Brandi Glanville Thinks Erika Jayne Gets Away With More Than She Did; Says Lisa Vanderpump And Kyle Richards Don’t Even Like Each Other

The only thing worse than a bitter breakup is the demise of a close friendship. Losing a pal who knows where all the bodies are buried cannot be easy. Case in point: Lisa Vanderpump and Brandi Glanville used to be best friends on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills until it all went horribly wrong before and after Brandi got booted from the show.

Now Brandi is spilling all of the tea when it comes to her former bestie and life behind the scenes as a Real Housewife of Beverly Hills.

Brandi appeared on the Everything Iconic With Danny Pellegrino Podcast and she did not hold back. At all. She called them all out saying, “I think the women of Beverly Hills are the least real. I’ve seen those girls when the cameras shut down and there’s some drama. They’re so together when the cameras are on and everything is perfect.”

She also claims that Kyle Richards is the most different behind the scenes compared to her persona on the show. Brandi shared, “I think that she’s a lot looser and a lot more fun and not so worried about saying the right thing, doing the right thing, and about her kids hearing something. When there’s no cameras and you’re just out to dinner you and her, she can say whatever she wants and there’s no repercussions. It’s weird because I like Kyle off camera, not on camera, because they’re two different people.”

Just like the rest of us, Brandi isn’t super enthused by Real Housewives Of Boring Hills the current Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season. She said what most of us have been thinking: “Obviously it’s pretty to look at. I’m just waiting. We get it. Everyone has a glam team. Everyone has a lot of money. Is the big drama that your floors are getting torn up? This is not going to be fun to watch.” Thank you, Brandi. She added, “It’s the beginning, so I’m hoping it gets more exciting. You have to build up to it. I just wish there were more hot husbands. I can’t. These beautiful women and their yucky husbands, I can’t.”

Even though Brandi isn’t impressed with the Beverly Hills cast, the Atlanta ladies do get her stamp of approval. She explained why: “You can’t all just be PC all the time and be best friends because no one wants to watch that. That’s why I love Atlanta because they have money, but real shit is happening. People are going to jail. People are literally suing other people. They have money, but there’s real drama happening behind the facade of ‘Let’s get our nails done. Let’s go on a trip.’ When they go on a trip, they’re throwing down. People are getting their weaves pulled out. It’s a mess. You will never see that on Beverly Hills. Never.” She’s not wrong about that one.

Brandi got a lot of flack for her language while she was a cast member, but Erika Girardi and her alter ego Erika Jayne seem to get a free pass, or at least they are from Brandi’s perspective. She theorized, “If I was on there and said half the shit that Erika says, I would be trash and garbage, but she has a G5 so it’s OK. If I was there without a husband, with a G5, and without a glam team, I would be cast aside.” She made it clear that she’s not hating on Erika when she said, “I think she’s great, but I can’t imagine myself in that position saying half the shit she says and how they would treat me. I think it’s a double standard.”

And it wouldn’t be a Brandi Glanville podcast interview without spilling some Lisa Vanderpump tea. Brandi declared, “Vanderpump Rules and Housewives are her life. She’s very concerned with how she comes off.” That’s not shocking.

Brandi revealed, “She plans her jokes out. Let’s just be clear, they don’t roll off her tongue. She’ll call you in the morning and say ‘Let’s go over what happened. I’m not telling you to do this, but wouldn’t it be fun if you did this.’ And she reminds you over and over again that the only reason you’re on the show is because she’s allowing you to be.”

She also explained her fall out with Lisa came down to choosing the more favorable story line: “She’s was like ‘Brandi, you’re depressed. You’re losing your audience and people want to see me together with Kyle so I’m gonna go back to being friends with Kyle.’ It’s almost like she’s writing her script and if you go against her, you’re not on the show. Hello, happened to me.” As if that friendship breakup wasn’t weird enough, Brandi alleges, “She does not like Kyle. I know this for a fact and Kyle doesn’t like her.”

Brandi added, “They have this struggle of who’s the top, favorite, queen bee, and guess what, it’s Erika, guys. Sorry to tell both of you.”
