A desperate measure seemingly had to be taken to force Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor out of his home.
By all accounts, the disgraced former Prince had no intentions of leaving the Royal Lodge despite the scandal surrounding him and his connection to Jeffrey Epstein. With Andrew having a seemingly iron-clad agreement on the home, his brother King Charles and Prince William had to offer him assurances. “It was basically a bribe.”
Andrew had an agreement to stay at the house until 2078 before the royals cut a deal with him.
King Charles and Prince William allegedly promised to protect Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie

The King and his son were seemingly low on options for evicting Andrew and had to delve into his personal life to get him out. The deal was that “Beatrice and Eugenie would be protected – but only if Andrew stood down,” an insider told RadarOnline. They say Andrew’s two daughters and their titles were a big talking point. These guarantees eventually got Andrew to stand down and leave. As part of this alleged deal, Beatrice and Eugenie would retain their Princess titles and keep their positions in the line of succession.
According to reports, bringing Beatrice back into royal duties last week was not something William wanted. This new agreement reached between the King and his brother, though, suggests that Beatrice would remain a Counsellor of State. She would be able to act for Charles if required. The King apparently doesn’t believe that his nieces should suffer for his brother’s mistakes.
Following Andrew’s accepted loss of titles, Beatrice became the new Deputy Patron for the royal family. With her uncle’s approval, she has begun undertaking additional engagements.
She recently visited Chelsea and Windsor Hospital to learn about research into premature birth. The Princess’ daughter, Athena, was born prematurely.
TELL US – DO YOU THINK THE KING PROTECTING ANDREW’S DAUGHTERS WAS THE ONLY WAY TO EVICT HIM?
