Eboni K. Williams Wants “More Glamour” And “More Good Times” On Next Season Of Real Housewives Of New York

Season 13 of Real Housewives of New York was a snooze fest. Newbie Eboni K. Williams joined the cast as the first Black Housewife on the franchise. Eboni forged a strong friendship with Leah McSweeney. Their bond was so strong in fact that they both got tattoos in memory of their grandmothers who had recently passed away.

But Eboni’s RHONY debut was a bumpy one. Luann de Lesseps called Eboni “angry” and ordered her to leave her house. Luann took a lot of heat for her comment. Some viewers, and cast members, felt that Eboni was “too preachy.”

In an ominous sign, the Season 13 reunion was canceled, which was shocking news. It turns out that the reunion was scrapped because Eboni reportedly lodged a complaint against Ramona Singer. Eboni alleged that Ramona said something that was “racially motivated.”

A third-party investigated the allegations, but by time the investigation was over it was too late to air a reunion. Ramona was cleared of the allegations. Before Eboni filed her complaint, a crew member also filed a complaint against Ramona for a similar reason.

So, what did Ramona say to trigger the investigation? She allegedly remarked, “This is why we shouldn’t have black people on the show.” She supposedly made the comment about Eboni during Eboni’s argument with Luann when Luann kicked the lawyer out.

Of course, Ramona denied making the comment. “I never said that. It’s a terrible lie,” Ramona stated. There was talk that Ramona was fired. There were whispers of a major cast shake-up, and that the show was entering “permanent hiatus” territory.

There were rumors that Ramona, Leah, and Luann made a pact to leave the party for the tell-all book, Not All Diamonds And Rose: The Inside Story of The Real Housewives From the People Who Lived It as soon as Eboni arrived. That’s cold.

The plot thickened when Leah said that she hadn’t “heard too much” from Eboni. Meanwhile, Eboni referred to her relationship with Leah as “friendly colleagues.” Ouch.

Page Six reported that Eboni wants to return to RHONY whenever production begins again. Eboni is looking forward to working with her co-stars, even Ramona, who Eboni said she “really connects with.” Did Eboni watch last season? The attorney has remained close with Sonja Morgan, which isn’t surprising. I’m still shook about Eboni and Leah not being besties.

“I want more glamour, more style, more indulgence and more good times,” Eboni explained of what she would like next season. “And more women in the cast!” Eboni stated that stylist June Ambrose would make a “great addition.” She would like to see members of the LGBTQIA+ community represented on RHONY. “I would love to see that type of visibility increase on the show,” Eboni added.

And if Eboni doesn’t land back on RHONY, she could still pursue her dream job of co-hosting The View.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht Recap: Weekend At Parsifal’s

Ahoy, yachties! Welcome back to another lively episode of Below Deck Sailing Yacht. This week had everything: makeouts, fallouts, disasters and possibly the most wasted charter guest the show has ever seen. But before we get to all of the drama happening aboard Parsifal III, I just wanted to turn your attention briefly to the newest addition to the Below Deck family: Below Deck Down Under! I’ll be recapping the entire season of the new show over on Peacock, and would love if you would take a minute to watch the show, read my recaps and let me know what you think in the comments! OK, now back to what’s happening on Parisfal: Gary King and Daisy Kelliher‘s steamy hot tub hookup. OK, it’s only a makeout. But it’s quite a long one and I still can’t believe it happened! Neither can Daisy, it seems. Because she’s the one who breaks away and goes running for her cabin. Leaving Gary in the hot tub to ponder the alcohol-influenced decisions that have led them here. At the same time, Tom Pearson and Ashley Marti are just leaving the guest cabin after having had sex. Though it’s unclear how much of that was Ashley trying to get back at Gary for not paying enough attention to her. Either way, this is all certainly going to be awkward come morning…

Thankfully, the following day is a turnaround day. And equally thankfully for Daisy, the chief stew doesn’t seem to remember much of the night before. She’s positively mortified when Gary breaks the news that, yes, their make out was, in fact, real. And of course he can’t resist teasing her as much as humanly possible about it for the rest of the day. I’m even surprised he refrained from bringing it up at the preference sheet meeting, where we learn the next primary is a Manhattan-based luxury real estate broker who’s bringing his family on vacation. However, the day isn’t all giggles and secondhand embarrassment. Tom gets a heartbreaking call from home that his best friend’s dad has fallen into a coma due to blood clots in his brain and is on life support.

The next morning it’s the start of charter number three. And poor Tom is still consumed with worry over what’s happening back home. He vows not to leave the boat, but still fills Captain Glenn Shephard in on the situation and warns that he may need some extra support and understanding. Luckily, Ashley‘s actually there to listen and provide a shoulder when he needs one. One thing the third stew is not there to, however, is take any more of Gabriela Barragan‘s lists. Every time the second stew asks Ashley to do something it gets under her skin. To the point that she even complains to Daisy, who has to tactfully remind her that the second is allowed to delegate tasks to the third. That’s the way it works, sweetie. Now stop whining.

The guests arrive and the boat sets sail — only metaphorically speaking; there’s no wind — for Punta Prima. However, Daisy‘s not the only one noticing the tension between her subordinates. Chef Marcos Spaziani warns her that the petty grievances could boil over into a major problem that could affect life on the boat for everyone. Both girls are even complaining to him in the galley when the other isn’t around. Daisy decides to address the building issues within her department after the charter is over. Because it’s definitely not going to get any worse over the next few days, right?

After anchoring, the crew throws a lightly 007-themed birthday dinner for the primary’s 75-year-old dad. And Captain Glenn‘s even on hand to join the guests for the meal. Hilariously, though, the primary’s younger brother is fully checked out at the table thanks to a long afternoon of getting wine drunk. He falls asleep before the entree is even served. And we’re talking Weekend at Bernie’s-level blackout. There’s no waking him up for the rest of the night. Not the entire table singing “Happy Birthday” to his dad. Not Gary, Tom and Colin Macrae delivering cake while shirtless to the flirtatious female cougar of the group. In fact, he’s still asleep after the rest of the family have finished their meals and gone below deck for the night. It takes his dad literally slapping him awake, with some help from Colin and Tom, to get him to his cabin for bed.

Day two of the charter starts with Captain Glenn trying something the guests didn’t get to experience the day before: sailing. But even after raising the main, mizzen and genoa, there’s no such luck. Because there’s just no wind. And without wind, you can’t really sail. It’s time to distract the guests with a beach picnic. Hopefully getting them to shore for a bit will give the necessary wind time to pick up. Or if not, then at least time for Captain Glenn to process the news that his first mate and chief stew have swapped saliva in the hot tub, which Gary is proud to tell him.

The focus of the guests’ picnic is apparently supposed to be badminton. They just want to smash some birdies, OK? So thinking it will be simple, Daisy sends Ashley and Kelsie Goglia ashore to set up. However, what Tom conquered last charter by erecting the gazebo singlehandedly — not to mention decorating it with palm fronds — the girls can’t seem to do together. Set-up is slow. The tent is confusing. And by the time Gabriela and Gary arrive on the beach with the guests in tow, they’re nowhere near ready. To be frank, the entire picnic set-up looks like a complete mess.

Naturally, Gabriela is mortified at the scene the guests are walking into. And wastes no time blaming Ashley for the disorganized disarray. It ultimately takes all four crew members — Gary, Gabriela, Ashley and Kelsie — to get the gazebo successfully up. All while the stare at them aimlessly in the heat of the Menorcan sunshine. The picnic is not off to a great start. But Gabriela turns on the charm, successfully distracting the guests with badminton and putting on a smile to laugh off the major blunder. On the inside, though, she’s surely fuming and can’t wait to report back to Daisy what a terrible job Ashley did.

That afternoon, there’s still no wind. Which means still no sailing. Though Captain Glenn lets one of the guests steer the yacht to make up for not being able to control Mother Nature. Chef Marcos also pulls out all the stops for a flamenco-themed dinner filled with traditional Spanish cuisine. Which equals lots of local seafood, shellfish and a truly incredible-looking paella as the piece de resistance. So even though there’s been absolutely no sailing on their vacation aboard a luxury sailboat, the guests still go to bed happy. Little do they know disaster’s about to strike…

Tom covers the anchor watch all night. And with the sea so still, there’s honestly not much to do. He kills time during the late shift by cleaning, emptying the garbage and sitting, staring out into the night. By early morning, nothing’s happened. And when Ashley arises to start her early shift, the lovebirds of convenience steal a kiss in the wheelhouse.

Then, the wind that’s been missing all charter decides to come roaring back with a vengeance. Within a span of just thirty minutes, it goes from blowing at a leisurely eight knots to 31, setting off alarms and waking the crew to an emergency in the making. As Gary runs shirtless up the stairs, he shouts at Colin to get the boat’s engine started. Only then does Tom realize Parsifal is dragging anchor, and amid the chaos, he shouts that the boat could be on the verge of running aground…

Love Is Blind Star Shake Chatterjee Shades Nick Lachey For Reality Show Past

Abhishek “Shake” Chatterjee seemed thirsty for the villain role on Season 2 of Love is Blind, and congrats to him for achieving his dreams, I guess. Shake was known behind the scenes for “Most Skilled At Making Women Cry” during the pod phase on the famous Netflix dating show. Something he and his eventual fiancé, Deepti Vempati had to overcome early in their relationship. A red flag so glaring you could see it through two walls. Bleak.

It was clear throughout the Love is Blind episodes that Deepti is a kind soul who only deserves the best. It’s just about all anyone could say about her, too. Including Shake’s own parents. This man really should apologize to his family for being in his family. Not only could he keep his misogynistic fat-phobic mouth shut about Deepti during the final reunion episode, but he had to drag the hostess, Vanessa Lachey into his slimy path too.

During the reunion Shake told Vanessa that she was the only person in the room he was physically attracted to. Vanessa’s husband, none other than Nick Lachey had some thoughts on that. He reminded Shake that, as a veterinarian, she should focus on treating animals, not act like them. He literally reminded the failed dater, “We’re human beings.”

Following the awkward moment, Shake took to Instagram to @ Nick. Page Six reported that Shake went deep into the archive in an attempt to put Nick on blast for his treatment of Jessica Simpson during their early 2000’s marriage. Back when they filmed the iconic Newlyweds.

Shake called Nick “sad” and then told viewers of his post to turn the “sound on” so they could hear Nick’s conversation with Jessica about opening a car door.

In the clip Jessica is getting into her car in a parking lot and she asks her then-husband, Nick, “You don’t wanna open the door for me?” Nick replies “No,” to her curtly before Jessica added, “At the beginning of our marriage, you were so eager to open the door for me.” Nick shot back, “That’s because at the beginning of our marriage I got laid.”

Not a great look, but is it worse than telling the world you want to put babies in someone who reminds you of your aunt?

Joe Gorga Says Teresa Giudice Doesn’t Stick Up For Him On Real Housewives Of New Jersey

I’m starting to think that the longstanding feud between Teresa Giudice and brother Joe Gorga will never end. Have I been so naive to think there was ever a chance? It feels so obvious now. And don’t even get me started on Tre and Melissa Gorga. Those two have never liked each other and never will. But the relationship with Real Housewives of New Jersey’s first family is full of a slow simmer of resentment of spending years together on television. And it doesn’t look like it will be over anytime soon.

After a recent blow up at castmate Jennifer Aydin’s house, Teresa’s loyalty to Joe was once again called into question. Jennifer, who has been feuding with Melissa both on and off screen for awhile now, refused to take back calling the Gorgas crooks. And called Joe a “little b**ch.” Tre sat idly by while Melissa jumped up and charged Jennifer to defend her husband. Melissa and Joe got kicked out and Teresa seemed confused as to what the big fuss was. Loyalty to the family, that’s what!

As reported by Reality Blurb, Joe is once again stuck wondering why Teresa won’t stand up for him. On a recent appearance on RHONJ: After Show, Joe sounded off on the fight that is threatening his relationship with his sister.

Joe said, “I always have her back. It’s never reciprocated. If that was me and let’s say Margaret [Josephs] threw my sister out of the house… I would’ve never heard the end of it. My nieces would probably say nasty things about me. My sister would constantly remind me, over and over, ‘You didn’t stick up for me. You didn’t leave. You should’ve left the house. How dare you stay there when she kicked me out?’ I would’ve heard it a thousand different times.”

Joe also added that Tre would never let Jennifer get away with speaking like that to anyone else in their family. He explained, “If Jen called my father a crook, would my sister talk to her? Think about that. If she called my mom a crook, I wonder how she would react. If she said something about her daughters….”

He added, “When it comes to me, it’s like, with the entire family, for some reason, I’m the dishrag. They can sh*t on me, sh*t on me, if I say one thing, oh, it’s the end of the world. I feel sorry for myself, I really do, in so many ways.”

When it came to Melissa and Jennifer’s social media war, Joe has a theory on why Teresa didn’t take up for Melissa. He thinks Tre just loves the attention she gets from Jennifer. He claimed, “Teresa likes attention and Jen kisses her a**. And because maybe she kisses her a– so much, my sister looks the other way. But Teresa knows who she is. And she already proved it to me that she was telling me, ‘No, I chose her over you,’ in so many words.”

For her part, Melissa seems way less surprised. She knows Teresa demands loyalty from them but doesn’t return the favor. Melissa began, “We have to be soldiers and we get told every little minute, of like, ‘You better stick up for…’ I get the text, ‘You better do the right thing.’ But then as soon as her friend does it, not much gets said.”

Melissa went on, “We are very loyal and we are the ones who don’t talk about it all the time but we actually do it. I think there’s a big difference in saying, ‘I love my family. I’m loyal to my family’ … and actually being the one who does something about it.”

Melissa noted that there is “always a double standard” with Teresa, despite her brother “always acts in the right direction” and “backs her up.” But as for whether or not Tre would actually go through with dropping Jennifer for her family, Melissa doesn’t have an answer for that.

She speculated, “I feel like she was in a little bit of a desperate mode at that point. When Teresa cries and breaks down, she’s definitely in a spot where she’s confused and like lost. So she might have. But that’s just not who we are.” Melissa concluded, “We’re not going to tell someone not to be friends with someone.”

Larsa Pippen Calls Co-Star Julia Lemigova A “Weirdo”‘ Tells Her To Stay Out Of Fight With Adriana De Moura

The fight between Larsa Pippen and Adriana de Moura has officially spilled over onto social media. They went at it all season on Real Housewives of Miami. And the two don’t seem to be making amends anytime soon. Despite the tepid hug we saw at the reunion. Now Adriana’s bestie, Julia Lemigova, is getting involved to defend her friend.

Larsa showed some serious restraint in handling Adriana. With the exception of Alexia Echevarria’s bachelorette dinner. That dinner was off the rails and highly entertaining. But now that the season is done, Larsa has some choice words about Adriana on an episode of Behind The Velvet Rope With David Yontef. Larsa said of her nemesis,  “Like I think she’s gotten, you know, some people as they age, they get bitter and mean? I feel like she has gotten bitter and mean. Like a grumpy old man, you know?”

A transcript of some of that interview made its way to The Real Housewives Of Miami’s official IG page. That’s when Julia entered the chat. In a screenshot captured by Comments By Bravo on Instagram, Julia commented, “I think she is projecting!” Then she tagged Larsa’s handle. Larsa was quick to shoot back and said, “stay out of it you weirdo no one asked u.” Short but effective, I guess! Someone else was creeping in those comments that were captured – Alexia’s son, Peter Rosello. He commented a simple, “You Know.” Which I guess means he is Team Larsa?

Either way, the fan comments on the post were split. One user said, “Larsa should not be so quick to point out the flaws in other people’s lives when she is not willing to look at the flaws in her own.” Another defended her and said, “Larsa is the breakout star of RHOM, you can’t tell me anything else.”

It’s not a complete surprise that Julia is upping her game on Larsa. During one of her confessionals on RHOM, Larsa said, “I just feel like Julia’s a follower, and she’s just saying whatever Adriana’s put her up to.” Julia shot back in an interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish.

Julia revealed, “As we were filming now, my confidence grew, and I needed to really see for myself how Larsa is if she’s kind of a true person or sometimes maybe not so much.” She added, “You know, you can have some friends in your life who are like fair-weather friends, and I just felt that I had enough of some kind of hypocritical interactions with her.”

Whew. So after a drama filled season, we are getting even more drama from this group. These RHOM ladies really know how to give the people what they want. Keep it coming!

Below Deck Down Under Recap: Thunder From Down Under

No rest for the wicked! Or for the Bravoholic, apparently. Peacock blessed us by dropping three episodes the day Below Deck Down Under premiered. And here we are at the third and final act of the triple feature. A trilogy that might as well be known as “The Saga of Benny Crawley,” if the closing moments of the episode are to be believed. Though there’s always the possibility that production is pulling a bait and switch on us. But, of course, only time will tell. Let’s back up a bit first, though. To the moment where Benny’s denouncing the very idea of taking orders during the crew’s first night out.

What started as Benny actually thanking Jamie Sayed for his patience during the first charter somehow took a left turn. Because now the bosun and deckhand are caught in a rather tense exchange over respect, compliance and following orders. It’s obviously that Benny has chafed under Jamie’s more regimented management style. And he’s perceptive enough to recognize the bosun’s past experience as a police officer, which he calls out at the table. Benny doesn’t need a drill sergeant. In his own words, he needs “positive reinforcement” and “mutual respect.” The pair shake hands, but this surely won’t be the end of it between them.

Back on the boat, the crew is ready to really let loose. And that usually only means one thing: a party in the hot tub. Jamie happily takes the opportunity to turn his flirting with Magda Ziomeck up another notch. And the two spend most of their time in the hot tub dancing — letting Magda’s inner Latina out and getting a little too touchy-feely for Tumi Mhlongo‘s liking. So when Magda doesn’t say anything, she takes it upon herself to inform Jamie that the third stew has a very real boyfriend back in Poland.

This is news the bosun certainly love hearing. But he makes the situation that much worse by going on a rant about how the only girl he’s attracted to on the boat isn’t available. And in the process rather rudely puts down Tumi and Brittini Burton, both of whom happen to be single. And while his intent to not do anything inappropriate may be in the right place, his verbal rampage certainly ends the night on a dour note.

The next morning, the crew only had a few hours to prepare for charter number two. And Captain Jason Chambers is appalled to discover Thalassa has been thrashed during the hard-partying night prior. Everything’s a complete mess and yet no one seems to be that bothered by it. In fact, Magda is literally doing a full yoga routine amid the empty bottles and beer cans. And everyone else seems to be taking their sweet time getting the morning into gear. So, the captain decides some motivation is in order and sets off a general alarm, sending the entire crew rushing to the main deck aft. Where they promptly receive a stern talking to like naughty school kids from Captain Jason about picking up after themselves. And keeping their radios with them at all times. Message received, Cap.

While the rest of the crew cleans, Captain Jason holds a preference sheet meeting with Jamie, Aesha Scott and Chef Ryan McKeown. The next round of charter guests are a far cry from a squad of TikTok-loving millennials. No, the co-primaries for the second charter are Australian rock guitarist Randall Waller and his wife Suzie. And they’re bringing along an entourage that’s much more R-rated than the last group. Including a married pair of exotic dancers who were Australia’s reigning male and female stripper of the year in 2020. And also the female director of a Melbourne adult entertainment agency. So expect lots of sex, nudity and rock ‘n’ roll to go along with the vow renewal and pirate-themed party the guests have requested for this charter.

However, the struggles begin even before the guests arrive. Benny, who can’t seem to do any part of his job description calmly or quietly, struggles with the grunting of He-Man, if not the strength, to tie the tender to the port side of the yacht. All while Jamie, Brittini and Culver Bradbury laugh at his latest over-the-top display from on deck. In the interior, Aesha and Ryan once again can’t see eye to eye on how a basic lunch service should work. And by the time the guests’ water taxi is pulling up alongside the boat, half the crew aren’t even ready for their arrival.

To say this group of rock stars and strippers arrive ready to party is…and understatement. And while Chef Ryan controls the timing of lunch by BBQing chicken skewers in front of the guests, Captain Jason gets in on the hazing of Benny, purposely drenching the deckhand with a wave out on the bow. But when the guests decide to go snorkeling after lunch, both Benny and Magda find themselves in hot water. The former for loudly feeding into the guests’ rather NSFW banter as he’s blowing up water toys. And the latter for wearing a bikini bottom when Captain Jason invites her to join the guests on their underwater excursion. Never mind that stews don’t have swim shorts as part of their uniform. Or that it wasn’t Magda was specifically given the chance to go snorkeling. By the captain himself. But OK…

Benny misses Jamie‘s radio call about an impromptu deck crew meeting. Because he’s getting ready in the bathroom after being sprayed (again) with a hose by Captain Jason. And unsurprisingly, Chef Ryan takes umbrage with the guests telling Aesha they’d like dinner “around 8-sh.” He starts plating his Singaporean street noodles at precisely 8:03 p.m. Without asking Aesha if the guests are even ready. And then throws a tantrum when only two of them have slathered themselves with body oil and made their way to the lounge. This ongoing problem seems fixable. If the chef would put his ego aside, practice some rudimentary communication and get it through his head that he’s there to serve the guests. But judging by what we’ve seen so far, that seems…highly unlikely.

The meal inadvertently ends up being a perfect choice, because it turns out the primary proposed to his wife in Singapore, at the top of the famous Marina Bay Sands Hotel. And that leads right into the surprise the crew has cooked up on the sun deck: a vow renewal ceremony to celebrate Randall and Suzie’s 21st anniversary. Captain Jason officiates the ceremony, referencing Thalassa, the ancient Greek goddess of the sea. The entire crew gets in their feelings about falling in love and getting married. And the night ends on a sweetly perfect note. For the guests, at least…

Benny has spent the whole day feeling bullied and picked on. By Captain Jason in particular, not to mention the rest of his deck team. So he’s already feeling a bit down in the dumps as he goes to bed. And that’s when, at 1:30 in the morning, his toilet decides to start overflowing. Sending sewage water seeping into his cabin. Fecal water is the last straw for the deckhand. And, after sloshing through his room to hurriedly put on clothes, he knocks on the captain’s door. Benny’s officially over this experience. He’s ready to quit.

Dancing With The Stars Pro Gleb Savchenko’s Ex Elena Samodanova Says He’s “Not Available To Take Care Of Our Daughters”

Dancing With the Stars pro Gleb Savchenko could be known as the Housewives ballroom whisperer. Gleb danced with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne during Season 24 of DWTS.

RHOBH alum Lisa Vanderpump waltzed with Gleb during Season 16 of the series. Lisa admitted that she had an “emotional affair” with her “gorgeous” partner. No word on if Lisa fainted because of Gleb’s hotness.

Real Housewives of New York star Luann de Lesseps has expressed interest in doing DWTS, and she already has a pro picked out. “I’d personally want to dance with Gleb Savchenko, because he’s tall and he knows how to cha-cha-cha,” she stated.

In November of 2020, People reported that Gleb and his wife, fellow dancer Elena Samodanova, were splitting up. Gleb shared the news on his Instagram. “It is with a heavy heart that I tell you my wife and I are parting ways after 14 years of marriage,” Gleb wrote. “We still intend to co-parent our wonderful children together who we love so dearly, and we will strive to continue to be the best parents that we can to them.”

But the split turned messy. On November 7, 2020, Gleb issued a statement to People, shutting down rumors that he was romantically involved with his DWTS dance partner, and Selling Sunset star, Chrishell Stause. In fact, Chrishell found love with his fellow pro, Keo Motsepe.

In December of 2020, Gleb told Entertainment Tonight that he never cheated on his wife, and alleged that it was Elena who cheated on him.

The couple’s divorce was finalized on October 22, 2021, per US Weekly. The couple agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their two daughters.

According to People, Elena has requested a change to the custody agreement because of Gleb’s “long work hours and travels” for the upcoming year. In court documents filed on February 28, 2022, Elena alleged that Gleb “refused to amend the schedule amicably.” Elena is asking for primary custody of both of their daughters, 11-year-old Olivia, and 4-year-old Zlata.

“I agreed to alternate parenting time every five days. Soon after the judgment was signed, [Savchenko]’s schedule changed and he was not available to take care of our daughters,” Elena claimed. “Due to [Savchenko]’s long work hours and travels in 2022, he is unable to exercise custody pursuant to current parenting plan.”

Elena also asked that her daughters live with her on every weekday and alternating weekends when Gleb is present in Los Angeles for more than one day. “I have facilitated visits when [Savchenko] is in Los Angeles and has the time to see our children as his schedule allows,” Elena stated in the legal documents. “I will continue to do so.”

A hearing has been scheduled for March 21, 2022. Gleb’s attorneys did not reply to People’s request for comment.

In December of 2021, Elena made a request for both full-time custody as well as child support from the DWTS pro, per People. She said that Gleb’s schedule was the reason for the request. The custody plan was a 50/50 split. Every five days, each parent would switch custody of the kids.

Gleb has been part of the DWTS: Live tour, which is set to wrap on March 27, 2022.

He issued a statement in January of 2022 about the custody issues, per People. “Unfortunately, there is misinformation being spread about me. While I was hopeful to keep our divorce amicable and private for the sake of my children, I feel I must now respond to set the record straight,” Gleb said.

The dance pro continued, “To clarify, my DWTS tour schedule runs from January 3rd to March 27th, and I have one day off during each week. Due to our 50/50 custody split, that means there are 5 weeks where I would have allocated time with my children,” he said. “I will be flying home one day each week to be with my kids. Furthermore, I have no plans to teach in Mexico, and no plans to participate as a judge in DWTS Sweden. Those statements are categorically false,” Gleb added.

Elena fired back with her own statement. “I’m unsure why my ex-husband is deciding to speak on any of this and comment on our personal lives in such a public way. Protecting my children and their well-being has been my only concern,” Elena stated.

She added, “As their mother, I am available to care for them and should while Gleb is on the road working. Bottom line. End of discussion.”

Katie Maloney Says Split From Tom Schwartz Was “Building Up For Months”

By now we have all heard the news of Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz’s big split. The Vanderpump Rules couple, who have been together for 12 years, shocked fans with the announcement. Tom has come out and said that he takes full responsibility for the break up. And Katie is now sharing that the decision to break up was months in the making.

As reported by Page Six, Katie opened up about the break down of their marriage. On a recent episode of her podcast, You’re Going To Love Me, Katie admitted just how hard it was. She began, “I felt disconnected. I felt like I was drifting away further and further away.” She tearfully continued, “I felt like I was drifting and I couldn’t stop it. It was the hardest hardest thing to do. The hardest thing to tell him, because I knew it was gonna crush him.”

But Katie cleared up that it wasn’t a quick decision for her. And also revealed that the two have been separated for a little over a month. Said Katie, “I know [for] some people [it] may seem like a shock or it may seem like an abrupt thing. But for us it’s not like we just decided this this week or yesterday or the day before. It’s been emotional for sure, but it’s also been in ways peaceful and loving and the transition so far is going really well.”

Katie then disclosed, “We do still live together in our house, and we’re just trying to navigate these steps together and really work on becoming friends in that sense, and obviously we have the same friends and trying to hang out in a group together going through this and not making it awkward for anyone and not make anyone choose sides – that’s been important to us.”

Regarding her reasoning for the split, Katie explained that she wanted to prioritize herself and her happiness. And that they have no “animosity” or “resentment” towards one another. Katie revealed, “There wasn’t some kind of crazy incident that happened, there wasn’t some crazy fight that resulted in this.”

She concluded, “The best and only way I can describe it is just like waking up inside of my life and having this voice that just became louder and louder and just events in my life and our relationship coming into focus and feeling the weight of them on me.”

Brooke Shields Was Julia Lemigova’s Maid Of Honor

I could spend an entire twenty-episode Housewives season watching Julia Lemigova detail her life. The things this woman has experienced and lived through is nothing short of astounding. And that doesn’t even include her marriage to Martina Navratilova. An icon in her own right.

The wedding between Julia and Martina is a story all it’s own. The event was officiated by Mayor Bill de Blasio. The maid of honor? None other than Brooke Shields!

Brooke recently appeared on an episode of Watch What Happens Live where she was grilled by Andy Cohen regarding her relationship with Bravo’s favorite (only) featured lesbian couple. Brooke revealed that she had originally met Julia through a friend of her dad’s. Apparently Brooke’s dad’s friend was Julia’s god mother!? What a strangely small world.

When Brooke was asked if she was surprised to see Julia join the Real Housewives of Miami cast she said, “You know what, here’s what I’ll say, Martina has bigger balls than anyone I’ve ever met, and to me, you need that solid of a marriage to go through something like that.”

“I think Julia is really a beautiful human being,” Brooke continued. “So I trust that she’s gonna be fine. I’m not surprised because I think she’s protected, and she’s sweet.” Brooke added that Julia “has great [daughters].” Brooke also intimated that she would have been a better officiant…the shade!

For her part, Julia also credit’s Martina for her appearance on RHOM too. In a December interview she said, “[Martina]’s very supportive of me and that’s what makes us a really strong couple. We have a lot of sense of humor and even something unusual like me wanting to be on the show—normally I’m a more private person—she just thought it would make me happy and said, ‘Go for it girl.’”

Julia added that she and Martina relished the opportunity to broaden the scope of relationships depicted on the reality show. She explained, “I want to normalize how we live and show that love has no gender. We are a very loving family with big and unique personalities.” Enter Adriana De Moura, amiright?

Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills’ Kyle Richards Dishes On New Castmate Diana Jenkins

Kyle Richards is a staple on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She has been a housewife since the shows inception, over 11 years ago. And she has seen her fair share of castmates come and go. For the upcoming season 12, she will have two new housewives to work with – Sheree Zampino and Diana Jenkins. Sheree, who owns a skincare line and just so happens to be the ex-wife of actor Will Smith, is set to be a “friend of.” Diana is the CEO of a lifestyle drink company and known activist and philanthropist.

And it seems that Kyle has taken a liking to Diana, who officially joined the cast in December. Kyle recently told People, “Diana’s great.” She added, “She’s extremely smart, opinionated, outspoken, beautiful.”

Kyle continued, “She’s somebody who you look at her, and you think, ‘My God, this woman. Talk about over the top.’ She’s very extra. She admits that herself, but she also is someone — she comes from Bosnia. She’s someone who’s been through war and seen all that — so she’s a very multi-dimensional woman and I have a tremendous amount of respect for her.”

While I don’t peg Kyle as being particularly unwelcoming to newbies, it’s nice to hear her be so complimentary towards someone just joining the cast. And with sister Kathy Hilton staying in the role of just a friend, it looks like Diana will have more time to shine. Which hopefully she will have a chance to do given all the rumors and drama surrounding the upcoming season.

Kyle herself even joined in on the social media teasers, which is usually something reserved for Lisa Rinna and Erika Jayne. In a recent set of Instagram stories, Kyle alluded to some “squabbles,” as Kathy would say. Kyle posted, “Letting things slide to ‘keep the peace’ only starts a war inside of you.” The last line was highlighted in yellow. Her also shared a meme. It stated, “It’s not the stab in the back that kills you! It’s when you turn around and see who’s holding the knife.”

Of course we have no idea who she is referring to. At least I don’t. And she refuses to tease it any further. Rinna, never one to miss a moment to become relevant on Instagram, quickly chimed in. Rinna posted in the comments, “I’m just glad someone else is posting cryptic shit besides me.”

Either way, it sounds like Kyle isn’t referring to Diana in her posts. But it does sound like Diana is in for one hell of a season. I can’t wait to get to know her better!

Katie Maloney Said She And Tom Schwartz Fight A Lot In Recently Resurfaced Comments After Their Split

By now, everyone has heard about the break up of Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz. The Vanderpump Rules couple have been with us from the show’s inception in 2013. Fans watched their relationship ups and downs. We even watched their wedding ceremony in 2016. The wedding, which was filmed for VPR, ended up being not legally binding. But the pair did make it official in 2019.

While their relationship certainly wasn’t easy, the couple was open about their struggles. Now an interview Katie did with Page Six in January resurfaced, where she got candid about how they were “not perfect.” The interview came after rumors that their marriage was over started to circulate. Said Katie, “Obviously, we are not perfect. We fight a lot. We don’t try to hide our flaws.”

She admitted, “We don’t try to hide that we have issues and lie and try to maintain this perfect front.” Katie also noted that sharing the good and the bad of their lives together has been “really helpful.” She credits the longevity of their relationship to being so open.

Katie continued, “When people try to act like they have a perfect relationship, that’s when things can kind of fall apart because it can be exhausting to keep that up. Because we do put it all out there and we’re not ashamed of it … we’re living the truth.”

Katie also noted back then that her relationship with Tom wasn’t swayed by the opinions of others. Katie revealed, “We don’t really let opinions of what people think about our relationship or our marriage get in the way because we know what goes on every day between us and that’s what’s most important. We take inventory and stock over here. We know what we have and what’s going on.”

After rumors were again sparked by a photo of Katie not wearing her ring, the couple finally announced their breakup on their Instagram accounts. Katie’s post read in part, “I never thought I would have to make an announcement like this. But I feel it’s important that I’m open about my life with you. After 12 years on an adventure through our life together Tom and I are ending our marriage.”

In his post, Tom seemed to indicate that this was Katie’s decision. Tom wrote that he, “Fully respect[s] Katie’s decision and we’ve had healthy, productive conversations about it. It would be far sadder if she decided to stay with me whilst not happy. After 9 years on a reality TV show it feels a little tone def to say ‘please respect our privacy’ (especially while posting this) so instead I’ll ask [you] to please be kind.”

He concluded his post, “So, I’ll shut up now and say it one last time, love you Bub. Always & forever you’ll be in my heart.”

While Katie and Tom have taken a lot of criticism about their relationship over the years, the news of their breakup proved that VPR fans really were rooting for them. One fan tweeted, “I hope Tom and Katie aren’t getting divorced because I adore them together.”  Unfortunately, some online speculated this was all part of a storyline for the upcoming season.

The show has been lagging in ratings since they cleaned house. One user said on Katie’s IG post, “Yep. They’re working with the cast to fish for another season, and this is the offering. A VPR almost divorce.”

Below Deck Down Under Recap: I’m Not Your Monkey And I Ain’t Gonna Dance

“I’m getting ripped tonight. R.I.P that [insert here].” With a single phrase, TikTok let me know last year that I was not up-to-date with what the kids were doing on social media. I didn’t catch the reference. I didn’t know why it was funny. And I didn’t want to film myself doing the little dance. But these millennial charter guests on Below Deck Down Under are apparently much more in-the-know than me, a millennial recapper. Because not only do they love the now-long-passed TikTok trend, they feel confident enough to film themselves making their own TikTok of it on national TV. In togas. They say everything you put on the internet lives forever. And that’s especially true when it also gets filmed for reality TV.

The premiere episode ended with Captain Jason Chambers upping the danger factor on board Thalassa. With mere minutes to spare before low tide wrecked the boat, he made it out of the marina in the dead of night. This new captain is a stud. It only took a full episode, but the first charter of the season is officially underway! He sets a course for Whitehaven, anchoring there just in time for the TikTok-obsessed guests to take off their togas and head to bed.

Bright and early the next morning, it’s day two of the charter. And Chef Ryan McKeown has a rather, erm, controversial plan for breakfast service. The master of the galley actually hates cooking breakfast. He hates that the guests stagger to the table one by one. He hates that they all want different versions of eggs. So instead of giving them the option to make his morning difficult, he tells them what they’ll be having for breakfast. Eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon. No substitutions. Nothing else on the menu. Needless to say, Aesha Scott is a bit taken aback encountering such a brusque and uncompromising attitude. Plus, she’s the one who has to awkwardly tell the guests that there are no other alternatives for breakfast. Shouldn’t Ryan remember who’s paying for five-star service here? Having endless options available to you is kind of part of the deal.

Thankfully, the guests don’t seem all that bothered. They happily eat their eggs Benedict and spend the rest of the morning snorkeling in Butterfly Bay off the coast of Hook Island. It’s like something out of an underwater fairytale or adventure novel. Or maybe just Peter Pan. Around every corner of the coral reef, there are fish, sharks, stingrays and turtles. Suddenly it feels like we’re watching a stunning nature documentary rather than a reality show. As I mentioned in the premiere recap, access to snorkeling and underwater action is one of the things that will set Below Deck Down Under apart from its sister shows, so prepare to get up close and personal with a lot more marine life in the weeks ahead.

As she sets the table for lunch, we learn a bit more about Tumi Mhlongo. The second stew’s ultimate goal in yachting is to become a yacht interior designer. Or design the boats themselves. She also loves creating tablescapes, which is lucky for Aesha because the chief stews feels exactly the opposite. The guests return from snorkeling and Chef Ryan already has a hearty lunch of BBQ ribs, BBQ chicken and gourmet burgers ready to go. Slight problem, though. The squad wants to unwind in the hot tub with a round of espresso martinis before they change out of their swimsuits.

Chef Ryan is undeterred by what the guests want to do. (Sensing a theme yet?) Instead of waiting, he decides to start plating for lunch without even communicating with Aesha. He even goes as far as to call Captain Jason to the galley to help run food when the chief stew doesn’t answer her radio. (Because she’s talking to the guests and taking all those espresso martini orders…) Only once the captain gets all the way upstairs with three bowls of food in his arms does he realize the guests haven’t even sat down at Tumi‘s perfectly set table yet…Oops.

Captain Jason returns to the galley with food in hand, but Chef Ryan doesn’t like being told to slow down. Apparently, lunch should be served at his pace, not the guests. Meanwhile, Aesha‘s completely missed the entire miscommunication, and is baffled to learn lunch was about to be put on the table without her even knowing. So while the guests finally retreat to their cabins to change, an argument crops up between the chef and the chief stew. Ryan thinks Aesha needs to learn how to tell the guests “no.” As in “no, you can’t get in the hot tub right now, lunch is ready.” Aesha tries to explain that that’s not…how…yachting…works. But Ryan merely throws a tantrum when he has to put the food he’s cooked under heat lamps to keep warm. I predict major problems ahead between the interior and the galley.

That evening, the crew has to move the boat to a different anchorage. Because of Australia’s tide issues. They also have to flake the anchor chain on this particular boat — something that involves moving the chain back and forth so it doesn’t get twisted. And Benny Crawley can’t resist taking the opportunity to mansplain the maneuver to Brittini Burton, who actually uses the “martini” line from my premiere recap to constantly remind her male co-workers how to correctly pronounce her name. The female deckhand feels belittled and condescended to — and rightly so — and has no problem telling Benny as much a few hours later. Benny swears he would never do such a thing intentionally and promises not to going forward…even though he can’t help but mansplain that Brittini’s the one who needs to get up to speed in the process.

The guests invite Captain Jason, or “Captain Cutie” as they’ve nicknamed him, to join them for dinner. And the meal goes much more smoothly than lunch service. Aesha and her team pair Chef Ryan‘s prepared Insta-friendly beer tacos with formal synchronized service. And the high-low factor of it all is honestly kind of perfect in its total absurdity. Throughout the meal, Captain Jason regales the guests with tales from his career. Like the time in 2019 that he made the news by crashing a boat into a dock. And by the time the 1942 gelato is served, everyone’s happy and a little bit in love with the Captain. Well, except for Chef Ryan and Jamie Sayed, who both admit they’re more than a little attracted to third stew Magda Ziomeck. Too bad the Polish model has a Polish boyfriend, boys!

The next morning is departure day. And rather than going back to the marina, the guests have to make their way off the boat by tender. Because of, you guessed it, the tides. The moon and the sea are conspiring to complicate the entire season, aren’t they? But before the guests leave, the boat has to move to yet another anchorage. Which requires once again flaking the anchor chain as the anchor’s pulled up from the ocean floor. In spite of his mansplaining the night before, Benny has a near-complete freakout trying to flake the chain himself. To the point that Jamie has to switch him out for Culver Bradbury in order to get the job done. Whether it was some kind of panic attack or Benny just not wanting to do the work, it’s another small red flag that will need to be addressed by the bosun.

Once the guests depart, Captain Jason calls the crew together for their first tip meeting. And while the captain admits there are clearly many ways the crew can improve, the first charter was altogether a success. It shows in the tip, too, which ends up being a respectable $16,230. (Take note, ye Roses of Below Deck Sailing Yacht infamy: this is what a decent tip looks like.) And once the boat’s dressed down, it’s time for the crew to unwind. For Tumi and Magda, that means flirtatiously cornering Captain Jason into revealing his star sign before the crew all heads ashore for their first night out. (For the record, he’s a Libra…)

In a spirit of humor and good-natured fun, Captain Jason gathers the crew to reveal something of a tradition under his leadership. Each charter, he’ll give a special “award” to the crew member who has the most improving to do. And the “prize” for winning the award comes in the form of a giant, gaudy disco ball helmet. Which the lucky crew member will be forced to wear on their night out. And the first crew member to win is…drumroll, please…Benny! For his dramatic antics while flaking the anchor chain. As well as his all-around dropping of the ball in lots of little ways. The deckhand isn’t exactly enthusiastic about wearing the glittering dunce cap, and basically refuses to play into the game. Culver, meanwhile, claims it’s all in good fun and part of being a team. He would know because he played football, OK?

Much to Captain Jason‘s chagrin, Benny isn’t wearing the helmet when he joins the crew for dinner at The Garden Bar Bistro. Instead, the deckhand is bonding with Aesha by revealing that his mom recently died from a combination of brain and lung cancer. And his dad passed away six months before that. Clearly, Benny’s been through more than one person should have to bear in the last year or so. So maybe that explains part of why he’s more focused on living life than doing work on deck.

However, Benny also takes the opportunity during the meal to thank Jamie for being patient with him during the first charter. He’s already been reprimanded once by the bosun. And somehow, the apology turns into Jamie asking Benny to step up, work harder and respect him as a boss. The deckhand views this as Jamie trying to instill fear in him. But he refuses to be scared. Because newsflash: he doesn’t intend to take orders from anyone.
