Apartment drama continues for the ladies of Real Housewives Of New York, past and present. Bethenny Frankel is on the move – yet again – while Jules Wainstein continues to fight her ex Michael for money and property.

Of all the things RHONY has taught me it’s that one should never invest in property with a significant other. After separating from Jason Hoppy, Bethenny moved into a Skinny Girl decorated pad in SoHo, but barely two years later, she’s listing it for $5.25.

Bethenny’s experiencing something of a real estate boon! Last year after a protracted legal battle, Bethenny unloaded the Tribeca apartment she once shared with Jason for nearly $7 million once she finally managed to finagle his grimy fingers off the deed. You might think after all of that Bethenny would be ready to settle down!

Bethenny explains that she was never really that attached to the SoHo home she custom-designed from scratch.”When I bought the apartment, I was in a situation where I really needed to buy something. It was a time when I needed to get some stability for Bryn and myself and I needed a home for us.”

After paying $4 million for the home, Bethenny now says it has served its purpose and she’d “like a bigger place.” Is that because Bethenny has ever-faithful Dennis Shields in her life? The two were rumored to be looking at apartments together a few months ago.

More square-footage isn’t the only reason Bethenny is constantly on the move – she may venture in to real estate investment. “I have been doing really well in real estate and I’ve got the bug,” she tells People.

“When buying, I think, ‘Would I like to live here?’ and also, ‘Is it also a good investment?’ I adopt these properties, and give them some love,” Bethenny adds. “I never bought the apartment with the intention of living there permanently. I added value. Now I’ll find another place to do the same thing to.”

Whatever she buys next, Bethenny plans to stay downtown near Bryn’s school, and looks forward to doing another full renovation. Well, I guess she won’t be giving Jason her newest address!

In other news – Jules’s divorce continues to be at an impasse over finances and living arrangements. Jules and her husband Michael are co-habitating in their three-story Grammercy Park town-home, with the agreement that Michael will cover the rent. Unfortunately he’s not doing that (or staying current on child support) and Jules was served an eviction notice – from a townhouse it turns out that Jules actually owns. (I believe it has to do with co-op payments or building dues, not so much actual rent).

In lieu of having Michael placed in contempt of court for non-payment of child support and other obligations, Jules, through her attorney, requested permission to sell the home for money. And presumably to get out from under the same roof as Michael.

“Since it’s her name on the apartment, she should be allowed to sell it,” her attorney argued. “They’re going to be deeper in the hole in four or five months and her credit will be ruined.” The judge agreed – granting Jules permission to list the pad and move on – literally.

Unsurprisingly Michael is unhappy with that determination and complains that Jules wouldn’t be so destitute if she quit partying and found a job. This from the man who did not pay his kids’ tuition so he could take flying lessons… And, according to his attorney, seems to be stalking his ex-wife’s Instagram.

The NY Daily News reports that the couple will share proceeds from the sale, with the breakdown of who gets what being determined at a later date. Since Jules used Bethenny’s divorce attorney, maybe Jules ought to use her real estate agent, too, and call Fredrik Eklund.

NeNe Leakes Boasts That She Created Real Housewives Of Atlanta

Even though Real Housewives of Atlanta is stilling airing its current season, there has already been a lot of talk about the next year of RHOA. Specifically, people want original cast members NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak to return for the show’s tenth season. Nothing has been confirmed yet, but NeNe’s going on and on about how she created the show and how she’s more important than the rest of the cast.

I’m not gonna lie, I would love it for the OG cast members to return to RHOA. I don’t think it’s “needed” since this season has been entertaining for the most part, but there are a couple people who are lacking story line. I have no idea if NeNe is even coming back, but she and her reinstated BFF Cynthia Bailey had a lot to say about the other ladies and how NeNe is the HBIC of the cast… of a show that she’s not even on anymore.

In a video posted on TMZ, NeNe and Cynthia responded to questions about RHOA casting rumors from photographers. When someone mentioned that the current cast members “don’t want [NeNe] on the show,” NeNe confidently stated, “That is unfortunate because I started the show and they will be off the show before I will.”

Is that her way confirming that she is actually returning to Real Housewives of Atlanta? Or is she just continuing to talk about how much better she is than the rest of the women on the show?

When a paparazzo stated, “they said you’re going to create too much drama,” NeNe echoed her previous statement from and insisted, “Unfortunately, they would have to leave before me.”

NeNe repeated the nearly identical statement for a third time, declaring, “If they don’t want me back on the show, unfortunately they will leave before me.” When asked, “What’s up with that,” NeNe answered, “I don’t know. Call Andy Cohen.”

Cynthia then inserted herself into the conversation and said, “They don’t want her to be great.”

I just want to know who this “they” is. I have to assume the cast members being referenced are Phaedra Parks and Porsha Williams since they both recently said that they are not in touch with NeNe these days.

Cynthia demanded, “Get Andy on the phone” and NeNe said, “Andy, call me.” And I’m sure he has. If it’s in the budget, I’m sure that Andy and whoever else that makes the casting decisions for Real Housewives of Atlanta would love to have NeNe back on the show.

Eden Sassoon Insists Her Intentions With Kim And Kyle Richards Were Genuine: “I Want To Make A Difference”

It is so hard to know what to make of Eden Sassoon. When she first showed up on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, most of us were thrown off by her inserting herself into Kim Richards‘s personal life and going on a crusade to prevent Kyle Richards from “enabling” her sister.

Now the blame for Eden‘s overzealous antics has been shifted to Lisa Rinna and Eden even has the all powerful Lisa Vanderpump in her corner. After Eden told LVP that Rinna was actually the one who told her that Kim “is close to death” and that Kyle is her enabler, Rinna is public enemy number one.

No matter what Eden was told, I (and a lot of other viewers) feel Eden went too far when it came to messing with Kim and Kyle’s relationship. She did not know either of them and she approached the situation in an aggressive manner.

I get that Eden is a sober woman whose sister died because of her drug addiction and that Kim and Kyle’s relationship might have felt a little too familiar to Eden, but she should have made more of an effort to gather some actual facts before inserting herself into another family’s private matters. Plus, she heard all about Kim from her sworn enemy, so it’s not like Rinna was the most reliable source in that situation.

In an interview with People, Eden adamantly insists that her actions “came from a place of complete compassion and caring.” It’s hard to tell how true that is, but now that the blame for a lot of this has shifted to Rinna, it does seem more plausible that Eden could have just been acting out from a heartfelt place.

Eden added, “Everyone sort of came at me in a different way like I’m meddling in their business.” Well, you were meddling in their business…constantly.

Still, Eden stands by her decision to discuss Kim and Kyle’s relationship and how it may relate to Kim’s sobriety. “I am that way in life. I want to help. I want to make a difference,” she explains. “I want to, sort of, ‘If you need me, I’m here.’ ”

It’s hard to know what to make of Eden, so it will be interesting to see how this all plays out and if Lisa Rinna stands by her own quote and “owns it” when it comes to admitting that she did tell Eden that Kim is “close to death” and that Kyle “enables her.” Eden is not blameless, but I can’t help wondering if she was just a victim of Rinna manipulating the situation so she didn’t get caught doing the dirty work in her quest to bring down Kim.

Golnesa Married? ”GG” Gharachedaghi Posts (& Deletes) About Getting Secretly Married

I don’t know what to make out of this, but Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi put up and deleted two posts about how she secretly got married to her boyfriend Shalom– whose last name I can’t seem to find anywhere by the way. I don’t know if that means she didn’t get married or what.

My suspicion is that she was either contractually obligated to share the marriage on Shahs of Sunset or she got some sort of payout for a tabloid to share the inside scoop and had to delete her Instagram posts.

Luckily, E! got on that real quick and managed to quote the two Instagram posts that GG put up before she ended up deleting them.

In one post, GG let the cat out of the bag with an Instagram caption that said, “January 25, 2017 We walked into a courthouse just to see what type of paperwork is needed for getting married. They sarcastically told us there’s a small chapel we could go to and do it right then.”

She revealed that they actually did end up tying the knot: “An hour later, we walked out of that chapel as husband & wife. We clearly weren’t dressed for it and I couldn’t stop laughing from shock… but f–k it… we’re not like ordinary people.” Congratulations to them. I don’t get why she deleted it… other than the most likely option that it would be more beneficial ($) to share the news elsewhere.

And of course, GG put up an additional post to celebrate Valentine’s Day. GG wrote, “Happy Valentine’s Day to my hubs.” Note, she did say “hubs,” as in husband. GG also wrote, “This was the day you proposed… it was 13 degrees in NYC, we barely had enough clothes on, my tears kept freezing down my face, you pulled off the sweetest surprise proposal and with the most beautiful ring. I’ll never forget that day! Asheghetam!!!”

I’m sure this isn’t the last that we will hear about GG and Shalom’s marriage. We will either see this on the next Shahs of Sunset season or in a magazine spread. I’m calling it now.
