Oh, what a perfect night for Jordan Fisher and Lindsay Arnold. The Dancing With the Stars pair received perfect scores for both their dances. Jordan and Lindsay did a quickstep to Pharrell...Tonight’s finale of Teen Mom 2 gave us the ending this season deserved – happiness after a whole lot of drama. So much happened from start to finish, this season actually felt like two rolled into one. Kailyn Lowry started out finalizing her divorce with ex-husband Javi Marroquin after so many contentious back and forths about everything from him coming over unannounced to her surprise pregnancy with another man. Leah Messer dealt with mild yet frustrating behavioral problems with the girls, all while trying to get her new dream of motivational speaking on track. Chelsea DeBoer and husband Cole settled into newly married life, dealt with the increasing drug use issues of her ex and navigated the newborn stage of baby Watson with ease before finally getting the wedding reception they always wanted. Briana DeJesus joined us as the newest Teen Mom and the drama she brought didn’t disappoint as she dumped baby daddy Luis in the middle of her pregnancy. Unfortunately, her worries about Luis not stepping up to the plate, just like Nova’s dad, proved to be right and her stress levels rose over every single episode. Jenelle Evans and boyfriend David Eason welcomed baby Ensley, moved into their dream home and got engaged. But it wasn’t all sunshine thanks to Barb winning permanent custody of Jace and with it, permanently damaging her relationship with Jenelle so much so that she wasn’t invited to their wedding. Now that we are all caught up, let’s get started with how everything wraps up tonight!
Leah’s twins are adjusting well to being in separate classes in school so that Ali can have an aide with her at all times. Addie is about to start pre-K tomorrow but isn’t sure whether or not ex Jeremy Calvert will make it back from work in time to see her first day. He hasn’t been home to see Addie in few weeks and Leah is really hoping he can make it so she calls him to get an update. Jeremy says he will do his best but it doesn’t sound promising.
Addie’s first day arrives and Jeremy doesn’t make it but his mom does and she entertains them all with stories about Jeremy’s first day of school. Addie seems genuinely excited about pre-K and hops onto the bus without issue.
At the end of the day, Leah and her sister go pick up all the girls and Addie tells her how great her first day of school was. Then she quickly tells on Gracie for saying a bad word on the bus. At home over dinner, Leah tells them how proud she is that they all overcame their challenges this year.
Kail feels like she can go into labor at any moment and she’s right. A few hours after mentioning how she feels, she goes into labor and rushes to the hospital. Turns out, her labor was so quick, she didn’t even have time for an epidural and the baby was out in two hours flat. Thankfully, baby daddy Chris made it there and was even helpful and involved during the delivery process. Everyone comes over to meet the new baby and Lincoln suggests they call him Climber since he still has no name. Kail lets the boys hold their baby brother and everyone seems genuinely happy for the new arrival.
The day has arrived for Chelsea to finally have her wedding reception to celebrate her nuptials from almost a year ago and she and Cole are excited to party. Chelsea, Aubree and her bridesmaids go to the salon to get ready and take pics. When Chelsea emerges in her dress, she looks beautiful and happy. I seriously love her dress! The sun is shining as her guests gather in a tent and watch Chelsea and Cole get introduced and dance their first dance. In a box-of-tissues-needed moment, Aubree surprises them with a sweet recording that she made to play at the start of their first dance. Yes, I’m crying – how could you not! Chelsea and Cole look every bit the happy married couple and family that they are.
Briana is taking Nova to her first day of school and Devoin won’t be there due to his work schedule. She did tell him that she filed for child support and he didn’t seem to care, which is a relief to Briana after she assumed he would be vindictive about it. As they drop Nova off in her classroom, she looks shy and scared about her first day and Briana cries as she leaves the school. Later, Nova emerges all smiles and had a great day, made even greater now that Devoin is also there to greet her.
They decide to go out to lunch to celebrate and Nova wants Devoin to come so badly, Briana decides to have him come and set aside all the tension between them. That doesn’t last long and Briana gets upset when she finds out Devoin is actually working two jobs but still not helping out financially. Devoin fires back that he never gets to have Nova come to his place. Roxanne tries to moderate but quickly loses her cool when Devoin brings up that Briana doesn’t even know what it’s like to have a father in her life. The end result is Roxanne standing on the bench of the booth they are eating at and yelling at Devoin, with MTV security finally pulling her away. Devoin leaves in a flurry of middle fingers. Outside the restaurant, Roxanne smokes a cigarette and cries about how childish he is. Devoin tells the producer he’s happy that Briana filed for child support since now he can get some right of his own to Nova.
After threatening to cancel the wedding at the end of last week’s episode, Jenelle and David worked things out off camera and the wedding is proceeding as scheduled. As Jenelle gets ready, she reminds us all again that mom Barb wasn’t invited because she doesn’t approve of David.
Barb is vacationing with her friend in South Carolina and getting all emotional about it but still refuses to budge when her friend suggests she try and work it out with David. In Barb’s mind, he alienated her from Jenelle and the final straw was her winning custody of Jace. She doesn’t plan on that changing and she sure isn’t about to try and make nice with David, so she guesses she just won’t have a relationship with Jenelle. Her friend points out how stubborn she’s being but all Barb does is cry.
After getting ready at the house all day, the big moment has arrived and Jenelle gets into her dress so she can walk down the aisle. Maryssa carries Ensley down the aisle as flower girls and Jenelle rounds the corner with Jace. David wells up with tears for his bride and Andre the MTV security guard reads them their vows. Kaiser toddles down the aisle to present them with their rings and they officially become man and wife. Their guests all cheer as they are announced as Mr. and Mrs. Eason and they walk off into married life.
It looks like for the most part, all the moms got a happy ending (ok, not Briana) but I’m looking forward to next week’s reunion when we get to rehash all the behind the scenes drama and then some!

Terrell Owens is packing up his dancing shoes. The football player and his professional partner Cheryl Burke received a 27 out of 30 for their Charleston to "Bad Boy Good Man" and a 24 for...I’m pretty sure the ladies of Real Housewives Of Orange County were able to put 100 viking warriors to shame with their brutal ceaseless fighting. So, SKOAL!
Peggy Sulahian is just kind of just the worst, isn’t she? Maybe she’s a nice person, and she seemed OK at her Armenian anniversary party, but as soon as you take the Diko away from Peggy she turns into a judgmental, overbearing, clueless buzzkill intent to smother the fun out of any party with her nonsensical ramblings. Even a Viking send-off. I don’t want to be mean, but perhaps Bravo needs to issue ‘Funness’ qualifying exams.
There were men in fair isle sweaters serenading the ladies, then fighting over the amorphous blondes (Shannon Beador is convinced it’s her because Vikings “like a girl with a lil meat on her bones,” but would Shannon really touch whale blubber? I feel like it’s not very holistic…). But anyway, there were men doing all this for all of them, and in the middle of it all Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson were hugging and kissing like it was 2010, and Vicki even apologized to Shannon – more on that in a bit – then in walked Peggy, wearing a blood red caftan, and out for blood! She ruined the whole thing. Again.
Peggy has actually been hiding in her room, perishing. Not shopping for presents nor the taste of fermented shark could rouse her, but 10 minutes before they’re supposed to leave for their final dinner she comes to Lydia McLaughlin, wearing her pajamas, famished, and with a tale to tell. Luckily Lydia had popcorn. Which was perfect because Peggy brought a movie!
Peggy claims was hibernating because she was sooooo upset that Kelly Dodd mocked her father’s death, but that’s not all –Meghan Edmonds – and her nanny! – are both negligent drunken lushes! Here’s Peggy’s story (with only slight embellishment and hyperbole from this author): Apparently Peggy had retired to bed from the drunken Vicking shitstorm that was Vicki’s near death experience – or maybe it was the official funeral to bad Vicki being a Bad Vicktim? – but anyway, alcohol was had in the paying of disrespects, and Peggy wound up yelling at Kelly over whose husband would call whose husband to set the whole matter straight, because women can’t fend for themselves in Armenia or California – only Viking warrior ladies.
Peggy’s comment was so stupid that Kelly caustically joked that her dad would call Peggy’s dad, but Peggy doesn’t speak reality and believed Kelly was really, truly making a dig against her recently deceased father, instead of just reciting a playground mock. So Peggy stormed off. But then she heard a’wailing! It was a baby!! A baby screaming for 10 minutes, so Peggy went down the hallway to investigate and found Tamra and Kelly drunkenly laughing hysterically at her behind her back! Naturally Peggy pressed “Record” on her iPhone and stood there taping them, while simultaneously taping Aspen screaming as no one soothed her. Allegedly.
Lydia is shocked. She tried to explain to Peggy how the ‘my dad…’ thing wasn’t an intentional dig at Peggy’s grief, but yet another expression that Peggy just doesn’t know because she never leaves Diko’s side and goes to a Target without a chaperone. Peggy is full of crap! Boring, beige, crap.
While all that is happening the other women bailed and headed to dinner without Lydia. Tamra ever-so thoughtfully called her for the bus like ‘YO – I know you’re the hostess and all, but I mean when a Viking send-off calls, a bitch answers, so SKOAL ya’ later, alligator!”
Just when Lydia resigned herself to being stuck at the hotel with Fridrik for another charming supper, Peggy walked downstairs wearing a ballgown. For a Viking supper.
Dinner was going wonderfully. Tamicki is at their best while drunk and lushy, and they were loving on each other hard. And it was nice. Shannon watched stone-faced from across the table which gave Tamra the idea that Vicki should officially apologize for The Allegations. So Tamra coached her through what to say, and Vicki did it. In her Vicki way. Which was to NOT apologize at all, and say a lot of nebulous things that place the blame on the fault of circumstances caused by others. Like she apologized for “misinterpreting” Shannon’s phone call, which led to The Allegations, and she apologized for repeating it”private” to Kelly. Can’t Vicki ever just be, I dunno, sincere?
I’m pleased that Shannon was like unlike jellyfish and had a backbone. She politely non-accepted it, then conducted a Viking orchestra while the other women sobbed with happiness. Just as Tamra is slurring in Vicki’s face that Brooks destroyed all the good in their lives, in walks Peggy. Brooks is always a bad omen of things to come.
In a very sweet moment, Kelly came over to immediately apologize for her drunken behavior hurting Peggy’s feelings, but Peggy refused to believe her.
Instead, while Kelly was taking an Anger Management break, Peggy whipped out her phone to show the video proving that Kelly and Tamra were laughing at her to the background of Meghan’s baby crying forever, and she, Mother Superior, was trying to save Aspen when she merely overheard their mean cackling… Needless to say that didn’t go over well. At. All. Meghan started sobbing, Tamra and Shannon started screaming, and then Peggy deflected by mentioning that David is disloyal to Shannon and lies to her… about what he said about her cancer, duh! Peggy is hopeless! And the worst! Like charred penguin cooked in whale fat, bad!
Vicki complains that all the women are ganging up on Peggy like they did to Kelly last year, but then she decides to ‘pull an Ireland’ and leave her new friend – the one hired to stand by her because her old friends hate her – and walked out to avoid “drama.” Vicki never learns!
A hysterical Meghan finally told Peggy that even if she didn’t mean to call her a bad mother, she’s an odd person and no one likes her. Coming from Meghan, well you must be odd! Apparently Meghan was letting Aspen ‘cry it out’ and this was a calculated and timed thing. Mmmkay… whatever you say, Peggy still shouldn’t have used that as her opener. Or used that at all!
Also off-subject, but I think Tamra was probably the blonde the Vikings fighting over. Now that woman has a rage that will see her surviving Icelandic winters on nothing but fermented shark liquor and penguin meat. As she screamed at Peggy with a roaring bellow, the Vikings just packed up their spears and their axes, and realized they are weak sauce in comparison. I’m pretty sure they formed a cult around her.
Peggy ends up on the bus back to the hotel with Vicki. Vicki tries piteously to explain why she just walked out instead of defending her friend, but Peggy doesn’t want to hear it. Then she straight up FLEES in the middle of the night and takes her own plane back to the OC. HA! I’m sure everyone was so sad. Just think – they could get through a whole flight without having to explain what words like “drink” or “joke” mean!
Back in OC, things are far from happy. Peggy confides to Diko that her “big sister” Vicki betrayed her, then she apologies for calling Diko while on vacation to ask if he’d fix everything from thousands of miles away. Peggy confronts Vicki over breakfast, but Vicki brushes her off cause she’s not fighting other people’s battles until they’ve earned that right by being named an OG of the OC. It made no sense cause Peggy and Vicki never really do.
Shannon is back to trying to fix her ailing marriage and her ballooning weight. She goes to the doctor where we learn she went off all her hormones, and is now not only an emotional wreck but a physical wreck too. Since David is permanently busy playing on monkey bars, Tamra goes with her for support. The doctor puts Shannon back on progesterone and estrogen, and all these things she must stuff up her vagina – which is great cause David is not going up there. Apparently David has low libido, and that’s why they haven’t been intimate in a very, very long time. Basically David is walking, talking, real-live “Low T” commercial! A very likely story… And ugh – GOD Shannon! I mean, who says something like that on TV when they have teenage daughters?! JUST. NO.
Back at home, Shannon tries to talk to David about the distance between them, but she can’t bridge it even when they’re sitting 10 inches apart, physically separated only by a golden retriever who may or may not be sick of Shannon’s shit ill. Archie was probably fed Shannon’s holistic casseroles the entire time she was gone. A year after their vow renewal and second honeymoon, David realized he’s still married to the same old Shannon, and things are again, not good.
Of course Vicki confides all the Icelandic mayhem to Briana – including how her apology to Shannon was fake! Briana rolled her eyes and sarcastically congratulated Vicki on finally getting the casseroles she’s been wanting for years. Then she advises Vicki to stop fighting with old ladies. Sometimes I love Briana.
And next week, sadly, is the finale. And I have to know what happened in-between Iceland and this that has made Vicki and Tamra hate each other again.

It’s the best time of the year: Real Housewives of Atlanta is back on television. Thank God! It has been way too long since that epic Season 9 four part reunion. I need to see what these women are up to.
Aside from new episodes, the ATL ladies are out and about promoting the show, doing interviews, spilling tea, and throwing shade. It is a great time to be alive.
Real Housewives of Atlanta stars Kandi Burruss, Cynthia Bailey, Sheree Whitfield, and Kenya Moore got together to enjoy the Atlanta Hawks game (and promote Season 10 of the show, obviously). Yes, Sheree and Kenya sat next to each other at a basketball game and were all smiles in every single photo. Are pigs flying? That is a pretty shocking development.
For all I know, they’re just putting on some smiles to be professional during a promotional appearance, but I’m crossing my fingers and hoping that Sheree and Kenya became friends somehow. It is so tough being a fan of both Kenya and Sheree. As confused as I get, trying to figure out who to root for when they’re squaring off, I definitely do feel blessed by the amazing shade that they deliver. Nevertheless, I do think they would be an unbeatable team if they got together against a common enemy. I would be all for that idea. If only I had some influence in this Atlanta social circle.

The champs are here! In a fun twist, Dancing With the Stars welcomed back six of its most beloved champions from the last 24 seasons to dance with the six remaining celebrities on Monday...This is some pretty scary news: Porsha Williams has a gun and it was stolen from her SUV. This means that there is someone in Atlanta with the gun registered to Porsha and that is just not a good thing at all given all of the recent news stories.
Hopefully police are able to track down the thief and take the gun back, but that scenario seems to be very unlikely.
According to an article from TMZ, Porsha’s gun and some “expensive” handbags were stolen from her SUV which was parked in the garage at her assistant’s house last week. An eye witness described the thief by saying it was a man wearing a mask and that he smashed the window to get into the car.
That same TMZ article says “good news for Porsha is she hasn’t been left unarmed — we’re told she has a 2nd handgun.” To be honest, “good news” was the last thing I thought when I read that Porsha has another gun. Yes, I’m (sort of) kidding about that- calm down.
Who keeps a gun and handbags in their car? Am I the only one who finds that weird? It’s just the only scenario I can come up with. Let’s just hope the police locate the thief and get the gun back. It’s a scary thought knowing that someone who’s willing to break into a car and steal also has a gun at his disposal.

The Real Housewives of Dallas ladies have really come through for Season 2. After a painfully boring first season, the women really delivered during their sophomore year on TV. A big part of that was thanks to Brandi Redmond, who got into it with pretty much everyone in the cast this year- except for maybe D’Andra Simmons, but if that happened, it must not have been a big deal since it doesn’t come to mind. Or it just happened while I was up for a snack break.
Anyway, Brandi has a lot to say about how she got on the show, her up and down relationship with LeeAnne Locken, and more RHOD-related topics during a talk with Kate Casey.
In an interview for the Reality Life With Kate Casey podcast, Brandi explained that she wasn’t dying to be a reality TV star. Brandi recalled, “It was very strange. I remember the casting people came and they just did a phone interview. I believe they were calling the show ‘How to Make it in Dallas’ and I think I literally said, ‘The only thing I know how to make in Dallas is a bed.'”
Unlike some of the cast members who are all about their Dallas zip code, Brandi could not care less. She admitted, “I appreciate the social life that Dallas has to offer, but I’m not someone to do appearances and go to every event just to be seen. That was the feeling I was getting about the direction the people were going and I think that’s party of the reason they liked me: because I was so different from that and because of my friendship with Stephanie [Hollman].”
It was tough for her to get used to filming and Brandi shared, “It was very hard to really get comfortable with what was going on.” She even admits that it was tough on her relationship with her husband, “I was just missing the mark with communicating with him, but through that we learned and grew from the experience. We went to counseling and I think that we’re stronger and better than ever. We renewed our vows and it was just us, private just friends and family. I feel like it made us stronger.”
Even though filming the show was tough, she doesn’t seem to be greatly affected by the show airing. Brandi said, “I’m not a big social media person. I just try to live in the moment and not on social media.” The same cannot be said about other Housewives. Still, Brandi did say, “I want to say thank you to everyone who says sweet things, but at the same time there are some nasty, negative people out there and the things they say can be very hurtful. I’ve just chosen to give a gracious thank you for the support, but I’m not going to let those negative things affect me.”
Kate asked Brandi if she knew D’Andra and Kameron Westcott before they joined the show. Brandi said, “I met D’Andra a few times, but I did not know Kameron.” And obviously they did not become BFF’s and a big part of that is probably because they are close with Brandi’s on-again-off-again enemy LeeAnne.
Brandi said, “When we were in Austin last season, I really did start warming up to LeeAnne and seeing the fun side to her. Leaving Season 1, I just felt like we were in a good place. I wouldn’t say we were best friends although a lot of people like to say that.” By “a lot of people,” I have to assume that Brandi is just alluding to LeeAnne herself. Brandi explained, “There’s friends that you share deep things with and then there’s surface friends.”
Even though Brandi really leaned on LeeAnne during her rift with Stephanie, she did insist that LeeAnne was not allowed in her home because her children were “scared of LeeAnne.” So it’s not too shocking that Kate asked, “Are you afraid of LeeAnne? If you were in an alley, would you bring a pocket knife in your back pocket just in case?” Brandi answered, “That is a good question. It depends if LeeAnne had been drinking or if she’s medicated. We have to have rules for this alley.”
Kate asked Brandi what tagline she would give Kameron and shockingly enough, Brandi did not take the bait to talk shit about Kameron and shared, “I feel like I am currently trying with Kameron.”
