex decided to punish him by throwing out the slop.
She then lied and said Raven threw it out. Kevin was obviously upset, but Jason later helped him make some more.
Amongst all the chaos, Paul once again changed his final four plan. He now wants to take Kevin to final four, instead of Raven, along with Josh and Christmas.
