Real Housewives Of New Jersey Recap: Bro Showdown

Summer hasn’t been relaxing for The Real Housewives Of New Jersey. It’s been pure hell so far for Jennifer Aydin and Teresa Giudice. At this point, Jennifer’s running the risk of being iced out of the group. Nobody’s ever going to ice out Teresa because she’s still the alpha of the group.

Teresa thinks everyone’s always coming at her, but Louie Ruelas disagrees. Teresa’s crying because of all the drama already. Not only that, but Traci Barber doesn’t even know Tre. She doesn’t know the family dynamic. She doesn’t need to be commenting on their family when she’s been here 20 minutes.

Joe Gorga and Teresa haven’t been on the same page the entire time we’ve known them. They’re both totally fine with other people ripping into them. Teresa says if Joe and Melissa Gorga don’t want her to talk to Jennifer, she won’t. Woah. This is the first time I’ve heard her willing to have their backs like this. However, it’s doubtful they’ll do the same with Margaret Josephs.

Traci asks to speak to Teresa and offers more advice about how Teresa should handle her family. Girl, bye. Why are you inserting yourself into this? Teresa tells everyone she’s never seen the video of Louie, but Marge doesn’t believe them. If Tre’s never seen the video, why is she this pressed?

Margaret still doesn’t get the difference between what she did in her past and what happened to Jennifer. Jennifer was cheated on. Margaret was the cheater. They are NOT the same.

Jennifer’s trying to make the most of things with her family. It has to hurt to be excluded from Melissa’s party. She’s also still angry at Bill Aydin for not having her back. Things aren’t okay between them yet. She’s finally able to confront all of the past feelings, and I think they have a lot of progress to make.

Everyone’s perplexed about Bill’s decision not to get involved in Jennifer’s drama with Melissa. Is it that weird? Joe’s acting so offended about Bill keeping his nose out of it. Not every husband wants to stick their nose in women’s business like Joe does. He’s practically an honorary Housewife.

Margaret meets up with Marge Sr for lunch, and I always love their dynamic. Their openness is something a lot of mothers and daughters often strive for. They’re discussing the video of Louie and Teresa’s freakout on her. Maybe you shouldn’t push Teresa to talk about something so sensitive in front of everyone? Right?

Gia Giudice thinks Teresa’s moving too fast with Louie. She doesn’t want them anywhere near walking down the aisle yet. She’s always the smartest in whatever room she’s in. Gia’s seeing the writing on the wall about what could happen between them. She’s seen her mother in a failing marriage before and probably doesn’t want that duplicated.

More information is coming out about Louie’s alleged wrongdoings to his ex. The implications of physical violence could send shockwaves through this group. Margaret’s going to take this and run a fucking marathon with it.

Dolores Catania’s parents drop by for a visit, and she talks about how bad the end of her marriage to Frank Catania was. It’s good they divorced when they did before things got too rough on the children. Good for her!

Her parents are going for a lot of tests at the doctor’s, and you can tell it stresses her. However, she drops the bomb about her breakup with David Principe. It’s difficult to care too much about their split because we never see them truly happy. We never saw them in a loving and devoted relationship.

Joe and Melissa FINALLY sold their house and are building their dream home. It doesn’t look like much now, but she promises everything’s going to be bigger. We’ll see.

They’re over their alleged rough patch which is good for their family. With all of the storylines of their life that only last a season, it’s hard to believe anything they say.

Jennifer and Bill told Gabby Aydin about his affair. Woah, that’s huge. It must be nice for Jennifer to be open with her family about all of this though. Jennifer is dreading the conversation with her mother about Bill because of her reaction. She expects her mother to rip into Margaret for doing this to her family.

Dolores’ mother’s stress test came back abnormal, so they have to figure out a heart abnormality. To make things weirder, she’s not speaking to David. She had to end the relationship, but that doesn’t make things any less difficult.

Jennifer breaks down talking about the aftermath of Bill’s affair becoming public. She’s pissed at Bill for standing there in silence while everyone tears her down. I hope he steps up as a husband because she deserves better. This feels like a secondary betrayal. Jennifer feels numb about everything, and it seems like she’s not quite over the affair.

At Jennifer’s, Dolores learns her mother has a 90% blockage in her heart. This is serious and could result in death.

Why would Joe say fuck you in the group text to Bill? Whether he meant it as funny or serious, it’s only going to further fuel the drama. Honestly, all of these Jersey men are more drama than their wives half of the time.

At guy’s night, Joe’s asked about the allegations involving Louie. Instead of shutting it down at the moment, of course, he’s playing into it. He can’t help himself. Joe always has to find a way to THE DRAMA.

Everyone’s gossiping about Bill, and he’s the last to show up. Oddly, the guys want Bill to say his wife is a horrible human being. Joe’s sitting there calling Jennifer disgusting, so what is Bill supposed to say to that?

Bill would be the worst fucking husband of all time if he sat there and bashed his wife. He says Jennifer never went digging for information on anyone, but Evan Goldschneider disagrees. They go back and forth for a few, and he tells Bill to get lost. Woah.

Summer House Recap: A Twisted HubbHouse Fairytale

Once upon a time, a group of friends shared a house for the summer in the Hamptons. That’s how the fairy tale that is Summer House started back in 201 . In the chapters since, we’ve seen seen heroes and (mostly) villains come and go. And we’ve even reached the point where the universe of the fairytale has earned a spinoff and collided with other, previously independent fairytale worlds in the Bravoverse.

Once again, we begin this week of the Summer House story back in New York City. That’s two weeks in a row! It’s safe to say that Kyle Cooke public shaming of his friends clearly didn’t go over well. In fact, it fell about as flat as a one-season roommate’s impact on the show. All Kyle’s (admittedly very calm and considered) lashing out did was upset Amanda Batula and make the vibe of his 39th birthday awkward for everyone. Even Everett Weston can feel the tension, and he just popped in for the first time in years.

Mya Allen attempts to calm Kyle down, pulling him aside to promise no one was trying to convince Amanda to call off the wedding. That wasn’t the girls’ intentions at all. Everyone’s rooting for Kymanda to make it down the aisle. They just want the couple to be happy and excited when they do so. Not fighting, bickering and constantly in tears every weekend leading up to the big day. Mya’s words manage to placate Kyle and he even ends up apologizing to the rest of the girls for assuming the worst. Look! A little bit of growth, even if it’s happening at almost 40.

The next day, the scene opens on Paige DeSorbo at home in her cozy, chic New York apartment. With Craig Conover coming out the shower! He wasn’t at the birthday party the night before, but it would appear that a make-or-break text from Paige summoned the Charmer to the big city for a couple days. Paige dances around defining the totally not exclusive couple’s non-relationship, and Craig says he just wants to take things a step at a time. Eventually, they’ll be spending so much time together that they’ll just naturally become exclusive. Though Paige fails to tell him that just the night before she turned down Andrea Denver‘s offer of a date. So even though she claims to be fine with the arrangement, in her head she’s essentially already chosen Craig.

Friday finally arrives and the gang caravans back to the Hamptons, where the attention is all expected to be lavished on Lindsay Hubbard since it’s her 35th birthday. And listen, I’m all for celebrating your birthday, but it brings out the most obnoxious side of Hurricane Hubbard that just grates on my nerves for some reason. For Lindsay’s big day, Austen Kroll is finally making his first appearance of the season at the house. Which is sure to bring out a competitive dynamic between the birthday princess and Ciara Miller. So that’ll definitely be fun to watch. At least for everyone else.

True to form, the tension starts almost immediately once Lindsay makes her grand entrance into the backyard. She’s taking pleasure in rubbing it in everyone’s faces that Austen will be here for her birthday. But when the question comes up of where the Charmer is supposed to sleep, Ciara shoots down the idea that he’ll be sharing a bed with Lindsay. Moments later, the man in question arrives himself, and it’s eventually worked out that he’ll be sleeping in Andrea‘s room since he and Alex Wach will both be absent — though the model will be showing up in time for Lindsay’s party. So who knows where Austen’s supposed to sleep on Saturday night…

Carl Radke‘s also giddy with anticipation, because he has a guest staying for the weekend as well. Yes, it’s the girl he met in California who he went on a mid-week date with last weekend. And as happy as it makes me to see Carl happy, it’s honestly hard to get invested in any of this when we already know he and Lindsay will end up together. Because at least as of this writing, they’re in a relationship. So don’t get too attached to California girl. Or Lindsay’s obsession with Austen for that matter. (For those interested in the timeline, this episode — and the entire season, in fact — took place before Austen and Lindsay’s friendship-breaking Watch What Happens Live drama.)

Determined to have Austen all to herself (and possibly keep him away from Ciara), Lindsay steals her bestie away for drinks at North Sea Tavern in Southampton. Leaving the rest of the roommates with the perfect opportunity to gossip and speculate at home while they gather for family dinner. Ciara’s visibly annoyed at Lindsay, but Luke Gulbranson finally pipes and contributes to this season when he calls out what he sees as a glaring double standard between the girls’ behavior and things he’s been crucified for in the past. Does Ciara not think it made him uncomfortable to see her canoodling in Vermont with Austen during Winter House? But Paige is quick to clap back that men get away with all kinds of double standards. Which, true. So Luke would be wise to sit this one out.

The party moves to Southampton Social Club, where Lindsay and Austen finally meet up with the rest of the group. And as quick as you can say “f–kboy,” Austen turns all of his attention to Ciara. We’re talking whispering sweet nothings into here involving the words “minx” and “jezebel.” Ladies, does this kind of flirting work for straight men? Apparently it does on Ciara, because next thing we know she and Austen are locking lips and Lindsay is shooting daggers out of her eyes from across the table.

Once they all return home, Austen does, indeed, end up in Andrea‘s room. But Ciara‘s also in there with him until almost four a.m. And that cringe-y “I’ll eat you from front to back” line from the supertease? Yeah, Austen uses that on her, not Lindsay. Though to her credit, Ciara is visibly taken aback by such a crude offer. And even breaks the fourth wall to remind the Charmer that there are cameras watching their every move. Because they’re being filmed for a reality show. Alas, Austen ends up in bed alone for the night, and we’re all better off for it.

The next morning, it’s officially Lindsay‘s birthday. Which means Hurricane Hubbard is on a drill sergeant rampage demanding everyone get up early to help set up for her party. The theme of which is “Twisted Fairytale.” Because Lindsay’s life has turned out be exactly that. It’s honestly a great theme that allows the housemates to get creative and cute with their costumes. I mean, nobody’s mad to see Andrea turn up as Aladdin or Carl as Prince Charming, yes? The party also has all of Lindsay’s favorite things, from a make-your-own sandwich bar to a one night stand dance floor.

As guests arrive, the party quickly turns to fairytale-themed debauchery. Kyle‘s in an inflatable unicorn costume. Carl‘s charming his crush, who’s dressed as Cinderella. And Danielle Olivera takes the opportunity to subtly introduce Mya to one of her tall, dark and handsome friends. But Mya’s also engaged in the brewing drama, pulling Ciara aside to remind her that she doesn’t actually know what Lindsay‘s thinking when it comes to Austen. Because no one’s actually asked HubbHouse what her intentions are.

Over in another corner of the chaos, things have understandably cooled between Andrea and Paige. She says he’s not acting like himself, but if she’s emotionally unavailable for a relationship, he’s not going to flirt. (And side note: Alex and Jason Cameron were also both in attendance at this party, but for some reason the editors cut them out of all the footage.) As the episode ends, though, Lindsay gets her birthday wish by straddling Austen for a kiss. Or two. Or three. OK, it’s kind of almost on the verge of a public make out, complete with Austen telling the birthday girl that he loves her. This is…not going to be great for the house dynamics.

Heather Dubrow Says Production Made Jen Armstrong Look “Sh*tty” At Dinner Party On Real Housewives Of Orange County

The latest episode of Real Housewives of Orange County was a doozy, to say the least. Newbie Dr. Jen Armstrong has been increasingly open about having marital problems with husband Ryne/Ryan Holliday. Heather Dubrow, who after 25 years of marriage, fancies herself an expert and stepped in to help. So she invited Jen and Ryne/Ryan over for a dinner party. To further assist, she invited some of her long-time married friends, presumably to reveal the secrets of a happy marriage.

Things didn’t exactly go as planned. Or at least that’s what production wanted us to believe. Jen got sauced, Ryne/Ryan seemed completely detached and uncomfortable. Then he put his napkin in his shirt to eat, horrifying Heather and her uppity guests. They left with Jen stumbling out and Ryne/Ryan likely learning nothing about marriage outside of how to care for your drunken wife.

But Heather wants us to know it wasn’t as bad as it looked. As reported by Reality Blurb, Heather took to an episode of her podcast, Heather Dubrow’s World, to explain that things aren’t always as they appear on reality tv. You don’t say?

Heather began, “I was so pissed off because, first of all, that toast that Jen gave about the underwear that was later, not when we sat down. I hate when they do that because if I had known she was that hammered, I would have ended the dinner would have her sent home. What you didn’t see was we had a full dinner.”

Heather went on to say that production made the whole thing look “shitty.” And that the night was more fun than what viewers saw. She added that Jen wasn’t intoxicated the whole time and that the group even danced at one point. Although she did note that Jen fell while dancing. Which doesn’t exactly help her argument that Jen wasn’t a drunken mess. Or maybe Jen just has two left feet, who knows?

Heather continued, “We went outside and danced on the balcony over there on the patio out there. We were dancing and whatever. I mean, it was a full evening, and I didn’t ask that many times. So, I hated that scene. I hated that they took, in my opinion, was one of the most fun, funniest evenings. And like Sarah and Jen were dancing together, and then Jen dropped her and just left her there and walked off. It was so funny. And she wasn’t that hammered until the end.”

She explained, “That’s why I was upset about the episode because I was so excited to see this party because it was so much fun, and everyone had such a great time until the end. And it just bummed me out, but they didn’t show it.”

As for how Heather herself handled the dinner party, she took issue with production on that too. She fully admits to being “controlling” and liking her dinner parties a “certain way.” But she didn’t appreciate how production made her look. Heather can complain all she wants but let’s face it – she knows the deal. She’s a housewives veteran, even if she’s been away from the show for a few years.

Regardless, on the Real Housewives After Show, Jen and Heather laughed off the whole thing. Heather told Jen, “You are so funny though. We had a lot of fun that night.” Jen responded, “Yes! That’s exactly right. It was fun. It was a blast.”

Joe Gorga Melissa Gorga Share How RHONJ Drama Is Affecting Antonia Gorga

Has anyone ever told Joe Gorga that shutting up is free? This reflective meatball just can’t keep himself out of on-camera drama that doesn’t concern him. In fact, he seems to find no problem with dragging his under age family members into “his Housewife’s” spotlight for his own attention. His presence on Real Housewives of New Jersey has just been a vacillation between putting down the women he’s related to and talking about his junk.

On a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, a guest asked Joe and Melissa Gorga about the relationship between  Antonia Gorga, Milania Giudice, and Gia Giudice as a result of the drama taking place between the adults. Though Gia has repeatedly asked Joe to keep her father’s name out of his mouth around her and her family, he just can’t seem to make it happen. What a patriarch! Imagine watching young girls you love lose their father through no fault of their own, and then getting mad that they aren’t bashing him along side you publicly.

“Honestly, I see it affecting [Antonia] a little bit now. She really doesn’t get involved. She’s starting to get a little annoyed,” Joe told the audience member. He shied away a little saying, “I don’t really want to talk about it too much. She’s getting old enough.” So say nothing! Doesn’t he have a job, or like, anything to do besides puppy dogging after his wife’s spotlight?

Joe admitted that Antonia does watch the Real Housewives of New Jersey. He added that “she loves her cousins” before Melissa interrupted to say that Antonia get’s “a little disappointed” with the Giudice girls.

In an earlier episode this season, viewers watched Joe call Joe Giudice “the devil” before Gia told him in a level but firm tone, “I’m done with you being disrespectful.” Joe shot back with insults, calling Gia’s attitude while defending her father “horrendous”, before storming out of the party in true Housewives fashion. Isn’t this the guy who offered to step up as a parental figure that one time? Someone get these Gorga’s a story line so we can go back to ignoring them, please.

Kandi Burruss Teases “Real Serious Beef” With Marlo Hampton On Real Housewives Of Atlanta Next Season

Season 14 of Real Housewives of Atlanta cannot come soon enough. We will be welcoming back some established baddies like Sheree Whitfield and Marlo Hampton. I, for one, am ready to move on from Porsha Williams’ entire vibe and penchant for accountability dodging. And though I love her, my screen won’t miss Cynthia Bailey’s #chilling. The dawn of a new day is upon us…hopefully.

Kandi Burruss has been on a press tour lately, dropping hints about what’s to come on the newest RHOA season. She’s admitted that the change in casting has not switched up the amount of drama fans can expect. Most shockingly? She by Sheree is bringing us tangible garments and a full on fashion show. More dramatically? It sounds like Kandi and the former friend-of Marlo get all the way into it.

“Marlo and I, we had some real serious beef that happened this year. It was crazy. I wasn’t expecting it, because I was really one of the main people rooting for her to get her peach,” Kandi revealed on the Daily Beast Live. “I did not think that we would have that type of a falling out,” she added.

Kandi shared that, not only will we be getting a lot more of Marlo this year, but we will actually get to meet her mother! Of course, Kandi is not a grudge holder or a drama chaser. How she has managed to stay on this show for so long is shocking, to be honest.

She assured viewers that, in the end, she and Marlo are able to move on from their disagreement. She said, “We were able to fix it. It’s not like we’re still in a bad place, but at that time, I wasn’t sure if we were going to come back from it.”

On The Wendy Williams Show Kandi shared that the disagreement between herself and Marlo was “really bad.” She added that they were able to bounce back and come together over chicken wings. We love to hear it. Kandi also teased some history-making reads we can expect from the rising Queen, Kenya Moore.

Nick Lachey And Vanessa Lachey Hosting New Netflix Reality Show The Ultimatum

Netflix struck gold when they developed Love is Blind. Quite literally everyone and their mother watches this show. And for good reason. You don’t have to be a reality TV fiend to enjoy the type of drama and chaos this show depicts. People meet from separate dating “pods” to determine whether they can find love without judging someone’s looks.  These relationships are positively unhinged. The casting on this series is *chefs kiss* And those are just the characters we get to see.

It feels criminal that we had to wait this long for a second season of Love is Blind. Now that my season two binge watch is over, I am dying for more. Gratefully, Netflix has announced that on April 6th a new show will be hitting our queues. The creators of Love is Blind are gifting us with a whole new series called The Ultimatum! Nick Lachey and Vanessa Lachey will once again host a dating show disaster for our entertainment.

Us Weekly reported on the new show’s trailer. It opens with Vanessa announcing to a group of beautiful people, “You’re here because someone in your relationship has issued an ultimatum.” And we’re off!

Vanessa went on to explain the shows premise, “One partner is ready to get married and the other isn’t sure. You’re going to find out if there are people here who [might be a better fit].” Temptation Island Netflix style, and I am not mad about it.

The show allows couples who are unwilling to commit to find a new partner after a week. Once the new singles find their new partners, they live separately with them for several weeks. At the end of the experience, contestants must choose between staying with the person they arrived with, or “leaving them forever.” Intense!

The show’s trailer shows contestants saying things to one another like, “I am not attracted to you” and “I think you can do 100% better than him.” It also seems that some singles who brought their partners here to get closer, end up falling further apart.

All 10 episodes of The Ultimatum drop on April 6th!

Abhishek “Shake” Chatterjee continues his quest to be the most hated Love Is Blind contestant in the show’s two season history. A we all know, Shake went into the situation seemingly not understanding the premise. Love Is Blind is a dating show that experiments with exactly that – the idea that you don’t need physical appearance to fall in love. But Shake didn’t get the memo. He routinely tried to get the weight and stature of a few contestants in the pod. After plenty of misses, he finally connected with Deepti Vempati. She overlooked his initial red flags and the two got engaged in the pods.

Once they got to Mexico, where the newly engaged couples are supposed to get to know each other, things quickly changed. The two were not intimate and Shake seemed detached and uninterested. When they got home, things didn’t get much better. Shake regularly complained to the other contestants behind Deepti’s back. Ultimately, Deepti found out, and dumped him at the altar. Like she should have. It was a welcomed moment of justice on reality tv, where the villain often wins.

After the show’s finale, Shake was read for filth all over social media. And with good reason! So I think we were all wondering how he might defend himself at the reunion special. The answer? He didn’t really – he just made himself look WORSE. As if that was possible. But instead of complaining about Deepti, Shake took aim at someone more unexpected – host Nick Lachey. As reported by E! News, Shake took to social media to complain about Nick’s hosting skills.

In a since deleted Instagram post, Shake slammed Nick for his comment that since Shake is a veterinarian, he can see why he treats animals and not humans. A good burn, but pretty tame if you ask me. But Shake’s fragile ego couldn’t handle it and he griped, “You’re a massive twat for your comment dragging vets. You do realize that becoming a veterinarian [is] considerably more difficult than becoming a human doc right?”

Shake also whine that Nick was not an “impartial host.” He added, “Sorry I didn’t play along with your narrative like the rest of these puppets… You put a doctor on the show… of course you’re going to see some critical thinking.” I would love for him to elaborate on when he displayed critical thinking.

While the jilted vet tried to claim he got a bad edit, Love Is Blind’s creator, Chris Coelen says not so fast. Chris told Variety, “If we were afraid of that comment, we could have taken it out.” He noted, “But I’m not afraid of that comment, because during this process, we want to give people the opportunity to say whatever they want to say.” And despite Nick and his co-host/wife Vanessa Lachey’s highly opinionated approach to hosting, Chris defended them. He explained, “We don’t tell them what to say or not to say. It’s their thing.”

As for Shake, Chris admitted that no one told him what to say either. Which was obvious. Said Chris, “Shake was jumping in from the word ‘go.’ Nobody tells him to do that. That’s what he decided to do, he wants to get his point of view across and I guess, good for him.”

Below Deck Sailing Yacht Recap: Revenge Of The Roses

This season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht has been off to a hit-or-miss start. On one hand, the first charter of the season was relatively easy. Other than Gabriela Barragan having to rein in a drunkenly inappropriate charter guest, of course. On the other, the new crew members aren’t quite gelling yet, whether it’s Ashley Marti and Tom Pearson arguing over who’s more immature or the two stews getting off on a competitive foot. But little does the crew know they should’ve been counting their blessings during charter number one because things can get much harder at work. And they’re about to, thanks to some unforgettable returning charter guests…

The day after the first night out is, blessedly, a turnaround day. So the crew has a full twenty-four hours to clean up the mess they made on board after a night of drinking, partying and arguing. As the stale beer bottles get emptied, Captain Glenn Shephard calls Gary King, Daisy Kelliher and Marcos Spaziani together for a preference sheet meeting. And surprise! The co-primaries for charter number two are Erica Rose and Cindi Rose! Daisy in particular, is filled with dread at the prospect of the return of the Roses, especially considering how unabashedly difficult the mother-daughter duo were last season. But hey, at least as a viewer you know it’ll be memorable! Just dear go, please no “tatas for Trump” this time, OK?

There’s also lingering tension among the junior crew that needs to be dealt with before guests come on board. After getting advice from Gary, Tom decides to apologize to Ashley for their spat the night before. At least just for the sake of clearing the slate and keeping things copacetic and professional. Though deckhand Kelsie Goglia still thinks that the two need to, in her words, “bang it out” rather than simply hug it out — even if Ashley insists she would never date someone her own age.

Yet as one door of drama closes, another opens, this time over the hierarchy in the interior. Ashley‘s made it no secret that she was rather unhappy about being made third stew. And if her attitude is any indication, she doesn’t intend to take any orders for Gabriela during the charter season. So when she opts to suck up to Daisy by helping plan the Roses’ party decor instead of cleaning up the bar like the second stew asked, it becomes a problem. Gabriela’s upset at being blown off, and calls Ashley out in the crew mess in front of nearly the entire crew. But rather than intervene, Daisy focuses on her own duties. The two stews can figure things out between them without the need for her to referee.

Gabriela quickly regrets the confrontation, but her attempt at apologizing doesn’t really go over that well either. Ashley tells her point blank that she basically sees the hierarchy between second and third stew to be completely arbitrary. And in a way, she does have a point. Both stews only have about a year of work in yachting under their belts. But while the air technically gets cleared, something tells me this battle of the stews is only going to get worse as the season progresses. And Daisy won’t be able to avoid stepping in for long.

The next morning, Captain Glenn greets Daisy with a deliciously scandalous piece of news. The guests’ arrival for the charter — which is scheduled for that afternoon – has been upset on account of Erica, her husband and her mother being ejected from their flight at Heathrow Airport. While details are a bit muddy on what exactly went down, it looks like Cindi won’t be arriving until later in the day. Because she’s been detained.  I swear, only the Roses…

Following a panicked scramble to properly clean the transom, the rest of the guests arrive sans the Married to Medicine Houston alum, with Erica in the lead. And before they’ve even made it down the dock, her husband, Chuck, is threatening under his breath that every time he’s inconvenienced, the crew’s losing part of their tip. So this is going to be fun! As the crew gets to work unpacking Erica alum’s mountain of luggage, the one-time Bachelor contestant regales Daisy with the story of her mom’s detainment. Apparently, it involves Cindi stealing Chuck’s omelette from first class because she didn’t like the yogurt being served in economy plus? I can only imagine the four police officers chasing Cindi around the plane with her eggs, but the real question is: why wasn’t she in first class too?

After anchoring in Cala Presili, Tom makes his second major mistake of the season by forgetting to remove the pins in the door before opening the swim platform. The deckhand’s flub not only scratches the paint on the boat, it also earns him a talking to from Colin Macrae about doing his job correctly. Meanwhile, Ashley is a captive audience for Chuck as she’s forced to unpack his and Erica’s bags as he drones on and on about stone crabs, alcohol and how rich he is. Suddenly I’m having flashbacks to when Cindi cornered Alli Dore last season to do nearly the exact same thing. They’re not technically blood related since Chuck is her son-in-law, but maybe the habit runs in the family?

While Gary heads off in the tender to finally pick up an unfashionably late Cindi, Daisy serves as intermediary between the guests and Chef Marcos over the dinner menu. Chuck immediately turns his nose up at the idea of a watermelon gazpacho. He may not know what it is, but the word sounds disgusting, OK? So that idea’s out the window. Ten minutes later, Erica invades the galley with a friend to shoot down Marcos’ plan to make a broccoli mousse. Can’t they just have a plain, basic salad instead? Right about then, it dawns on the chef that he’s cooking for guests with the culinary sensibilities of a kindergarten class. I warned you this would be fun, didn’t I?

Despite the downgraded menu, Marcos manages to pull off a delicious meal for the first dinner of the charter. Not that that stops Erica and company from complaining about the food. First, she sends her steak back because she wants it well done. She expressly told the chef she didn’t want any pink in her steak, but he managed to forget. Then, Chuck criticizes the steak after his first bite, but quickly retracts the statement because he just cut off a piece of fat. By the end of the meal, though, everyone seems satisfied, with even Erica’s finicky husband calling the dinner “one of the top five” he’s had in his entire life. Hint: you would do well to remember that statement.

Before going to bed, Daisy runs the next day’s itinerary past Erica, who settles on forgoing breakfast for a boozy brunch on the beach at 11 o’clock. However, her family members seem to have missed that memo. Because Chuck wakes up cranky and demanding food with Cindi meekly following suit. Their last-minute breakfast orders — an omelette for him, poached eggs for her — create more work for Chef Marcos, who has to pause his brunch prep. But he whips the food out in no time. No problem, right? Wrong.

First, Chuck gets angry that his omelette has tomatoes in it, and demands a second, tomato-free one from the galley. Like a petulant five-year-old. But it’s while he’s waiting for his replacement omelette that he really gets going, bashing Marcos‘ food while Cindi chimes in to claim what the chef has presented since they arrived is no better than the local Chili’s. Oof, low blow, dude. Chuck gets so wound up that by the time the new omelette is delivered to the table, he pushes it away too, calling Marcos’ cooking “disgusting” and refusing to eat. And on second thought, he takes back what he said after dinner, too. He hated the steak. As he stomps around the boat whining that he’s had “better food at the ball park,” Daisy‘s left to run interference before the crew loses their entire tip altogether.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Production Turned In Unaired Erika Jayne Footage After Subpoena

Bravo, bravo, f*cking Bravo! The famous catch phrase that has worked for swindlers and hypocrites in the past. Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi won’t be getting out of this one that easy, though. The Edelson PC law firm, who represents a group of orphans and widows, is coming on strong.

Tom Girardi once represented the group of orphans and widows in a suit against Boeing. That was before the world learned he was over $100 million in debt. Also before he was relegated to a senior living facility and determined to have a neuro-cognitive disorder. Meanwhile, Erika was front and center on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills acting like a full on victim in a declining situation she was apparently well aware of. A grift for the ages.

The Edelson firm claims that Tom Girardi continues to owe his former clients $2 million from a settlement he won with Boeing. The firm accuses Tom of using the orphans’ money to fund his excessive lifestyle with Erika. A judge has now signed off on the firm going after Erika personally for the missing money.

For her part, things are probably going to get worse before they get better. Erika has done her best to keep our focus on her dating life rather than her crumbling financial situation. That could now come to a screeching halt. Radar Online reports that the production company behind RHOBH, Evolution Media, has finally complied with a federal civil subpoena. They have turned over documents and footage relating to Erika Jayne during the filming of the show.

In a series of subpoenas fired off by the Edelson firm, NBCUniversal and Evolution were both sent legal paperwork. Edelson recently filed a status report that revealed Evolution has officially handed over the requested documents. They also note that, while NBC was served back in October of 2021, the network has yet to fully produce all documents and footage. Tick tock! I can’t wait to see what these companies have been sitting on!

Erika, who seemingly went onto the Housewives show in an effort to boost her fame and “singing” career, is now lamenting that decision. She’s made comments recently about the complexity of filming a reality show while being chased down for millions of dollars. She’s commented that being on a reality TV show has “magnified” the legal situation because of “what she’s done professionally.” And we don’t even know the half, yet!

Erika Jayne Claps Back About $1.2 Million Lawsuit

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 is promising big things, and an equally gigantic cast. The latest season will include Diana Jenkins as a new Housewife and Sheree Zampino as a friend-of. We can also expect to see the familiar faces of Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Kathy Hilton, and of course, Erika Jayne. No matter how large they decide to make the cast of this franchise, it’s hard to imagine anyone besides Erika being the dramatic-focal.

Erika has been enmeshed in a litigation nightmare since her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, has been accused of swindling money from widows and orphans of a Lion Air crash. Recently, Erika and her company, EJ Global, LLC were named in a $2.1 million complaint associated with the Lion Air lawsuit.

The filed documents are claiming Erika “aided and abetted” Tom and his law firm in their alleged financial misdeeds. The suit comes just days after it was announced that EJ Global was suspended amid bankruptcy proceedings. As a result, Erika’s company cannot sell or transfer property. She is also unable to use EJ Global for business-related matters until the alleged issues are resolved. Poor lamb.

Erika’s lawyer is firing back, though, denying any wrong doing on her part and placing the blame fully on Tom. Erika’s lawyer, Evan Borges, told E! News, “The complaint is another misguided effort to blame Erika for the conduct of others in which she had no part.”

EJ’s lawyer leaned into the victim narrative adding, “Erika has no law degree and never worked at or managed her former husband’s law firm. Whatever Mr. Girardi or others at his law firm did or said to the plaintiffs in this case, Erika had no knowledge or role in any of it.” He added that the “focus” of this case should be on Tom, and “anyone else who enabled what he did.” Okay but what about focusing on the people who blatantly benefitted from what he did and now show 0% remorse or humility? Asking for a couple million interested viewers.

Evan Borges is resolute, though, and claims,”Piling on Erika may generate publicity, but it’s without any basis in law or fact.” Considering she is literally surviving on publicity right now, I don’t see the issue.

The Challenge Star Cory Wharton Is Expecting Baby Number Three; His Second With Taylor Selfridge

They don’t call him the most prolific Challenge player for nothing. Although this time, Cory Wharton has kept things at home, and is expecting his third child with live-in baby number two mama, Taylor Selfridge. Long known in the Challenge world for most hook-ups ever filmed, it’s no surprise that he would have a baby with one or two of those women.

Aneesa Ferriera and Kailah Casillas can take a beat. While they did some Challenge hooking up with Cory, neither one of them managed to get knocked-up. Although they could have done worse. Cory may be king of the hook-up, but he is also one very hands on father. No dead-beat dad here. Looking at you Randall Emmett. Cory manages to be present for his kids, even when not in a relationship with their mother.

In case you missed it, Cory hooked up with Cheyenne Floyd after filming Rivals III. She got pregnant, and didn’t get around to telling him, until their daughter, Ryder, was 6 months old. So not cool. Cory took it like a champ (although not in The Challenge sense). He totally stepped up to the plate and became an active father overnight. So much so, the two earned a spot on Teen Mom OG. As you do.

Cory, never one to shy away from television, decided to appear on yet another reality show, Ex On The Beach, where he met Taylor. Taylor was previously on Are You The One, which, if you are keeping score, is where The Challenge found Cheyenne in the first place. Does any of this even make sense?

To his credit, Cory and Taylor were living together and in an actual relationship when they announced the birth of their first daughter, Mila. Mila’s now almost two, The Challenge is on a break from filming, so what better time to have another baby?

According to E! News, Cory and Taylor are expecting again. They both announced her pregnancy on their Instagram accounts.

Cory‘s caption read, “Each one of my kids have continued to push me into making me a better man, so I know you’re gonna do the same. Throughout the years the satisfaction I get from raising my two lil girls is unmatched. I truthfully feel like God has put me in a position that I’m so lucky & blessed to be in. As a kid my dad wasn’t able to be around, and I feel like that’s why I try and give you girls EVERYTHING that I have. I can’t wait to watch you grow with your sisters Ryder & Mila. I’m telling you right now both those girls love you so much.”

It’s not a baby announcement if you don’t publicly acknowledge your baby’s mother, right? “Taylor, I don’t know too many people to put up with me for as long as you have. But no seriously, I love you bby & I can’t wait to start this adventure with you and continue to build this family up.” Awww, I think that’s nice. Why turn to your left and tell her in person how you feel, when you can pen an Insta caption that the whole world can see.

In case you were wondering, Taylor also thanked Cory on her post. “My whole life I knew I was meant to be a mother, I love my babies more than anything in this world. My heart grew twice the size and I knew I’d love you just the same as your sisters. Cory, I love you. I know everyone knows this but I know the best, you are really the most amazing father.”

She said, “You always put a smile on my face when you’re with our girls & they love you so so much. I know this next one will be a new adventure for us but I know we can do anything together. Happy birthday my love. Cheers to another beautiful child.” Oh good, if she hadn’t publicly wished him a happy birthday, did it even happen? A tree falling in the forest and all that?

Kandi & The Gang Series Premiere Recap: Doors Open, Lights Off

The Kandi Burruss Vanderpump Rules-style spinoff is finally here! This has been a long time coming, but Kandi always delivers. Her hustle is harder than most of her ATL castmates. She’s always finding new ways to expand her business empire.

Kandi and Todd Tucker want to get back into the OLG restaurant to get things back on track. The staff’s off doing whatever they want to do, and things are off the rails. They bringing in a new guy named Phillip Frempong from Blaze to direct things. However, the only thing he looks like he’s directing is his abs.

Phillip says he’s a strong-minded person, and he seems super stuck on himself. He knows he’s good-looking, and it shows. I’m not sure the staff is going to take him seriously.

It’s a Don Juan sighting! Usually, he’s dealing with her other business ventures, but he’s at OLG right now. Shawndreca Robinson is the first host of OLG, and the YELP reviews aren’t favorable of her. Dom’unique doesn’t seem too invested in OLG. Dance is her passion, and that’s her top priority. It shows.

Watching everyone in the staff at the beginning of this episode makes it clear why the business is struggling. Between the drama of the Old Lady Gang and the lazy staff, this place needs a lot of help. Kandi’s finally taking charge of her business, so hopefully, things start to change.

Shawndreca doesn’t like Phillip. He’s been there for two seconds, and she’s already giving a nasty attitude. Change has to happen if this business is going to stop failing. Phillip doesn’t want personalities to fight him every step of the way. If he’s there, there’s a reason. If things were going well for the business, Phillip’s arrival wouldn’t be needed.

Don Juan mediates a conversation between Phillip & Shawndreca. He needs Shawndreca to be open to change. She’s being so openly disrespectful to her new business. She has zero professionalism. Her ass needs a reality check, or she needs to be shown the door.

Shawndreca doesn’t like being talked to negatively, but she’s the most negative. Don Juan’s trying to get Shawndreca to get her shit together, but she’s freaking out. Customers are arriving soon, so she needs to collect herself. Phillip sends Shawndreca home after overhearing her talking shit about him. These two need to both reset and try and get back on the same page.

Phillip thinks Shawndreca might need to be shown the door. Kandi doesn’t understand why he’d send her home, but Todd agrees with Phillip’s decision. I get that Phillip came in hot, but the way Shawndreca’s behaving is not conducive to a productive workplace.

The ladies behind Old Lady Gang breathe so much life into me. They’re so rude, and I’m living. Nora, Bertha, & Joyce are all on the same page about the employees sucking at OLG. None of them are worth a damn.

Kandi never expected her mother and aunts to be in the restaurant working it. It was more of a photo-op thing, but now they’re heavily involved. Getting into it with the employees is a bad look. But also, why are these women over 80 years old out there trying to throw down?

Kandi enlists the help of former employee Torin Mitchell to put together a “family reunion” of sorts. This is supposed to get people invested in the restaurant again. It’s about time for life to be breathed back into this dying business.

Shawndreca is a reality TV star. She’s annoying in so many ways, but she’s already one of the breakout stars. That’s obvious. She’s a scene-stealer throughout this episode. Anything worth talking about coming out of this premiere is going to center around her. Period.

Torin wants to return to OLG because it’s Black-owned. His energy is fun and fab, but I’m waiting for him to butt heads with someone. Kandi’s bringing back all of these former faces to shake things up, and his return might rub people wrong.

Another former employee named Brian Redmond is also invited to return to the show. It’s a little awkward because he’s promoting his own current business at the same time. Everyone’s fun, but a lot of them are slightly opportunistic.

Shawndreca showing up late on a busy day is so unacceptable. She’s unaware of anything but her own ego. Despite her tardiness, Phillip’s willing to move forward with her. Progress can be made!

Brandon’s not feeling Phillip either. Is there anyone in the existing regime that is a fan of his? If he continues to rub everyone the wrong way, he risks alienating all of the stuff. If nobody ever gets on good terms with him, they’re never going get out of the rut they’re in.

Everything is so chaotic in the restaurant. There’s not a lot of communication among the staff. Customers are strewn about the building because nobody is doing their job to get them to a table. The employees are more worried about who they can climb into bed with than customer service. Kandi’s in for a long road if she wants to turn OLG around and make it prosper again.

There’s so much sexual tension between Brandon & Dom’unique Variety. We have to love that nobody has boundaries in this restaurant. This is a walking HR crisis, but let’s enjoy it for what it is. Highly entertaining thus far.

To make things worst, the POWER goes out. How is this happening? It’s hot at hell for everyone already, and this will send them over the edge. No customer wants to sit in a hot-ass restaurant with subpar service.

Customers sitting around with FLASHLIGHTS on a SATURDAY is a mess. Kandi makes her rounds to the customers to apologize for the power going out. What horrible timing that it happened when she showed up.

Phillip’s not happy that OLG doesn’t have a generator to fix this issue. Right now, the restaurant isn’t performing at the level they need to because Kandi & Todd are being too cheap. That’s simplifying it a little bit, but AM I?

Dancing With The Stars Alum Maksim Chmerkovskiy Returns To The US From Ukraine; Reunites With Wife Peta Murgatroyd

Dancing With the Stars has spawned many romances. Dance pros Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd were dating but called it quits in 2013. But the DWTS couple reignited their spark, and in December of 2015, Maks popped the question.

In May of 2016, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child. They had a lavish baby shower in December of 2016.

US Weekly reported that the couple welcomed their son on January 4, 2017. They named him Shai Aleksander Chmerkovskiy. And on July 8, 2017, Peta and Maks waltzed down the aisle at Oheka Castle in Long Island, New York, according to People.

Unfortunately, Maks was in his native Ukraine when Russia invaded the country. After a harrowing journey, Page Six reported that Maks arrived back in the US. He reunited with Peta on March 2, 2022 at the Los Angeles International Airport. Paparazzi snapped photos of the couple as they hugged in the airport terminal.

Maks was set to be part of the judging panel on the Ukrainian edition of World of Dance. Peta stayed in Los Angeles with their five-year-old son.

According to Page Six, Maks shared videos showing what was happening in Ukraine amid Russia’s invasion. He shared a video on Instagram with the caption, “There’s ALWAYS another way! WAR is NEVER an answer.” Maks was on a balcony in Kyiv, with the sound of sirens wailing in the background. This experience must have been absolutely terrifying.

Page Six reported that Maks told his followers, via his Instagram Story on February 28, 2022, that he he “made it on the train” out of Ukraine and reached Poland. “We’re heading to Warsaw (hopefully). Train to Lviv was not an option,” Maks wrote. “The situation at the train station is insane. At first it feels manageable, but it gets A LOT worse when it comes time to actually board the train,” he added.

Last week, a frightened Peta asked followers to pray for her husband, per Page Six. “I don’t usually ask these things from my social media network, however, today is extremely hard and the next few will be even harder,” the dance pro posted on Instagram.

“My pain is overwhelming and I’m struggling, but you sending your positive light and love to him would mean the world to me. Truly, I wish for nothing more,” Peta wrote.

“Please pray that has has a swift, safe exit. I have FAITH,” Peta said. “I have HOPE and I have PRAYED so hard. Please pray for Ukraine and the innocent civilians whose lives are being greatly uprooted,” she added. “I grew to love this country the couple of times I visited and they’re in an unfathomable situation.”

Thankfully Maksim is home and safe and reunited with his family.
