Regardless of the personal opinions of Lisa Vanderpump, it could be agreed upon that she would give stellar business advice. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, who starred on the show for nine seasons, owns multiple restaurants in some of the trendiest locations in the USA.
The most recognizable is SUR Restaurant and Lounge in West Hollywood. It served as the backdrop for eleven seasons of the hit reality TV show Vanderpump Rules, in which Lisa is featured.
There’s also the recently opened Wolf by Vanderpump in Lake Tahoe, and soon to be opened, Pinky’s by Vanderpump. It will debut this summer in the Flamingo Hotel on the Las Vegas strip. And in honor of this new project, Lisa gave some much-needed business advice to fledgling restauranteurs.
Lisa shared what she thinks a successful restauranteur needs
Being a reality TV star certainly got Lisa and her businesses a lot of exposure. A fan base looking to dine out at her venues built since she joined RHOBH in 2010. But for the average restauranteur starting up, it’s not that easy. And Lisa advised loving what you do and growing a “thick skin.”
“The competition is so tough out there, it’s not for the faint-hearted,” she exclusively told The Entrepreneur. “You have to develop a thick skin. That’s very, very important.”
“I think that if you’re really doing something that you love, your passion for that is your motivation,” Lisa added.
The Vanderpump Rules matriarch likened the passion needed to play tennis.
“If you don’t like doing something, it’s like playing tennis. If you like playing tennis, you’re going to run for that ball just because you want to hit it,” Lisa explained. “But if you’re not motivated, you’re not excited by what you’re doing, then you don’t put the energy into it. Whereas the things I do, I’m excited. I don’t care how long I work, I don’t care how hard I work. I will get it done.”
Ultimately, it’s all about staying “focused,” Lisa stated. Certainly, willing investors also help.
“If things go wrong, you learn from it. There’s the good, the bad, and the ugly, and everything really, isn’t there,” she concluded. “Sometimes it’s overwhelming … If you really get going and get on it, you’ll be surprised by how much you can accomplish.”

The pressure is being turned up on Deal or No Deal Island. The contestants were brought to the mysterious Banker’s tropical island. Right now the remaining eight guests are fighting to remain in the game. The last player standing will face the Banker and possibly take home up to $200 million.
Last time, contestants Amy McCoy and Aron Barbell obtained the Banker’s Bonus case during the excursion. But they ended up being the bottom two. Stephanie Mitchell and Boston Rob Mariano won immunity. So, Amy decided that she wanted to face the Banker. At The Temple, host Joe Manganiello had Aron open the case. Inside, it read that there would be no elimination.
The Banker’s assistants, Kamari Love and Ben Crofchick, joined Reality Tea writer Kim Stempel to discuss what it is like working on the show and what surprised them the most about the game.
Kamari and Ben share what they first thought about Deal or No Deal Island
Kim Stempel: So, what I thought I would do is throw out these questions to both of you. What did you think when you first heard about the premise of Deal or No Deal Island?
Kamari Love: I just immediately thought it was the greatest idea because I feel like we took a lot of like the most popular game shows and combined them into one. You know, I feel like there’s a little bit of Deal or No Deal, a little bit of Survivor and we just threw them all together and made one mega-show which was like the coolest thing ever. So, very exciting.
Ben Crofchick: Well said. Well said. (laughs)
Kamari Love: That’s your answer? (laughs)
Ben Crofchick: Yeah.
Which excursions were the most frightening?
Kim Stempel: Have there been any excursions that the players have gone on that you thought looked absolutely terrifying?
Ben Crofchick: There was a snake box that … it just aired last night if you watched, and that for me, I’m not a big fan of snakes. I know a lot of us aren’t. So, any idea of sticking my hand in a box that can potentially bite me is a little … a little fearful for me. So, that’s one I would have stayed … stayed far away from probably. I think Kamari would probably agree.
Kamari Love: Oh, yeah. That’s why we weren’t the contestants.
Ben Crofchick: Gotta stay back on that one!
Kamari Love: Yes!
Kim Stempel: I was terrified on my couch. I was like, ‘No way!’
Kamari Love: Right! They were brave!
Kim Stempel: Are there any excursions that you wish you could have participated in?
Kamari Love: I feel like the jet ski. I definitely wanted to do the jet ski when we were participating or helping with the challenge. When they took off I was a little [like] ‘Dang, take me with you.’ But it was super fun to watch them, too.
Ben Crofchick: I would have … I would have done the swing. The tree swing. I would have enjoyed that one. Like, heights aren’t my thing really either, but I would have tested myself on that one. That would have been fun.
Kamari Love: That’s a good one.
Kim Stempel: These challenges were amazing.
Ben Crofchick: Oh, yeah. They created them well, for sure.
Ben and Kamari dish on what really happens in The Temple
Kim Stempel: What is the energy like when you’re shooting scenes in The Temple?
Kamari Love: Oh, man. It’s intense because everything’s up in the air, and you know Ben and I don’t know anything until it happens just like the contestants. So, it’s all just as much a surprise to us as it is to them.
So, you know, and Ben will agree, we have genuine reactions. You know, when people get voted off, we’re just as sad. You know, so we’re very much in the emotions with them.
Ben Crofchick: And it’s … it’s true, because you know us opening the case, we’re the first one to see the dollar amount as well. So, you know, we [are] being part of the show. We’re also fans of the show, so having to open a case that might be heartbreaking to someone is never … is never the easiest thing.
Kamari Love: No. It’s not.
Ben Crofchick: And, just so you know, we also have bats flying around, there’s howling monkeys in the trees. So, I mean, the vibes are everywhere and all over the place.
Kamari Love: Yes! We’re trying to be professional with the bugs crawling on our legs. We’re like, ‘Don’t move. Don’t move. Be cool.’
Ben Crofchick: A lot of emotions.
How Kamari and Ben feel about the contestants
Kim Stempel: What would surprise viewers the most about the show?
Ben Crofchick: I would say, for it being, you know, Season 1, how smoothly everything went. I mean, we had such a smooth running for a Season 1 show. Yeah. And on an island that’s kind of unforgiving, and it’s new to everybody. I think for it to be kind of as flawless as it was, I don’t know. I think it might be unheard of how perfect it went. So, we were all very happy about that.
Kamari Love: Yes. Absolutely. And I love the mix of contestants that they chose, too. It was just such great different energies and different dynamics that came together. You really fall in love with all the contestants and I thought that they did a great job at that.
Kim Stempel: They did. They picked someone that everyone can root for.
Kamari Love: Yes. Absolutely.
Ben Crofchick: For sure.
Kim Stempel: Did you get to have a lot of interaction with the contestants?
Kamari Love: We did not, actually. We barely got to interact with them. Which was tough but also, you know. made it exciting for us as well. So, we got to get really cool with them kind of post [the] show but that was tough.
Ben Crofchick: Definitely.
What were Ben and Kamari’s favorite part of being on the show?
Kim Stempel: And what was your favorite part of being on Deal or No Deal Island?
Ben Crofchick: I mean, I think I can speak for me and Kamari on the fact that it’s just such a new show, and me and Kamari got to kind of be the first briefcase models to adapt to this brand-new show and be the first to open these brand new cases on a brand new island. That’s something we can take with us forever. So, I mean for me, it’s definitely … it’s been an honor.
Kamari Love: Absolutely. And we’re both from the South, so it was cool to bring some Southern roots to a new show [and] to a different island.
Ben Crofchick: That’s true. That’s true.
Kamari Love: Mixing it up. Keeping it sassy.
How Ben and Kamari felt about the original Deal or No Deal
Kim Stempel: Ben, what did it feel like to be the first male model who is a series regular?
Ben Crofchick: I mean for me, growing up watching the show and knowing it’s always been just, you know, female briefcase models, when I started the modeling journey, I didn’t really think I’d be the first to do anything. You know, I just thought I’d kind of go with the flow of the modeling industry.
So, to be the first briefcase model on a show as iconic as Deal or No Deal [Island], it’s really just been an honor, and to do it with a team like NBC, you know, I’m thankful for it because they’ve just been so amazing and professional. So, I love it. I love that I get to do it, and I’m hoping for many more seasons to come.
Kim Stempel: I know. Fingers crossed! And Kamari, were you a fan of [the original] Deal or No Deal?
Kamari Love: Yes. Absolutely. I watched it back in junior high and high school, so when they had all the briefcase models, and Howie [Mandel] was doing his thing.
So, it was just the coolest thing ever when this opportunity came across, and, you know, to be able to … book it, is just such an honor because coming behind Claudia Jordan and Meghan Markle as the people who really created a career and like really paved the way for the future models is just huge. I honestly feel so honored and so grateful to have the opportunity.
What are Kamari and Ben’s future goals?
Kim Stempel: Do you have any acting experience or aspirations?
Kamari Love: Yes. Absolutely. I plan on hopefully winning Oscars, truthfully. Acting is my main thing, but what I loved about Deal or No Deal [Island] was this was an opportunity for me to not be in character and for me to just be myself and present myself, which was such a plot twist for me. I never considered, you know, having an opportunity like this. So, it was truly a really great, random thing to have happen for me and [I’m] just running with it. I’m super excited to see where it goes from here.
Kim Stempel: What about you, Ben?
Ben Crofchick: I’ve had a few little acting moments throughout my career that’s kind of piqued my interest with it. So, being able to hop on Deal or No Deal [Island], same thing. Show some character and show my personality on camera. It’s definitely sparked more of an interest so it’s something I’m definitely looking forward to pursuing you know from here on out.
And Kamari’s definitely going to win an Oscar one day.
Kim Stempel: Yay!
Kamari Love: Thanks, Ben. Received!

Welcome back to The Valley Episode 3 recap, “Doubting Doute.” Last week’s episode showed the guys and gals having their respective nights out on the town. However, this week, Kristen found herself at the center of some messy gossip that almost seemed like a bad game of telephone. Everyone, and I mean everyone, chose to turn on Kristen due to the accusations she hurled like a discus at Michelle during Girl’s Night. Sadly, Jesse and Michelle are also realizing that they are up the creek with no paddle when it comes to their relationship. Viewers finally get a peek into Janet and Jason’s life as both are stressed about life with their new baby. Here’s everything that went down in The Valley Episode 3.
Farmer market rant
Leave it to Jax to try and turn lemons into literal lemonade as he tried to sugarcoat just how badly Guy’s Night went. Jax still seems to be having trouble understanding that inviting Alex, Kristen’s ex-boyfriend, was a major issue for Luke, who made it clear he was not going to be okay with that. Also, can we talk about how supportive Brittany is of Jax’s hjinxs? Literal saint.
Sadly Brittany, who tried to “take up” for Jax ended up getting stuck in the middle as Crazy Kristen lost her cool. I will say, whoever was in post-edit needs a raise cause Brittany’s voice dubbed over Kristen’s words was priceless.
Now the word on the curb via Brittany is that “Kristen started bringing up to Janet who told Jasmine that Michelle was racist and a Republican and all this crap.” See what I mean by a bad game of telephone?
Jasmine than jumped up into Kristen’s face letting her know she would not be thrown under the bus. Kristen doubled down and said “Actually that is what Zach told me.” Insert mayhem here. In the most dramatic fashion possible Zack yells, “I have never said that!”
Michelle isn’t pleased
Cameras caught up with Michelle and Jesse the morning after and the mother of one was not pleased. She tells her husband that she “hadn’t slept. The first time in my life I have ever heard my name associated with those words. I’m still shocked.”
Listen, Michelle has every right to be upset but Jesse is over there munching away on breakfast not looking bothered in the slightest. Come on, man! Jesse does show some emotion when he drops the F-Bomb but thankfully their daughter, Isabella makes sure to put her daddy in time out for the bad word.
I get the idea that Michelle knows Janet isn’t to blame and even points out that she is first generation Mexican and first generation Persian. Thankfully we live in a day of FaceTime so we can get to the bottom of the issues. Michelle dials Janet right up who literally laughs and calls the accusations “bullsh*t.” Janet notes she needs to have a conversation with Kristen because this gossip makes her “furious with her.” Janet confirms “those words and your name never came out of my mouth in the same sentence.”
During a confessional Janet explained that she had to put a “boundary” up with Kristen and she didn’t like it. So could it be revenge on Kristen’s part? Janet’s hot take is that Kristen doesn’t want Alex’s side of the break up to make its way to Luke. The theory tracks.
Kristen’s villain era
Kristen is oblivious that anyone is even upset with her at this point. She is packing her moving boxes and getting ready for her new space with Luke. I will say no one needs to know about Kristen’s “entire draw of sex toys” but here we are. At least she has room to play now.
I kinda get the vibe that Kristen thinks she’s a vigilante as she explains to Luke that she just saw red and Jax is being totally fake. According to Kristen, “before production started there was a lot of shit talking in the group. Janet was trying to start a bunch of shit by insinuating that Michelle could be a homophobic or racist. Then filming starts, cameras are up and we all are going to deny it.”
I love me an unhinged Kristen who feels like she has been backed into the corner. I give Luke credit because he was spot on telling Kristen she wrong for weaponzing the information told her. He seems grounded. God I hope she can hang on to this one.
The dinner from hell
Jesse and Michelle have decided to throw a Capri-themed party and I am already exhausted by it because the duo got into a fight about whether or not you should say the party is “sophisticated.”
The setting is a $18.5 million home and that was the classiest part of the night. While Luke hoped for a peaceful dinner all he got was chaos. Once again when asked about where the racist comments came from she pointed her fingers at Zack. But we all know when you point one finger at someone three are pointing back at you, Kristen.
However, the highlight of the night was seeing an activated Jesse who was told to calm down by Luke. Jesse wanted Kristen to admit that she lied but everything turned up when Jesse told Kristen to “shut the f*ck up,” causing Luke to jump up from his seat. It was a pearl clutching moment! As Zack put it, Kristen made a “shit stew with no recipe. Grabbing numbers out of it like it was Powerball.” I need a lie down.
Even though Kristen Doute is on a new Bravo show, The Valley, she didn’t leave her pot-stirring ways in West Hollywood.
Kristen ruffled a few feathers in a new sneak peek for this week’s episode of the Vanderpump Rules spin-off. When Jax Taylor was conversing with Brittany Cartwright about girls’ night, she told him Kristen unleashed a bomb that caused much chaos.
Michelle and Jesse Lally are “furious” with Kristen in Episode 3 of The Valley
Later in the teaser clip, Michelle sat with her then-husband, Jesse Lally, to explain the night’s events. “I’m still shocked to be honest with you. Like completely shocked,” she said. “I’m really upset because Janet wouldn’t say that or else she wouldn’t be my friend. I’m the one who is first-generation Mexican and Persian. I’m just so shocked and confused by the whole thing.”
Michelle spoke with Janet on the phone, who denied Kristen’s version of the story.
“OK, that’s complete bulls—t. To throw around a huge accusation like that. I need to have a conversation with her because that makes me furious with her,” she said. “That word and your name has never come out of my mouth in the same sentence. This is a whole new low even for Kristen.”
Janet and Kristen aren’t on the best terms…
In her confessional with producers, Janet explained why she felt Kristen would loop her in with a damaging rumor about Michelle.
“Kristen and I have been close for years. About a year ago, I had to put up a boundary with Kristen because her relationship with Alex [Menache] was so up and down that it was making my head spin. As soon as I put up a boundary with Kristen, she didn’t like that.”
Since then, Kristen has seemingly tried to sabotage her every chance she gets.
“It feels like any opportunity she has to throw me under the bus, she does,” Janet told producers. “To wait until her sick pregnant friend isn’t around to throw around a huge accusation like that. F—k her.”
Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover are still going strong … or are they? The Summer House star and the Southern Charm stud have had one of the healthiest relationships that fans have ever seen between Bravolebs.
However, in a recent Summer House episode, Craig discussed the probability of a future breakup between himself and Paige. She agreed, noting that splits were all too common these days. For her part, Paige appreciated that Craig wasn’t being naïve to that fact.
One of Paige’s biggest challenges as of late was finding a new place to live. Fans have seen that journey progress throughout the show. Now, Paige has an update on the search.
Craig and Paige talk living spaces and the reunion
In an interview with E! News, when discussing whether she found a new place, Paige said, “I actually did and I’m moving within a month.” She also joked, “Craig has ample closet space. I mean, he’s drowning in closet space.”
Craig laughed and said, “See? We’re moving it up, we’re moving it up.”
Paige was also questioned on how she was feeling regarding the reunion. “Reunion day is always like, my most anxious day, you know?” she began. “It’s eight hours of just going through stuff, and I’m really there for my hair and makeup, and my glam and my outfit.” Based. “And so that I don’t get fined.” So based.
She continued, “Every year, every time I leave, I was never expecting what happened that day, and I’m sure it will be the same six years around now.”
Craig also expressed his desire to sneak into the reunion as he felt there would definitely be some material worth watching. Only time will tell.
Welcome back! Let’s get right into the Deal or No Deal Island Episode 6 recap. Last time, Aron decided that Miranda would face the Banker. She opted to take a $40,000 personal offer from the Banker, but she was sent home after making a bad deal. This week’s episode, “Are You Intentional?” features another game-changing twist from The Banker. Here’s everything you need to know about Deal or No Deal Island Episode 6!
The rise of the Night Owls
Aron was worried about his game moving forward. But Alyssa reassured Aron that she was a bigger target. She needs immunity or to face The Banker. If not, she will be packing her bags.
Meanwhile, Stephanie sounded off to Nick, Amy, and Rob about Aron betraying her. “I’ve never been so hurt because it just wasn’t on my radar,” she said. And Nick was angry because he thought he was in an alliance with Rob and Aron. But no one told him that Stephanie was a target. Nick thinks that he is the most intelligent person in the game. He was one of the top 500 people out of 90,000 who took the sanitation worker test. So, Nick is gearing up to take out the trash on the island.
And a new alliance formed: The Night Owls. This foursome always stayed up late together. Stephanie calls herself a Barn Owl, who seems “dignified” but will “scratch your eyeballs out.” Nick is a hunting owl because of his physicality. Dawson is a Long-eared owl since he knows all the gossip. While Amy is a Great Horned Owl because she is “kind of crazy” and “ready to attack.”
Stephanie has some questions
Stephanie asked to chat with Aron. Awkward! He apologized. He also admitted that sending her home was partly his plan. But it was also what Alyssa and Rob wanted. Stephanie started to cry. Aron! Why are you tossing your alliance under the bus?
He added that she was truly his friend and that he went along with Alyssa and Rob’s wishes so he wouldn’t be sent home. Stephanie told Aron that Alyssa is “untrustworthy.” She also mentioned that people want to work with him and that he has other options in the game.
Next, Stephanie talked to Rob. She wanted to find out exactly who wanted her out. She asked Rob if it was Alyssa’s plan or Aron’s idea. Rob denied knowing anything about Aron’s decision. But he knows that everyone thinks that he masterminded the plan. Then Stephanie told Rob that Alyssa was her target.
An explosive challenge
The group headed out to the next excursion. A sign read, “Danger explosives.” Rob dissed Joe’s outfit. “Joe’s got his usual outfit on. You know, something a little ostentatious, a little braggadocious. Saw the loafers, Joe,” Rob added.
Joe looked excited about the challenge. Cases are suspended over the water, with explosives attached to them. The guests will be divided into teams of two. They will each use a torch to light the fuse that will blast the cases free. The highest-value cases were suspended higher than the lower-value cases. And the highest value case for this excursion is worth $3.5 million.
In a clearing, each team has a box with up to three extenders that they can use to make the torch longer. The team that brings back the highest combined total wins immunity. The team with the lowest total will be the bottom two.
The Teams
The guys picked colored armbands, and then the ladies drew them from a box. The teams are:
Aron and Amy
Dawson and Jordan
Nick and Alyssa
Rob and Stephanie
And let me just say that Nick and Stephanie were delighted by their teammates. The Night Owls were all with other partners.
And now for the twist. The lowest case says, “Banker’s Bonus.” Players only need one extension to reach it. “It is a game changer,” Joe told the guests.
A slippery surprise
As the teams discussed strategy, most were planning to go for the Banker’s Bonus. Uh-oh! Joe neglected to mention that the cases were filled with snakes. “And don’t worry. They don’t bite…that hard,” Joe said.
Snakes are like Rob’s kryptonite, but he puts his hands in there anyway. I love how Nick screamed at the snakes. I couldn’t tell if he was being bitten or was just trying to scare them.
Aron and Amy took off first to get the Banker’s Bonus. She had to swim against the tide and keep the torch lit. Amy gets the $500,000 case and the Banker’s Bonus.
Dawson and Jordan took just two extenders. Meanwhile, Rob and Nick were still fighting the snakes for the third extender. They both want immunity. Rob pulled out the third extender just a few minutes before Nick did. They were neck-and-neck struggling to reach the highest value case. Finally, Rob lit the torch for the $3.5 million. Nick nabbed the $2.5 million.
Alyssa and Stephanie were in the water next. Stephanie grabbed the $1.5 million, and Rob and Stephanie have immunity. When it was Aron’s turn in the water, his grip on the torch slipped and it went out. He headed back to relight it, but the remaining cases weren’t enough to keep him and Amy out of the bottom two.
Boston Rob works his magic
Stephanie and Rob have to decide who will face The Banker. But Amy hoped that the Banker’s Bonus would reverse Boston Rob’s immunity.
Rob asked Amy and Aron if either of them wanted to face The Banker. Neither was enthused about the prospect. Rob wanted Amy to play because if Aron were to play and lose, Rob wasn’t as safe. But he didn’t want to force her to play because it revealed his strategy. Finally, Amy said she wanted to face the Banker. Rob is some kind of mind-control genius. The Survivor player’s powers of persuasion are amazing.
Alyssa was worried about her safety. She wants to win the money so she and her girlfriend can “open a really fun and inclusive and safe space in Missouri.” Alyssa talked with Amy, trying to save herself. But Amy shut her down, saying that she was too tired to talk game. Ouch!
Who will face the Banker in The Temple?
Amy McCoy faces off against The Banker in Deal or No Deal Island Episode 6.
At The Temple, Joe asked Amy what she would do with her winnings if she made it to the finale. Amy said, “I would buy my grandma her dream car, which is a Grand Jeep Cherokee, and then I would buy my husband a brand-new truck. He’s never had a brand-new vehicle ever in his life,” Amy explained. “We can go mudding in that truck!”
For her case, Amy selected case number eight because she and her husband were married in August. For the first round, Amy has to open nine cases. In her first four picks, Amy knocked off three high numbers, including the $3.5 million. While everyone else winced, Alyssa and Aron smiled.
The Banker called with an offer of $152,000. Amy refused it. She had to open four cases during the next round. Afterward, there were $100, $850,000, and $2.5 million left on the board. Cue the Banker’s call. Amy’s new offer is $825,000.
Joe asked Aron, her teammate, what his thoughts were. He advised her to follow her heart. Now Alyssa and Aron were looking nervous. Once again, Amy declined the offer.
She only has to open one case in the next round. Amy explained that at camp, when the tent mates picked their beds, Miranda was number two. So, she selected that case for Miranda. It knocked out the $2.5 million. So, the Banker called back with another offer. It had gone down to $467,000. Once again, Amy rejected it. Then the phone rang again.
Before Amy could find out if she made a good deal or a bad deal, The Banker wanted Aron to open the Banker’s Bonus case. It said, “No elimination tonight.”
Who was eliminated in Deal or No Deal Island, Episode 6?
No one was eliminated in Deal or No Deal Island.
The Banker certainly loves to toy with our emotions, doesn’t he? Just for fun, Joe wanted to see if Amy made a good deal or a bad deal. It would have been a good deal because Amy’s case contained the $850,000. Now the final case total is $2,841,000.
Amy wasn’t happy with the Banker’s Bonus, labeling it, “Banker’s bullsh*t.” She was disappointed that she didn’t get to send Alyssa or Aron home.

As if the divorce battle between Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia wasn’t messy enough, now we have a new character to the story. His name is Kelvin Owusu-Ansah. You’re probably wondering, “Who is that?” We’re trying to figure out the same thing.
According to Radar Online, Simon has demanded the courts to have Porsha retain her text messages with Kelvin. He also wants her to keep text messages from her sister and a woman named Karen McKinney.
Simon also asked the Real Housewives of Atlanta star to keep all of her income and financial records. This request comes amid his accusations that she strategically married and divorced him to satisfy her own “financial gain and greed.”
Throughout the divorce battle, Simon has raised some very specific complaints about Porsha. He said she forcibly entered their home and showed up at their house with a gunman. When it comes to this Kelvin person, Simon didn’t dive into many details. He didn’t mention why these texts would be relevant to the divorce case.
It’s not completely clear who this person even is. There is an African sports broadcaster whose name matches the one in the court documents, but Porsha doesn’t appear to be following him on social media. With that said, it’s also unclear what Simon is trying to say about the nature of their relationship. He provided little context about what he’s asking for here.
While Simon leaves us all scratching our heads with this latest court filing, Porsha has accused him of violating their prenup. According to their agreement, he was supposed to vacate their home within 30 days of a divorce. Porsha said he’s refusing and even changed the locks on the house to keep her out. Perhaps this Kelvin guy is just a locksmith in Atlanta caught up in all of this mess.
Simon has also sent a cease-and-desist to those filming the next season of RHOA. Hopefully, there’s a way around that, because missing out on all of this real-life drama would not be beneficial for the show’s much-anticipated comeback
TELL US – WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THIS MYSTERY MAN NAMED IN SIMON’S FILING? DO YOU THINK MORE INFORMATION WILL COME OUT ABOUT HIM AS THE DIVORCE BATTLE CONTINUES?

Kyle Richards has shed some further light on the moment she met Rihanna in Aspen. Back in January, the two happened to be doing some VIP shopping at the same outfitter.
News of the encounter spread across the internet with Rihanna reportedly feeling a lot of enthusiasm to speak with Kyle. As many Bravo viewers know, the Grammy winner is a huge fan of the Housewives, including The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
However, the two did more than share their excitement and pleasantries. As it turns out, Rihanna offered up some advice to Kyle in the wake of her marital problems with Mauricio Umansky.
Rihanna defends Kyle amid costars’ questioning her
While on Kelly Ripa’s podcast, Kyle recounted the moment she met Rihanna. “So, she was in Kemo Sabe when I was in Aspen,” Kyle began.
“It was actually closed, Kemo Sabe, and I was heading home and I saw there was a light on. And I was like, ‘Oh, I need to get something from there,’ and I knew they would open the door for me. So I knocked and they’re like, ‘Oh, it’s Kyle.’ And I saw them like saying something like, ‘What do we do,’ and I was like, What’s going on?’”
The staff let Kyle inside and told her Rihanna was upstairs. Kyle then reported that Rihanna was a fan of the show, alleging that the singer met one of her daughters and said she was “obsessed” with the Umansky family.
Once upstairs, Kyle said Rihanna was “so sweet” and offered “all kinds of amazing advice about my marriage, the women, and how we’re handling things.”
“I haven’t told anybody this, but she said something that was so amazing … She said, ‘Next time one of these women want to know all the details of the intimacies of your marriage, tell them ‘Why do I need to give you the blueprint to my home when I’m already renovated?’”
Kyle went on, calling the artist “smart,” “incredibly supportive,” and “a beautiful person.”
