Instagram Roundup: Luann de Lesseps, Margaret Josephs, Kristen Doute, Farrah Abraham, & More
It’s a family-filled time of year for all of your favorite reality stars who have been posting a lot of photos in between Christmas and the New Year. It seems like everyone went on a family vacation this week… just in time to share some great photos for this week’s Instagram Roundup.
Siggy Flicker took her family to her favorite city in the world: Boca Raton for some R&R. Kyle Richards, Mauricio Umansky, Faye Resnick, and their families spent time in Aspen, Colorado. Bethenny Frankel soaked up some sun on the beach while former Real Housewives of New York star Kelly Bensimon showed off her bikini body in Miami.
Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham took her daughter Sophia Abraham to Qatar and Hong Kong. Real Housewives of Dallas cast member Stephanie Hollman headed to Cartagena, Colombia, to ring in 2018. Kristen Doute went to Atlanta with her man Brian Carter. Briana DeJesus enjoyed Universal Studios in Orlando with her family.
Teresa Giudice spent some quality time with her youngest daughter Audriana Giudice. Heather Dubrow celebrated Boxing Day with her kids. Flipping Out star Jenni Pulos took her daughter shopping at the Tiffany & Co. store on Rodeo drive.
Aside from all the family time, plenty of reality stars enjoyed going out with friends. Kelly Dodd celebrate a good friend’s birthday with a bunch of her girlfriends. Vicki Gunvalson went out with her squad. Cynthia Bailey celebrated her “friend” Will Jones‘ birthday.
Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member Margaret Josephs hung out with her costar Danielle Staub and even did a TV appearance with her daughter Jillian Staub as one of her models. Southern Charm alum Landon Clements enjoyed some horseback riding in Santa Barbara. Rasheeda Frost visited Kandi Burruss backstage at her Xscape concert tour.

LaLa Kent Takes Vanderpump Rules Cast Members To Vegas On A Private Jet
For the past two seasons of Vanderpump Rules, Lala Kent bragged about her private jet access and as expected, almost everyone in the cast was suspicious of that and gave her a lot of shit. Now it seems like it’s all good with Lala and everyone on this show because she took James Kennedy, Kristen Doute, Katie Maloney, Tom Schwartz, Tom Sandoval, Ariana Madix, and Raquel Leviss to Vegas for the night- and you know that they didn’t fly commercial.
It’s wild that all of those people got along well enough to be on the same trip together and that is exactly why I love this show and I’m obsessed with its cast members. They could teach us all a thing or two about forgiveness. Unfortunately most of the action was captured in Instagram story videos that have disappeared, but there are plenty of photos that made it on to their Instagram pages.
I still can’t get over Katie and Kristen hanging out with Lala– and I just want to know if it’s driving Scheana Marie crazy- and their photo captions didn’t disappoint. Aside from thanking Lala for the trip they even made some hilarious references to those infamous nondisclosure agreements. I am living for these new friendships. I just cannot wait to get to the point in the season where they all start getting along and turning up. If these photos are any indication of the episodes that lie ahead, I am so ready.

Jax Taylor Shares Emotional Message After The Passing Of His Father Ronald Cauchi
It has been a rough few months for Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor and his family. His father Ronald Cauchi passed away yesterday after getting diagnosed with Stage IV cancer a mere two months before.
As expected, the loss is really hit Jax hard. He shared some of his thoughts in a touching post on Instagram.
Jax posted a photo of his father with a long and loving caption. He wrote, “Where do I begin… I lost the best man I knew yesterday, he was my best friend. I didn’t go a day with out texting him a pointless question that usually drove him nuts, but I know he loved it. My dad loved his family more than anything in the world he was the ‘perfect father’ and wanted everyone to get along and be happy.”
He continued, “Cancer took my dad way too soon but I have to hope and pray that god has a bigger plan for him. The two things other than his family he loved more than anything were Detroit redwings hockey and cars.. He was a simple man that didn’t speak much but when he did you listened. I’ll never forget the 5am hockey practices to windsor Canada on the weekends, the numerous hockey tournaments, and the little talks we had if I had a bad game. He was always there for every practice and every game. When I came to Florida to visit it was like seeing my best friend all the time, our countless fishing trips and pub crawls going to hockey games in tampa. ;drove him crazy cuz tampa would always beat Detroit’ yes my parents lived in tampa but Detroit Michigan is my fathers home.” Anyone who follows Jax on social media knows that he has a strong love for hockey. It probably means a lot more to him knowing that his dad shares the same passion for the sport.
Jax shared, “My father never said one word that was negative, he helped so many people young and old…. I could go on and on. I love you dad, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me, I am so proud to be your son. Don’t worry I’ll walk jenny down the isle this summer but we are gonna need your help from above bud.” Jax shared the news of his sister Jenny’s engagement on social media just a week ago.
He wrote, “Last thing.. thank you dad, thank you for giving me everything I needed in life with out a question. I hope one day I can be half the father you are.”
Jax concluded, “Love you so much dad… also thank you to my amazing “rock” my girlfriend Brittany [Cartwright], I couldn’t and can’t do any of this with out you. My father loved you so much as well, thank you for being who you are and for helping me deal with all this, you are my angel and you always will be. Thank you so so much to everyone who has reached out. I haven’t been in a place to respond to everyone but it means so much. #fuckcancer.”

Dorit Kemsley Thinks Erika Girardi Was “Very Brave” To Open Up About Her Father
As boring as it is to see the women on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills getting along, I am very intrigued by the possible friendship forming between Dorit Kemsley and Erika Girardi. Those two would make a very interesting alliance friendship. Other than those two moving on from last year’s panty-gate scandal, I’m not bored by everyone else hanging out and getting along.
Let’s hope that things rev up ASAP. After two episodes of shading each other, Dorit even made up with Lisa Rinna. Those two going at it was the one thing I thought I could count on this season. Apparently not.
Dorit reflected on the second episode in her Bravo blog post. She wrote, “Of course, I knew Lisa R would be joining us, and although I mentally prepared for her arrival, seeing her face to face for the first time after our explosion in Hong Kong was a bit unsettling.” They saw each other at Lisa Vanderpump’s Diamonds and Rosé themed party during the finale and the reunion. They had face to face confrontations at both events.
Dorit said, “Playing roulette with Erika and Teddi was oodles of fun. It’s 5 o’clock anytime you say it is, in Sin City, so it only felt right to sip as we stacked chips. I feel as though my relationship with Erika has changed for the better, and this trip has a lot to do with that.” I’m actually for this. An Erika and Dorit friendship would make for interesting TV and I would just love to see Lisa Vanderpump’s reaction if this ever happened.
Then Dorit addressed the major moment of the episode: her confrontation with Lisa Rinna. Dorit wrote, “Before taking the High Roller for a spin, I knew I had to clear things up with Lisa R, because I’m not one to be fake—I’ll always tell you how I feel.” And she will tell you the truth in any accent she wants.
Dorit continued, “When I pulled her aside, I had no intention of rehashing old arguments. I simply wanted to be transparent about why I felt hurt, and I was caught off guard when she responded so well and proposed that we start our friendship anew! Maybe she did experience a rebirth, because that’s the nicest Lisa R I’ve ever experienced, and I felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders.” A Lisa Rinna rebirth? I’ll believe it when I see it. Love her or hate her, Rinna’s messiness has blessed us with some great story lines.
Dorit recalled, “We were all feeling playful over drinks on our last night when Erika revealed a shocking piece of information about her father. She’s very brave to open up about such a sensitive subject, and I really felt for her.” I guess Dorit wasn’t one of the people who thought Erika’s response to an innocent question from Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave was incredibly cold. Maybe Dorit only has an issue with Erika being cold when it’s toward her.
Dorit concluded, “I’m so grateful to Kyle [Richards] for arranging the trip, and I’m happy Teddi took a chance on our crazy group!” Of course Teddi “took the chance.” She signed on to be a cast member. She had no choice.
