Jill Zarin Would Have A Televised Wedding, But She Isn’t Engaged Yet

Jill Zarin has a complicated history with Real Housewives of New York. She was one of the original Housewives until she was fired after Season 4. Since then, Jill has been on a relentless campaign to grab a full-time New York Housewives apple. So far, no luck.

The RHONY alum even invited the current Housewives to film at her birthday party, but they didn’t want to attend. Poor Jill! That is sad.

Jill has continued to pop up in cameos, but she said that she is done trying to get back on the show. Sure! In an interview with Entertainment Tonight at BravoCon, Jill discussed her future on the show. “I could never live up to the fans wanting me to come back, but I think I’m done. The time is over for me,” she said.

Jill has also dealt with the heartbreaking loss of her husband, Bobby Zarin, in January of 2018. Bobby, who also appeared on RHONY, lost his long, hard-fought battle with cancer.

In fact, RHONY cameras were rolling outside of Bobby’s funeral when Jill reunited with longtime frenemy Bethenny Frankel. Jill caught a lot of flak for having cameras there, but she said that Bobby had always wanted the two friends to make peace.

Now Jill has a new love in her life. Jill started dating Gary Brody during the summer of 2018, and they bonded over their mutual love of tennis. But are there wedding bells in her future?

Jill told Page Six at BravoCon, “Yeah, I’ll get married again. Yeah, when the time is right.” If Gary puts a sparkler on Jill’s finger, would she want a televised wedding? The answer is… YES maybe. Jill isn’t against the idea of televising her nuptials, but she “doesn’t know.” Ummm…sure.

At BravcoCon, Jill raved to Page Six about how wonderful her beau would be on television. Not that she is trying to get back on RHONY, mind you. Gary is “so funny” and “would be great on TV.” Jill even referred to Gary as “the male Bethenny.” The Housewives alum added, “But not sarcastic. Funny one-liners, but not sarcastic, “Jill explained. “It’s a different kind of humor.” Gary even came up with a new tagline for Jill if she becomes a Housewife again. Jill shared, “Life for me is about having a ball, on and off the court.” That is actually a pretty good one.

Jill’s former bestie Bethenny hasn’t met Gary yet. “One day, maybe. She’s on the West Coast a lot. I’m in Florida. We’re just all over the place,” Jill said. Given that the two haven’t had much of a relationship, I would be shocked if they did hang out.

And why is Jill focused on a wedding? Remember when New York Housewife Tinsley Mortimer tried on wedding dresses with her mom, even though she wasn’t engaged to on-and-off boyfriend Scott Kluth? Is it a RHONY thing? Is it supposed to bring about a proposal? Only time will tell if either of these ladies will be marching down the aisle. Oh, and if it will be televised.

Porsha Williams Still Wants To Get Married To Dennis McKinley On TV

Real Housewives of Atlanta viewers have watched Porsha Williams struggling with some hard truths. Her relationship with fiancé Dennis McKinley seemed to be perfect. Dennis, who is the Hot Dog King of Atlanta, popped the question with a huge ring, and Porsha said “Yes!”

The couple even had their own spin-off on Bravo that detailed day to day life for Porsha and Dennis as they awaited the birth of their daughter. On March 22, baby Pilar Jhena McKinley finally made her entrance.

But then so did all the cheating rumors.  According to Page Six, Dennis was allegedly having an affair with WAGS Atlanta star Sincerely Ward.  He denied the charges. The couple split up but started therapy together. During a session, a heartbroken Porsha learned that Dennis was unfaithful while she was pregnant with Pilar. It was painful for RHOA viewers to see the new mom destroyed by this betrayal. So, it was a bit of a surprise when the couple reconciled in August.

People reported that Porsha discussed her desire for a televised wedding during a panel discussion at BravoCon. “You will hopefully see me get married on television,” Porsha gushed. Really, Porsha? Sigh.

She did admit to being shocked by Dennis’ infidelity. But showing both the happy and the sad times in her life is “what I signed up for.” Porsha added, “This journey that I’ve been on, in television, I have committed to it. I’m committed to whatever my truth is and that being told in my own way.”

Porsha acknowledged that the start of this season of RHOA was tough. “The beginning of the season was very hard on me. But it was my reality at the time. Neither of us wanted it but what we’re going through. … It’s so embarrassing. … I was just doing a baby special, I was just putting our relationship out there as this amazing thing,” Porsha revealed. “And then you get to this point that this is happening?”

Porsha still hopes to get her fairytale ending. “Just as we had a beautiful beginning, the ending could also be beautiful,” Porsha shared.

“What we’re going through is reality. Other people are going through it. By them seeing him take responsibility, me learning to forgive — all of that is something that will hopefully empower them,” Porsha stated. I might have more faith in their relationship if Dennis wasn’t having cold feet about signing the prenup. Shouldn’t the Hot Dog King have enough bread of his own?

I think that getting married on TV is going down the “Wrong Road,” Porsha. The “Wrong Road!” Let’s see if Dennis can stay faithful and you have a prenup before you take that plunge.

Lisa Vanderpump Continues To Tease Vanderpump Dogs Spinoff; Star Says “It Should Happen”

What do you get when you leave a hit ensemble series amid rumors of treachery and trickery? If you are Lisa Vanderpump, you just might get another show. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star quit during Season 9’s infamous #puppygate scandal. In the space of 18 months Lisa lost family members, a check, and anyone in the cast who previously held the title of “friend”. After Lisa’s departure, the remaining ladies rallied around each other blissfully unaware of the backlash they would soon face.

Fans were outraged and are now threatening never to tune in to RHOBH again! The boycotts are on and the fury is palpable, but fear not LVP stans, Bravo might just throw you a bone. Speaking of bones, back in March, the streets were talking about the possibility of a new show being created for Lisa. While she already has Vanderpump Rules, this spawn of Lisa’s endeavors would feature her dog rescue organization, Vanderpump Dogs. Imagine, a program conceived at the Ground Zero of the drama that lead to Lisa’s exodus. It almost makes you want to say, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Well, here we are once again talking about LVP. No, she is not in the news for avoiding Kyle Richards. And as far as we know, Ken Todd doesn’t need a new hip. Nope, Lisa is still a major talking-point in the Bravo universe, and her particular part of the cosmos could get a little bigger. When we first learned of a potential spinoff for Lisa focusing on Vanderpump Dogs, her former co-star Lisa Rinna went crazy was incensed. Our Lady of Lip Service even threatened to ring up her attorneys, claiming the #puppygate scandal was created only to fuel a new program for Lisa. Sorry, Rinna, you’re not that important powerful, but A for effort!

Last week at BravoCon, Page Six caught up with LVP and asked her if the Dogs project is still in the works. Put the phone down, Rinna, this is not your wheelhouse. Lisa shared this update, “I would love to say that’s true. But, you know, you’re just gonna have to ask Bravo. But I’m not denying it. I think you should ask Bravo, because, you know, I don’t want to get in trouble.”

Right. So obviously what we have here is definite confirmation Lisa saying something is on the table for bringing Vanderpump Dogs to the small screens. Should we assume that because Lisa appears to be at the tongue-in-cheek “ask Bravo” part of the conversation, that the show is a go?

Lisa didn’t stop there with the teasing. “But I think that’s an excellent idea. And if it’s not going to happen, it should happen. But it might happen, but I’m not allowed to say anything at all.” Uh-huh, it might happen but she’s not allowed to say anything. Clearly, it’s officially happening. Maybe. Perhaps.

Another show for Lisa would at least give her old buddies on RHOBH something to talk about. They can sit outside in Kyle’s extravagant outdoor dining area, surrounded by her new mini-horses, and wax poetic about how Vanderpump’s recent show is a smack in their faces because they were USED for its concept. Once again you almost want to say, HAHAHAHAHAHA!

Even those not fond of Lisa could possibly enjoy seeing a program focusing on the rescue of dogs in peril. The various projects Vanderpump Dogs takes on in an effort to remain mindful of animal rights and highlighting the proper format for dog adoption. Hey, maybe even Dorit Kemsley might watch that one. It still remains to be seen if Bravo will pull the trigger and dispatch production to begin Lisa’s revenge filming, but if I were the gambling type, I would probably bet on pink.

Real Housewives Alum Jeana Keough Says She & Matt Keough Are Finally Divorced After Being Separated For 22 Years

Former Real Housewives of Orange County star Jeana Keough is undeniably an OG of the OC. No matter how much Vicki Gunvalson claims she is responsible for the entire Housewives franchise, Jeana was right there with Queen Vicki in the beginning. Jeana left the show after five seasons and has popped up on occasion since then. It is difficult to imagine Jeana fitting in with today’s cast, like dramatic Shannon Beador, out-of-control Kelly Dodd and exhibitionist Braunwyn Windham-Burke. And we all know how much Jeana loves Tamra Judge!

When Jeana was a Housewife, much of her storyline centered around her children, sons Shane Keough and Colton Keough and daughter Kara Keough. Her marriage to Matt Keough was a bit of a mystery and their marital status was confusing. The couple was separated and Jeana dated a bit while filming. Over the years, there have been rumors that Jeana and Matt were divorced. Now, Jeana is clearing up her marital status once and for all.

Bravo’s The Daily Dish reports that Jeana has finally divorced. At the recent BravoCon, Jeana shared, “Last week, I signed the divorce papers.” Last week? It is surprising that the couple is still married. Many people probably assumed that the union had ended years ago. I know I did.

It is easy to imagine that Jeana and Matt were a golden couple at one time. When they married, Matt was a Major League Baseball pitcher who played for teams like the Oakland A’s and the St. Louis Cardinals. Jeana had been a Playboy Playmate, ZZ Top video muse and sometime actress in low-budget flicks like The Beach Girls. Sadly, Matt sustained a serious head injury in 1992 when he was hit by a foul ball while sitting in a dugout.

Jeana cleared up some of the confusion about her marital status at BravoCon, revealing, “Of our 32 [years] married, we were apart for probably 22. I wanted to be there for him.”

While a Housewife, Jeana occasionally discussed the devastating impact Matt’s injury had on their family. I am sure there may be legal, emotional or financial reasons behind their choice to stay married for so long. Many people might have walked away much sooner. If the situation worked for them, who am I to judge?

On a happier note, Kara recently announced that she is expecting her second child with husband Kyle Bosworth. During BravoCon, Jeana also talked about the possibility of a reboot OC show featuring the children of former RHOC stars, her children included. Sign me up–I would love to see at least a reunion show to catch up on what everyone has been doing.

Kenya Moore Responds To NeNe Leakes’ Comments About Being Queen Of Real Housewives Of Atlanta

I don’t know about you, but when I heard that Miss Twirl herself, Kenya Moore was coming back to Real Housewives of Atlanta this season, I did a twirl of my own. Kenya truly is one of those “don’t know what you had until it’s gone” type of Housewives and despite being a new wife and mom, it doesn’t look like she will be getting soft on us anytime soon.

One person who likely won’t be welcoming Kenya back with open arms is fellow cast member Nene Leakes. We all know these two have a long history of errrr, not enjoying each other’s company (to put it mildly). Lest we forget, even though Kenya wasn’t part of last season, the one appearance she did make at Cynthia Bailey’s party ended with Nene sniping that Kenya must be pregnant with a buffalo.

Unfortunately for these two, there can only be one Queen in the castle and Nene has self pro claimed the throne. In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Nene had this to say about her castmates, “These girls, to me, all seem to want to be the queen or the one that everybody thinks of when they say, ‘Housewives,’ and I don’t think that that’s possible. I think there’s one queen and there’s a lot of princesses.”

Kenya wasted no time firing back by telling Entertainment Tonight, “Well, honey — a queen would be in the center of the opening, they would be in the first two episodes of the show.” And I oop. Kenya definitely isn’t going to let Nene get away with anything, especially after a recent appearance on The Wendy Williams Show, where Kenya revealed that Nene tried to spit on her during the filming of season 12.

But Kenya isn’t the only peach who is chiming in on Nene claiming the franchise crown. Kandi Burruss took issue but still tried to put a positive spin on the comments by saying the show is “full of queens.” “Well, that’s a good response too,” Kenya said. “Mine was just a little more shady.” We noticed.

Even though she has seemingly jumped back in where she left off, it sounds like Kenya is still trying to adjust to being back full time. “You know, it’s interesting. It’s just different,” she said of the new season. “I’m a little nervous, I’m excited. I have a lot of feelings about it, yeah — scared.”
