How the winner of Romania’s Got Talent is a finalist on America’s Got Talent

On May 31, Laura Bretan, age 13, sang opera during the America's Got Talent season 11 auditions, which were pre-taped. Four days later, on June 3, Laura won Românii Au Talent, Romania's version of the show. The prize was €120,000, or about $135,000.
