Vicki Gunvalson Sues Kelly Dodd For Comments She Allegedly Made While Filming In Real Housewives Of Orange County

In a land long ago and far away, known as the Kingdom of Orange County, Queen Victoria, aka Vicki Gunvalson and Lady Kelly Dodd used to be good friends. It was easy to see why the two Real Housewives of Orange County stars might be compatible. Both can be outspoken, loud, overly dramatic and a wee-bit self-centered. The special bond the Orange County royalty shared changed for them over the last few seasons, however. Unfortunately, the two regal stars have not been able to keep their royal traps shut about each other, leading to fireworks over the once peaceful kingdom.

Vicki has alluded to Kelly using cocaine, being banned from her daughter’s school and pushing her mother down the stairs. She denied spreading sex train rumors about her former friend, however. Kelly has claimed Vicki bought her own engagement ring, made fun of her facelift, compared her to spoiled milk and took jabs at her insurance business. Now, all of this fussing and feuding has come to an ugly head and Vicki has taken legal action against Kelly.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Vicki filed suit against co-star Kelly and the Real Housewives of Orange County producers at Bravo and NBCUniversal on November 1st over statements Kelly allegedly made while filming in Key West.

Per the lawsuit, the three statements allegedly made by Kelly regarding Vicki that are in question are: “You prey on older people.” “You are a con woman.” “You engaged in ‘fraud.” It is understandable that such statements would irk Vicki as a good reputation is key in her industry.

Vicki reportedly told the producers why each claim was not true in writing and could be damaging to her livelihood if aired. Unfortunately for Vicki, the “con woman” phrase has already been aired in the season 14 trailer, viewed by untold numbers of people. Which probably makes Queen Victoria apoplectic.

After the original filing, Vicki’s attorney told TMZ on November 1st that they had already filed to dismiss the part of the lawsuit against Bravo and NBCUniversal, apparently leaving Kelly to fend the case on her own. There is no word on the reason for the dismissal motion. Maybe Vicki thought better of biting the hands that feed her. And in hopes of one day trading in her currently demoted and bruised pear for another bright and shiny Whole Foods orange.

In the original lawsuit, Vicki had asked that the three statements made by Kelly be cut from the episode filmed in Key West, as she believed they might be aired. Vicki requested an injunction to block the episode from airing as is and was also asking for damages.

Did Bravo and NBCUniversal quickly agree to cut the lines? I guess we will find out later in the season. If only Housewives practiced the old adage of “thinking before speaking.” But then again, who would watch the shows?

Amusingly, according to TMZ, Vicki filed the lawsuit under the pseudonym “Jane Roe.” If she meant this as a way to maintain her privacy, it didn’t work. Jane Roe is described in the lawsuit as a “TV personality on ‘RHOC’ who is also a retirement planning specialist and president of an insurance and financial services company.” So, that rules out Gina Kirschenheiter and Braunwyn Windham-Burke!

“Jane Roe” also stated in the filing that “she’s never been sued over the last 31 years of her profession” and “has an A-Plus rating with the Better Business Bureau.” I like Jane, but she is always tooting her own horn–when she is not healing from a face lift.

Of course, the Housewives are notorious for being caught up in litigation. Tamra Judge is currently being sued by Jim Bellino for statements she allegedly made on a podcast. Shannon Beador was dropped from the original Bellino lawsuit. Maybe Kelly can text Shannon for advice on how to be removed from a lawsuit!

It will be very interesting to see how all of this proceeds. Can a Housewife sue another Housewife–OK, can a Friend of sue a Housewife for comments allegedly made while filming? If Vicki is successful in her legal maneuver against Kelly, will this make other Housewives leery of shooting off their mouths with accusations, threats and half-truths? I can’t wait for regular updates on this fascinating legal saga–I am making the popcorn right now!

Below Deck Star Captain Lee Rosbach Says Chef Kevin Dobson’s Apology Was “Lame” & That He Needs To “Earn” His Respect

Below Deck’s Kevin Dobson may be a fine chef, but has poor management of both his provisions, and his professional relationships.  No one is safe from Kevin’s hostility and passive-aggressiveness.  It’s not just Second Stew Simone Mashile that was under attack.  Last week, Kevin threw Chief Stew Kate Chastain under the bus.  Then he outdid himself yet again by turning his back, literally, on his superior Captain Lee Rosbach.

Captain Lee doesn’t like to babysit.  Or micro-manage.  He also will fire someone who is causing conflict to the level that Kevin has been.  Factor in that the output from the galley is less than stellar, and Valor may have a new chef before the end of the season.

Captain Lee devoted a good portion of his episode blog this week to Kevin.  Where to start?  Captain Lee addresses Kevin’s treatment of Simone and deckhand Tanner Sterbeck.  He said, “Well here we are Kevin. Kevin, Kevin, Kevin. Tanner offered to help in the galley and you summarily dismiss him. You could have helped Simone, but choose not to and was actually making the situation worse by your actions.”

How about that sad and subdued seafood dinner?  You’re in Thailand!  Put some flamboyant sea creatures on the table!  Captain Lee was underwhelmed and said, “but a seafood extravaganza without any seafood. Were they pleased with your food, yes, but it was not what they wanted.”

Captain Lee then addressed his conversation with Kevin on the bridge.  He said, “moving on, I asked you to just enlighten me on what happened in the galley with Simone and you make light of it, but that is not what I saw. Then you turn your back on me as if to say, this conversation is over. Did you make that decision on your own? Must have, because your Captain had no input in it.”

In another Below Deck first, Kevin accidentally ate Captain Lee’s dinner in the galley and forced him to sit through the main course without being fed.  He is making very embarrassing mistakes and Captain Lee had a lot to say about it.

“You keep purporting yourself as a culinary genius, but I’ve yet to see it. You didn’t even have enough food to feed all the guests on the night I attended dinner. Had they all attended much less me, what were you going to do,” Captain Lee said, “and why, because you ate it. Perhaps you need help with your provisions skills. And then you serve me the garnish. Less than impressive wouldn’t you think. You don’t have a budget, you can spend whatever you need to spend to make sure you have what you have to have, but just for whatever reason you don’t. You really need to step up to the plate and deliver.”

Captain Lee suggested that Kevin got defensive about their conversation for no reason.  He explained, “right now I’m not impressed with the job you’re doing, as I have told you to your face. Which you didn’t bother to do when you referred to me as a C*^%. Oh and by the way, while you were standing behind me on the bridge, I was driving the boat, concentrating on what was in front of me not your lame apology that was coming from someplace behind me.”

Perhaps Kevin should focus on the cooking.  Captain Lee suggested as much, “if you want my respect, you have to get it the old fashioned way, you have to earn it. I do believe you have talent, I just haven’t seen it yet, and your attitude could use a little help as well. Arrogance and condescension doesn’t become you at all. I do hope things get better next week.”

90 Day Fiance Season 7 Premiere Recap: I Want To Kiss You

It’s that time of year again: 90 Day Fiance is back!!! This time we have new couples determined to make their love last. This season promises to follow seven new couples who have age gaps, communication issues, and a whole lot of drama. Now that they are engaged each pair must marry within 90 days of arriving in the U.S. or face leaving the country.

You may notice some familiar faces this season. Angela Deem, and Michael Ilesanmi are back. These two are well known for their crazy antics, especially Angela. I am looking forward to seeing how Michael fares in the U.S. Michael, the offer still remains, blink twice into the camera if you need help!

Anna, 38 (Bellevue, Nebraska) and Mursel, 38 (Turkey)

Anna and Mursel are the first couple we meet in the new season. Anna is a divorced single mother of three, while Mursel is Muslim and lives in Turkey. Despite their language barrier, a common interest of beekeeping is what brought these two together. After finding each other in a beekeepers’ Facebook group, Mursel requested Anna as a friend. Anna recently spent some time in Turkey with Mursel.  Four months after meeting, he proposed to her. As soon as Anna returned from her trip, she applied for the K1 Visa. Anna’s children worry they won’t like their new stepdad- to- be when he arrives in the U.S.

Despite their strong connection, Mursel is keeping Anna’s three children a secret from his family, since they don’t approve of having children out of wedlock. Anna meets with one of her oldest friends to catch up. Her friend isn’t sold on her relationship and thinks it may be her biggest mistake to date.  Anna starts to worry about whether she made the right decision bringing Mursel to the U.S. Despite their cultural and language differences, the two want to give their relationship a chance.

After watching these two attempt to have a conversation in the airport, I could only shake my head.  Mursel even introduces Anna to a random man he just met in the airport in one of the most cringy scenes of the entire episode. I almost thought the guy expected a ride home, the way he hung around for so long. I definitely think this couple may provide some great GIFs before the season is over.

Michael, 41 (Greenwich, Connecticut) and Juliana, 23 (Brazil)

Michael and Juliana met while partying in Croatia. He enjoys traveling while Juliana is working on her budding modeling career. There is at least a 20 year age difference between the two. Juliana is actually closer in age to his kids, than him. SMH… Michael applied for a tourist visa for Juliana to come to America, but it was denied.  Shortly after, Michael realized he wanted to be with Juliana long term, so he proposed and filed for her K1 Visa. He even considered moving to Brazil, but he didn’t want to leave his children. He has an ex-wife and two children, who Juliana hasn’t yet met. Michael believes coming to America will be a reality check for Juliana. She’s only seen the fun part of Michael’s life, not all the responsibilities he has as a father and businessman.

Michael takes his children to see his new house he bought to live with Juliana. Unbeknownst to Juliana, the house is extremely close to his ex-wife’s who he still has a friendly relationship with. His ex-wife worries about Juliana interacting with their children since she has no authority over them.

Tania, 29 (Colchester, Connecticut) and Syngin, 29 (South Africa)

Tania met Syngin during a failed trip to South Africa to meet another man she met on a dating app. When things didn’t work out with the original guy, Tania flirted with a bartender who ended up being Syngin. The connection must have been strong because she went home with him that night. She then decided to stay with her boo in South Africa for over 2 months.

Now, they’re working on bringing Syngin to Connecticut on a K1 Visa. Their instant connection, may have caused the couple to overlook some major differences. The two come from completely different backgrounds and Tania is the first woman that he has dated outside of his race. To save money, Syngin and Tania will be living in a shed behind her mother’s house.  Although Tania’s mother liked Syngin, she thinks he could be a slacker.  To make matters worse, Tania and Syngin aren’t on the same page about having children in their future.

Tania’s sister, Tianna, doesn’t think Syngin knows what he is getting into with her sister. During lunch, Tianna cautions Tania on driving away her man. She is newly married and can already see some personality traits in Tania that may ruin her relationship once they live together. Living in a shed behind your girlfriend’s mother’s house is enough to drive anyone apart.

Tania is excited to finally pick up her man from the airport. She enlists the help of her two best friends to join her to welcome Syngin. From the amount of sex toys and lube she has bought, I am surprised she invited her friends to go with her at all. Well, at least she didn’t show up with a picture of him on her shirt.

Emily, 28 (Portland, Oregon) and Sasha, 31 (Russia)

After graduating from college, Emily moved to Russia with the intention of becoming an English teacher. She quickly realized she had idealized what her experience would be like in Russia when she couldn’t speak the language and had no friends. After deciding to get a gym membership, Emily met Sasha, who became her personal trainer. Sasha has been divorced twice, with a child from each marriage.

Soon after, Emily became pregnant with Sasha’s third child and now they’re planning to move to America. Emily’s family thinks that she will just be another ex-wife and baby mama. Well… I can’t lie, it does sound highly likely. Sasha hopes to prove that he is more than a “love them and leave them” type of guy. Good luck!

Emily’s family is not only skeptical of her relationship, but also that she has decided to deliver her baby in Russia. After a video call with her sister, it’s obvious that Sasha will have a tough road to win her family’s support. Emily’s sister grills her so hard, she had to end the call because she started not feeling well.

Robert, 41 (Winter Park, Florida) and Anny, 30 (Dominican Republic)

Robert and Anny met through a mutual friend on social media. After the two talked every day for six months they decided to meet.  Robert booked a cruise with a stopover in the Dominican Republic so that he could finally meet Anny in person. The couple spent only a total of eight hours together before Robert proposed. He has applied for the K1 Visa and now, is doing everything to bring Anny to the U.S. Robert is a single father of a 4-year-old son and works full time as a ride share driver.

Robert has yet to buy his fiancé an engagement ring and something tells me she may be disappointed when he does. Anny seems like she wants to live a life Robert may not be able to provide. Given they only spent a day together, this relationship seems doomed. But stranger things have happened in life and this show, so they may have a chance.

While shopping for some lingerie for Anny, Robert receives a series of texts with just angry emojis. Ummm… I am getting some major crazy vibes. When he calls to find out the issue, he discovers she is upset that she hasn’t received money from him. I hope Anny isn’t in this strictly for money because she will be extremely disappointed. Not only is Robert cheap, but he doesn’t seem like the type to blindly give money to keep a woman.

Married To Medicine Recap: Contessa’s Carnival

Last night’s episode of Married to Medicine was a lot lighter than previous episodes that were more drama-heavy. We witnessed one cast member face her  health demons. This episode contained more support from the ladies than I have seen in quite some time.

Quad Webb-Lunceford allows Heavenly Kimes to set her up on a blind date. Jackie Walters renovates a new office. Contessa Metcalfe throws a carnival-themed birthday for her kids.  Buffie Purselle comes to Simone Whitmore for support when she discovers a lump in her breast. Let’s get straight into the recap! 

Scott Metcalfe and Contessa are still struggling with issues in their marriage. She feels like he has become disinterested in her. Contessa decides to throw a party for her children after missing all three of their birthdays while she was in graduate school. She must feel extremely guilty because the carnival themed party was $15,000.

Heavenly decides to play matchmaker with Quad and two of her male friends from the medical community. She takes Quad to a restaurant to meet her two blind dates.  The first option, Henry, has baby mama drama with the mother of his one-year-old son. . He isn’t even allowed to see the child because of problems with the mother. When asked about his credit score, he responds that he doesn’t know what is his. Thank you, NEXTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT! What kind of man doesn’t know his credit score?

When the second guy joins the table, Quad is overwhelmed and excuses herself to the bathroom. Minutes later, Henry follows and her into the bathroom and kicks all the other women out. A shocked Quad talks to him a few minutes before Heavenly saves her.  I don’t know why a man would think following a woman into the bathroom wouldn’t be seen as aggressive and weird. Heavenly and Quad return to the table to speak with her second date. Dr. Wakefield is divorced and has 2 kids. Heavenly clearly knows that Quad likes money because she announces he is a multimillionaire with good credit. Dr. Wakefield says his marriage didn’t work because his ex-wife wasn’t driven. After both men leave, Quad says she wouldn’t date either man.

Buffie has a doctor’s appointment with Simone. She found a lump under both arms that have gone unchecked for six months. Since she has a history of breast cancer in her family, she knows she needed to get checked out.  After the breast exam, Simone thinks it may be extreme mammary tissue, but Buffie will need mammogram to confirm.

Jackie and Curtis Berry look at her new office. It isn’t finished yet, but Curtis has been tasked as the project manager to oversee the construction. Now that Curtis has retired from coaching basketball, he has more time to help Jackie with her business. I just hope he doesn’t become even more demanding about Jackie’s time now that he has much more to spare. But for now, construction on a home and office should keep him busy.

 

Contessa is stressed out and shouting orders to everyone including Scott. At this point, Scott is irritated and has to remind her that he doesn’t work for her. All the women come to support Contessa by attending the party with the exception of Quad. While talking to Heavenly, Contessa shares that her and Scott are lacking intimacy. When Mariah Huq sees Toya Bush-Harris and her sons, the kids say the pool is dirty. Mariah says kids don’t lie and thinks Contessa had a “pissy” pool.  Toya thinks there are too many kids in the pool and doesn’t want her boys to get in. After the party, Scott and Contessa agree that they need to stop arguing with each other.

Simone goes with Buffie to get a mammogram. Buffie is nervous because she rarely gets good news when it comes to her health. She’s struggled to become a mother but suffers from infertility. Buffie’ luck changes when she finds out that she doesn’t have cancer, but has to make some small diet changes.

Love After Lockup Recap: Love Or Con?

The drama on Love After Lockup has escalated to entirely new level lately. Angela is back in this episode which is kind of shocking. It seemed like her story wrapped up when Tony went back to prison. Lizzy and Daniel had a huge pregnancy scare on last week’s episode, but it was thankfully negative. The last thing THOSE TWO need is a kid getting into the mix right now.

America’s favorite love triangle is getting even crazier as well. Shane proposed to Lacey, and she said yes. However, shortly after she flipped out and attacked him. Glorietta and Alex might not be able to survive if her mother doesn’t stay out of their business. The biggest question looming hopefully gets answered in this episode though. Who is conning who? Vince or Amber?

Angela & Tony

Angela and Tony have been split up for over four months, but he’s out of prison now. I hope she doesn’t consider giving him another chance. HE DOESN’T CARE ABOUT YOU ANGELA.

She’s been refusing all of his phone calls, but now she’s finally answering. He begs for forgiveness, but she hangs up. Stay strong girl! He’s so not worth it.

Angela asks her friend for advice on how to handle Tony. She confesses that she still loves Tony. What are you talking about? What is there to love about this man? He’s done you so dirty so many times. WALK AWAY.

Tony will not stop blowing up Angela’s phone. He begs to come home to her. However, Angela thinks he’s just looking for a place to parole to.

He doesn’t even sound real when he speaks. None of it sounds genuine. Tony wants to earn her trust back, but she wants specifics.

Please don’t fall for this con Angela. Don’t listen to a word he’s saying. All Tony is going to do is hurt her so badly.

Glorietta & Alex

Alex has been out of prison for over three weeks, and Glorietta is going bridal dress shopping. While she does that, Alex has plans to meet him with a close friend. Any chances Alex will end up meeting with his ex?

YUP. He wants to spend some time with her to know there is nothing left between them. His friend warns him against falling down that dark path again.

If Glorietta finds out, she’ll lose whatever marbles she has left. Why poke the bear bro? In addition to Glorietta’s reaction, her mom will just have yet another reason to hate him.

Glorietta cannot get enough of Alex’s body. His entire body is full of tattoos that represent women he’s been with. That’s so cringe.

I wonder if her mom will show up to dress shopping. After her outburst at the bar, I doubt she’s even invited.

Alex meets with his ex girlfriend and is amazed at how great she looks. It’s messed up that she’s trying on dresses, and he is with his former flame.

His ex calls him an opportunist and doesn’t believe he really cares about Glorietta. She’s calling bs on EVERYTHING he’s saying. I kind of really love her.

Glorietta picks out the perfect dress, but this wedding might not happen.

Lacey, John, & Shane

John is finally being released, and everyone is reeling from the fight between Shane & Lacey. She wants to talk about it, but he doesn’t seem up for it.

Lacey claims to love him and apologizes for acting crazy. She went off kilter so fast. Lacey become a violent monster because her plan was blowing up in her face.

She tells Shane that his proposal wasn’t as good as John’s so she can’t accept the ring. To make it worse, she asks Shane to leave the house.

She tells him she might want to bring John back to the house, so he has to leave. That’s such an awkward thing to say to someone.

Shane asks Lacey to wait because he wants to go in the car with her. A FIGHT IS BREWING FOLKS. I love how Shane calls John “this other guy”. He doesn’t even address him as a real person. It’s so funny to watch.

Shane’s worried about them being alone together, so he really wants to go with her. Lacey feels bad about what she’s doing, but wants to give John a chance.

Shane is furious and decides to follow Lacey. THIS WILL NOT END WELL. So many combustible elements together in one setting. Something so bad is going to go down. I feel it.

John is out of prison, and now the real fun begins. John feels great to be out of prison, but the vibe is uncomfortable.

She doesn’t have the same feelings for John that she thought she would. Lacey tells John that she loves Shane, and he questions why she didn’t call it off sooner.

John refuses to get into the car with Lacey, and he takes off. However, as he’s leaving he hears Shane calls Lacey’s name. HERE WE GO.

Lizzy & Daniel

Daniel plans on buying Lizzy a promise ring to show he’s all in. I’m still so glad these two aren’t having a baby.

Daniel is making so much sense. He wants to get a job before bringing a child into the mix.

He buys the cheapest ring possible because his mom is paying for it. Daniel is duping his mom big time though. He plans on PROPOSING with this ring. It’s not a promise ring at all. Oh my.

Vince & Amber

Vince and Amber’s story is being dragged out so long, and she’s only been out of prison a few days. Puppy tries to reassure Amber that she can make this work with Vince.

Amber reveals that her plan all along was to use Vince for money and marry him. WHAT? How can they call Vince a con artist when they’re conning him themselves?

Puppy says to entertain Vince for the next couple months until she gets out. Amber tells the producers that she was never in love with Vince. This was all a scheme to scam him out of money he was trying to make with a new product.

As Amber’s getting off the phone she notices Puppy’s mom was listening. DOES SHE KNOW ABOUT THE CON? IS SHE IN ON THIS? If she isn’t, she might tell Vince and blow up the entire plan.

Real Housewives Of Atlanta Season Premiere Recap: Don’t Play With Barbie

This season of Real Housewives Of Atlanta features a group of women who are softer, stripped down, and far less pretentious. Maybe it’s all the babies? Because right out of the jump we are tackling real issues, although something about the way it’s being presented seems mighty producer-driven…

Mostly I’m talking about Cynthia Bailey bobbing for rings and the insincere appearance of Sincerely Ward. But first the positive!

Kenya Moore has undergone a metamorphasis. And I love it! Since having daughter Brooklyn, now 7 months, Kenya’s entire personality has been given the FaceTune ‘more smooth’ treatment. She is infused with motherly love and patience. So patient that Kenya is willing to live halfway across the country from husband Marc Daly as he builds his business empire in NYC.

Now we all know the rumors: Kenya’s marriage was a fake and she was paying Marc to play baby daddy and husband in the hopes of launching a spinoff. We also know the rumors that Marc didn’t want Kenya to return to Real Housewives Of Atlanta, but she did because they desperately need the money. Ergo Kenya, who has been living in NYC for over a year, took Brooklyn and moved back to Atlanta to film. Or who knows – maybe Kenya just really missed the view of Chateau Sheree? Anyway they are back, and Marc is not. The distance, as well as the single motherhood is hard. Kenya does have 2 nannies though!

To introduce Brooklyn to the Atlanta social scene Kenya decides to throw a party befitting of a Dwight/Phaedra collaboration. Since Kenya considers Brooklyn an absolute doll (she is the CUTEST baby!) the theme is Barbie, and everyone must dress as their favorite Barbie plus bring a kid if they can scrounge one up.

The one person not invited is NeNe Leakes! Obviously NeNe and Kenya are not speaking, and Kenya has no desire to wake that monster. In fact as Kenya reminds Cynthia of how NeNe had the audacity to invite Kenya’s [fake] ex, Walter, to her wedding yet never warned Kenya he was coming, then declared she was too busy being fabulous to do a friend a solid. Therefore Cynthia should certainly feel no remorse over inviting Kenya to her own party without getting NeNe’s permission first. Presently Cynthia and NeNe aren’t speaking either so Kenya can dominate Cynthia all she wants. For now…

Meanwhile across town Porsha Williams is also single after kicking Dennis McKinley out amid a flood of cheating allegations. It’s not what’s being reported on the vlogs – that Dennis has been having a years-long secret relationship with some woman named Sincerely (and is into beastiality?!?!?!?!) – that’s true, but instead Porsha found evidence that he’s been unfaithful in his phone. Now they are separated and Porsha’s mother, Diane, is tiptoeing around carrying trays of ham-hocks and offering to hold Pilar, 2 months, while Porsha cries and refuses to eat. If Porsha isn’t hungry THAT is a sure sign something’s wrong, but at least a great way to shed that baby weight!

Porsha doesn’t want her mom or sister Lauren, who love Dennis, to know the truth about what happened, however they’re well aware that something is seriously amiss. After all Porsha is depressed and despondent while Dennis is sending 5 dozen roses a day. The place is literally “like a funeral” according to Diane. Porsha just isn’t sure if she should give Dennis a chance to make things right so they can have a family for their daughter, or if she should cut her losses and work together to amicably co-parent. But for right now Porsha’s not leaving the house and she’s definitely NOT addressing the rumors.

Thankfully all ‘streets’ lead to the OLG Restaurant where Mama Joyce most certainly knows what’s being said. Things are going well for Kandi Burruss: she’s finally opened the second restaurant, her burlesque show has wrapped, and their surrogate is pregnant! Initially it was supposed to be twins, but one egg didn’t make it so now she and Todd are happily welcome a daughter. Kandi feels strange to be missing out on pregnancy and nursing, and doesn’t seem connected to the baby process given that she’s physically not and is FaceTiming the egg toter (to quote Angela from 90 Days) for updates on whether or not her baby moves in another woman’s toter.

And on the other side of the spectrum Eva Marcille is 6 months pregnant with baby number 3 and feeling all the feels, especially HUNGRY (and thirsty!!). Eva and Mike Sterling are moving yet again, but this time she swears it will be to a forever home. I guess they’re no longer on the lam from the eviction man, like Marlo Hampton claimed, but she alas, has her own financial boo-boos to worry about! While Porsha is still on maternity leave Eva is filling in for her at DISH Nation, but Mike doesn’t want Eva working even at that and instead wants her devote all her efforts to house-hunting. A good life if you can get it. When Eva isn’t playing HGTV she’s eating. Literally everything.

Eva meets Kandi and Cynthia at OLG where she orders the entire menu and is just about to tuck into sweet potato grit fried tomato chitlins when Sincerely sends over some sweet tea to quench all their thirsts. This was just so staged and phony. The acting wasn’t even remotely SINCERE from our Housewives, who really will not be winning any Emmy awards anytime soon! Sincerely just wanted to set the record straight and exonerate herself that she has never, ever not a day in her life, met Dennis, and is certainly not having sexual relations with that man. Everyone breathes and awkward sigh of relief and vows to tell Porsha … in a day or two.

Now you know Sincerely was invited their by Don Juan, mic’d and signed a release, and Kandi knew damn well was going to go down so she could get on Porsha’s good side as not perpetuating rumors. Of course right after Sincerely walked away Kandi, Eva, and Cynthia tucked right into dissecting which of the rumors they think are true. No one thinks Dennis is into any other doggy style than with a lady, but they do think he cheated. At least they were right about that one!

Then there is Cynthia, who is absolutely desperate to marry Mike Hill and make ‘CHill’ official. Unfortunately all her nagging about putting a ring on it has made Mike CHillier than that abandoned wine cellar Cynthia opened next door to a cookie restaurant which was practically begging Kenya’s baby Barbie bash for publicity.

On the day of Kenya’s party she covered everything in Atlanta in pink, including herself and Brooklyn, but only about 15 people showed up – 10 of them connected to Real Housewives Of Atlanta. Shamea Morton made an appearance with her baby. Cynthia arrived as Thirsty Bride Barbie in a David’s Bridal wedding dress, drunk from a flask, with her own faux flower girl in tow. Cynthia is basically turning into Mrs. Havisham, bad wig and all, and Mike either needs to run permanently to LA and hide in some sort of witness protection for victims of women addicted to Hallmark Movies,  or he needs to resign his fate that he will be trapped at Lake Bailey using Cynthia’s old wigs to make fire to signal for SOS. Or he could just you know, just propose. For now Cynthia’s brittle laugh makes it seem like it’s all a joke, but she is seriously on edge and about to snap.

Worried about negatively affecting her fragile friendship with Kenya, Porsha decides to make her first appearance since the scandal by attending the party. She dresses up as Holiday Barbie and pretends absolutely nothing is wrong as she drags sweet little Pilar along for the shithow. I know Porsha was wearing elbow-length gloves as a way to hide that she’s no longer wearing her engagement ring.

Kandi dresses as Rockstar Barbie and brings Ace as her Rock-N-Roll Ken. Eva comes as Workout Barbie and looks adorable, but brings none of her children, then makes the pivotal mistake of telling Porsha she wasn’t sure how this event would go – knowing Real Housewives Of Atlanta events as she does – and didn’t want to risk it. Porsha pretends to be shocked as if she hasn’t been on the receiving end of Krayonce numerous times, but Eva says she just doesn’t know Kenya well enough to gauge.

Cynthia agrees Eva is right to be wary. Mistake. Fatal mistake. What Eva should’ve said is she’s 6 months pregnant and exhausted, so the thought of dragging two small kids there when all she wants to do is sit and eat seemed insurmountable, but she’d love to have Kenya and Brooklyn over for a playdate so they can get to know each other better without all the chaos. Kenya is looking to re-earn her keep and get that million dollar paycheck back so she will be prowling for any low hanging fruit and fighting with Porsha is not allowed.

Of course it’s Porsha who makes this all a problem when she later twists Eva’s words all around and tells Kenya Eva doesn’t trust her around her children since they don’t know each other plus she’s heard some things… Yeah, things from PORSHA! If that is how Porsha protects her budding friendships, then girl has a ways to learn about being a friend and needs to spend many hours of her Dennis-based depression wallowing in some Golden Girls episodes.

Anyway, the other thing is that Eva, Cynthia and Kandi still haven’t told Porsha about Sincerely. Then of course Kenya just haaaaapens to overhear them talking about it, so she fabricates a reason to pull Porsha aside and spill the beans. Porsha is smirking throughout their entire conversation because she knew what was about to go down when Kenya pulled Cynthia and Kandi in to present the details. In the end Porsha already knew the whole mess with Sincerely was a lie anyway, but demurred in telling the women what’s really going on because she’s embarrassed by Dennis’s indiscretion and doesn’t feel ready to have it get all out there in the world by taking off her gloves. Porsha is at least relieved that for now the Sincerely thing has been publicly laid to rest.

Well at least Kenya has Porsha’s back, even if Dennis so clearly does not. I always said if Porsha and Kenya teamed up they’d be a formidable team and here they are so watch the fuck out, NeNe, because these Barbies did not come to play.
