Cynthia Bailey Thinks Kim Fields Needs To Relax, Kick Back, And Have Some Fun

This week on Real Housewives of Atlanta, the focused shifted off of Cynthia Bailey and on to Sheree Whitfield and Kim Fields. Still, Cynthia took to her blog to share her thoughts on this week’s episode, which focused on Sheree‘s history with Tammy and Kim‘s separation anxiety and dislike of Kenya Moore.

About the trip to Miami, Cynthia shared, “I was very excited about the girls’ trip do over. Especially in Miami! I was looking forward to putting all the Lake Lanier drama behind me. It was really thoughtful of Kenya to go out of her way to plan the Lake Lanier outing, on my behalf, to lift my spirits. A “do over” with Kenya and Porsha planning it together (after everything they have been through) was confirmation for me that Porsha and I could move our relationship forward in a positive direction. I welcomed the opportunity.”

And just like that, Cynthia fades into the background, where she works best in my opinion. Now I just need Tammy and Shamea to disappear, but I digress…

Back to the episode, Cynthia felt Tammy “unfairly judged” Sheree. Agreed.

“In my opinion, the issues between Tammy and Sheree were so old they could easily have been squashed in a grown ‘woman-to-woman’ conversation,” surmised Cynthia. “Not to mention that Sheree and Bob have moved on and are not even together anymore. I felt like Tammy unfairly judged Sheree without really knowing her, and only had one side of the story. As I said at dinner, I think Tammy was just coming from a place of protection for her friend.”

As for Kim’s separation anxiety, Cynthia thinks Kim needs some “Kim Time.”

“My family is my world, and my first priority. However, I agree with Phaedra that you don’t want to lose yourself in motherhood and marriage,” said Cynthia. “As a mother and a wife myself, I love me some “Cynthia Time” to balance, refresh, and reboot. It doesn’t mean that I love my family any less. I have nothing but respect for Kim and her marriage. I just thought the trip was a great opportunity for her to kick back, relax, and have some fun. It was sad to see her upset.”

Teen Mom Star Amber Portwood Defends Fiance Matt Baier; Denies He Has 7 Kids!

Amber Portwood sure knows how to pick’em! After working hard to rebuild her life, get clean and sober, and forge a relationship with daughter Leah after being released from prison, Amber quickly got engaged to Matt Baier, a DJ 19 years her senior!

Last week the trailer for the new season of Teen Mom OG dropped. Other than the usual delusional spewing and ugly cry faces from Farrah Abraham, the nagging Tyler Baltierra, and Maci Bookout‘s pretend Miss Perfect routine, there was the shocking news that Amber’s man is actually a father of SEVEN – yes, that’s 7, kids!

Uh, dude, A) you should have been watching 16 & Pregnant; B) YouTube has many instructional videos on how to put on a condom; C) It’s taken you HOW many attempts to figure out birth control?

Amber’s nemesis, former fiancé, and baby daddy Gary Shirley leaked the news when he informed his attorney, “Her fiancé has seven kids and she don’t even know about this.” 

Fans railed against the news of Matt’s “secret” genetic compound kids, but Amber is standing by her man. Let’s hope she doesn’t become the proud mama of his No. 8! 

On twitter, Amber berated viewers for judging Matt because everyone has a past. “His past is his past..we all have to deal with it sooner or later.. No reason to judge or put people down…” defended Amber. 

The Ashley’s Reality Roundup did further digging on Matt – including locating multiple court documents and records – to reveal that not only does he have 7 children, but the 44-year-old Matt is also a grandfather! 

Per The Ashley: 

• Child #1 is the 18-year-old daughter that Matt has acknowledged. She lives in Massachusetts.
• Child #2 is the 13-year-old son that Matt has acknowledged. He lives in Massachusetts.
• Child #3 is a 19-year-old daughter who is a college student in North Dakota.
• Child #4 is a 25-year-old son living in South Dakota. He appears to have been in some trouble with the law in recent years.
• Child #5 is a five-year-old son living in Massachusetts.
• Child #6 is a 22-year-old daughter living in Minnesota. She’s currently pregnant and the mother of a young son.
• Child #7 is a 23-year-old daughter living in Minnesota. (Her sister is Child #6.) She is currently married with one child.

When questioned about the court records Amber denied knowing, “this is the first time I’ve seen this???” she tweeted. Amber also denied that Matt has 7 kids. 

The Ashley countered, “The support filings all have Amber’s current home address listed as Matt’s place of residence, so unless there’s another Matt Baier living at her address with the same birthday as her fiance, then these cases are all pertinent to the Matt Baier on ‘Teen Mom OG.’ The Ashley stands by her story.” 

Despite the backlash – and the evidence – Amber maintains her support for Matt. 

“For anyone talking crap about this whole situation with Matt..this shit isn’t funny,” Amber railed. ” This is real life I have to deal with not entertainment” Uhhhhh… then don’t put your ‘real life’ on REALITY TV? 

The couple has dealt with adversity from the very start of their relationship. Including allegations that Matt is using Amber for fame. 

Well, I’m glad Amber is so forgiving and accepting. And perhaps Matt really has changed, but yeah, nah!

Camille Grammer Doesn’t Think Anyone Should Question Yolanda’s Illness

She’s back! Camille Grammer’s return to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (even in her reduced role) brings with it Camille’s trademarked tsk-tsking of other housewives’ poor behavior, complete with coquettish shoulder shrugs. Or at least, let’s hope it does! Even though she appeared for mere moments on this week’s episode, Camille has some choice words for those who are questioning Yolanda Foster’s illness (cough, cough: Taylor Armstrong!).    

Camille’s brush with her own serious health issues has given her some perspective on the situation. She reflects, “In September of 2013, I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Endometrial Cancer. Luckily my cancer was caught at this stage. My treatment required surgery, chemo, and radiation therapy under the expert care of Pedro Ramirez at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.”

“While I laid in my chemo bed,” continues Camille, “I said over and over to Dr. Ramirez, my nurses, and other caregivers, ‘We have to get the word out about these cancers! No one is talking about them and that needs to change.’ A year later an angel reached out to me via Twitter and asked if I would be interested as a spokesperson for the Foundation for Women’s Cancer. Of course I said yes. Since then I’ve been honored and excited to serve as a spokesperson for the foundation and chairperson of the 2015 and the 2016 National Race to End Woman’s Cancer.”

As a 2-year cancer survivor, Camille explains her discomfort with other housewives questioning Yolanda’s struggle. She shares in her blog, “Having been through my battle with cancer, I feel uncomfortable for Yolanda. Listening to the chatter questioning the validity of Yolanda’s illness is troubling to me.”

“Lyme disease is very debilitating. Being from the East Coast I know Lyme disease is quite common and may lay dormant and may produce flu-like symptoms, as well as neurological issues. It’s in poor taste to question anyone’s illness diagnosed through specific testing by their doctor. I pray that she finds a cure for her Lyme disease and starts feeling much better.”

Well, it looks like Camille is on Team Lyme for now! It will be interesting to see how things get stirred up next week when the big M-WORD (for Munchausen!) is tossed out there by none other than My-Lips-Were-Made-For-Talkin’ Lisa Rinna.

Erika Jayne On Her Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills Debut; Says Yolanda Foster Is The Classiest, Smartest, Toughest Woman

Erika Jayne (Maybe? Are we supposed to call her Erika Girardi now??) made her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills debut this week. In her first blog, Erika introduced herself, gushed over Yolanda Foster, and explained her ‘the pretty mess’ way of life.

“The time has come for me to finally introduce myself,” said Erika. “By now you may have discovered that I basically live two lives, one as Erika Girardi, wife, mother, and friend by day, and the other is Erika Jayne, a passionate creator, business woman, show girl, and irreverent soul by night. One is sweet, and the other is… spicy.”

Erika comes to us through Yolanda.

“I met the ladies of Beverly Hills through my friend Yolanda Foster, whom I have known for nine years. There’s truly not a classier, more intelligent, tough-as-nails woman on Earth,” gushed Erika. “Only someone as special as Yolanda could get me to voluntarily have an IV, which I hate and started crying over.”

Erika will no doubt stand behind Yolanda, and her diagnosis, this season, “It’s painful to watch Yolanda struggle through this very tough time. Lyme disease and its co-infections are very serious, and having supportive family and friends around you is everything to keep your spirits up.”

While I would have preferred to meet Erika sans Yolanda and IVs, I’m trying to not hold that against her. Hopefully we get to see more of Erika doing Erika and less of Erika defending Yolanda.

Erika said we will get to know her, “Also on this season you’ll get to step inside my lifestyle of ‘The Pretty Mess,’ a philosophy about fantasy, escape, love, glitz, glamour, and fun. I am more than excited to share with you the different aspects of my life.”

Hopefully she’s right, but we all know that a lot of good footage ends up on the cutting room floor – and jammed into the secrets revealed episode – in favor of drama. #FingersCrossed

“I feel in life it is most important to squeeze every ounce of sparkle out of each day,” concluded Erika. “I look forward to my journey with these dynamic women and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.”

Phaedra Parks And Kenya Moore Have Very Different Views On What Kim Fields Brings To The Table On Real Housewives of Atlanta

With the addition of Kim Fields to the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast this season, we’ve seen mixed reactions from fans.  Some think she’s way too normal and low-key for this crazy show and others argue that it’s laid-back style that makes her a great addition and a bit of a breath of fresh air – a voice of reason.  Also split on their feelings over Kim joining the cast are co-stars Phaedra Parks and Kenya Moore.  The ladies took to their Bravo blogs this week with very different opinions on what Kim is bringing the show this season. 

Phaedra enjoys that Kim brings a different perspective since she’s the newbie.  On Kim calling out ‘instigation vs. information’ in regard to Kenya’s sometimes shady way of stirring the pot, Phaedra shared, “My grandmother always said, “A new broom sweeps cleaner!” I thought Kim’s observation was very intuitive. Since she is new to our circle, she brings a different perspective that is refreshing; most of us have been dealing with this adolescent style behavior for some time and we are numb to it. Kim reminds us that people usually don’t do and say a lot of things we see and hear amongst our circle, so it’s nice to have someone there who is so grounded.” 

Kenya was asked the same question and she had this to say:  “I have a hard time remembering Kim is even on the show.”  No need for an umbrella today, y’all. 

On whether Phaedra was surprised to see Kim break down in tears, Phaedra had nice things to say about her fellow mom, “Surprised? No. Kim is a very sweet and sensitive lady, who loves her family to the core. She’s not used to being away from her family, and definitely not used to participating in some of the activities fancied by this group. I think she had a moment where she felt overwhelmed and had a little meltdown. All of us have gotten emotional at one time or another about something in our lives, and you just have to roll with it. I’m glad I was there to offer her support, and that she welcomed my advice.” 

When Kenya was asked the same question:  “I’ve seen her cry in almost every scene, so no, it wasn’t surprising at all.”

And in random news having nothing to do with Kim Fields (other than scarring her for life!), Phaedra explains that swimsuit ensemble.  “Everybody knows that I love a custom thong swimsuit. So when Porsha decided to plan the trip to Miami she commissioned a custom bikini for our vacation. With all of my jobsssss and responsibilities as a newly single mom, I was extremely grateful. Porsha is very thoughtful. I loved it!”

There is nothing quite like revenge, now is there? And if anyone knows how to get revenge, it is Khloe Kardashian, who silenced all of her haters by working out and getting her body in the best shape ever. Now, Kardashian will use her knowledge to help others in a new television show, that is likely to be a nice change from the typical Kardashian crap.

KIM KARDASHIAN ALREADY TALKING WEIGHT LOSS AFTER BABY NUMBER 2

On her new show, Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian, Khloe will work with experts to help people faced with different challenges – from being dumped to losing their jobs, by giving them total body makeovers, E! said in a statement recently. The show, which will air on E!, will show two contestants per episode (there will be 6 episodes at this point), who will undergo a transformation with the help of Khloe, her glam squad, trainers and stylists.

“Looking great is always the best revenge. It’s so exciting to be able to mentor these people through their full-body makeovers and I can’t wait to see the incredible results at their final reveals,” Khloe added in the statement. And after being referred to as the “fat one,” in the Kardashian clan for many years, Khloe can certainly relate to the people she will be helping.

Honestly, this show sounds like a refreshing change from what we’re used to out of Khloe, don’t you think?

Taylor Armstrong Tried To Connect Yolanda Foster With a Top Neurologist But She Declined; Questions Yo’s Diagnosis

This week on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills we got our first glimpse at Taylor Armstrong returning to the show – and stirring up a little controversy.  She took to her blog to defend herself over questioning Yolanda Foster’s medical condition.  Taylor says her intentions were good. 

Taylor says that she attempted to help Yolanda by connecting her with a top neurologist, but Yo refused her offer.  “When Yolanda was first diagnosed with Lyme disease, I shared my thoughts with her about the potential for a misdiagnosis. I have had two family members with Multiple Sclerosis, and it took quite a long time for them to be properly diagnosed. The symptoms she described were similar to what my family members experienced. My husband’s friend is a world-renowned diagnostic neurologist, and I offered to connect Yolanda with him for an appointment or even a phone call to describe her condition and get his thoughts. She declined to do so, but I was concerned for her and wanted to offer the option of another opinion.” On Lisa Rinna saying that Taylor overstepped with her comments, she responds: “When I returned to Beverly Hills and attended Ken’s birthday luncheon, I was interested to know how all the girls were. It’s normal when you are catching up with friends to ask how other friends are doing, especially when someone has been ill. I was surprised to learn that she wasn’t feeling better after all this time and all the intensive treatments she has gone through. When I started asking about her health, the ladies acted as if it was taboo to talk about it, which I found odd considering Yolanda has been very public about her health issues. It made me more inquisitive because I couldn’t get a straight answer about how she was doing, and I didn’t understand why no one wanted to talk about it.”

Taylor added that she is not questioning Yolanda’s illness, just her diagnosis, “Learning that she was still suffering badly made me think again that perhaps she should get another opinion. I was asking if she had done so or if she was only focused on the Lyme disease path. I know that she is ill. I was not questioning that, and I wasn’t questioning Yolanda. I was merely suggesting that since all the Lyme disease treatments were not helping her, maybe she and her doctors should consider other possibilities. I feel terrible for her that she is having such a difficult time and wish her all the best in her recovery.”

Taylor and John have moved back to L.A., it seems!  “I have been running a new supplement company, Liv Fit Labs, LLC and enjoying time with my daughter, Kennedy and husband, John. Jax invested in NOW Ventura with two friends/former co-workers.

“It is an Italian restaurant/lounge,” Jax told The Daily Dish. “It kind of resembles PUMP, but it’s got some TVs, so it’s a sports bar as well. That’s going to take up a lot of my time. That’s a really big deal. It’s my first thing I’ve ever owned.”

Jax admitted that he did NOT ask Lisa for advice, adding, “I learned everything I could from Lisa, Ken, and Guillermo, and I kind of went to the war room with my buddy, who also worked at PUMP [as] a manager, so we kind of just put our money together and opened a restaurant.”

What does Jax bring to the table? “I’ve learned what not to do. I’ve been such a, probably, sh-tty employee that now I know what to look for in employees. But it’s something that I own, so I’m going to take pride in it. I take pride in working at SUR and working at PUMP, but this is something that is mine and I am really excited about it. I feel like I’ve accomplished something.”

Jax has big plans for NOW. First, to steal Peter from Lisa, “He’s just got great work ethic. He’s very strong. He’s a good employee, good guy. Everyone loves Peter.” Second, to expand, “The whole idea is were going to open like five of them. So it’ll be like NOW Ventura, NOW Santa Monica, NOW West Hollywood.” 

I wish Jax nothing but the best… and lots and lots and lots of luck. 😉

Report: David Foster Is Still Financially Supporting Yolanda Foster – Even Though SHE Left Him!

So it seems like David Foster is officially sick of Yolanda Foster‘s ‘I’m sick pity-party’!

According to sources David and Yolanda have been separated for year, but it’s not David who initiated the divorce – the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star left him! David has continued paying all of Yolanda’s Lyme-induced medical bills this entire time.

Yolanda is being put on blast for trying to make David look bad post-split. Various stories have been circulating that Yolanda is broke after being cast out by egotistical David, and even worse, Yolanda is turning to her ex-husband Mohamed Hadid for financial support. Yolanda has been all over the press bemoaning the difficulties of marriage but her heart is breaking over the split. Is it all an act? Because insiders insist none of it’s true!

Even though Yolanda left David over a year ago (and conveniently left this out of broadcasting accolades for MY Love, Her King,) David has often been by Yolanda’s side and has fully supported her in her Lyme Journey. The couple vacationed together this summer and David tried hard to include Yolanda in his star-studded life, as well as be present for Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills filming events. We all know that’s trying… 

Even more – TMZ reports David is “paying a fortune” in Yolanda’s medical bills and financing her lifestyle. I’m venturing to guess many of Yolanda’s alternative treatments, including her “health advocate Daisy” are not covered under insurance…

David refrained from letting their split leak to the media in the ensuing months since Yolanda bailed on the marriage. 

Insiders reveal that although the couple has an iron-clad prenup, David is “giving her significantly more than he’s required to do under the document.” 

Yolanda and David also sold their $27 million dollar Malibu home this summer – ostensibly because of her Lyme – but it was actually soley David’s property. Regardless David agreed to give Yolanda a “big chunk” 0f the proceeds. 

Yolanda was able to use that money to buy a new $5 million dollar home in the upscale Wiltshire Corridor section of LA. Yolanda was spotted moving in this weekend – and toting all of her medical equipment with her. And most exciting of all her brain function, which is now at 60% improvement, has allowed her to drive again! Praise! 

Well, well, what have we hear. OK David – lets get you on a Diane Sawyer special to spill all! Can Mohamed come too. I know y’allz got stories to tell…

Lala Kent And James Kennedy Apologize To Andy Cohen For Their Disruptive Swearing On Watch What Happens Live

Vanderpump Rules stars Lala Kent and James Kennedy have sobered up and apologized for their behavior on Watch What Happens Live on Monday.

Lala and James took to Twitter (where else?) to apologize to Andy Cohen.

Lala, who is new to Vanderpump Rules this season, tweeted, “I’m so sorry for my potty mouth Andy. Thank you so much for having me. And thank u to my supporters. U keep me breathing. #iloveyou” Considering the ink isn’t even dry on her contract yet AND she attached herself to the oh so repulsive James, I’m guessing she doesn’t have nearly as many supporters as she thinks she does.

Lala went on to blame alcohol and admit that she felt embarrassed. “I was a bit tipsy on @BravoWWHL and I am beyond embarrassed,” she admitted. “I got caught up and I was extremely nervous. It was a lesson learned.” Well, alcohol may explain her obnoxious behavior, but does it explain the fact that she could not comprehend and answer a question?

James used the same excuse – an uncontrollable potty mouth – as Lala.

“Sorry Andy for swearing too much (I got a potty mouth),” said James. “I had the best time though and thanks for having me, peace and love.”

Remember when Lala ran home to her mommy after Scheana called out her “modeling job” in Italy? Yeah, she is totally headed home again, seemingly because the backlash on social media has hurt her feelings. “Back in LA, back 2 Salt Lake on Friday,” tweeted Lala. “Today has been very difficult for me. I’m needing my mama to help pick me back up and dust me off.”

Very sensitive snowflake Lala needs to grow thicker skin if she wants to make it in the cutthroat world of reality TV.

Yolanda Foster Calls Out The IGNORANCE Among Her RHOBH Co-Stars

Yolanda Foster has moved out of David Foster‘s love nest, errrr, condo and into her own place. She took to Instagram to mark the occasion (naturally) with hashtags and put aside unpacking to watch and blog about last night’s episode of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Yolanda labeled the episode as “interesting” and shared that her experience with chronic Lyme disease has taught her that “a lack of education is the root of so many issues” in the world today. Yolanda went on to say that the “ignorance” displayed on the show last night just makes her want to “fight harder and speak louder.” Um, thanks a lot, Taylor Armstrong.

Elaborating on her “lack of education” comment, Yolanda added, “What I saw on the show tonight was just that: IGNORANCE. Maybe it should anger me, but instead it makes me want to fight harder and speak louder for those whose voices can’t be heard. Those of you who have experienced chronic illness, you know what I’m talking about. What defines suffering?”

“You will never hear someone who’s walked in my shoes speak the way Taylor spoke on tonight’s episode,” said Yolanda. “I hope she never has to experience the journey she questions me for sharing.”

Yolanda insisted she is not suffering from depression, as Kyle Richards has suggested, “Neuroborreliosis has severely compromised my brain function, and even though, at times, I feel down because of my inability to participate in life, depression is not my battle!”

“Happy selfie, sick selfie… that is exactly right,” declared Yolanda. ” Every day is different, and I will not use my social media to convey anything but my truth. Bad days do exist in Beverly Hills, even though no one seems to dare share.”

Yolanda admitted she has wondered “why Lyme? why not a diagnosis with textbook answers and a cure?” and said she will not apologize for “having an illness that is difficult for others to comprehend.” Reminding us that both Bella and Anwar suffer from Lyme as well, she added, “I have watched my own two children suffer in silence from this debilitating disease, so I have learned not to pass judgment but rather accept what I don’t understand with compassion.”

“Time to get back to my boxes,” concluded Yolanda. “I know it’s going to be a slow process, but I can’t wait to make this new space feel like a happy home. In the meantime I continue to stay focused on my children. Having made great strides in the past six months, I remain hopeful and determined for a healthy future with love, light, and gratitude in my heart, because I am beyond blessed.”
