Radar Online is reporting that the Pretty Mess’ infamous $1.4 million earrings are getting ready to be auctioned off. So, they’ll have new ears to rest in soon.
Erika’s earrings are probably the most talked about accessory on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills since Dana Wilkey’s $25,000 sunglasses. And these bad boys are worth 50 times more. The notorious earrings were originally purchased by Tom Girardi back in 2007, but as we all know, that money wasn’t his to be spending.
Everyone from Garcelle Beauvais to Jon Hamm has weighed in on these earrings and whether or not Erika should give them back. On RHOBH, Erika said that she was waiting for the legal system to do its thing before making a move with the earrings. That time has come.
Earlier this summer, Erika was ordered to turn over the earrings, despite her best efforts to hang onto them. Now, a judge has signed off an order to include them in an upcoming auction, just like the couple’s old Pasadena house and the random knick-knacks from Tom’s office. If and when they’re sold at auction, the money will help go towards the enormous debt owned by Tom and his law firm. Also included in the auction are a few other things that Tom gifted to a “friend.” But, like Erika, the “friend” turned them over to the court amid the legal drama.
The trustee for the case described the other gifts that are headed to auction. They said, “The pieces are a small Tiffany heart-shaped white gold and pave diamond necklace, a small Cartier gold and pave diamond necklace, a Bulgari pearl and diamond necklace, and diamond stud earrings approximately 1.75 carats each.”
If Tom gifted Erika $1.4 million earrings, it kind of makes you wonder what kind of “friend” this was who was receiving all of these other lovely gifts. They must have been a really close friend to get a heart-shaped necklace.

Season 31 of Dancing with the Stars has been exciting so far. There is no clear frontrunner to take home the coveted mirror ball trophy. DWTS pro Sasha Farber has some ideas about who could win it all this season.
Sasha told US Weekly, “There are definitely a lot of dark horses, and Trevor [Donovan] came in this competition being afraid to dance. That’s, like, the main thing you wouldn’t do if you’re afraid to dance, is do a dance show,” he stated. “And he’s firing on all cylinders. He’s doing phenomenal.” Trevor is paired with Sasha’s estranged wife, DWTS pro Emma Slater.
The pro dancer is keeping an eye on TikTok sensation Charli D’Amelio and her partner, Mark Ballas. I’m so glad that Mark is back in the ballroom after a five-year absence. “There’s a growth that’s coming. Charli is so young, and she’s maturing every week, which is amazing — which means they’re on the right path,” Sasha explained. Trevor scored a 21 out of 40 points during the DWTS season premiere. Charli scored a 32 out of 40 points, which put her on top of the leaderboard.
Charli does have previous dance experience, but that doesn’t always guarantee a win on the show. “The best dancer doesn’t always win. It’s a race, and it’s long,” Sasha said. “It’s a marathon. So, I think everyone has their own little advantages and disadvantages.”
Charli is 18 years old, and her age could be either a huge advantage or a disadvantage. Sasha remarked, “She’s young … so it’s gonna be hard for her to show the feeling, the emotion. That’s gonna be one great thing that she’s gonna learn on the show,” he added.
She is competing against her mother, Heidi D’Amelio, on DWTS. The entire D’Amelio family is part of the Hulu series, The D’Amelio Show. Heidi is partnered with Artem Chigvintsev.
This season, Sasha is paired with Cruel Intentions star Selma Blair. Selma has multiple sclerosis, but she doesn’t let that get in the way of her dancing.
During James Bond week, Selma and Sasha danced a steamy rumba. Selma was blindfolded during the performance.
“It was helping me to block out some of the noise,” Selma said after their dance. “I do get real sensory overload and shut my eyes a lot, so this was a gift. But also, it can be quite disorienting but really thrilling, and I loved it and I love Sasha,” the actress added.
Sasha came up with the blindfold idea after noticing that Selma closes her eyes during rehearsals. Sasha explained, “I wanted to make her feel as comfortable as I possibly can on the dance floor, and we gave it a whirl. It worked.” The dance pro added, “It was a gamble, and I’m so proud of her.”
Emma was moved to tears during Sasha and Selma’s first performance together. Same, Emma. “To look at her and to say she’s an inspiration is an understatement,” Emma told reporters after the season premiere. “She is just magical to me.”

When Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent dumped fiancé Randall Emmett, she made it clear that her co-stars needed to choose a side. Lala dropped Tom Schwartz like a hot potato when he sided with Randall.
Katie Maloney announced that she and her husband Schwartz were ending their marriage in an Instagram post. “This ending is not met with resentment or animosity, no sides to choose,” she wrote. On March 22, 2022, Katie filed for divorce from Schwartz. They recently settled their divorce, and it will be finalzied when a judge signs their settlement paperwork.
The couple’s Pump Rules co-star Raquel Leviss, who announced her split from fiancé James Kennedy during the reunion, made a comment that Katie didn’t like. Raquel said that Schwartz and Katie did want their VPR co-stars to pick sides.
“We literally told them there’s no sides to pick,” Katie remarked. “I have felt that some people have on their own done that for whatever reason, but Tom and I are still friends so whatever.”
Scheana Shay finally married her man, Brock Davies, in Cancun in August of 2022. Raquel and Ariana Madix were part of the bridal party. Schwartz and Tom Sandoval were groomsmen.
There were rumors that Schwartz and Raquel hooked up at Scheana and Brock’s wedding. Scheana reportedly saw Raquel and Schwartz “talking.” She added, “I did not see anything further than that, but I heard.” Good old Peter Madrigal, who also dated Raquel, confirmed that the duo did hook up. Katie was supposedly angry and blamed Scheana for Schwartz hooking up with the Bambi-eyed Surver.
A source at Brock and Scheana’s wedding reported that Katie saw Raquel and her ex “heavily making out.” The insider claimed that “Katie went off and cameras were rolling on the entire thing. She was screaming at them, and they were yelling back.”
Brock said that Katie wasn’t welcome at his nuptials. “She was disinvited but rocked up anyway for a ‘girls’ trip,’” Brock said. @Commentsbybravo on Instagram shared a screenshot with Brock’s remarks about Katie. “I’m enjoying all the untruths,” Katie commented with a popcorn emoji.
Page Six reported that Brock revealed on the #NoFilter with Zack Peter podcast that he and Scheana had “picked” a side in the Katie and Schwartz split. “I prefer to be around one of them as opposed to the other,” Brock remarked.
“And I think if you guys follow along on my random outbursts on social media, you may have seen my one comment that was made, and you can figure that out for yourself.” Duh. It’s Schwartz, baby! “If you haven’t, you see which side we picked … in Season 10. There is a side. We picked one,” he stated.
Brock is also happy to see Raquel enjoying being single. “Obviously I’m a big fan of Raquel. Especially coming from her relationship with James, you know, and moving out and really stepping into her own light,” he explained.
Brock continued, “She’s caught a lot of flack from everybody. Everyone has their opinions on it and I’m here to support her. I think she’s done an amazing job,” the fitness pro commented. “Especially in the world we live in today with social media, of really stepping out of her bubble and working on herself.”
Raquel has also been linked to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Garcelle Beauvais’ son, Oliver Saunders. Oliver works at one of Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurants.

Bachelor Nick Viall only wants to find love, but he just hasn’t been able to make it work. Until now, that is.
The star of Season 21 recently discussed his new book Don’t Text Your Ex Happy Birthday, relationships, hook-up culture and what he’s learned along the way, in an interview with People.
When questioned about his biggest dating mistake, Nick admits, “Prioritizing my ego over my heart with any choice I’ve made when it comes to anything really.”
He continues, “I’ve made a lot of those mistakes where I prioritize what I thought I wanted in the moment, and I convinced myself of it and kind of ignored my real feelings about a situation because I wanted to feel validated. And I’ve done that plenty of times. I’m still susceptible to doing it. I think we all are. It’s, as I always say, easy in theory and hard in practice.”
While the Bachelor Nation alum is currently in a relationship with girlfriend Natalie Joy, he wasn’t afraid to ask her for input about his previous experiences with love for his new book. He said that Natalie was “very helpful in the process” of writing.
“I tried to be creative with my writing, and I tried to be . . . Obviously, I’m known for having pretty direct advice, but I wanted to be empathetic, and I wanted to be relatable and certainly not be harsh or anything like that,” Nick says. “Natalie was often the first person I would have read my pages.”
Of the new book he says, “I kind of talk about the difference between ‘f-boys’ and players. Maybe I’m dating myself, but players is a term that was more common back in the day. And I would describe those people [as those] who truly have an alternative motive, right? They’re putting up a front in order to make you believe that they have stronger feelings than they really do.”
Haven’t we all dated a few of those?
Nick and Natalie announced their relationship on Instagram in January 2021, after quietly dating for months, making this the longest relationship we’ve seen him in since he first appeared on Andi Dorfman‘s season of The Bachelorette in 2014.
Following his initial appearance on The Bachelorette, Nick returned to add drama to Kaitlyn Bristowe‘s season in 2015, where he caused upset among the other contestants by sleeping with Kaitlyn halfway through the season. He was the runner-up both times.
After joining Season 3 of Bachelor in Paradise, Nick redeemed his tarnished image by becoming kind of the “Big Brother on the Beach,” where he was a sympathetic ear/counselor for some of the lovelorn women on the show.
Following his turn on BIP, Nick was the surprise choice (some might say “shocking”) for the next Bachelor in 2017. His season ended with him getting engaged to Vanessa Grimaldi, but the two called it quits five months later.
These days Nick says that he prefers getting into a relationship, rather than staying in what he calls a “situation-ship.”
“A situation-ship is not an acceptable relationship status,” Nick says. “If you’re in a situation-ship, you are accepting less than you deserve.”
As for his current relationship with Natalie, Nick says, “I wouldn’t be in a relationship with her if I didn’t think it was possible, you know? She’s the first person I’ve called my girlfriend, minus TV, in a long, long time.”
Perhaps our little Nick has grown up and become more than just a “player.” I wish him well.

It's the most confounding Kardashians musical moment since Kylie Jenner sang "Rise and Shine." The two have recently been confusing the public with their divorce filings. But court documents reveal that Lesley’s ex had some serious issues with David too.
As reported by Page Six, Lesley’s ex, Eriks Pukke filed a temporary restraining order against David, who is the former husband of Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador, on August 22nd. Lesley shares two young children with Eriks. According to the documents, David was ordered to not “harass, intimidate, molest, attack, strike, stalk, threaten, assault (sexually or otherwise), hit, abuse, destroy personal property of” Eriks. He was also instructed not to “disturb the peace of” Lesley’s ex and stay at least 100 yards away from him.
The order also stated that David could not contact Eriks “either directly, or indirectly in any way, including but not limited to, in person, by telephone, in writing, by public or private mail, by interoffice mail, by email, by text message, by fax, or by other electronic means.”
There are no details as to why Eriks filed the protective order, but David’s attorney said that a civil harassment case filed after the order will soon be dismissed. It was agreed upon by all parties, huis counsel revealed. The court will enter the dismissal on October 11th after a final hearing. However, the protective order was to expire on September 14th but Eriks’ counsel requested that it be extended.
Neither Eriks nor Lesley have responded for comment on the matter.
With a divorce pending, Lesley and David already have plenty of drama already. Last month, David filed for divorce from Lesley. The couple has been married for 23 months and share a 19 month-old daughter. David listed the date of separation as September 15th and cited irreconcilable differences.
Less than 2 weeks later, Lesley claimed that David withdrew his petition in an Instagram Story. She stated, “My husband filed a request for dismissal a few days ago. Now back to your regular programming.” But a public information officer for the court in which it was filed said there were no requests to dismiss at this time. The spokesperson also noted that there were no requests in the queue and no evidence of a dismissal in the case docket.
Making matters even more confusing, Lesley then announced on Instagram that she was the one ending their marriage. She wrote, “I am filing for divorce. While this is not what I would have ever expected, it is what is best. I value myself and the happiness and well being of my children. I am so grateful for a tremendous circle of friends and family who support me.” Lesley concluded that she is “looking forward” to a “bright and happy future with my beautiful kiddos.”
David is best known for being married to Shannon for almost 20 years before they divorced. On RHOC, Shannon confessed that David had cheated on her. They tried to work it out but ultimately finalized their divorce in 2019. They have 3 daughters together.
Since then, Shannon has moved on but the acrimony remains between the exes. She revealed in 2020, “He has no interest in co-parenting with me, which is sad. He doesn’t. He has his own description, I guess, of what type of person I am. I don’t agree with it, so it is what it is. I wish him happiness, he is engaged and he’s having a baby, so that’s great, good for him.”

At this point in the pop culture zeitgeist, I’m convinced that The Kardashians cannot do anything that would truly shock me. Well, unless they donated the majority of their wealth, started only flying commercial, and fessed up about their ever-changing bodies. Otherwise, their tendency for the ridiculous has become normal to me. It’s fascinating to watch their nonsense unfold on Keeping Up With The Kardashians 2.0. However, no matter how many “cancellations,” relationship scandals, and bad PR moves they make, the Kardashians are like cockroaches. They will never be destroyed.
It’s why I barely batted an eyelash when Kim Kardashian recently announced yet another unnecessary business venture. Single Kim is addicted to adding sections to her resume, clearly. It must be that Kris Jenner gene. Anyway, according to Page Six, Kim is venturing into home decor. If you’ve ever seen the home she designed with Kanye West that resembles a museum, you can likely imagine where this is going.
Kim’s line of Skkn by Kim home decor features five items made out of pure concrete. They look like random pieces you would find around Kimye’s old stomping grounds. Remember their bathroom sink that broke the internet? It still gives me chills. Kim is selling a garbage can, a vanity tray, a tissue box, a canister, and a round container. As you might expect, the price tag along with the interesting design choice has the internet talking. Or rather, screaming into the void.
Kim is selling the solid concrete garbage can for $129. I wish I was joking. You can give yourself the most expensive stubbed toe of all time if you accidentally bump into this trash can. No seriously, it weighs a whopping 8 pounds. The other price tags are just as ridiculous, with Kim selling the tissue box for $89 and the other three items for around $65 apiece. If for some godforsaken reason you need the whole collection for your house, there’s a bundle for more than $350. First, you’ll pay an arm and a leg for these unfinished-looking bathroom items. Secondly, you will hate your life trying to clean them because it sounds almost too complicated to damage the pieces based on the care instructions. What was the reason, Kim?? WHAT WAS THE REASON???
I do have to say Kim’s latest internet-breaking business is a good distraction from the Kanye of it all at the moment. Kim’s home decor is another moment that will come and go as quickly as her relationship with Pete Davidson. At least, for a moment, it gives us all something ridiculous to shake our heads about and wonder where we all went wrong.

The rollercoaster ride that has been The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 is coming to an end. Granted, fans still have the reunion to look forward to—especially since Andy Cohen...Season 31 of Dancing with the Stars is in full swing, and although she and her partner are kind of killing it, former Bachelorette Gabby Windey has opened up about how she really feels about the competition. Spoiler alert: She wants to quit. In an interview with E! News, the nurse-turned-reality star admitted she’s ready to throw in the towel “every day.” Surely, her dance pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy loves hearing that.
The outlet caught up with Gabby and Val during a Dancing with the Stars rehearsal, and she confessed how she’s a little reluctant about the dance competition and its grueling workload.
“I want to quit every day—sorry,” Gabby quipped while apologizing to Val. “But I think it’s natural to embrace those feelings, ’cause it’s so hard, and that’s what makes it so much more rewarding is knowing that you’re constantly overcoming bump in the road, bump in the road.”
You can’t blame her for wanting to quit. DWTS looks complicated, and when you’re competing against celebs like Shangela and Wayne Brady. Why even bother?
Despite the negative thinking, Gabby presses on. How does she do it, you ask? She confides in her fiancé, Bachelorette winner Erich Schwer. Despite his problematic past and questionable reasons for joining the Bachelorette, it seems like he’s a decent support system for Gabby during the competition. She told the outlet that he pushes her to keep going when she wants to quit and that his presence in the audience is “grounding.”
“I know he’s gonna be proud of me no matter what,” Gabby said about her fiancé. “I could go up there and stand for a minute and a half and he’d be like, ‘That’s my girl!'”
Gabby might want to quit the competition, but if she and Val keep going at the rate they’re at, they might actually make it far. They’ve brought in decent scores the last two weeks, and they’re ranked third in the overall competition.

Bazinga, can you believe it's been 15 years since The Big Bang Theory premiered?! On Sept. 24, 2007, the Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady-created sitcom about a beautiful aspiring actress moving in...You know, we’re about to go back to the Golden Age of Television. It’s an exciting time and I think it might be okay to allow ourselves to be vulnerable and actually look forward to something.
The collective Real Housewives viewing audience took a punch this year with the super-dramatic stylings of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: The Film Noir You Didn’t Ask For. Fans need a palate cleanser after what we have been put through and we just might get the best gift of all. A return to Real Housewives of Orange County greatness with Jesus Jugs Alexis Bellino and Tamra “DID YOU GO TO BASS LAKE” Judge. Tammy Sue is coming back and Alexis may pop in ahead of RHOC Season 17, so let’s celebrate with some memorable moments from the past. Someone might want to check on Vicki Gunvalson.
Let’s get right to the nitty-gritty, shall we? Tamra was feeling great about her new business opportunity with Eddie Judge called CUT Fitness. Naturally she wanted to celebrate and share her happiness with her co-stars. For reasons no one will ever understand, other than just to be annoying, Tamra’s BFF Vicki brought her nemesis Alexis as a guest to the party. With me so far? There’s a lot of silly arguing because that’s what these women do when you sit them down at a dinner table. At some point Alexis alluded to the fact that she might think Tammy Sue is a big ‘ol bully and Tammy Sue lost her shit. Tamra screamed at Alexis to “get the fuck out”, much to the shock of the other guests. After Alexis peaced out, Tamra followed her. Poor Alexis has to take medication because being around these ladies who engage in fighting so easily makes her nervous. Then Tamra accuses Vicki and Lydia McLaughlin of saying mean things about her.
But wait, there’s more!
The Season 7 RHOC reunion gave us a lot of hairspray and even more screaming. Tamra and Alexis basically spent every episode fighting or being highly annoyed with each other. Tensions were high and everything came to a head in one epic moment. As Alexis details each and every one of Tamra’s faults, Tamra immediately went to 11 and screams, “You are psychotic, Jesus Jugs!” So Tamra took a shot a both Jesus, her current Lord and Savior and Alexis’ breast implants. How nice. Alexis was horrified with the blasphemy but the incident moved her to begin speaking publicly about bullying. Wonder how that worked out for her.
So basically an apology sparked another issue between Tamra and Alexis. AN APOLOGY. By now we are on Season 9 and this began when Tamra wrote a blog post about the super awkward dinner she had with her co-stars on a cast trip to Bali. You remember, when Tammy Sue got busted by everyone at the table and she ran away like the tough chick she is? Tamra was waxing poetic about how she felt ganged up on and admitted she had a flashback of when she treated Alexis like shit on a similar cast trip. Tamra then took it upon herself to formally apologize and even said, “Karma is a bitch.” Seems pretty benign. NOPE! Alexis joined in at that point and advised Tamra she had already been forgiven and the apology is appreciated. But maybe next time it doesn’t have to be so public, for show. Naturally Tamra had to hop back on and defend herself. She claimed she apologized to Alexis on camera AND gave her a gift. Alexis maintains she has no recollection of that incident, but she did recall Tamra being mean to Big Daddy Jim Bellino
In an interview conducted in 2018, Tamra and Shannon STORMS Beador made a comment regarding Jim’s Sky Zone trampoline parks closing. Things have changed. Alexis decided she didn’t need her King anymore and gave Jim the boot, so he was feeling very sensitive. Shannon and Tamra were both accused by Jim of lying and defaming him. Jimbo lawyered up and filed a lawsuit. Jim went full drama and said, “I have been forced to seek professional help for physical and psychological ailments I’ve been experiencing since being dragged through the mud by Tamra and Shannon. The repercussions of this behavior from them and the coverage that it gets are literally harming every part of me.” I don’t think Tamra really even knew what she had done, this was just another day of running her mouth. He attempted to get a $1 million settlement – but that didn’t work out too well. Shannon was actually awarded $137k from Jim and in late 2021 Tamra and Jim settled their suit as well. The conditions of the agreement were kept confidential, but I bet one of them was Tammy has to stop being a big meany to Jimmy.

From skinny tea to shapewear, Kim Kardashian knows a thing or two about using Instagram for #ads. She and the rest of The Kardashians practically invented it. But, unfortunately, one #ad Kim did on Instagram last summer just got her fined over $1 million. As CNBC reports, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission cracked down on celebs using Instagram to promote cryptocurrency, and Kim has found herself in the middle of it.
“ARE YOU INTO CRYPTO???” Kim asked her 250 million Instagram followers last summer. “THIS IS NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE BUT SHARING WHAT MY FRIENDS JUST TOLD ME ABOUT THE ETHEREUM MAX TOKEN,” she continued.
The post included a link to the EthereumMax website, ultimately guiding users toward purchasing the virtual tokens. The #ad landed Kim in hot water for two reasons: Investors sued her and other celebrities that promoted the cryptocurrency for artificially inflating its value. The SEC was concerned about her failure to disclose that she got paid $250,000 to promote the cryptocurrency, violating federal securities law.
As a result of the violation, the SEC asked Kim to pay back the money she earned from the Instagram post, a little bit of interest, and a $1 million fine. The grand total came to $1.26 million—a lot of money to fork up over a botched Instagram ad. Additionally, she’s barred from promoting cryptocurrency for three years, and she’s agreed to cooperate with the SEC’s ongoing investigation.
The chairman of the SEC, Gary Gensler, spoke about the decision to charge Kim over her cryptocurrency promotion. First, he wrote in a news release, “This case is a reminder that, when celebrities or influencers endorse investment opportunities, including crypto asset securities, it doesn’t mean that those investment products are right for all investors.”
Later, Gary went on CNBC and elaborated more on the case, saying, “Congress passed a law many decades ago called the Securities Act, and it was to protect the public.” He continued, “Part of that law said that if you tout a stock, you have to disclose if you’re getting paid.”
That seems pretty straightforward, right? However, the SEC also noted that although Kim agreed to pay up, she technically didn’t admit to or deny any wrongdoings. Agreeing to the SEC’s settlement helped her avoid a lengthy legal battle, and Kim’s legal team says she’s just happy to have it behind her.
“Kardashian fully cooperated with the SEC from the very beginning and she remains willing to do whatever she can to assist the SEC in this matter. She wanted to get this matter behind her to avoid a protracted dispute. The agreement she reached with the SEC allows her to do that so that she can move forward with her many different business pursuits,” a statement from Kim’s lawyers read.

On Real Housewives, the drama continues long after the cameras stop rolling. Take The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, for example. Season 12 of the Bravo series saw Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna,...Things ended suddenly for Zach Shallcross and Rachel Recchia on The Bachelorette, when they broke up after their night together in the Fantasy Suite. But now Zach’s getting another chance at love, as he’ll be the one handing out roses as the next Bachelor.
“I’ve taken the lessons I’ve learned and want to apply it for myself and find my person now,” Zach tells People. “Heartbreak is never fun, but it didn’t deter me. And I’m ready to go again.”
Zach even met his first batch of women during the live finale of The Bachelorette and handed out his first rose (although he couldn’t remember all the women’s names). The tech executive says he knows what he wants in a partner.
“There’s really two main things that I look for, and first is how kind and compassionate they are. I think that’s something that’s pretty rare nowadays,” Zach says. Women everywhere should be offended by that generalization. “The other thing is having someone that loves to do fun, adventurous stuff with me, whether it’s traveling [or] trying cool foods.”
Zach hopes audiences will be able to see more of his fun side on his season.
“I think what people maybe didn’t see on The Bachelorette, but what they can expect [to], is I love to have a good time. I’m actually [a] pretty fun, goofy guy,” Zach says. “I like to think I am a romantic, but it’s not all serious with me. I like to have a good time.”
Zach learned just how much of a romantic he can be while dating Rachel. “One of the biggest lessons I learned was I’m a guy that typically wears his heart on his sleeve,” he says. “If you can show your emotions and not be scared about it, I really think that’s an important attribute, but in my case, I think I fell in love really hard and really fast, and I didn’t necessarily take a step back and look at the entire situation from her perspective.”
So going into his own season, Zach plans to be “a little initially cautious and making sure that [I’m] understanding the whole situation and don’t fall too quick.”
Zach and Rachel split following their overnight date, after he felt like he saw a different side of the Bachelorette. He also thought Rachel questioned his readiness for an engagement at his age, even though he’s only four months younger than her.
At the Rose Ceremony following the Fantasy Suites, Zach pulled Rachel aside and said he wasn’t seeing “the real Rachel.” He also claimed that he’d shown his absolute love for her, but didn’t feel his feelings were reciprocated. He then chose to eliminate himself from the competition, rather than continue with someone who wasn’t genuine. Ouch.
While Zach says he has no regrets about the way things ended with Rachel, he stands by his being ready for marriage.
“My take on that is when you know, you know,” he says. “I don’t think that there’s anything where there’s an age limit on when you decide you want to fall in love and get married. If you are ready and you feel well equipped with yourself, you love yourself, you trust yourself and you want to share that with someone else, it doesn’t matter how old you are.”
Zach intends to have conversations from night one with the women on his season to determine if they genuinely want to get engaged at the end of the process.
“That’s the No. 1 thing that is important to keep in mind because you don’t want to wait until it’s too late to find some hard truths,” he says. “What I’m going to focus on is having that open line of communication and hopefully building that trust to where they can always feel comfortable of letting me know where they really feel. I never want any of the women to feel caught off guard or blindsided.
One thing Zach says he won’t tolerate: Drama. Ha! Has he seen this show?
“I know it’s kind of inevitable when you’re in a house with 30 others, and there’s going to be arguments or conversations that don’t go that well, but I’m not a fan of the drama,” Zach says. “If there’s a lot of drama going on in the house, what it tells me is that they’re not really serious and why they’re there is probably more for finding internet fame or whatever it is. So I’ll probably be pretty quick to cut that out.”
Or maybe it’s just 30 women all fighting over the same guy. I think the producers want it that way, cause it would be pretty boring if everybody got along.
Even knowing the journey ahead won’t be entirely smooth, Zach is looking forward to his turn as The Bachelor. “I’m more excited than anything,” he says. “I just want to start already.”

Last week on Dancing with the Stars, the competitors saluted Elvis Presley. Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and pro partner Pasha Pashkov’s jive was stiff.
Teresa and actress Cheryl Ladd landed in the bottom two. Head judge Len Goodman decided to save Cheryl and pro Louis Van Amstel, sending Teresa home.
This week, DWTS salutes the 60th anniversary of the James Bond film franchise. The show opened with a dramatic dance routine featuring judge Derek Hough coming down from the ceiling as Bond.
So, who will top the leaderboard this week? Let’s get into the recap!
Charli D’Amelio and Mark Ballas performed a dramatic rumba. This dance was hard for Charli because she becomes nervous when making direct eye contact. Len called the routine “terrific,” and Charli received the first 9 of the season.
Kourtney Kardashian from Keeping Up with the Kardashians was there to support, along with her husband, Travis Barker, and her stepson, Landon Barker. The judges gave Charli and Mark a 33/40.
Cheryl and Louis danced a rumba that Derek called her best performance yet. Cheryl and Louie received a score of 24/40 from the judges.
Actor Trevor Donovan and Emma Slater performed a sexy tango that showcased their chemistry. Spoiler alert: it’s hot!! While there were some issues with Trevor’s frame, Derek said that he is the dark horse in the competition. This duo nabbed a 27/40.
Daniel Durant struggled with learning the choreography for the rumba. Judge Carrie Ann Inaba praised his performance with Britt Stewart, calling it “mind-blowing.” The judges gave the couple a score of 31/40.
American Idol alum Jordin Sparks and pro Brandon Armstrong danced a sensual rumba. Jordin needs to work on her turns, but Len called it her best dance so far. The couple earned a 29/40.
Sam Champion and pro Cheryl Burke performed a samba that didn’t take off. Sam found the choreography difficult, but he still managed to radiate joy in his performance. Cheryl and Sam received a 25/40 from the judges.
Selma Blair dedicated her rumba to her late mother. Sasha Farber blindfolded Selma during training, and the actual performance, to cut down on her sensory overload. Judge Bruno Tonioli “loved” the routine. The couple scored 28/40.
Wayne Brady and pro Witney Carson performed a smooth and sexy tango. Len loved it and proclaimed it the best tango of the season. Agreed! The judges gave the couple a 33/40.
Jersey Shore star Vinny Guadagnino and Koko Iwasaki performed yet another rumba. But first, Koko sent Vinny to etiquette classes. Unfortunately, Vinny’s rumba failed to impress the judges. Koko and Vinny received a 23/40.
Heidi D’Amelio and her partner Artem Chigvintsev performed an Argentine tango that thrilled Len with its content. Derek said it is her best dance so far. The duo earned a 32/40 from the judges.
Shangela and Gleb Savchenko danced a sizzling rumba. Carrie Ann called their performance “fierce.” RuPaul’s Drag Race star Michelle Visage was in the audience to root on Shangela. The couple received a score of 30/40 from the judges.
Country singer Jessie James Decker and Alan Bersten also performed a rumba. Jessie needs to improve her footwork. Alan became visibly annoyed by the criticism that they received from the judges. Jessie looked like a golden statue with the gold body paint. She really went all in. The couple received a 26/40.
Daniella Karagach was sidelined again this week because of her Covid-19 diagnosis. Alexis Warr stepped in to dance with Joseph Baena. The couple’s “clean” Argentine tango earned praise from the judges. The duo received a score of 29/40.
The Bachelorette star Gabby Windey danced a steamy cha-cha with her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy. Carrie Ann wanted more fluidity and better extensions. Val and Gabby received a score of 33/40.
The bottom two couples were Sam and Cheryl Burke and Cheryl and Louis. The judges unanimously decided to save Sam and Cheryl. This marks the end of Cheryl and Louis’ DWTS journey.

Bravo has spawned quite a few spin-offs over the years. Some did great, and some just… sat there.
It makes sense, a show is pulling in the ratings so give the public more. Fresh faces, new places, and see if it can turn into a hit. Bravo has taken a chance on a lot of spin-off shows, but some didn’t make the cut. Today we’ll discuss a few of the more popular spawns of Real Housewives.
Lisa Vanderpump clearly used her mind control abilities to force the network into giving her a show centered around her restaurants. Her hectic food industry life was highlighted on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and she had an attractive group of servers and bartenders who all had attitudes dreams of making it big one day. Vanderpump Rules chronicled the ups and downs of life in Hollywood for this close-knit group of people. Little did we know what was eventually in store for us. After 9 seasons, VPR is still going. Special thanks to Brandi Glanville and Scheana Shay for kicking it all off by forcing the mistress and the ex-wife to sit at a table together. How gauche!
Oh yeah this one was gonna be a gold mine no matter how you sliced it. Bravo production probably got down on their hands and knees and thanked whatever entity that decided Teresa Giudice was going to jail. When the star of a big show like Real Housewives of New Jersey becomes a whole criminal, the world is watching. Of course these days it’s just another Tuesday, but when Teresa and Joe Giudice received prison sentences for bank, wire, and mail fraud – it was a big deal. Teresa going to camp for a 15 month term was heartbreaking for her family. So obviously Bravo wanted to film each and every moment. RHONJ cameras caught Teresa preparing for her time away from home and would obviously have to step away from the series for over a year. Bravo created a three-episode spin-off called Teresa Checks In to keep fans current. The special highlighted what life was like for her daughters, husband, and friends while Tre was away. It was an emotional roller coaster, I don’t think anyone wants to see children who are upset and traumatized because both parents are serving jail time.
Kandi Burruss must be very popular in the Bravo boardroom because they hand her spinoffs like gum. This is not a complaint, just an observation. Kandi is a multi-talented force from Real Housewives of Atlanta and a definite fan favorite. In 2015 Todd Tucker and Kandi decided to take a ski trip and Bravo decided to follow along. This spinoff provided a look into Kandi’s relationship with Mama Joyce. The ski trip only featured three episodes, but what it lacked in quantity, it made up in quality.
This is basically the final boss of spinoffs. Fans around the world collectively gasped for joy when Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip was announced. This show would have the main wives from most of the installments, all together in one space. Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice from Real Housewives of New Jersey. Kyle Richards from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Ramona Singer would be rubbing shoulders with Kenya Moore. It was like a fever dream come true! Seeing the Housewives from different cities getting together was fun and messy. It afforded viewers an opportunity to maybe see the ladies in a different light, out of their usual element. The first spinoff did so well, another followed almost immediately. This show has so many possibilities, it will never go stale.
Before you make a face, let’s please recognize that Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s spinoff from Real Housewives of Atlanta lasted 8 seasons. Let me repeat, someone continued to green light Don’t Be Tardy for 8 seasons. And because tenacity is a thing, DBT makes the list. This was one of Bravo’s first ventures into the spinoff arena. When Kim decided to leave RHOA and put the focus on her new growing family, Bravo decided to join in the fun. It was initially supposed to be a wedding special only, but Kim kept having kids, new career opportunities, and teaching Kroy how to appreciate Solo cups was just too good to pass up. The show was cancelled in December 2020.
