Lisa Rinna says “shame on me” in her latest Real Housewives of Beverly Hills blog. When reflecting on this week’s episode, Lisa fully admits that she has no place judging anybody else and agrees that Bethenny Frankel came on pretty strong with Erika Girardi.
Lisa kicks off her blog with a funny, “Let’s start this week’s blog with a riddle. Question: What happens when you take a handful of housewives out of Beverly Hills and put them in the Hamptons? Answer: They turn into a bunch of ridiculous, judgmental bitches. LOL!”
Lisa continues her blog, sharing that Erika is all sorts of fabulous and she herself is in no place to judge, “I mean, c’mon. This episode was a bit much with the judgments and interrogations and unsolicited advice, don’t you think? Hello. How does someone who has posed not only once but TWICE for Playboy have any right to pass judgment on Erika’s career? Shame on me for even going there. When I was told I was going to meet her, I did what anyone would do… I googled her! While I was definitely surprised by what I found at first, I have to say, I became an Erika Jayne fan as soon as I met her. So much so, that I cringed just now watching my reaction to Erika before I met her. Erika is fabulous. I know it. She knows it. And now the world knows it!”
Lisa says Bethenny did come on strong that first night. “In my opinion, offering unsolicited advice is usually not a great idea. Trust me on this one. I know why Bethenny does it. I absolutely get it. She and I are very similar when it comes to honesty and feeling compelled to give our true opinions, even when it’s at the expense of not being the popular opinion in a group. But sometimes Karma can be a bitch and rip your pants wide open when you’re being bitchy! That was hilarious and probably the only part of the evening that I’m sorry I missed!”
On Lisa Vanderpump opening up the Eileen-Vince marriage can of worms. “The other situation going down between Eileen and LVP was also uncomfortable to watch. It was made quite clear to me last year that Eileen doesn’t feel comfortable talking about the early days of her and Vince’s relationship. Not to mention, Eileen was pretty forthcoming with the information she shared with us last season about it, so I can understand how being asked again this year could feel as if she’s being unnecessarily questioned.”
She adds, “So, Eileen asks for my advice on the situation. Clearly Dr. Rinna needs to keep her day job, because advising her to be upfront about her feelings with LVP without having expectations obviously isn’t going to bring a satisfying resolution to this particular situation. LVP’s response about their conversation being only between the two of them isn’t necessarily true, because we all know better than that, don’t we?”

R&B semi-bad boy Ray J, who also stars on the VH1 hit reality series, “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood,” got engaged to co-star and longtime lady love, Princess Love. The pair seemingly had a kind of dress rehearsal engagement on the final episode of the show. In actuality however, Ray reportedly popped the question again and with more flair on Boxing Day last month, while down on one knee and in front of a private jet before they were scheduled to take off.
The romantic engagement was completely planned by Ray J, who wanted to orchestrate a memorable and romantic event Princess would never forget. The crooner called his girl’s closest friends, as well as her parents to meet him at a heliport the day after Christmas. When the group arrived on the scene, Ray J asked them to hide on the jet, then surprise Princess once the romantic deed was over. According to the news outlet, Princess claims, she cried like a baby when Ray J presented her with a huge riveting yellow teardrop cut diamond framed by two rows of smaller ones.
And speaking of crying like a baby, even though love is in the air right now or the pair, Ray J was doing some serious boo-hooing last February and all because Princess, allegedly landed some hurtful blows to his body. The former stripper-turned-fashion-designer was cuffed and hauled off to a jail cell, after she attacked Ray J at a New Orleans hotel. Hotel security found the former child actor running down a corridor, bleeding and distraught. After being taken to a hospital and evaluated, Ray J was diagnosed with broken ribs, a split lip and torn ACL. A witness later even testified that Princess was overheard at the hotel verbally threatening Ray J with, “I’m gonna kill you!” Princess was charged with domestic abuse and battery but was released after, you guessed it…Ray J bailed her out!

On an episode that aired on Love & Hip Hop Hollywood, Princess is seen attacking Ray J after telling her he wanted to part ways. Upon hearing what Ray J has to say, Princess seethingly throws a glass of champagne in his face, flings pieces of food at him, then refers to him as a “bitch.” The young designer’s ruffian actions are then escalated, as she attempts to throw Ray J into a pool. Instead, Ray J somehow manages to throw Princess into the pool and tries to walk away. When Princess, who was also boxer Floyd Mayweather’s flame, manages to get out of the pool, she then angrily lunges at her man while shouting, “I am going to f*ck him up right now!” but her efforts are thwarted by the show’s security.
Ray J and Princess have also broken up several times on their famed reality show and have managed to come back together again despite their volatile ups and downs. Over the last few months however, there’s been a hush over this couple’s relationship which is a good thing, let’s hope it lasts….

Nothing like coming home from a twelve hour work day to drama filled two-hour premiere of Mob Wives! I don’t know if it’s a punishment or Christmas all over again, but I’m going to go with the latter. Karen Gravano is living the dream, back in New York after a stint in Arizona, and she wants her teenage daughter to recognize how fortunate she is to live this lifestyle. Meanwhile, Renee Graziano is hoping to leave drama and negativity in the past. A cook-out at Karen’s house is just what she needs, even though both women realize that Karen’s daughter Karina is going to give them multiple coronaries. She’s way too pretty to be a teenager, but Renee hopes that Karen will allow Karina to mermaid model for her Mob Candy line. At least they can keep an eye on her that way.
Big Ang is recovering from throat cancer, and with her blonde hair, she looks like a boss. She is extremely grateful for her friends’ support during her surgery and following ordeal, but she credits husband Neil for being her rock. I love Ang, and I am thrilled to hear she’s cancer free (as the season airs, prayers are with her now). Her doctor touts an organic diet and exercise…oh, and she needs to quit smoking. It’s hard. Also difficult? Drita D’Avanzo’s household. She’s juggling having growing girls and her husband home from the clink. While she’s thrilled to have the balance of a normal family, she wants her daughters to realize how far she’s come. Drita takes them on a tour of the projects where she grew up so they appreciate the beautiful home and pool they are fortunate enough to have. She’s worked terribly hard, and she wants her daughters to appreciate the struggle she’s had to become the woman she is today. Of course, a book about her life is the next step in her empire…if she can convince her husband Lee that it’s not disloyal to their lifestyle.

Renee, Karen, Drita, and Ang are reuniting after a tumultuous year. They’ve had their ups and downs, but Ang’s health scare made them all realize just how precious time is. Drita reveals her plans to pen a biography, and Renee is immediately supportive. Renee then invites her friends to join her as the Mob Candy float makes its way through the Coney Island parade. All of the women are excited to attend, and Karen wants to invite her friend Brittany. Brittany’s father John Fogarty was in prison with Karen’s dad, so they are kindred. When the ladies learn that Brittany’s father cooperated with the feds, Karen and company bristle. Loyalty is huge with this group, and we all know how much these girls hate a rat…or anyone who may be related to someone who may have been a rat. Karen is sensitive to the subject given her father’s sentence, and we’re finally getting to the drama dynamic these ladies live for on a day to day basis.
Brittany is the newest addition to the cast, and she is fully aware that she looks more like a California girl than a mobster’s daughter. A “runway model” who has been living on the West Coast, Brittany is anxious to make a modeling career for herself in Staten Island. Her mother is concerned that Brittany will have issues given their relocation after her father’s sentencing. She hopes her daughter will not get involved with other women entrenched in “the lifestyle.” Brittany’s mother should be concerned, as Renee has already judged Brittany as the offspring of a rat. I think we can all agree that Renee is wary of outsiders regardless of their prison pedigree.
Neil is helping Ang deal with the fact she has to close the Drunken Monkey due to legal issues (to put is nicely), and he reminds her that her history is more than just a bar front. Drita arrives at the bar to commiserate with Ang. Who needs a legal liquor license if you have a fun establishment? Ang has worked so hard to make this bar her legacy, and she’s devastated that a technicality (like a felon not being legally allowed to have a liquor license) has crushed her dreams. Across town, Renee heads to Karen’s house where she is railed by her old friend for calling Brittany a rat. Renee is floored by Karen’s accusation, but Karen reminds her that she was Brittany twenty years ago. Renee accepted her given her family’s circumstances, and Karen is upset that Renee won’t extend the same courtesy to Brittany. Where is the respect and loyalty? At this point, I’m so confused as to where the respect and loyalty is supposed to lie. Anyone with me on that?
Renee is prepping for Mob Candy’s presence in the infamous mermaid parade, and Karen drops by with Karina and Brittany. The ladies air-kiss, but Renee intends to keep up her guard. She can’t trust a rat…or anyone who may be related to someone once considered a rat. From what I’ve gathered, Brittany was an infant when her father took a plea, so I’m still confused as to how that makes her culpable for his actions. That said, I’m also a Mob Wives fan, so I know exactly why Renee blames the newbie for things that happened while Brittany was still in diapers. To add another layer to the drama, Carla Facciolo enters. She’s a recent Renee bestie (remember when they hated each other so much VH1 security had to get involved?), and she’ll certainly add the requisite amount of angst to this crowd. Welcome back, Carla. Welcome back. Carla is happy to be back in the loop, but that comes with throwing shade at Drita, her one time ride-or-die friend.
The mermaid parade is an event that Lisa Vanderpump would host a party for if it were occurring in WeHo and the headliners weren’t somehow related to criminals. Before I can even type that last sentence, Love Majewski breaks through the parade barricade to embrace Karen. You’ll recall she was a cast addition for a season until violence and no fan base had her axed from the regular line up. I always adored her antics, so I am happy to see her back, unlike Carla. Carla turns an extremely tan cheek while recalling the time that Love tried to decapitate her at Drita’s birthday party. Love extends an apology, but Carla isn’t quick to accept it. However, Love talks smack about how their past altercation was a product of Drita’s shiz-talking, and Carla takes the bait. Even Renee is confused. She wonders if Drita has been the pot-stirrer all along. I think that all of these women have giant spoons in their respective bowls of crap.
Speaking of Drita, she decides to tell her husband that she plans to write a book about her life-story. As imagined, Lee isn’t keen on the idea and he expresses his opinion with a bunch of expletives. Back at the parade, Carla can breathe easily about being the center of drama as Brittany quickly edges her way into the center of the fray. As Brittany talks about her family being relocated after her father cooperated with the prosecution, Renee’s blood is boiling. Brittany challenges Renee, asking if she’d let AJ go to prison instead of turning state’s evidence. Bye, AJ. If you ever find yourself in that situation, your mother will visit you every weekend…but never be a rat. Gahhh! I love this show and these ladies! I think we can all agree that Renee disliked Brittany before ever meeting her, and this initial introduction isn’t helping.
But hey, who cares about the initial intro when you have two shows to watch, right? The second episode begins with Drita and Renee recapping the mermaid parade over lunch. Renee brings up the Carla-Love reintroduction, telling Drita that Love accused Drita for Love’s issues with Carla. Drita is peeved, to say the least. Drita is upset that her friends are siding with Carla, and her attitude is telling to Renee. After the two spar, Drita storms out, and Renee is convinced that perhaps Drita has something to run from…although we all know the drama for this show is fabricated. Across town, newbie Brittany is explaining her family’s situation in light of Renee’s accusation that she is a rat based on her father’s actions. Brittany is ready to fight, but her mother warns her to keep calm. We’ll see how long that lasts!
Karen, Renee and Carla are meeting to reconnect sans mermaid tails. Karen rehashes her relationship issues with Storm, and Carla suggests a girls’ weekend in the Hamptons. It’s a classy getaway. Karen wants to invite Brittany, but Renee is hesitant. Karen can’t understand why Renee is being so hard-headed. Carla is fine with Renee’s stance, but she’s not inviting Drita. Renee recaps her explosive lunch with Drita, and all of the women agree that Drita is hiding something. She’s too defensive. Following their meet-up, Renee is hanging with Marissa Jade, whose boyfriend is very likable because he grew up in the streets. Marissa has faced jealousy her entire life because she’s gorgeous and not quite 100 percent Italian. Renee loves her as she loves to mold girls in her likeness. Marissa and Renee bond over conspiracies and rats, and Renee is happy to deviate from feeling sorry for their families’ situations to invite her to Carla’s weekend away.
Drita and Ang are shopping for organic groceries per Ang’s doctor’s orders, and Drita is happy to assist her friend regardless of how badly fresh produce smells. Drita complains about Lee’s issues about her writing a book, and Ang fills in Drita about Love and Carla’s new truce over Drita’s alleged disloyalty. Drita is aggravated with all of her friends (sans Ang) for siding with Carla, and Ang admits that she’s going to the Hamptons with Drita’s new group of haters. Ang feels badly, and Drita is prepared to cuss each of the women up and down Staten Island. Across town, Karen approaches Storm to discuss the problems in their relationship. She wants to talk about the state of their love life while he just wants to figure out how to pack his latest night club. His mind is on money, not on Karen. He walks away from Karen mid-sentence, and there’s nary a plate for her to throw at him. It’s a travesty.
Even though Renee considers Brittany to be the rattiest of the rats, she’s willing to swallow her feelings for Carla’s getaway. The women are toasting with mimosas in their chartered van, but Renee’s friend Marissa isn’t impressed. She knows her pal is more caviar than roasted peanuts, and she’s hoping her group won’t be offended by Marissa’s love of the finer things. Good luck with that, Renee. Upon arrival, Marissa finds the accommodations lacking, and Renee retreats to bed, leaving Marissa to fend for herself…judging every last lady like it’s her job (and I guess it is, given her new reality star status). Karen bashes Drita’s plans for wanting to write a book, and she interjects to tell Ang and company that Love has enlightened her about Drita’s BS. Ang wants to keep the peace, but Brittany is all about riling up the crew by defending Drita. Karen can’t wait to call out her frenemy.
While the ladies are in the Hamptons, Drita channels her inner Judy Blume. She has a book to write, folks! Drita’s daughter hustles her mother into a sweet editing deal as Drita shares stories about her young love. Drita tears up as her youngest reads her latest installment. Meanwhile, in the Hamptons, Drita’s former clique lounges by the pool as Karen provides too much information about her lacking sex life. The hungover new crowd slowly appears to show off their bikini bodies. It’s no surprise that the veterans are wary of the most recent additions, but it’s fun to see Marissa and Brittany vying against one another for center stage. Which one is the lush? On the sidelines, Carla gossips about Drita as Ang attempts to keep the peace. It’s not working. The ladies head to a wine tasting, and over cheese, Marissa reminds the audience that she’s more about class, less about crazy partying. You can imagine that a few of her counterparts take offense to that assertion. Marissa wonders if Brittany is reliving a Cancun spring break gone awry. Marissa “jokingly” accuses Brittany of being a lush (there it is!), and the girls fight like cats and dogs. I’m sure Drita is thrilled that their wine drama has erased her as the topic of vacation conversation!

Cynthia Bailey’s marriage to Peter Thomas has largely become her main storyline on this season’s Real Housewives of Atlanta. Will they last? Will they fall apart? Will Peter refrain from getting involved in womens’ business long enough to pretend to be a recommitted husband? Despite the real issues at stake (so Cynthia claims), the drama surrounding the couple’s relationship sometimes come off as manufactured at best, and boring at worst.
Much like Fetch, Cynthia is still trying to make this storyline happen, though! And in her latest blog, she breaks down both the state of her marriage and why she chooses to openly discuss marriage issues with her only daughter, Noelle. First, Cynthia shares her reaction to Peter’s “surprise trip“: “We had a great time in Mexico! I was very excited to spend some quality time with Peter. Between traveling and growing our businesses, we struggle to consistently make time for much needed date nights. Trying to balance family and career is an ongoing challenge.”
CLICK THE CONTINUE READING BUTTON FOR MORE!
“By the grace of God we have been together for nine years and married for five. The last few months have been pretty tough,” admits Cynthia. She then goes on to recite the following four platitudes straight from The Couples Guide to Overcoming Codependence and Wayward Cheating Husbands Caught on iPhone Video: “We remain a work in progress. All I can do is continue following my heart and serve my life purpose. I am taking things one step at a time. God only knows my destiny.”
When it comes to daughter Noelle, Cynthia thinks she may follow in mama’s footsteps. Cynthia writes that Noelle “has taken an interest in modeling. Of course I am excited to show her the ropes. As a matter of fact, we have already started working on some fashion projects together. We just recently shot the cover of heart&soul magazine. It should hit the newsstands any day!”
“I have graced the covers of many magazines throughout my career, but this will be my first cover with Noelle. Although I have yet to see it, it’s my favorite already! God has truly blessed me and Leon with a fascinating child. We will support her in whatever career path she takes. We just want her to continue soaring!”
But does this close mother/daughter relationship mean that Cynthia should share the details of her marriage woes with Noelle freely? Cynthia says yes, as long as the conversation is age-appropriate. She blogs, “I am Noelle’s mother. Like any child, she just wants me to be happy. We have an amazing relationship and are very close. I strive to be as honest with her as possible and age appropriate. She is a very bright young lady. Leon and I have and continue to raise her to be an independent thinker.”
“Noelle and I are very protective of each other. She is concerned about my well-being as much as I am about hers,” continues Cynthia. “Unfortunately, there are a lot of tasteless, hurtful rumors all over social media and the internet regarding my marriage. It is impossible to safeguard her from these two powerful media outlets. I am forced to have conversations with her I would not normally have to engage her in, if my marriage was not in the public eye. Those conversations are never easy, but I do the best I can.”
Hmm. It’s interesting that Cynthia attributes her candid conversations with Noelle to the social media backlash she and Peter have been receiving about their relationship, most likely (in part) from current RHOA scenes. These scenes air months after Cynthia’s original conversations with Noelle have taken place, though. I don’t quite follow. Am I missing something?

In a last ditch effort to convince Real Housewives of Orange County fans that he’s not a liarface, Brooks Ayers is writing a tell-all book, in which he calls out producers for fabricating the “cancer gate” storyline for ratings.
Brooks continues to insist that he did not lie about having cancer. “I didn’t fake cancer,” he tells Page Six. “Who in their right mind would fake cancer?”
About RHOC producers, Brooks says, “They basically pitched me as this poor guy from Mississippi preying on a vulnerable, successful, self-made woman. I’m not bound contractually by anything to not share the intel about what transpires behind production, Bravo, what they try to do, etc.” Who is going to believe this “intel” from someone who faked test results and chemotherapy bills?!?

When he’s not spending time with his children (Apparently, he’s in the Midwest, not Florida), Brooks is writing and pitching the tell-all. He claims he has gotten a “pretty overwhelming” response from publishers.
On one hand, Brooks says he wants the best for Vicki Gunvalson, but on the other hand, he vows to expose Vicki‘s lies.
“I want nothing but the best for her and she wants the best for me. I’m not doing this because she did it to me,” insists Brooks, “but she’s a grown woman and she’s making business decisions to continue earning money. I am a grown man and I want to do what I can to rehab my reputation, and you can’t do it on reality TV.”
Finally, Brooks makes it be known that Briana Culberson won’t get away with the damage she has caused over the years, “She hates my guts and got paid handsomely the past three seasons to do nothing but bring drama into her own mom’s life regarding me. I’m going to expose all of that.”
Brooks didn’t mention partnering with Real Housewives of New Jersey runt Jim Marchese this time. I hope it happens, though, because Brooks and Jim deserve each other. #MatchMadeInHell

The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills are now holding the Hamptons hostage. Lisa Vanderpump is pissy because she’s forced to stay in a cut-rate hotel, to attend a party Farrah Abraham is crashing, to celebrate the cover of a magazine literally no one has heard of. As Bethenny Frankel said, “Is it like one of those free magazines?”
Worst of all: Lisa must pretend to be happy about this so-called honor and has dragged poor Ken along for the ride. Did Ken not look about ready to lie down under the wheels of somebody’s limo just to make the high pitched voices stop? Ken-Aged-70 isn’t over the hill, he’s over it ALL.
Still stranded at the White Party, over dinner Lisa morphs into a CIA Investigator, one step away from waterboarding Eileen Davidson with a Chanel purse and a Vodka Tonic, as she asked probing questions, carefully worded in provocative terms, about Eileen’s marriages – specifically how Eileen met Vinny and when.
CLICK THE CONTINUE READING BUTTON FOR MORE!
Perhaps Lisa genuinely was curious about Eileen’s past, and perhaps Eileen would have been totally comfortable discussing the ins and outs of when one marriage started and the other stopped in a more intimate environment, but Lisa was literally grilling the woman over the salad course and it was rude! I am quite positive Lisa was doing it intentionally to either put Eileen on the spot, or as Erika Girardi later – astutely – observed, because LVP likes to control situations by unnerving people. While there should be no unnerving an Emmy-winning soap diva, Eileen was visibly uncomfortable. Probably because Eileen considers Lisa a friend. Or did.
Innocent curiosity or not, Lisa should have more situational awareness.
Finally, after waiting until Eileen was exposed like an Erika Jayne costume, Kyle Richards suggests they change the subject. I don’t know why Eileen didn’t immediately stop LVP, then make a joke out of it. Interesting that Eileen has proved herself to have a little less mettle when it comes to a Vanderpump instead of a Richards. Lisa Rinna or Kyle should have interjected sooner, but let’s face it they were on the edge of their seats hoping for a juicy scoop!
I don’t know if it’s editing or Lisa is just not feeling it, but she is on a tear of bitchery lately.
The next day the ladies are doing a wine tour, then dinner at Bethenny’s. And Erika will be arriving! All the hallmarks of a lovely day! Lisa is still saying at the ghastly hotel, but dragging Nu-Giggy Ken along to the vineyard.
Over wine samples and cheese, Lipsa reveals that she googled “Erika Jayne” and is not comfortable with her softcore porn music videos and raunchy moves. Everything is getting these girls’ panties in a bunch as of late. Maybe Lipsa needs to step away from the Google and get on Pinterest instead.
Lipsa is trying not to judge Erika, but she’s can’t stop herself. Then everyone waddles off in their heels, with their maxi dresses gathered around their hips to avoid bees getting in their hoohahs.
When Erika arrives at the house, around her neck is a chainlink fence – like the kind used to secure impound lots – except it was probably made of solid gold and the congealed tears of gays who dared criticize “Painkillrz.” Lipsa is immediately unsettled by Erika’s presence. Erika is larger than life – Girardi or Jayne variety. Eileen is a fangrrrrl and wishes she could have a sexy, sassy alterego who will put even Housewives Jesus LVP in her place.
Erika, as to be expected, has absolutely no issues staying at the Capri Hotel. In fact, Erika has no qualms about being herself no matter what the situation which is entirely respectable in every way – even if she is rolling around stage in a thong and patting pusses for her supper.
Eileen, Kyle and Lipsa literally follow Erika around the house, mouth agog, as if Cher made an appearance. Erika came prepared because with women, one must always be watching and listening, A-Game on. Erika is one smart cookie, maybe because she eats cookies and in Beverly Hills that gives you an edge in brain trust? Or possibly she has big balls and an even bigger bank account, and therefore doesn’t have to bother caring what others think.
Upon leaving the Hamptons Erika and her private jet will be picking up Yolanda Foster in Cleveland. So, what? David has kicked Yo off the Cryogenic Perfection Hover Airways? I couldn’t recover while listening to elevator music ether!
Yolanda she is recovering, and because it’s Yolanda, she didn’t just have explant surgery she had the worst case of silicone leakage the world-renowned doctor has ever seen.
This is what bugs about Yolanda – all of her behaviors are so extreme: from her over-zealous smother-loving of MY LOVE David, to micro-momaging her kids (like not letting Gigi eat her graduation cake), to lecturing and directing her friends on how to behave and why, to instructing everyone on the correct way to do anything, to jetting all over the world in search of Lyme cures thus making “being ill” her defining identity.
At the same time, Yolanda seems hollow as a wooden shoe; as if she’s merely going through motions of life, but not really connecting to anything sincerely. Her passion-act seriously lacks passion.
LVP calls to check in on her favorite Hollywood Friend, and is reduced to speaking with David who compares Yolanda’s tits to Ken’s and decrees that Ken’s are nicer and bigger. UGH – DISGUSTING DAVID! Yolanda shoots David a look that says ‘I’m gonna silicone poison you with a penile implant you f–ker.’ And he deserves it. Yet she gushes over how amazingly supportive he is in the confessional.
Yolanda is hopeful that removing the corrupted implants will allow her immune system to fight Lyme. She hopes the healing has truly begun. Me too.
Back in the Hamptons Kyle scampers over to Bethenny’s wearing her favorite I Dream Of Jeanie shoes. What were those things? Bethenny is wearing a designer clown costume. I presume that was her attempt at chic, but this is also a woman who has a giant plastic popcorn bucket included in the decorating scheme of her multi-million dollar home, which is done up like a Pier One Designer Imposters display. No wonder she and Kyle are friends.
Because Bethenny has known Kyle for 20+ years and also knows Kim and Kathy, she’s granted the privilege of asking about Kim without making Kyle issue threats. Kyle says her presence aggravates Kim so she’s been keeping her distance. Kyle cries. Then Kyle and Bethenny reminisce about Bethenny’s years as a cocktail waitress, Hilton child chauffeur, and dating Kyle’s ex-boyfriend.
Following that, Kyle ‘mean girls’ Erika by showing Bethenny “The Pretty Mess” instagram page so they could gawk at Erika and mock her. Bethenny doesn’t know what to make of Erika, so she insults her.
Bethenny’s rudeness only escalates when Erika arrives. Is Erika really that scandalous? Sure, Erika Jayne is, but these women are acting as if Erika Jayne is Farrah Abraham who brought her coochie mold as a hostess gift! Let’s simmer the judgement down a bit. Bethenny, a woman who talks about dicks constantly and considers herself the queen of ribald humor, pearl clutching over Erika is ridiculous.
Meanwhile LVP is liking Erika more and more.
Since Erika G looks none of The Pretty Mess and is glamorous with perfect skin and hair, Bethenny does what Bethenny does when she’s insecure – she immediately starts shading Erika relentlessly. Erika goes to use the bathroom in Bethenny’s converted shack-bar, and as she emerges Bethenny announces, “Mogul wife by day, ho by night. Bambi!” Wow – RUDE!
Erika is unfazed. Shockingly. And allows Bethenny dig her own hole.
Lipsa is suddenly feeling sick and in need of her Depends, so she excuses herself to go home. Yes, I was quite sickened of Bethenny’s shit-talking mouth myself!
Over dinner Bethenny insists on watching Erika’s video and her rudeness increases. I know, you thought, that’s not possible, right? She just called a guest in her home, whom she had met mere minutes before, a “ho” and THOT-shamed her over an instagram page.
Upon watching the video, Bethenny lectures Erika about the poor production quality – because Bethenny is the expert – She also complains it’s trying too hard and Erika’s branding isn’t cohesive. Because selling microwaved popcorn requires knowledge of performance art? Eileen interjects that the production value looks great and even LVP agrees. It was nice to see the ladies shout-down Bethenny’s criticisms even though Erika can most certainly hold her own, because as Erika explains she’s not skinny, nor is she a girl. Instead she’s a multifaceted woman confident enough for two personalities can be two personalities. Juggle that, Frankel! Plus Erika is happily married and has great skin. .
“I’m not going to tell anybody what to do with their Skinnygirl shit, so she shouldn’t tell me what to do with mine. Anybody can make a margarita,” declares Erika. Gauntlet – actually Cartier Panther Whip – thrown.
Since Bethenny considers herself such an expert, Erika challenges her to try a few Erika Jayne dance moves. Pat the puss Bethenny cannot. While attempting the EJ version of ‘the Bend and Snap’ Bethenny actually rips her shorts, which let’s be honest – they were probably Bryn’s capris that Bethenny Expert On All Things repurposed.
In my mind Erika then patted Bethenny gently on her frizzy bob, smiled, and said, ‘If you ever need any advice on sex appeal, let me know. I’m an expert at marketing that sort of thing, Skinnygirl.’
Erika and Lisa are designed to be friends. Leriska Forever!
The next day, Erika and Lisa ride to the house from their lowly hotel for a day spent shopping for things no sane person would want: a self-help book by Bethenny and a kaftan from Kyle. In the limo Lisa drills Erika about her marriage and husband. Erika confidently tells Lisa how much she adores Tom, loves playing the trophy wife at legal events, and has no problem being judged. LVP may make Eileen uncomfortable by saying the letter “A,” but Erika is a tougher nut to crack!
At the house, Eileen is still reeling from her awkward While Party conversation with LVP and confides to Lipsa that it made mistrustful Lisa’s motives. Lipsa encourages Eileen to have be honest with Lisa to deepening their friendship.
When Lisa arrives Eileen pulls her aside for a girl chat, but it does not go well. All LVP had to do was apologize for making Eileen uncomfortable and explain it was accidental. Instead they ended up in some circuitous tangental conversation in which Lisa blamed Eileen for not asserting herself, then found herself compared to Brandi who threw wine in Eileen’s face last season thus representing scorned women everywhere.
Needless to say Eileen went out feeling worse than when she went in, and Lisa certainly didn’t behave like a friend would. Lisa and Bethenny need some sensitivity training seminars.
TELL US – WAS LISA TRYING TO PUT EILEEN ON THE SPOT, OR DID HER CURIOSITY GO TOO FAR? WAS BETHENNY RUDE TO ERIKA?
