Welcome back! Let’s get right into the Deal or No Deal Island Episode 7 recap. Last time, Aron and Amy snagged a case labeled “Banker’s Bonus,” which was that no one went home. Surprise! This week’s episode, “Are You Decisive?” features a twist with a big reward and a bigger risk. Here’s everything you need to know about Deal or No Deal Island Episode 7!

Fireworks at camp

When the players returned to camp, they had a surprise waiting for them. The Banker congratulated them on making it to the halfway point of the competition. He has arranged a fireworks display. I prefer chocolate.

The Night Owls (Amy, Stephanie, Nick, and Dawson) were still targeting Boston Rob. Stephanie set off alarm bells because she wanted Alyssa gone. In her confessional, Stephanie explained that her childhood was marred by abuse. She has trouble trusting people.

Jordan shared with Stephanie her reasons for being on the show. Her father was laid off from his job, and her mom was diagnosed with cancer a year ago. “Since I’ve been out here I realized what’s most important to me, and it is all about family,” Jordan shared with Stephanie.

Tell me lies

Striking a much different tone, Alyssa told Rob that if she had a voodoo doll of Stephanie, she would stab it. Yikes! Then Alyssa told Rob that she needed to win immunity in the excursion or be in the bottom two. She said that her allegiance to him hadn’t changed, but that Aron’s might have. When Rob asked who told her that, she claimed that Aron had.

That’s right – Alyssa lied. And she targeted the person most loyal to her in the game. When Aron approached them on the beach, Boston Rob quizzed Aron about his loyalty. Of course, Rob knew Alyssa was acting. You can’t fool the genius from Survivor.

Strategy 101

Then Rob decided to teach Stephanie all about game strategy. “Stephanie is smart, but she’s a very basic player,” Professor Rob said.

He told her that instead of trying to take down the biggest target, focus instead on the people who will go to the challenge and don’t have any worries. He mentioned Jordan and Dawson, for example. They could coast into the finale.

But Stephanie revealed how Alyssa was “the most scheming, scamming” player on the island. He cautioned her to keep her gameplay and emotions separated, but his words fell on deaf ears. So, he shared that Alyssa lied to him, which made Stephanie furious. Mission accomplished, Rob!

A risky excursion

The players approached a paddle board that said, “paddleboard rentals.” Then Joe, the host, broke down the challenge. The players will be divided into teams of two. The teams will paddle out to unmarked chests floating in the bay. They will bring one back, and then check the value of the two cases inside.

The highest-value chest contains a combined $4 million. If a team believes that their case total is too low, the Banker will allow the guests one chance to swap chests.

Of course, there was a twist. If players grab a chest containing a key, they can either keep the cases inside or use the key to open a golden safe. Inside that safe is a case worth $5 million. But there were “risks” with opening the safe. As always, the team with the highest case value will have immunity.

The Teams

The teams were randomly chosen by picking a colored armband. The teams are:

  • Dawson and Aron
  • Amy and Stephanie
  • Rob and Nick
  • Alyssa and Jordan

As the group discussed strategy, they saw a bunch of flying fish. Dawson asked, “Is there like sharks in here do you think?” An amused Ben, dressed in his lifeguard uniform, chuckled.

Rob and Nick weren’t going for the golden safe because Rob needed immunity. Again. Nick has never been on a paddleboard, so he was concerned. The duo had some issues and Rob fell off twice. I thought Nick was a beginner! After that, Aron and Dawson had a moment of excitement when a fish jumped on the paddleboard and Dawson screamed.

Back on the beach, Alyssa and Jordan’s cases totaled $3.25 million. Alyssa didn’t feel like it was enough, so they went back out.

Amy and Stephanie had a chest with a key. Inside the case, the risk was spelled out. If they open the safe, they will be in the bottom two. The Banker never fails to disappoint with his devious surprises.

Their cases totaled $2.4 million. Both ladies, after a long deliberation, decided they wanted to control their own fates. They are opening the safe!

Who made bad decisions?

Back on shore, there was a tense conversation between Joe and Ben. “How many chicken nuggets do you think you can eat in an hour?” Joe asked. Ben deliberated before responding. “With a root beer, probably about 45,” he replied. Nice!

Finally, everyone locked in their cases. There was one chest left floating in the bay. Joe revealed to the group that by taking the $5 million case, Stephanie and Amy were the bottom two. The team with the second-highest case value will win immunity.

Alyssa and Jordan have $2.5 million, which was less than their previous case. Aron and Dawson netted $1.3 million. But Nick and Rob have $3 million. They have won immunity, placing Alyssa in danger.

Back at camp, Nick and Rob discussed who should face the Banker. Rob pointed out that both ladies were gunning for Alyssa. He really wanted Stephanie to play the Banker.

Aron spent some time with Alyssa. “I’ve been knocked down time and time again in this game. And I’ve been honest,” Alyssa said. Didn’t you just lie to Rob and toss your bestie, Aron, under the bus?

Who will face the Banker in The Temple?

Stephanie Mitchell faces off against The Banker in Deal or No Deal Island Episode 7.

In The Temple, Joe asked Stephanie what she would do if she won the final case. “I’m a nurse midwife. It’s my joy, it’s everything that I am, everything that I love,” she said. “And I’d love to build a birth center.”

Next, Stephanie picked number two for her case. She has to open seven cases in the first round. Stephanie lost four high numbers off the board.

The Banker called and offered $251,000. In the next round, Stephanie will have to open three more cases. While Stephanie was thinking, Alyssa was whispering to Aron not to help her.

Joe asked Alyssa for her advice. “Truly, I’m really not even paying attention right now,” she said. “We wouldn’t listen anyway,” Stephanie stated. Then Alyssa told Joe that she was Stephanie’s target.

“She is a snake and a liar,” Stephanie said. When she called the plan to oust Kim “low down and dirty,” Alyssa stated that Stephanie was there when the plan was made. Stephanie denied it and told Joe not to ask Alyssa anything else. Poor Aron buried his head in his hands. He looked so upset.

Since Joe was the host with the most, he asked Alyssa if she had any regrets. “I do not have any regrets,” she replied. Stephanie added, “Snakes regret nothing.” Alyssa and Stephanie continued to bicker. Finally, Stephanie took the deal.

Who was eliminated in Deal or No Deal Island, Episode 7?

Alyssa Klinzing was the sixth player eliminated in Deal or No Deal Island.

Stephanie opened her case, and it was worth a penny. She made a good deal. Stephanie bellowed at Alyssa, “Goodbye! Karma is best-served ice cold!” Isn’t that a saying about revenge?

Alyssa and Aron embraced as he said, “I will avenge you.” Then, Joe asked Alyssa for some parting words. “I met some friends I will be friends with for life, and I’ve had a blast, truly,” Alyssa said. Stephanie rolled her eyes the entire time that Alyssa was speaking.

In her final confessional, Alyssa said, “I mean, I’m sad to see my game come to an end, but I’m proud of the game that I played. There are some great humans left who I would love to see walk away with that amount of life-changing money, but definitely not everybody.” She added, “I hope Stephanie walks right out that door next.”

Meanwhile, Stephanie was still ranting in The Temple about Alyssa. Suddenly, Aron stood up and said he was leaving. “Guys, I can’t deal with this. I’m sorry. I’m sorry,” Aron stated. “I can’t deal with it. It’s too much anxiety.” He walked off, saying he was having a panic attack. He removed his mic, saying that he wasn’t sure he could continue.

Deal or No Deal Island continues on Mondays at 10 p.m. ET on NBC.

The Valley’s Jason Caperna Understands Ariana Madix’s Fury on Pump Rules

Photo by: Casey Durkin/Bravo via Getty Images

Ariana Madix is mad as hell since Tom Sandoval’s affair with Rachel Leviss wrecked her entire world. Right now, we’re all watching Vanderpump Rules Season 11 play out. In this, Ariana’s rage is raging, which she’s getting a lot of heat for. Thankfully, she’s got a supporter coming in for the assist, and it’s none other than The Valley’s levelheaded star Jason Caperna, who understands Ariana’s anger.

To note, the filming for this season occurred right after this affair leaked. For us as viewers, an entire year has since passed. Keeping this tight filming schedule in our minds might serve us all well, as it’ll help us understand Ariana’s wrath. These days, Ariana’s much calmer, because she’s got the entire world at her fingertips, and now, she’s also got a friend in Jason.

Jason gets it

Popping on over to the Vanderpump Rules After Show, Jason launches right into his thoughts on Ariana’s set boundaries with her ex, saying “Generally speaking, I am a person who likes to bridge gaps between people. But with Ariana and Tom, I’m like, you know what, what he did, to me, is just at [another] level … If Ariana doesn’t want to be around him, and she doesn’t want her friends around him, I totally get it.”

Jason also spilled some tea. You see, well before this affair was uncovered, Jason hung out with Ariana, Tom, and Rachel, and he’s disappointed looking back and knowing what he does now. On this, Jason explains “Just being around them before everything broke, is now very eye-opening. The way that the three of them would hang out and just be like, ‘I love you. I love you,’ and like, always [be] all up on each other … It’s hard for me to ever get over that, personally.”

In addition, Jason’s also pretty understanding of Ariana’s desire to keep her friends separated from Tom’s friends. “If you want to hang out with him, then you have to face the repercussions of her not wanting to hang out with you,” he expressed. On Tom’s treatment of Ariana, Jason’s not a fan. This is also making him question why anyone would even want to be friends “with someone like that.”

You’ve got a friend in Jason, Ariana. And also, in Katie Maloney.

Vanderpump Rules continues on Tuesday at 8/7c on Bravo.

Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard Season 2, Episode 3 Recap: He’s Not Welcome in the House

Summer House: Martha's Vineyard Season 2, Episode 3 recap
Photo by: Noam Galai/Bravo via Getty Images

Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard Season 2 is already proving to be one of Bravo’s best new shows in years. Each episode provides watchers with drama, drama, and more drama. Episode 2 focused on Noelle, Alex, and Summer’s triangular situationship, Shanice’s feelings being hurt by Summer’s shady comment, and some of the men and women feeling weird about Nick’s touchy/feely nature. We weren’t sure how Episode 3 could top that, but it did, and the watch was so worth it. Here’s everything that went down in Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard Season 2, Episode 3: Dishonorable Guests.

Nick, Summer, and Jordan continued…

Episode 2 of the season ended with Nick asking Jordan and Summer if he had ever made them uncomfortable in the past. Jordan replied, stating the obvious, “You do get handsy.”

It’s nothing new for Nick. Several of the women have questioned his intentions since Episode 1 of Season 1. Jordan and Summer reassured him that although he can be touchy, it’s never inappropriate. “Like, you get close when you’re drunk,” Summer said. You could tell Nick was frustrated. “If you’re my friend just keep it a hundred with me and tell me how you’re feeling in that moment,” he said.

Despite his annoyance, he owned his part, and it was refreshing to see. Maybe some of the Housewives should take note.

On the other hand, though, Jordan said in her confessional that Nick’s inability to stay in his bubble looks “crazy” since he’s in a relationship. Some of the men have noted this, too. Will he ever catch the memo? That is yet to be determined.

How does everybody feel about Phil?

Summer House: Martha's Vineyard Season 2, Episode 3 recap

As we know, Season 2 introduced us to a new cast member, Noelle. But we also lost a few, including Mariah Torres and Phil Brooks. Well, Phil was more of a cameo. If you could even call it that. He never made it past day one because he used the bathroom in Nick’s toilet and refused to flush it. He also made questionable comments toward Preston, such as telling him to stop being “soft.”

Phil and Mariah were visiting Martha’s Vineyard to vacation on their own, and Jasmine and Bria wanted to bring the idea of allowing them to visit the house to the group. Jordan immediately shot it down, saying he “can stay where he’s at.”

Amir said, “he shouldn’t,” before explaining that Phil disrespected Nick and Preston and wanted problems with him too. “He gives me a lot of vibes that I think are very off-putting and unhealthy as f*ck,” Preston said. “How he came in last year — he makes me feel uncomfortable. Absolutely no.”

Alex told producers that Phil’s presence in the house last year was “toxic,” and he questioned why Bria and Shanice would want somebody like that around. “It definitely ruined how I viewed their opinion of other people,” he said.

Mariah, Mariah, Mariah…

When the conversation turned toward Mariah, Bria stormed off, saying people weren’t addressing the fact that Mariah “disrespected” her by pushing her in a Season 1 episode. Many of the other roommates were on board with her visiting, and Bria quickly moved on.

Outside, Bria and Shanice called Phil to tell him he wasn’t allowed in the house. They let him know that many of the roommates still have “strong feelings” about him coming. Phil admitted that he was wild last summer but said he didn’t really remember what he did.

In another clip, Preston cried to Amir, telling him it was frustrating for others to question his feelings about not feeling safe around Phil.

Phil told Bria that he’s “grown since then,” but, in the same breath, said no “grown ass man” could be that upset with him that he didn’t want him present.

Later, they discussed Mariah coming, and Phil told Bria that Mariah was already planning to come to the house regardless of the house vote. “Jasmine is flying Mariah out,” he said. “She’s landing on the first.” Bria was visibly upset, saying she felt “played” because Jasmine had already booked Mariah’s ticket. “That was a punch in the face,” she told producers.

Bria questions Jasmine about her intentions

The cast went to dinner for fresh oysters, lobster rolls, and mushroom tacos. After the food arrived and everybody took an oyster shot, Bria brought up the elephant in the room. “Quick question, Jasmine,” she said before asking if it was “pre-meditated to have Mariah here in the house.”

“I mean, I definitely wanted to invite her for sure,” Jasmine said. “But, like, is her ticket already booked?” Bria asked. “As of now, it is,” Jasmine said, to which Bria replied, “Since when?”

“Probably last night,” Jasmine said before producers flashed Mariah’s ticket confirmation on screen, showing her flight was booked five days before their conversation.

Jordan called Jasmine out, saying booking Mariah’s flight before speaking to Bria wasn’t cool. Jasmine said that booking her flight wasn’t to be shady; it was an “economic choice.” Period.

The group moved on, but Bria still wasn’t over it. She called a call service and went home. Preston said that Bria walks out so often he hoped the next time it would be back to NYC or Germany to visit her boyfriend, Simon Marco.

Noelle and Alex define the relationship…

Episode 2 showcased Summer and Noelle discussing their mutual interest in Alex. Since Summer declared she was over him despite spilling their tea during the first day of filming, Noelle had the floor to make her move.

Alex and Noelle snuck away during their night out, and Noelle was very direct. “I think you’re an attractive person, and I think you’re cool,” she said. “A toxic trait of mine is that sometimes I can become territorial of people … So, it’s like you talking to a girl in there — ‘Damn, it’s in my face. Like, hmm.’ You’re single, and I want you to move freely without the thoughts of me. But, I still want you to think of me as somebody that can be an interest.”

Alex, taken back, told her he thought she was “sweet” but has been through many experiences where people “create expectations of me.” Noelle replied, “Like this?” Alex said yes.

In his confessional, he told producers that he wanted to practice taking things slow. He said Noelle is great, but since she’s Summer’s friend, he’s not “for the drama.” During Noelle’s confessional, she expressed her hurt. “That’s just a cute way of saying, ‘No, I’m not interested.’ I feel very much naive. I was trying to go off of the encouragement of what some of my housemates had said, and then when I put myself out there, I get burned.

Summer and Jordan’s feud begins…

During the car ride home, Jordan told Summer they needed to talk. While at dinner, they had a brief moment where they butted heads over a misunderstanding. “You interrupted me, and then you want to turn up, and I don’t understand what’s going on,” Jordan said.

They continued to go back and forth, and Preston said they weren’t listening to each other. More screaming ensued before Summer slammed the car door and ran inside. Then? The familiar…

TO BE CONTINUED.

Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard continues on Sundays at 9/8c.

The Golden Bachelorette Casting Rumors and Predictions

After the success of The Golden Bachelor Season 1, The Golden Bachelorette is officially in the works. When the newest Bachelor Nation spin-off was announced, viewers began to speculate on who the first lead will be. Lucky for ABC, there are a number of women who would be an excellent choice. Here are all of our predictions on who The Golden Bachelorette may be, as well as who has been rumored to be in the running!

Leslie Fhima

Leslie Fhima was the runner-up on The Golden Bachelor, which makes her an obvious choice for The Golden Bachelorette lead. Throughout the season, Leslie built a strong relationship with Gerry Turner, who clearly adored her. In the end, however, Gerry chose to propose to Theresa Nist. Leslie left the season heartbroken, as she felt too used to not being chosen.

While Leslie’s calling might not have been to marry Gerry, it very well might be leading the first season of The Golden Bachelorette. Leslie has the perfect personality for the role, as she is wise, intelligent, and has a great sense of humor. On The Golden Bachelor, Leslie was one of the liveliest ladies in the room. After her heartbreak from Gerry, Leslie really deserves a second chance at finding love.

Faith Martin

Another good choice for The Golden Bachelorette is Faith Martin. Faith was sent home after hometowns week, and finished The Golden Bachelor in third place. This came as a shock, as Gerry and Faith had admitted they loved each other during her hometown date. Faith definitely went into the rose ceremony confident, and it was hard to watch her go home after such a surprising heartbreak. After everything she went through, Faith deserves a second chance!

Like Leslie, Faith is well rounded and would be perfect for The Golden Bachelorette lead. Faith is a nature lover, and enjoys riding horses in her free time. During her hometown with Gerry, she even revealed that she rides her horse to the grocery store on occasion! In addition to being a fan of the outdoors, Faith is a talented singer. Faith sang a song to Gerry on night one, which might’ve helped her to secure his first impression rose!

Other Golden Bachelorette options

In addition to Leslie and Faith, there are several other ladies from The Golden Bachelor who would make amazing Golden Bachelorettes. One of these women would be Sandra Mason, who became an instant fan favorite for her wicked sense of humor. Sandra always offered an interesting perspective on things, and would surely make an entertaining lead.

Another good choice could be Susan Noles, who made it to the top six along with Sandra. Susan was a light in every room she entered, who never failed to bring the positive energy. After her time on The Golden Bachelor, Susan went on to officiate The Golden Wedding. Susan was also a part of the iconic ASKN alliance, which brought a ton of laughs. It would be wonderful to see Susan get another chance at love on The Golden Bachelorette.

The final contender for The Golden Bachelorette is ASKN’s ringleader Kathy Swarts. While Kathy was somewhat of a villain on The Golden Bachelor, she ended her time on the show as a hero. After telling Theresa to zip it, Kathy redeemed herself by zipping up Theresa’s wedding dress in a hilarious moment. Kathy also hosted The Golden Wedding, where her hysterical personality continued to shine through. I would personally love to see Kathy have her own season!

Could an A-lister lead The Golden Bachelorette?

The Golden Bachelorette will most likely be one of the women from The Golden Bachelor, but you can never be too sure when it comes to Bachelor Nation. It has recently been rumored that actress Susan Lucci could potentially be in the running. Susan is 77, and recently lost her spouse of over 50 years. It’s pretty clear that Susan has the qualifications for the role, but does she want it?

Another A-lister who has recently been rumored to be up for the role is Kathie Lee Gifford. During a recent appearance on The Today Show, Kathie hinted that she might be down to be The Golden Bachelorette. While nothing is confirmed, it is possible that any of these women could be chosen as The Golden Bachelorette’s first leading lady!

The Most Memorable 90 Day Fiancé Proposals

TLC/YouTube

The 90 Day Fiancé franchise has had hundreds of memorable moments over the years, with some including proposals. Since 90 Day Fiancé and its various spin-offs focus on the K1 visa and marriage process, it is no surprise that dozens of proposals have happened onscreen. We just can’t forget these four proposals, that took place on different spin-offs over the seasons. We will warn you though, that only one of them is memorable for its romance factor!

John McManus proposed to Megan Brown at the Tell All?

John McManus shocked fans when he pulled out a ring to propose to his girlfriend Megan Brown, for several reasons. During their time on 90 Day: The Single Life Season 4, the couple’s relationship moved particularly fast. John ultimately gave in to Megan’s pleas for him to move in with her, but he appeared to feel rushed by everything going on.

Furthermore, John emphasized on several occasions that he didn’t want to rush into an engagement. While Megan seemed to have a timeline on things, John preferred to live in the moment. It was always clear that John was in love with Megan, but no one expected him to propose to her so quickly.

It was an interesting choice to propose at the Tell All, which surely isn’t the most romantic place to get engaged. Of course, the episode cut off just as John got down on his knee, so we will have to wait to hear his proposal speech! Either way, we will surely never forget this interesting moment at The Single Life Tell All.

Kenny Niedermeier & Armando Rubio had a romantic engagement

Kenneth “Kenny” Niedermeier and Armando Rubio are one of the most beloved couples from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise. Unlike many of the franchise’s other couples, Kenny and Armando just have a beautiful relationship worth rooting for. Kenny and Armando have done a lot to make their relationship work, so it is wonderful to see them still doing well.

The couple’s 90 Day journey began on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Season 2, when Kenny moved to Mexico to be with Armando. After living together for some time, Kenny decided that it was time to propose to the love of his life.

After secretly inviting two of his daughters to watch, Kenny took Armando to the beach. Take notes, John, this is a much better place for a romantic proposal! When Kenny popped the question, Armando cried tears of joy and happily accepted. The cherry on top was Kenny’s daughters cheering from the cliffs above the beach, which was a surprise for Armando. This was easily the best proposal in 90 Day Fiancé history!

Brandan DeNuccio proposed to Mary Demasu-ay in their store’s backroom

Alright, time to go back to the more unconventional proposals. Brandan DeNuccio wasted no time proposing to Mary Demasu-ay on The Other Way Season 5, but he chose an interesting place to do it. After moving to The Philippines to be with Mary, Brandan quickly realized that they needed a source of income. As a result, the couple decided to open up a small store to sell snacks and essentials.

One day, Brandan asked Mary to talk in the store’s backroom. After rambling about having not rehearsed, Brandan proposed to Mary while standing. The poor guy was too nervous to even get down on the knee. At first, Mary was understandably stunned as it was all so random. It was evident that Brandan was nervous, but this proposal was just bizarre!

Steven Johnston asked Alina Johnston to marry him with a song

Steven Johnston wins the award for the cringiest 90 Day Fiancé proposal by a long shot. On The Other Way Season 3, Steven became a villain after being hypocritical with his now wife Alina Johnston. Steven expected Alina to strictly follow all the rules of the Mormon Church, although he did not do this himself.

After Steven and Alina both moved to Turkey to be together, the former decided it was the perfect time to propose. Steven took Alina on a boat ride, but this is where the romance stopped. Alina held back laughter as Steven struggled to sing a song he had written to ask her to marry him. Steven could not sing at all, and even Alina knew it was bad! She did end up still saying yes though.
