Sister Wives Tell All Recap: The Mighty Man Bun
Y’all! It’s a Sister Wives miracle! The first half of last night’s tell-all was only one hour long! And most of that hour was video recaps and commercials. I’m almost sad we didn’t get more time with Kody Brown and his new ‘do. Almost. What a difference a year makes when the family convenes to rehash the longest season known to man. Meri seems happier. Robyn cries, but she doesn’t talk as much. Christine revels in her new role as the family bad ass while Janelle is just glad to be a grandmother.
Andrea Canning is hosting the debacle, and she immediately compliments Kody’s man bun. He’s even shaved the sides and glued them to his chin. A quick poll shows that everyone but Meri is on board with the man bun. Andrea dives in with Meri’s desire to buy her family home to start a bed-and-breakfast/house her mother in her twilight years. Meri insists to Andrea that she was only sharing her idea with the family because she’d been chastised for withdrawing during her catfish situation. Looking back, Meri recognizes that she didn’t frame it as such, saying she could have been better about expressing her thoughts. The discussions segues into the lack of intimacy in Meri and Kody’s relationship. Kody is fine with the status quo, but Meri wants more. Robyn interrupts, accusing Kody of saying stupid things.
Kody leaves the women to chat, and Christine shares that they can be much more carefree without him being a buzzkill. The topic is Meri’s role in the family, or lack thereof. Robyn gets teary when thinking about Meri not being a part of the family. She’s excited about the B&B for Meri so she has a purpose, but she’s concerned it will pull her farther away from the family. Janelle and Christine second Robyn’s assertion.
Meri doesn’t doubt the women want her in the family, but she admits her distance from Kody makes it difficult to interact with the group. As she cries, Christine interjects to share how alone she felt when she and Kody were struggling. Everyone around her was happy, and she hated being at family functions to witness everyone feeling great when she was so lonely. Meri nods that she is feeling the same. Look at Christine being the voice of reason!
Speaking of Kody, Meri maintains that she wants things to go back to normal, and she wants more than just a platonic relationship. She looks at Christine and jokes that she means with Kody, not her sister wives. Andrea teases that would be an entirely different show. Janelle praises Meri for shouldering such a huge burden and she recognizes progress in Meri’s relationship with Kody. Robyn wants both Meri and Kody to work on getting to a better place. Meri admits that a hug from Kody gives her hope for the future.
The women continue to discuss Meri being on the outside after replaying Christine’s conversation with Meri after Axel’s birth. Meri recognizes now that the real reason she wasn’t with Madison during the birth was purely circumstantial. She realizes it wasn’t her sister wives purposefully leaving her out of the big moment. Christine isn’t great with intense conversations, but she had good intentions. All the women agree that they need to work on their friendships, but as is isn’t good enough for Robyn. She wants deeper, more meaningful relationships with her sister wives.
Kody returns to the sofa to express his disdain over Utah passing a law with tighter restrictions against polygamists. Their march is revisited, and Christine feels this is the first time she hasn’t had to live in secrecy. She can be a wife openly, and she has no plans to go back to Utah. Meri isn’t keen about leaving Nevada (but then why did she buy that house in Utah?), but Janelle and Robyn are on the fence. They love their lives in Las Vegas, but Utah has always been home.
The turmoil between Meri and Janelle is highlighted, and both women concede their issues are based on miscommunication and misinterpreting each other’s personalities. Janelle believes that attending the March on Washington was a great bonding experience. Janelle was flattered that Mariah wanted to include her on the trip. Meri seconds that she was thrilled to march with her daughter in an effort to repair their strained relationship.

Shahs Of Sunset Alum Lilly Ghalichi Pregnant! Expecting Her First Child
Congratulations are in order for Shahs of Sunset alum Lilly Ghalichi and her husband Dara Mir. She just announced that the two of them are expecting their first child.
Even though Lilly is done with reality TV, she is open when it comes to sharing her reality on social media with all of her followers.
Lilly shared a photo on Instagram of herself with her husband with the caption “Baby (and Daddy’s lol) first makeup party!! Thrilled to announce my husband and I are expecting our first child.”
In the same post, Lilly wrote, “I have shared so many different stages of my life with you all, from starting my first business, to being on a television show, heartbreaks, finding my true love- and now, I get to share the most special chapter of all with you, motherhood Thank you to my husband for making me the luckiest girl in the World #GhalichiGlam.”
There’s no word on how far along Lilly is in her pregnancy, but it does seem like she is going to share more as her pregnancy progresses, so it is likely that she will share more of the specifics as time passes.

NeNe Leakes, Kim Zolciak, & Kandi Burruss Discuss Kroy Driving Kim & NeNe’s Comedy Show Outburst
After a slow start, this season of Real Housewives of Atlanta is very heated thanks to NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak. As polarizing as they both can be, almost anyone can admit that they know how to bring it when it comes to stirring up controversy for this show.
Aside from feuding with each other over bug videos, handicap parking spaces, accusations of racism, and health diagnoses, they are both bringing individual controversies to the show as well. The women in the cast continue calling out Kim for her close relationship with husband/chauffeur Kroy Biermann and Kim just doesn’t understand any bit of what they’ve been attempting to convey. And then there’s NeNe who made some very offensive remarks about rape during a comedy show. Yikes- that goes beyond “bringing it for the show,” that’s for sure.
During the latest episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta After Show, Kim, NeNe, and Kandi Burruss discussed all of the latest drama in the ATL. And in Kim’s case, that just means that she continued to justify her actions and refuse to acknowledge that anyone else might have a valid point or concern.
Kim explained, “When I sat down with Kandi, I was already heated because I already heard that she was calling around telling people that Kroy shouldn’t be driving me places.” She pointed out, “We drink at most places.” We are well-aware. Kim has had a solo cup in her hand since episode 1.
Mrs. Biermann continued, “I’m always having wine, so Kroy drives me most places. So I was like, ‘Do you want me to get a DUI?’ What is your MO and why are you mad that Kroy is driving me fucking anywhere? It’s seriously insane to me.” No one cares that Kroy is driving Kim. The issue is that she uses his presence in the parking lot as a constant excuse to leave early.
Kandi explained, “She just be looking for a reason to have to get up, like ‘I can just go to my husband and six kids,’ as if nobody else has a husband, as if nobody else has kids.” Exactly.
NeNe theorized, “I think they’re overly dependent on each other. I’m not exactly sure why she needs Kroy around. I mean, he’s her husband, so I guess she wants him around.”
Kim claimed, “Between NeNe and Kandi, there’s some kind of issue with Kroy. Literally it’s those two that have a problem with Kroy.” Again, I don’t think that either of them have any issue with Kroy or the fact that he’s driving Kim. The issue is with Kim and the way she conducts herself when she uses Kroy as an excuse when he’s parked outside of the house.
Kim shared, “I honestly try to understand their point of view, but I just cannot wrap my mind around it. I just can’t.” Clearly. Kandi said, “I don’t really think Kroy is there to jump on the camera. He’s just there in the background, waiting in the wings for her to summon him.”
And then Kandi and NeNe addressed a far bigger controversy than Kroy driving Kim around: NeNe’s rape comment at her comedy show. NeNe justified the situation by saying, “I’m not a professional comedian, so I really don’t know how to deal with a heckler. What actually happened was, this one particular night, the person in the front row was saying ‘Go kill yourself.’ I literally don’t know how I responded. I just responded.” She continued, “It happened so quick. Like literally, it was seconds, not even a freaking minute happened. It was seconds.”
She also shared, “My agents were there. We didn’t think anything. We thought nothing of it and it just kind of happened.” Really? Not one of them was at all concerned that NeNe told an audience member to “get raped by an Uber driver”? How did no one worry about that comment going public?
Since NeNe was going to open up for Kandi’s band Xscape on tour, Kandi weighed in on the scandal. She said, “People always want to blame me and say ‘Kandi kicked NeNe off the tour.’ So that is not what happened. I did not want to put her off the tour. No, I did not agree with what she said, but I do understand that a lot of times when we are just talking shit, things are said that are just offensive.”
NeNe continued to defend herself: “When you come to a comedy show, people are drinking. People are being vulgar. I mean people are saying all kinds of things. I apologized for what came out of my mouth because I never meant to affect anybody or any other female or male. When somebody say hurt things to you, you say hurt back to them.”

NeNe Leakes Explains Why The Atlanta Housewives Can’t Forgive Porsha Williams
Season 10 of Real Housewives of Atlanta started out with NeNe Leakes gunning for Porsha Williams after all of the turmoil Porsha put Kandi Burruss through the year before. NeNe wasn’t going to let Porsha return to the group as if nothing happened and pretty much no one else wanted Porsha around either.
Porsha was reaching for story lines, focusing on being a “baby vegan” and bringing her sister on so she would have someone to talk to in front of the camera crew since…. none of the actual cast members wanted to be her confidante. Is Porsha just getting what she deserves or are the ladies being too hard on her?
NeNe discussed Porsha’s status with the cast members in an interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish podcast. NeNe stated, “This season Porsha is really on an island. You know, there’s so many girls that have an issue with her. I think when the viewers watch the show- because I read the comments- a lot of people say ‘Why don’t they forgive Porsha? Why don’t they be friends with Porsha?'” Apparently those viewers did not watch Season 9, or they’re just very forgiving people.
NeNe continued, “Well, Porsha has had issues with every girl. She had a physical altercation with Cynthia [Bailey], a physical altercation with Kenya [Moore], she and I had our issues, she and Kandi had their issues. I think with the girls are feeling, is you can say ‘I’m sorry,’ but they want to have meaning and feelings behind it.” NeNe explained, “Apologizing and really putting action to it are really two different things.” They really are. She also shared, “A lot of them don’t feel like she’s a good friend.” She was to Phaedra Parks….And we all know how that turned out.
Someone who (allegedly) has zero chance of getting back in NeNe’s good graces is Kim Zolciak. The animosity between them is more heated than it ever has been and NeNe has said she’s “done” with Kim for the 93637376363th time, but is that really the case? With these two, it’s safe to just never say “never.”
NeNe shared, “I just feel like Kim is very negative.” NeNe claimed, “I have known for a very long time that Kim and I are not on the same page, but I went into Season 10 with a very open heart. I wanted to be her friend. I wanted us to get into a happy place. When she would show up to shoot, I would be like ‘Hey Kim. You look so cute,’ just trying to figure out if we were trying to be cool, but she never would receive anything that I was saying. So you know, Kim coming to the reunion is not a big deal to me. Some of the girls coming to the reunion, I don’t like anyway.” In contrast, Kim coming to the reunion is a very big deal to me. I feel like NeNe and Kim will be going at it and I cannot wait. I’m all about Kim’s reunion appearance.

Big Brother Alumni News: Jeff Schroeder and Jordan Lloyd Expecting Baby Number Two
It’s baby fever for the Big Brother alumni. It seems like every week at least one former Big Brother player is announcing that they’re having, or just had a little bundle of joy. Never to be outdone, Big Brother 11 and 13’s Jeff Schroeder and Jordan Lloyd made a big announcement yesterday: They’re having a second baby!
The couple appeared together on the Daily Blast Live, Jeff’s latest news show job. To make things even cuter, they brought their nearly two year old son, Lawson, out with them. He was wearing a Big Brother shirt.
Currently, Jordan is about four months along in her pregnancy with the newest addition to the Schroeder/Lloyd family due in September.
The couple famously fell in love during Big Brother 11, then dated for about eight years before getting married in 2016. Six months after having Lawson, the couple told US Weekly about the stress of sleepless nights, but how they didn’t want to be away from the baby for one moment.

Orange County Housewife Tamra Judge was a good sport holding up an orange for the Real Housewives of Orange County opening credits…while she leaned on a scooter with her broken foot. New York Housewife Sonja Morgan shared a photo from one of her on-camera interview looks. Sonja’s costar Tinsley Mortimer ditched the glam squad (for a moment, at least) and put on her own lip gloss.
Other reality stars shared photos hanging out with their kids like Teen Mom stars Javi Marroquin, Kail Lowry, and Leah Messer. Kristin Cavallari enjoyed spring break with her children. Rachel Zoe shared a sweet selfie with her two sons.
