Last night’s episode of 90 Day Fiance Before The 90 Days was interesting. The desperation is real! You have to have just the right amount of delusion optimism to deal with some of these circumstances. I can’t understand how some of these people haven’t just walked away from these relationships. A green card can’t be worth dealing with some of these clingy and overbearing people.
Lisa Hamme and Usman Umar encounter an obstacle. Ed Brown and Rose enjoy some alone time. Stephanie Matto meets Erika Owens‘s parents. Avery Warner and Ash Naeck clash yet again. Yolanda Leak‘s kids try to protect their mother. David plans an investigation. Let’s get straight into the recap!
When we last saw Lisa, she was storming off from Usman after he told her that he expects to lead their marriage as the man of the house. Umm… Ok, sure. Lisa is one of the most controlling women we have seen on this show, so I am not surprised she called him an idiot and left. After racing to catch up with her, Usman manages to calm her down before things get worse. Usman you are in DANGER! I don’t think you are quite ready for what baby girl Lisa will unleash on you in America. This woman has taken every opportunity to disrespect him and his friends. That isn’t going to magically change when they get married
Lisa and Usman go to the magistrate office to inquire about what is necessary for them to get married. She is furious when she finds out, that no one informed her she needed a copy of her divorce papers before she arrived in Nigeria. Now they only have three days to figure out how to get the paperwork and get married before Lisa returns to the U.S. Secretly, I hope they miss the deadline. We weren’t able to save poor Michael Ilesanmi from Angela Deem, maybe there is hope for Usman to escape Lisa’s tyrannical clutches.
How many times are we going to be forced to see Ed in either a bathing suit or his underwear? TLC are you trying to traumatize your viewers every episode? All I could do was laugh, so I didn’t cry when the scene opened with Ed frolicking in the pool with his child bride girlfriend, Rose. When they sit down to talk, he finally decides to come clean about not wanting any more kids. Rose is shocked by his admission, but wants to give him time to change his mind. Ed makes it clear that he doesn’t intend to change his mind, he already has an appointment for a vasectomy schedule. To emphasize his point, he states “I only have enough love and MONEY for you and Prince.” Girl, you may want to rethink your plan. If you’re coming to the US to be draped in Gucci and gold, then you may have to accept the household maximum.
Ed wakes up to find Rose missing after revealing he doesn’t want to have children with her, the night before. She reappears after taking a walk to think. Rose is hurt and feels deceived that Ed didn’t tell her the truth before coming to the Philippines. I don’t know what happened during that walk, but she comes back with some sass. She begins going down a laundry list all of Ed’s lies and the times he has embarrassed her. Whew, Rose is mad! I guess we will see if she is mad enough to end their relationship or this is a ploy to get him to agree to the children that could solidify her future paychecks.
Erika is nervous to take Stephanie to meet her parents and reveal she is bisexual. As much as these two argue, I don’t think I would be unveiling Stephanie to anyone else in my life. I still can’t believe how badly things went when she met Erika’s friends. Hopefully this interaction doesn’t end in screaming in crying.
When Erika finally confesses her sexuality to her parents they reassure her they don’t care, as long as she is happy. They are more than welcoming to Stephanie and the idea of her being their daughter’s girlfriend. This was such a nice moment. I am so glad that Erika was able to receive nothing but love and acceptance from her family. Maybe this will give Stephanie the courage to come out to her parents one day. I highly doubt it will be any time soon though.
Yolanda’s children do a reverse image search on Williams’s pictures. They discover they are stock photos that are being used all over the internet. Surprisingly, Yolanda seems like she is beginning to realize that she is being catfished. SMH… Just when I thought this woman was starting to come out of denial, she decides she still needs to hear Williams side of the story. OMG! I have never wanted to scream “JUST, LET IT GO” in someone’s face, so bad. Her naivety is just annoying, at this point. Even Williams is tired of this woman. He has tried everything in the Catfishing for Dummies textbook to get rid of her.
After spending the night camping, Varya Malina takes Geoffrey Paschel for her idea of a spa day. The day consists of being naked, beating each other with bushes and then jumping in the lake to cool off. I have no idea of any of that was relaxing, but it was extremely entertaining to see Geoffrey get beaten while wearing nothing but a bucket hat. Varya pretends she is really thinking about whether she truly wants to be with him. As long as someone is handing her a green card and a promise of a new life, she is all in. She may just get that wish, after a nice getaway, Geoffrey decides to propose to her. After two weeks of accusations and virtually no chemistry, they have suddenly become soul mates. Insert side eye emoji here. We will have to wait until the next episode, to see her response. I’m sure it will consist of feigning shock and then crying tears of happiness that she no longer needs to live in that construction zone she calls a house.
Avery is still in the process of interrogating Ash about his sexist ideologies presented at the seminar. Although, she thinks her line of questioning is an attempt to get know him better, he feels attacked. Chile, Avery is like a dog with a bone. When she grabs a hold of an idea, she can’t let it go until the other person admits it. Even after Ash apologizes, she is still extremely upset.
The next morning you can cut the tension with a knife. They have been fighting ever since that disastrous seminar. In a post interview, Ash gets emotional and admits he feels torn down by Avery. When they sit down to talk, he tells her he feels like she is heartless. Either this guy is extremely sensitive or he is a classic manipulator. I truly can’t decide which one; it may be a bit of both. Ash packs his bags and leaves the house after both of them claim they are done. Avery was supposed to meet his ex-wife and son later that day, so either this is horrible timing or an easy out for him. I don’t believe Ash ever wanted his ex to speak with Avery in the first place. But with the way she interrogates people, I can’t really blame him. I just need these two to break up already.
David has returned home, but still is unsettled by the lack of closure between him and Lana. He meets with one of his friends and shares he is hiring a private investigator to find her. When he tries to convince David to let go of his fake relationship, he becomes extremely defensive. David is the perfect victim for a catfish. He is a little crazy and willing to spend all of his money on a dream. This guy has flown half across the world multiple times and has never met this person, yet he keeps coming back for more. If a person stood me up once, I would be done with them.
David invites his friend Victoria over to translate for the Ukrainian private investigator he hired to find Lana. Once again, he wasted his money to be told the obvious, he is being scammed. Lana has several dating accounts under different names with the same photo. He refuses to believe that his precious Lana would do anything like that. Apparently the woman who has stood him up four times is more trustworthy than the man he has paid to find out information. SMH… David is clearly obsessed. He probably has a blow up doll in the closet with her picture glued on the face.
After slamming the door in Tom Brooks’ face, Darcey Silva is ready to completely close that chapter of her life. She decides to mail his key back to him in the UK. Meanwhile, he is still walking around New York aimlessly talking badly about Darcey. He stops at a bar and calls his new girlfriend. Tom clearly has a type, middle aged bleach blonds with lip injections. He tells this woman he feels sorry for Darcey. Why, she left you looking stupid not once, but twice. This guy is so delusional it’s ridiculous! Can someone please pass me the remote, so I can fast forward? Ugh, I thought we got rid of them.

Throw her to the wolves and the show will go on! Before Season 10 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premiered, the big question on everyone’s mind was “How will the show survive without Lisa Vanderpump? (Well, the mind of every LVP fan, at least…) However, after three incredibly well-received episodes, the answer to that question seems to be “Quite well, thank you very much.”
In a new interview with Kyle Richards and Teddi Mellencamp, Andy Cohen opened up about why the show is working so well in its first LVP-free season.
I think that the great thing about it is that, you know, obviously last season was so much about Lisa Vanderpump,” Andy said during the Watch What Happens Live Aftershow with the two RHOBH ‘Wives. “And her name came up once, you know, in the first episode, like in a cheeky way and then, really, she is not an issue this season.”
Of course, the “cheeky way” Andy is referring to involved Lisa Rinna surreptitiously trying on a Dolce and Gabanna crown during a trip to Domenico Dolce’s New York City home in the premiere, as LVP‘s Season 7 tagline (“The crown is heavy darlings, so just leave it where it belongs”) echoed eerily in the background like a ghost from the graveyard of Housewives past.
“So it just feels fresh and I think for anyone who felt bogged down by that — and I think everybody kind of did including you ladies — it’s a fresh start,” Andy continued. “And I think that was important for the show and for all of you, right?”
“Well, you know, people keep asking me if it was weird to do the show without Lisa and before we started [production on Season 10], I did feel weird because we started, you know, together ten years ago,” Kyle replied. “But once we started filming, the show just takes off and all these women have so much stuff going on and things start happening that you really don’t think about it, honestly.”
Teddi also jumped in to comment on how the dynamic changed without LVP‘s machinations muddying up drama behind the scenes, saying, “I was able to get to know everybody in such a different way than I did my past two seasons, as well.”
Honestly, with each passing episode — from Kyle‘s debut at New York Fashion Week and Sutton Stracke‘s store opening to the utterly bizarre dinner party in episode 3 and the drama swirling around Teddi‘s upcoming fitness retreat — the former RHOBH star’s stranglehold on the franchise becomes more and more of a distant memory, and frankly, the fans seem to agree that Season 10 is looking like it will go down as the best season in the 90210 in years.

At some points, it has felt like Harry Dubin is an honorary cast member on Real Housewives of New York. He has some history with every one of them. His first connection to the group was Sonja Morgan, whom he met years before he got married to Aviva Drescher. Harry has hooked up with Luann de Lesseps and Kelly Bensimon. He was also caught making out with Ramona Singer.
This man is a staple among the New York Housewives and he has a lot of tea to spill about the ladies.
Before getting into the dirt, it’s fair to point out that he also had some praise for the Housewives’ work ethic. During Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef, Harry said, “These girls work their asses off, you do know that? They work 12-hour days, six months a year.” He explained, “It’s not an easy job at all. Then, they have to pay for all of the booze, the lunches, the parties, and the dinners. And the clothes, the hair, and the makeup. The production company doesn’t do anything for these girls. And their own storylines. If you don’t have a storyline, you’re not even asked back.” Still, it’s not as if he’s the show’s biggest fan. he also commented, “I don’t watch it. It’s my life, so why should I watch something that happens to me every day.”
And, back to the juicy stuff. He dished on his first impression of Sonja. He shared, “I met Sonja in Washington DC at Cafe Milano and she was dancing and the Gypsey Kings were playing. So, I walked up to her and we started dancing and this was before the days of cell phones. So, we are talking a long time ago.”
Harry shared, “She left and I scoured the city looking for her hotel room. I only knew her [first] name, ‘Sonja.'” He knew she was staying at a Park Hyatt hotel, but he didn’t know which one, so he went to one after another until he found Sonja. From there, he said, “I took her to the ghetto in Washington DC, to a jazz bar. We had a blast and she took me back to her hotel room and she bathed me. In a bathtub.” Ummm, what? But, apparently, it was a power move. Harry said, “It was great. To this day, I tell her that.”
After that first meeting, Harry said, “I flew up to New York. She came back down to Washington. Then, New Year’s Eve and I went to ski and she went to Miami with my sister and other girls. It never really ended with her, but it ended. We’ve been very close since then.” After a year of dating Sonja, Harry got engaged to someone else (not Aviva) for “a hot minute”. He made sure to say, “I have the utmost respect for her and I love her to death.” While they’ve both been with other people, Harry said the two of them were “on and off for 20 years.”
He met Luann through Sonja, about a year before Sonja joined the cast. He says Luann “yanks me, gets me into a cab, and we go to the Carlisle and listen to music and had a very nice evening. But, that’s the way Luann is. She goes after what she wants and she gets it. You can’t really deny that.” He clarified that it was far from a “one-time thing.” He also, shared, “[Luann’s ex-husband] Tom D’Agostino’s a good friend of mine. He’s down there [in Palm Beach], has a girlfriend, and he’s living the good life.”
Podcast host David Yontef couldn’t resist asking “Who is better in bed, Sonja or Luann?” Harry never straight up answered the question, but he did engage in a little compare and contrast. He revealed, “Sonja is very passionate. She has these shutters in her room where you can’t see anything. The best way I can describe both of these girls is Sonja, you can’t see her while you’re having sex and Luann likes to do it in the light. Two different passions.” And now all I can think about is Lu’s Season 12 tagline: “Raise the curtain, lower the lights, I’m taking center stage in my life.”
Harry remarked, “You get a different feeling. It’s not that one is better than the other. It’s just different.” In more specific terms, Harry claimed, “Luann is a screamer. Sonja is not.”

The Keough family is really going through a difficult time. Real Housewives of Orange County alum Jeana Keough’s daughter Kara Keough lost her son McCoy in childbirth. She has been very open and honest about her struggles during this period.
As if life wasn’t difficult enough, Kara recently revealed that her father Matt Keough passed away. Jeana and Matt had three kids together, Kara, Colton Keough, and Shane Keough. After over twenty years of separation, Jeana revealed that the two of them were officially divorced at BravoCon in November 2019.
Kara posted some throwback photos with her father on Instagram. She wrote, “Daddy, please take care of my son. Teach him the circle changeup and how to find forever friends. You’re on grandpa duty in heaven now. Xoxo, Hammerhead.”
Vicki Gunvalson commented, “Kara, I am so sorry. There are no words to say, other than you are loved.”
In a post of his own, Shane wrote, “My favorite place was always on your shoulders. It makes me smile knowing McCoy will be there with you; right there on your shoulders. It wasn’t always perfect but I wouldn’t change it for the world. You taught me more than you’ll ever know and I hope that I make you proud. Kick back and enjoy the eternal sunshine. Till I see you again – I love dad.” Kara commented, “I love those photos of him.”
In an Instagram story, Shane wrote, “I’ll always remember the smile, velcro shoes, clothing with more pockets than necessary, and a life many could only dream of. And of course the mustache.”
This family has gone through so much in recent weeks. Our hearts are with the Keough’s during this time. We are sending positive thoughts their way.

Kristen Doute has had a rough go this season of Vanderpump Rules. We’re watching her toxic relationship with Brian Carter crumble. Stassi Schroeder and Katie Maloney-Schwartz are also icing her out – because of that crumbling relationship? I don’t even know, still confused. An earlier post about the Witches of WeHo gives additional details, but right now, I’m team Kristen all the way!
In real-time, Kristen has stopped seeing Carter and is now in a relationship with Alex Menache, a grown man with a real job! But unfortunately for Kristen, anything good seems to turn sour rather quickly. With the news of her new man came a nasty rumor that Kristen was pregnant. Spoiler alert – she’s not – and is, rightfully, upset.
According to Life & Style, Kristen took to Instagram Live to hit back at the pregnancy rumors. Kristen shared with her following that the rumor, “made me cry,” and that, “it really hurt my feelings.” Understandable. It’s 2020 and people still don’t seem to know that it’s wrong to body-shame and make comments about people’s physical appearances.
Kristen continued her rebuttal, saying she, “thought it was really f—king invasive that someone was hanging around outside my house to find me at my worst angle…. I was really upset yesterday. I cried a lot, it got in my head, I didn’t want to eat, so I’m just like f—k all of this.” Kristen didn’t want to eat after these body-shaming photos surfaced. Again, this is why baby-bump rumors need to stop!
The Pump Rules star fired off her two cents about women and double standards, saying, “If she doesn’t look perfect, she’s disgusting. But if she Facetunes or Photoshops, she’s fake. So, which one is it? Which one do you want… if we’re just living our lives like everyone else does, we’re either fat or we’re pregnant or whatever the f—k else.” Tell it, Kristen! When we talk about women, it seems to always come down to their appearance.
Kristen also shared some of the more ridiculous takes on the photos. Some people in the comments section of the original story accused her of pretending to be pregnant so she could, “take away from Stassi and Beau [Clark’s] engagement episode.” No joke.
Kristen replied, “Do you know how f—king insane you sound?” It is insane and literally ridiculous. I hope people stop with the barrage of negativity and body shaming that seems to come with being on reality TV. Kristen ended the video by saying, “you should be celebrating women and being positive.” Cheers to that!

Growing up in Southern California in the age of Laguna Beach and The Hills, I was so happy to see Kristin Cavallari finally find her match with Jay Cutler. It was a beacon of hope to see such a strong female in a successful marriage. Despite their differences, they found a way to make it work and they seemed genuinely supportive of each other. They were the couple I would point to as an example of a happy marriage.
So I am taking it hard to hear that they are divorcing after ten years together and three children. I loved getting to know Jay and seeing their relationship on Very Cavallari. He has a dry sense of humor and an amazing ability to embrace the joy of doing nothing. He seems to enjoy staying home with the kids and does not mind taking a back seat to his successful wife. Jay appeared to be a perfect balance to Kristin’s drive and dedication to her business. It was proof to me that there are supportive men out there, and that a strong woman like Kristin can still find her happily ever after. Now, it turns out they are not a happy, successful couple after all. And although the divorce started amicably enough, there are new details emerging every day that suggests the relationship is much uglier than it appeared.
According to E! News, a source close to Kristin now says that she believes Jay is trying to “hide” some of his money from her. Apparently, the couple has the same financial team, but Kristin believes they are partial to Jay. The source states, “Jay and Kristin have shared the same business managers for years, but the managers are long-time friends of Jay’s which is proving problematic in the divorce, obviously. Part of the problem is that Kristin believes Jay is trying to hide certain assets from her.”
In court documents obtained by E! News, Kristin mentions that Jay has possession of a private email between her and her financial advisors. Kristin says Jay only could have gotten ahold of it in one of two ways: Their financial manager either “provided the email to Husband without Wife’s knowledge or consent,” or Jay “hacked into Wife’s password-protected email account.” In the case of the latter, the email would be inadmissible in court.
If Kristin‘s financial team is leaking info to Jay, I hope she replaces them real quick. Or at least changes her passwords Clearly, Kristin needs a place to live if they are getting divorced. This comes on the heels of Kristin claiming Jay blocked her from being able to purchase a house for her and their children. Kristin says that this is Jay’s way of punishing her for not agreeing to his parenting plan in the divorce. She also says that it is not surprising for him to act this way. Kristin claims that this action is “typical of Husband’s behavior towards Wife” and that he frequently tries to belittle her.
Jay filed his own response to Kristin‘s statements. He asks to have them struck from the record. Jay states that her allegations are “immaterial, impertinent and scandalous matters that are alleged against Husband with no basis in fact or law.” He also submitted the email from the financial manager, who claims Kristin “left out” advice warning her to not move ahead with her purchase. So how did he actually get the email though???
At this point, Kristin‘s legal representatives say that she now wishes to move out. They stated, “Wife fears that if the parties are required to remain in the same residence, it would be an unhealthy environment, causing irreparable harm to their minor children.”
Well, duh. They need to be away from each other. Clearly, the marriage is not the rosy picture portrayed on TV, and maybe it never was. There is clearly more to it than just two people growing apart. Jay’s actions show a clearly antagonistic attitude. He is trying to make things difficult for Kristin just for the sake of making them difficult. It just shows such a lack of respect. He needs to remember that they do have three beautiful children.
There is always the chance they could still get back together. This is not the first time they have broken up. Kristin even called off their wedding before they reconciled and eventually married. Now it would seem that she was right to be hesitant in the first place. If there is any chance for Jay and Kristin to even be friends in the future, they need to find a way to keep it civil. I hope they are able to put a stop to the public mud-slinging before it gets any worse. And I still hope to see Kristin get her happily ever after.

Sutton Stracke has made quite the splash on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. We are only three episodes in and she has already proved to be someone worth talking about. Good or bad. So what have we learned about Sutton so far? As Lisa Rinna has told us (many times now), Sutton is rich rich. We get it, Rinna. Sutton likes couture clothing and will point that out to anyone. She is also big into manners, which became crystal clear in the last episode. Sutton practically threw a hissy fit over Kyle Richards not using place cards at her dinner party. Can you imagine!? But for someone so hellbent on proper manners, Sutton didn’t seem to mind telling Teddi Mellencamp to her face that she thought she would be boring. And then scoffed at Teddi being pregnant. As if someone who is pregnant could not be interesting. I know what you guys are going to say, Teddi is not, in fact, interesting. Ok, so Sutton might have a point, but it wasn’t a very polite one. Especially when it comes to trying to enjoy the company of new friends.
So it’s pretty obvious that Sutton is maybe not going to be a fan favorite. Is her bristling attitude why she was downgraded to a friend of instead of a full time cast member like we were all led to believe? Not sure. Sutton claims it’s because she didn’t show as much of her life as the producers would have liked but I’m not buying it. But with all the drama she’s bringing, it’s understandable that she’s ruffling a lot of feathers in Beverly Hills. Oh but not just Beverly Hills. Sutton has developed quite the reputation among housewives on the east coast too.
Jackie Goldschneider may only be a few seasons into Real Housewives of New Jersey, but she has proven to be someone who doesn’t hold back. Yes, I know a lot of fans think she’s boring and doesn’t bring much to the table. But to me, she never backs down and is always honest. She took on Teresa Giudice, give the gal some credit. So naturally, when it comes time to give her opinion on the newest housewife on RHOBH, Jackie isn’t holding back on her either.
Jackie recently spoke with Daily Mail and said, “Sutton, I’m not a big fan of. I think she’s she’s a little too obnoxious.” Well, that makes two of us. Jackie continues, “Listen, I mean, we’re all like: sit down, be humble. I find her a little too uppity.”
We have all heard the rumblings of Jackie being one of the richest housewives and yet, she never throws it in anyone’s face. We even saw that play out as a feud between her and Jennifer Aydin last season. So this assessment of Sutton is not really a surprise.
While both Jackie and Sutton have been accused of being uptight, Jackie doesn’t address that fact when it comes to Sutton. Maybe she figures she’s said enough. Plus, Jackie has been working overtime on her Instagram, giving the fans a daily satire video on how to survive quarantine. Regardless of what you think of Jackie, you should go and check them out. They are pretty funny and super relatable. Maybe Sutton should come down off her high horse and try it sometime.
