Lydia McLaughlin Thinks Shannon Beador Just Wants To Pick Fights

As games of sand volleyball go, Kelly Dodd’s turned out to be one of the dirtiest. And Real Housewives of Orange County’s Lydia McLaughlin thinks no one is more to blame than Shannon Beador, who not only acted as Tamra Judge’s codependent extremely creepy “protector,” but chose to come unhinged all over Lydia about some under the table leg squeezing.

“What a mess,” reflects Lydia, who initially had high hopes for the volleyball party. (Really? Is she new here?!) “The day started out really fun. Doug and I love the beach and are always excited for some fun in the sun. However, because of my coffee date with Tamra, I knew she and Vicki [Gunvalson] were at odds.” So, Lydia only gleaned this information from her lunch date with Tamra? We knew that Tamra and Vicki were at odds just from living on planet earth!

Lydia describes her discomfort with Shannon hovering over Tamra before and during the confrontation with Vicki. “Seeing Tamra cry in Kelly’s kitchen was very hard for me. She seemed to me to be very torn. Tamra seemed like she wanted to move on, and Shannon didn’t want to allow her to do that. Shannon was telling Tamra ‘be strong’ and giving her a look that made me feel uncomfortable. Shannon doesn’t want Tamra to be friends with Vicki and has made that very clear. I just felt that if the sight of Vicki was making Tamra cry, she obviously has unresolved issues, and in my opinion, communicating is the key to moving forward.”

But there was no moving forward to be had between these two arch frenemies, and it seems there won’t be in the near future either. Lydia summarizes, “Obviously, it didn’t go well. Everyone was upset, and it was a nightmare. Vicki ended up storming off, and the rest of us were left to sit at the table and try to move on with the party. At that point, I was spent. It’s emotionally draining for me to see my friends cry and yell and storm off.”

The drama didn’t end with Vicki’s exit, however! Because Shannon was all hopped up on Vicki-induced rage and needed to unleash it on someone before the day was through. But Lydia says she was confused and frankly exhausted by the constant Shannon-igans surrounding her. “When we are at the table, it seems to me like Shannon wanted to pick a fight and make the day all about her. She kept poking at Peggy [Sulahian], and even when the subject changed, Shannon brought up shade again to Peggy. Peggy felt so uncomfortable that she left the table. I quickly followed her and told Doug I wanted to go home. Why? Not just because everyone had been fighting but also because there was this underlying ‘mean girl’ vibe coming from Shannon.”

“While Tamra was asking me about my boobs,” continues Lydia, “Shannon was squeezing legs under the table. This isn’t something Shannon denies. Really, picture yourself at a table with your friends, and one of them is squeezing legs. What are we, 12? It made me feel like she was excited that I would somehow feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. I was over it, and I was ready to go. But Shannon wouldn’t let me leave without a fight.”

Accusing Shannon of simply “wanting to pick a fight” with her, Lydia admits that all of the boob job talk embarrassed her. She finally had to cut Shannon off by walking away, but does admit she’s glad they (sort of) resolved things before leaving. “The only thing that got through to her is ‘I’m done with you.’ At that moment, I was done, and I wanted to leave. I’m actually glad I didn’t leave angry; we talked a bit more and even ended with a hug.”

Though Lydia and Shannon have had literally ZERO positive interactions thus far, Lydia somehow remains hopeful! She closes her blog with insinuations that their relationship might improve in the coming weeks. “I do wish Shannon all the best. I feel like I have been trying to connect with her, but there have been so many bumps in the road, and I have never experienced this with a new friend. While at coffee with Tamra, I say half-jokingly that I don’t like Shannon. It’s partly true because I don’t understand her, and I don’t like where our relationship is. Hopefully we can have a breakthrough soon.”

Tom D’Agostino’s Alleged Fiancee Denies Engagement!

Tongues have been wagging (not at the Regency Hotel this time!) that Tom D’Agostino is already engaged again, even though he hasn’t finalized his divorce from Luann de Lesseps.

After a whirlwind and tumultuous courtship, Luann and Tom were married for less than a year when those indefatigable cheating rumors popped up again and the Real Housewives Of New York star announced their split. While both parties deny infidelity and insist their split was amicable, Tom has already been linked to socialite and PR rep Anna Rothschild who was recently spotted wearing a 15 carat diamond on that finger. 

Anna denies the ring was a gift from Tom – instead the $2 million dollar sparkler was a gift from another man. However, Anna also denies a romantic relationship with Tom, and instead says they have been “best friends for 15 years.” Although, someday, if it’s in the reality TV stars, she’d love a romantic future with him! Wasn’t that Sonja Morgan’s story too?

“I adore Tom. I would love to marry Tom because he’s such a great guy, but it’s bad timing for both of us,” Anna told Page Six.

If you care, the ring reportedly came from a Nigerian Prince Turkish art collector named Ahmet Kocabiyik, who has vacationed in the Hamptons with Anna. And we know about what happens in a Hamptons vacation home! Anna also refused to comment on that connection.

Neither Luann nor Tom have commented on any rumors about Anna. Both say they are currently single.

Well why do I have a feeling this Anna is angling towards a spot on Real Housewives Of New York? As a way to keep the Tom drama alive and well, or as way to simply position herself as connected to the cast and land a spot on the show. She knows Ramona, is good friends with Sonja, was, at one point, friends with Luann (whom she met THROUGH Tom)…

Tamra Judge’s Ex BFF Ricky Shares Screen Shots To Refute Vicki Gunvalson’s Claims That She Didn’t Invite Him To Her Party

Why is Season 12 of Real Housewives of Orange County just a rehashing of the same arguments from Season 11 which was all about discussing the drama from Season 10? Isn’t it time to move on and get some fresh story lines? Apparently no one on the show thinks so. Vicki Gunvalson’s knowledge of the cancer scam is still a hot topic of debate. These rumors about Eddie Judge’s sexuality are a constant topic of conversation.

Now, there is even more focus on the Eddie gossip after Tamra Judge’s ex best friend Ricky Santana and her nemesis Gretchen Rossi showed up to Vicki’s birthday party. This resurgence of old faces was both vindictive and desperate. It is far fetched to believe that the conversation happened at random. The bad acting indicates that someone (most likely multiple people) orchestrated the gossip about Eddie in advance. Obviously Vicki denies this. Beyond that she’s even denying that she invited Ricky to the event in the first place. Thankfully Ricky has come through with some receipts. Watch out, Vicki.

It is beyond petty for Vicki to invite Tamra’s ex best friend to her birthday party that is being filmed for a Real Housewives of Orange County episode. It is also contradictory since Vicki maintains that she wants to make up with Tamra. Pick a lane, girl.

During the last episode, Vicki denied inviting Ricky and acted like she had no idea he was going to show up. Now Ricky is refuting that claim to get even more attention with some solid proof.

Ricky posted a screen shot of Vicki’s birthday invite and wrote “HERE’s THE TRUTH.” It’s hard to argue with that one.

 

He wasn’t done though. Ricky tweeted, “This was our conversation about her party after my invite was received” and shared a screen shot from a text conversation with Vicki . Ricky asked, “Does production know I’m coming? Tamra swore I’d never be filmed again.” Vicki reassured him by saying, “She has no clue” and “Production just said to invite your close friends.” This is a very different picture than the one that Vicki painted in the last episode where she pretended to be totally clueless about Ricky’s presence.

 

Ricky’s Twitter fingers have been typing up a storm ever since he appeared in that one episode. He explained, “TAMRA and I were friends now we aren’t tamra and Vicki were friend and aren’t Vicki and I were friends and aren’t lol we are all not friends.” Ricky also tweeted, “I like Vicki just don’t know why she said the lies about me on Mondays episode…there must be a reason.” Because of the poor acting, attention seeking, and desperate circulation of gossip?

As if there is some high demand for Ricky to appear on this show, he decided to tweet, “I am boycotting show and any appearances for life lol except my appearance in the reunion!” Is it really called “boycotting” when he’s not genuinely friends with anyone on the show and there’s no purpose for him to appear?

Teen Mom 2 Recap – Season 8 Episode 12: Another Day, Another Custody Issue

Last night, we all got treated to a bonus episode of Teen Mom 2 and if you happened to miss it, I’m here to give you all the details on what went down.

Kailyn Lowry has waited six long years but she is finally finished with school! As much as she wants to focus on that achievement, Jo has a focus of his own and that’s getting 50/50 custody of Isaac in place. He calls his dad and explain that he tried to talk to Kail about the whole thing first but since she didn’t react well to that and refused to hear him out, he had no choice but to file papers with his lawyer. His dad hopes that it will be resolved before they even get to court but Jo doesn’t look so sure.

Kail takes both Isaac and Lincoln to her last class with her and they play quietly while she finishes up. On her drive home, it hits her that this is all over and she will soon be walking across the graduation stage. You all know I’m not the biggest Kail fan but I have to hand it to her – she did it and it took determination so congrats to her on a job well done!

Chelsea DeBoer’s worries about the state of Adam Lind’s drug issues are getting worse. After Aubree spent Father’s Day with him and Chelsea comes across a clip from Teen Mom OG where one of the ex’s drug issues cause him to fall asleep behind the wheel and swerve while filming, she’s on edge about Aubree being with Adam at all. The clip from Teen Mom OG looks all too familiar to her and with Aubree saying that all Adam does is sleep when she comes over, it hits both Chelsea and Cole hard. She thinks the best course of action at this point is to talk to her lawyer and make sure that there is an iron-clad agreement about Adam not taking her in the car. Despite the most recent order that Adam can only see Aubree while supervised by his parents, it’s still not enough assurance of safety for Chelsea and I can’t blame her for wanting to have every possible safeguard against him being alone with her.

Briana DeJesus is getting some safeguards of her own and after six years of not much help, she is filing for child support from Devoin. He comes over to sign the documents and provide her with his information, all without issue. Briana is thankful he isn’t fighting her on it and he even agrees to get a notarized letter to establish paternity so they don’t have to do any formal testing. With Briana’s new baby coming any day now, she is starting to realize how much it will all cost and figures it’s highly likely she will have to take Luis to court for child support too.

At her next doctor’s appointment, Luis shows up again, along with Briana’s friend, Shirley. When Briana goes back for part of her exam, Shirley tells Luis that he needs to step up and be more supportive, even if he can’t physically be there in the beginning. She reminds Luis that he has to pay for things too and it’s not all on Briana. He tells her that he has a lot of pressure happening in his life and she fires back that he shouldn’t wait to be asked for money for diapers and whatever the baby needs. Luis doesn’t say much but he doesn’t argue either.
In the car on the way home, Shirley tells Briana about their conversation and Briana isn’t impressed. She says whatever Luis has to say goes in one ear and out the other since he has no follow through. She sees that he’s just another Devoin and knows that they have a bumpy road ahead.

Leah Messer is dealing with Addie missing her dad and it’s getting worse. When Leah drops Ali off with Corey Simms, Addie cries the whole way home about how she misses her dad and wants to see him.

Later, Leah calls Jeremey Calvert to tell him about it and he says his family is going to go on vacation in Myrtle Beach and he can surprise Addie there. This makes Leah happy but she also wants him to understand that he has to see her regularly and not just surprises here and there since Addie needs stability. Jeremy agrees and back in Pittsburgh for work, he tells a friend over lunch how hard it’s been taking so much crap for not being at home with his daughter more. He wants people to understand there isn’t a big job market in West Virginia and he works out of state because he has a better opportunity to provide for her.
In Myrtle Beach, Jeremy calls his mom to meet him down on the beach so he can follow through with his surprise. When he walks up to Addie and she realizes he’s there, it’s such a sweet moment and she is thrilled to see her dad.

Jenelle Evans is picking up Jace for the first time since the new custody arrangement with mom Barbara Evans went into place and she’s excited to spend time with him all weekend. Once he gets in the car, she is quick to tell him that she wanted to spend more time with him but Meme wouldn’t let her then tells him how she’s going to take him on vacation. Of course he is excited, but lilts a little when she says David Eason will be there. Jenelle is quick to ask Jace if he likes David since he told the counselor that he was scared of him. Jace says that he does like him, didn’t tell the counselor that and Jenelle is appeased.

Back home, Jenelle relays the conversation to David and they talk about how happy they are that they don’t have to ask Barb’s permission to take Jace somewhere, thanks to the new agreement. At least they are looking on the bright side. As the weekend wears on, Jenelle is having a good time spending quality time with Jace and is sad he has to go back to Barbara at all.

At the designated drop off spot at the end of the weekend, Barb is waiting and watching the clock, telling everyone that if Jenelle is late, she will be in contempt of court. As if that wasn’t bad enough to show the state of where Barb’s head is at with all this, the second Jenelle shows up and they start talking, it turns into an argument about who has Jace the weekend he is done with school. Jenelle insists she gets him on the day he’s done and Barb insists she gets him that weekend. Jenelle tells her to go and talk to her lawyer about it and despite the latest agreement that’s supposed to make all this easier, it doesn’t look like it will be anytime soon.
