Tom Schwartz Opens About Cheating On Katie Maloney And Denies Drinking Problem
This season of Vanderpump Rules has been one of the weirdest to watch. There are cheating scandals galore, but they seem to be brushed off too quickly by all involved. Katie Maloney found out that husband Tom Schwartz got wasted and made out with another girl, but she’s already moved past it and claims she has total faith in him. In a new interview, they opened up about the messy situation.
Tom says that he’s mortified by his behavior, “First of all, I don’t even know how that happened and it’s so regrettable, I’m so embarrassed. It’s like, especially for my age and maybe if I was single and 22, that would be OK. No, then it’s definitely OK. But as a married man.. It’s easy for me to make light of the situation but knowing that I hurt someone I love so much, it’s really embarrassing. I think it’s not that big of a deal in the big scope of things, but it’s still completely unacceptable and really douchey.”
Schwartz is adamant that his drinking isn’t out of control, despite blacking out and making out with a woman who wasn’t his new wife. He tells Us Mag, “I don’t have a drinking problem, I’m not in denial or anything. I’m a very well-balanced human being in general, but with drinking I do have a tendency to push it to the extreme. I don’t drink frequently, but when I do, I love shots.” He admits he needs to stop the shots, “I got to chill with the shots, but I’m a great drinker, I can hold my alcohol. Well, most of the time.”

Katie insists that she trusts Tom completely despite the screw up – and even ponders if the other girl maybe persuaded him a bit (if he even did it at all). She declared, “I do trust him. Yeah, I generally think that if he did in fact make out with this person that he doesn’t remember, that it was just simply because he was blackout drunk. Who knows, maybe there was a little persuasion on the other end of things. I don’t know.”

Lydia McLaughlin Quitting The Real Housewives of Orange County – Again
Another Real Housewives of Orange County cast member is out the door! Last month it was Meghan King Edmonds making the announcement and now it’s Lydia McLaughlin quitting the show…again!
Lydia took to her personal blog to share the news with fans of the show. She shared, “RHOC has given me a great platform and I’m grateful for that. However, I feel like I can only handle this show one season at a time. I need a break! There is a lot of good that comes from the show, but also a lot of negativity.”
Lydia says it was a group decision she made with her family and she appreciates all the love and support from Bravo and producers and the fans.
She added, “Being a full time mom to THREE little boys, publisher of NOBLEMAN Magazine, blogger, jewelry designer, author, and wife, I have a lot going on! I will continue to share my life and faith and use this platform to be a lightworker.”

Lydia says the decision is bittersweet, “I can’t help and be a little sad for my departure but 100% feel it is the best for me and my family. Lots of other dreams to make come true in my life and in no way do I want to make a career out of being a housewife. That just isn’t me. Life is short and I choose to focus on what makes me happy and brings me joy.”
She ended with, “I feel it is now, the perfect twist to once again hang up my orange.”

Kristin Cavallari Returning To Reality TV – Along With Husband Jay Cutler
After a long hiatus, Kristin Cavallari is getting back into the reality TV game. The Hills and Laguna Beach alum has a reality TV show of her own in the works.
Instead of getting caught up in fake clique drama like the reality TV shows that brought her into the limelight, this show is a lot more personal.
According to a report from TMZ, the new E! show is set to focus on “Kristin’s life in Nashville as she expands her fashion empire.”
Some “inside sources,” say that Kristin’s NFL player husband Jay Cutler will be in the series, “but it’s really about Kristin.”
Recently, Kristin claimed that she doesn’t want her three children on a reality show. Will she stick with that and just focus on the fashion? Or will she cave and feature more of her family life?

Katie Maloney Says Scheana Marie “Plays The Victim” & Knew About Tom Schwartz’s Makeout Before She “Found Out” On Vanderpump Rules
At this point, we should expect a Scheana Marie vs. Katie Maloney (and almost everyone else in the cast) exchange at the Vanderpump Rules Season 6 reunion.
Yes, the relationship dynamics are constantly changing within this cast, but Scheana and Katie have been at odds for a while. Even Katie’s husband Tom Schwartz referred to her as a “bootleg Kardashian” and called her out for being fake, citing her long talon finger nails as evidence.
Season 6 was filmed months ago, but based on Katie’s recent interview on the Be Here For a While podcast, these two have not made up and there is no chance of that happening any time soon.
Katie was asked, “You guys are currently not friends at all?” She admitted, “No. I really don’t feel like I had a big issue with her. I kind of had issues over the years that I just kind of resolved to ‘maybe we’re just not meant to be friends.’”
Katie continued, “I feel like Scheana has definitely played the victim role in our friendship. She was my friend and she was there for me, but then Stassi [Schroeder] came back and it was like I ditched her and that was so not what happened.”
Katie added, “Maybe we aren’t meant to be friends, but I don’t want to be enemies. Maybe we can be friends adjacent.”
As expected, Katie is not happy with all the shit talking Scheana has done in interviews on and off the show. She said, “It’s just been hard being blamed constantly and being painted as this horrible friend. She was a bridesmaid in my wedding and she meant a lot to me. Our friendship meant a lot of me. To hear the way she speaks about me and our friendship hurts. It stings a little bit that I’m this person that’s always been a bitch in her eyes.”
Aside from the constant shit talking back and forth, Katie is actually upset with Scheana for another reason. Katie revealed, “I found out that she knew about the stuff with Tom prior to her finding out [on camera] and that bothered me. That’s why I brought up the Rob [Valletta] thing.”
If Scheana knew about Tom drunkenly making out with Lala Kent’s friend before Lala told her about it on camera, did Scheana ask her to say that ahead of time? Or did she purposely provoke her by sharing the comments Katie made about her man, prompting her to yell “your man made out with my friend”? Either way, it sounds shady.

Danielle Staub Says She Talks To Joe Giudice; Is Hoping Caroline Manzo And Jacqueline Laurita Return To The Show
This week Danielle Staub and her daughter attended the premiere of “First We Take Brooklyn” and on the red carpet she dished about the state of Teresa Giudice‘s relationship with husband Joe Giudice and explains why she’d LOVE IT if Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita return to The Real Housewives of New Jersey for season 9.
Danielle told Us Magazine that Teresa‘s living her best life at the moment. Everything is fiiiiine! She shared, “She’s doing fantastic actually. She’s a happy girl. She’s got a really good grip on everything that’s going on in her life. Her and her husband speak every day.” She says of Joe, “He’s amazing. I speak to him on the phone, when I’m with her, and he has clarity and he’s done some nice soul searching and changes as well. I’m happy for them.” Danielle thinks the prison stint is helping Joe see Teresa in a new light. “I just think he’s seeing things from a different perspective and he also appreciates his wife.”
When asked about the rumors of a possible return of OGs Jacquline and Caroline, Danielle says bring it on! “I would love it because Teresa and I have each other’s back. They did to me what they did to her so …”
Danielle is convinced that her friendship with Teresa was meant to be all along. “I knew we would [become friends]. I just think it was the universe calling. I just think I had to wait and she had to wait and time had to go by.”
Is it just us or does Danielle seem to be pushing the “they’re SO HAPPY” song and dance a little too hard?
