Dancing With The Stars’ Derek Hough Is Engaged To Longtime Girlfriend Hayley Erbert

He put a ring on it! Dancing With the Stars veteran Derek Hough has been with girlfriend Hayley Erbert for 7 years. The two first met on his and sister Julianna Hough’s Move Live Tour in 2014. Hayley was cast as a dancer and within a year, the two became a couple. Hayley then joined the cast of DWTS as a troop dancer.

Derek, who went from longtime DWTS dancer to now judge, previously admitted to trying to conceal their relationship for privacy reasons. But they finally gave in and their love was better for it. He said in an October 2020 interview, “It was liberating, honestly, just being like, ‘Hey, this is our relationship. This is cool. This is what it is and it’s great.'”

Now Derek and Hayley are putting their happiness on full display. As reported by Page Six, the couple announced the news via Instagram. Derek posted an adorable snap of him holding Hayley up in the air in his arms. He captioned it, “It’s only the beginning…the beginning of forever.” Well wishes flooded into his comments section. DWTS pro Sasha Farber wrote,“Congratulations!!!!!! About time man!!!!” Jenna Dewan added, “Awwwwww yay congratulations!!!!!!” with a bunch of heart emojis for emphasis.

As for the proposal itself, Troy Williams of Simply Troy Lifestyle + Events helped plan the special moment. He told People, “Derek surprised her and got her out of the house for the afternoon. He wanted their home transformed. They’re an adventurous couple and have seen such big moments, but their home is their sanctuary and it’s where they fell even more in love.” He then shared, “After she said ‘yes,’ it was just everything — such a special, beautiful moment and just so them.”

It sounds like Derek finally found a time that felt right for him. He told Entertainment Tonight in 2017 about the pressure to get engaged, “I want to marry once. I want to be with that person that I love dearly. I want to get to know that person. I feel like if anything, it’s something that I don’t feel like should be rushed into doing at all.”

After finally going public, the two started a YouTube channel together and started sharing. In one video, Derek acknowledged that the number 1 question he gets asked is when will he get engaged. Derek claimed that he doesn’t have commitment issues, he just doesn’t feel pressured. In one of Hayley’s candid videos, she talked about when they first met. She recalled, “I wouldn’t say I was playing hard to get, but I definitely didn’t show Derek me.” But Derek knew from the get go. He gushed, “I saw her heart and I was like, ‘I love that.’”

The couple have even discussed with fans their desire to have a family down the road. Hayley said she would like three kids then laughed, “But I might pop out one and be like, ‘I’m done.’” Derek agreed, “I want children, [but] I don’t know how many. I guess I’ll know after the first one, like, ‘Yeah, let’s do this again!’”

Luann de Lesseps And Sonja Morgan Are Reportedly Getting Their Own Show

New show alert! We’ve already spoken ad nauseam about how terrible the last season of Real Housewives of New York was. Fans have dissected every aspect of what went wrong. Ultimately, the reunion was scrapped and Bravo announced that the RHONY would be split into two franchises. One, a RHONY reboot with a presumably new cast. And two, RHONY Legacy for possible OGs and former fan favs.

But now two RHONY fan favs are set to star in an all new show, according to Page Six. Luann de Lesseps and Sonja Morgan have allegedly signed on to do a Simple Life-style reality show. While nothing has been confirmed by the powers that be, sources close to production shared the details. Much like the popular Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie reality series, Sonja and Lu will mingle with us everyday plebes. It will likely be set in Middle America, far removed from the glitz and glamour of their current lives.

Sources indicate that the paperwork is already signed and filming will begin in July. The show has yet to be named and is still technically in development. But all signs indicate that the show has the green light.

Lu made waves when she joined the cast of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, which did well with fans. Sonja hasn’t been a part of any spin off prior. And this would obviously be the first time the two would be fronting a show together. The series will also be the first spin off from RHONY that doesn’t involve Bethenny Frankel.

An insider revealed, “Luann and Sonja of course will be their fabulous selves and each episode will have them interacting with the locals. They don’t know the locations yet, but it’s going to be somewhere like Kansas or Nebraska, not some hipster Southern town. [Executives] have been holding the locations even from the gals until the last minute.” The show is expected to be about 10 episodes long and feature celerity guest stars.

This would obviously be big news in the RHONY world as casting is still struggling to make the next season happen. Back in April, rumors started that production was having a hard time finding a new cast. And outside of Jill Zarin begging for a spot on social media, we haven’t heard much coming out of RHONY Legacy. Although the same sources for this story indicate that Lu and Sonja will be a part of the cast.

It remains unknown when this new Lu and Sonja production will air and if it will be on Bravo or Peacock. But initial reactions on social media are overwhelmingly positive. It sounds like this show might be just what we needed.

Katie Maloney And Tom Schwartz Move Out Of Their House

Moving on and out. Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz announced their divorce in mid March, after revealing that they separated a month prior. The split seems amicable enough and in the three months following their split, the couple have continued to live together. But now it’s time for the Vanderpump Rules stars to take the next step and find different residences.

As reported by Us Weekly, Katie and Tom both posted to social media about moving out of their home. Katie wrote on her Instagram stories, “Update … in case you’re wondering … I just live amongst a sea of boxes. Moving in 2 days.” Tom posted his own photo featuring their dogs amongst moving boxes and wrote, “Children of divorce.”

Even after their divorce news, Katie and Tom tried very hard to maintain a positive relationship. They went out to have drinks together and even attended former castmate Stassi Schroeder’s Italian wedding without issue. Katie has noted that they were determined to stay friends through it all. In April, Katie shared, “I think that we really can remain friends. Like, our friendship is really the core of our relationship. That’s kind of what’s carried us through and this far and everything. We just really, genuinely have a great bond.”

Adding to the vibe that things are still harmonious despite their breakup, Katie stated, “We own a home together. We’re going to sell our house, but we have some repairs that we’re doing. We have to get it ready to sell.” She then added, “We’re not sleeping in bed together. It’s working, it’s peaceful.”

For his part, Tom has blamed himself for the demise of their relationship and praised Katie in the process. Back in April, he said of continuing to wear his wedding ring, “I don’t want to seem like I’m clinging onto something, but the reason I kept wearing it is because A) it’s a beautiful ring and B) I still have a great love and admiration for Katie. I love her with all my heart.” He continued, “Katie’s been so f—king great. I hate the word accommodating. It sounds so sterile, but she’s been amazing. We’ve been respectful of each other’s boundaries. But she’s my girl. Even though we’re separated, I would do anything for her.”

The couple bought the almost $2 million home in 2019. One year later, VPR was turned upside down with the news of key cast members Stassi and Kristen Doute being fired. While the show continued, Katie and Tom kept their marriage troubles under wraps. And despite much speculation about the future of VPR, the former couple are expected to film together for season 10.

The Challenge Alums Kam Williams and Leroy Garrett Welcome Their First Baby

The first Challenge baby! Kam Williams and Leroy Garrett may no longer be on The Challenge, but their lives off the show have only gotten better. The two met on season 31 of The Challenge: Vendettas in 2018 and originally started out as friends. After a blip or two, Kam and Leroy became an item. And now they are parents.

As reported by E! News, the couple welcomed baby boy Kingston Lee on May17th. Which just so happens to be the day after Leroy’s birthday. Kam gushed, “He completed our little family! Kingston is so perfect to us and I’m just obsessed with him, I never want to put him down. He is the perfect blend of us both.”

She continued, “Being new parents has been great for us. We are such a great team and work so well together. Kingston was completely manifested, and we even knew his name before he was conceived.” Kam explained, “Our birthing experience didn’t go as planned, and I will be sharing my experience with my audience on social media. But ultimately the baby and I were healthy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better birth team!”

Leroy added, “Now that I became a father, all selfishness is out the window. It’s us before me. One of my fears of having kids was not knowing how to take care of him, but since he got here its been like second nature.”

Kingston’s arrival comes a month after Kam and Leroy got engaged. In their joint Instagram post, Kam wrote, “To start out on a dating show to find love which I didn’t at the time, but it lead me to the love of my life. To years of you competing and us finding love on that game. We both found something that we didn’t go looking for & that just came naturally.”

Back in December, they also took to Instagram with the news that Kam was expecting. They shared a holiday-themed photo featuring a sonogram picture to announce. Kam wrote in her caption, “We always give each other the best gifts that money can’t buy, & this is by far the best gift we’ve been able to give & ever receive. Feels so good to be able to announce & share that we are becoming parents!! Our journey never fails to surprise me!! I love you so much @royleethebarber & can’t wait to meet our new edition to our fam.”

The couple have kept fans up to date on her pregnancy, sharing everything from maternity photos to taking CPR classes. In her last post before Kingston arrived, Kam wrote, “WOW this journey really flew by so quick. This was truly some of the most important months of my life & I’ll never forget the feeling. Watching my body grow, morning sickness, being closer to Lee, being able to connect with Kingston, eating whatever I want, Not bring too hard on myself, feeling the life inside me… Not one moment was taken for granted.”

Congrats to Kam and Leroy and welcome to the world, Kingston!

Kim Kardashian Jokes She’d Eat Poop If It Made Her Look Younger

Everyone knows that The Kardashians have a reputation for doing whatever it takes for beauty, and this time is not any different. According to the New York Times, Kim Kardashian let it be known that she will try anything to look young. As head Kardashian and leading the troupe of beauty, Kim shared, “I’ll try anything. If you told me that I literally had to eat poop every single day and I would look younger, I might, I just might.”

Now we know that the Kardashians have been known to go the distance for their beauty- I mean from cosmetic surgeries to boot-camp style workouts, so anything bizarre would really be common for the royal family of Calabasas. For the typical person, this may be a bit too much, but for Kim, the head curator of beauty, I think she probably would eat anything if it made her look younger.

The Kardashians, the family’s new show on Hulu, shows that in a world where it seems that only fame, wealth and looks matter, the most noble pursuit is to ‘be yourself’. At some point in the show, guest star James Cordon assures Khloe Kardashian how all the haters are meaningless, concluding: “Look! You’re drinking champagne at 4 p.m. on a Monday, and you’re at work! You’ve won.”

Aside from the show, Kim has been making the rounds promoting her upcoming skin-care line, SKKN by Kim. The skin-care line is not to be confused with her shapewear line, SKIMS. The skin-care involves a nine-step regiment that promises to allow the consumer to keep up with the Kardashians. Now the beauty mogul admitted the nine-step skin-care regimen is complex, revealing it “might seem scary to some” but hopes to make it more functional. “That’s why I’m here,” she shared, “to break it down, to be like, ‘They’re all necessary.’”

With the nine products setting you back $630, it is certainly tough to say if the skin-care line will be as successful as Kim’s shapewear and other beauty lines. Regardless, the skin-care line is poised to help erase years and reverse the time for some. The products are refillable, with replacement pods costing about 15 percent less than the original packaging if that is a concession. Even more interesting, doing so to my knowledge, without any of the product ingredients actually being poop.

NeNe Leakes Is Getting Sued By Her Boyfriend’s Ex-Wife Who Claims She Got With Him While He They Were Together

NeNe Leakes has been making headlines lately. Most notably, for her lawsuit against Bravo for allegations of racism. NeNe filed the case in April and is seeking an unspecified amount. Prior to that, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star went public with her new boyfriend, Nyonisela Sioh. It certainly seemed like NeNe was getting her groove back after the unfortunate death of husband, Gregg Leakes. But hold that thought – Nyonsiela’s ex-wife has something to say about this.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Nyonisela’s ex-wife, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh, is suing NeNe for taking her man. She is alleging that NeNe was sleeping with Nyonsiela while they were still married, causing her marriage to end. Melamine also claims that she was humiliated when NeNe posted a picture with Nyonisela on social media. It then drove a wedge between the married couple.

As for Malomine’s timeline in the documents, she named the date of their divorce as December 17th, 2021. But NeNe debuted her Liberian business man on Instagram for her December 14th birthday party at her Linnethia Lounge. And the pictures left little to the imagination – NeNe and Nyonisela were all boo’d up for cameras. Because of that photo, Malomine said she suffered emotional distress, mental anguish, and a loss of affection.

If you’re like me and didn’t know that you could sue someone for taking your man, the suit was filed in the former couple’s state of residence, North Carolina. And NC is one of 7 states where you can sue for a spouse’s extramarital partner for alienation of affection. Malomine is asking for over $100k in her suit.

Since the news came out, NeNe, who famously told then co-star Kim Zolciak, “close your legs to married men,” is now defending herself. People is reporting that NeNe took to Instagram Live to say she’s not a home wrecker. Said NeNe, “I’m already out here a husband stealer and this is too much. And ain’t nobody out here stealing husbands. Are they? I would never. Nobody wants to steal nobody else’s problems, honey.” NeNe also implored viewers to “show each other a little more love.”

Bethenny Frankel Receives Reality Royalty Award From MTV

All hail the Queen of Reality TV. At least according to MTV. The network created The Reality Royalty Award at last year’s MTV Movie & TV Awards: Unscripted. Now a Real Housewives of New York icon will be honored with the achievement for 2022. The Unscripted portion of the awards show pays homage to the overwhelming amount of reality show content that is now an entertainment staple.

As reported by Variety, Bethenny Frankel received the award at MTV’s annual event. Bethenny’s reality TV career spans back to 2005 when she appeared on The Apprentice: Martha Stewart. She came in second place but only 3 years later, she was cast on Bravo’s RHONY. Her fame and likability on the show earned her a spinoff called Bethenny Ever After. The show followed her getting married and having a baby. It ran for 3 seasons before she was welcomed back to RHONY.  Bethenny made her final exit from the franchise in 2019.

Outside of Bravo, Bethenny also had her own (short lived) talk show. In addition, her 2021 series Big Shot With Bethenny aired on HBO. The competition featured contestants trying to nab a spot as Bethenny’s right hand man (or woman) at her business empire. That empire consists mainly of Skinnygirl Cocktails, which she created in 2009. The original drink, a pre-made, low calorie margarita mix, was the first of its kind. Bethenny sold the liquor portion of the company for a reported $120 million. Ever the smart businesswoman, she  kept the rights to the Skinnygirl name so she could launch other products. Skinnygirl now has everything from popcorn to  jeans sold on HSN.

Bethenny has also authored 1o books with half of them being best sellers. Her most recent book, Business Is Personal: The Truth About What it Takes to Be Successful While Staying True to Yourself was released this year. In the book, she gives advice on business and what she has learned form big names like Hillary Clinton and Mark Cuban.

Now that she’s off reality TV, Bethenny has focused her energy on more charitable endeavors. Her BStrong Foundation was created in 2017 and specializes in disaster relief. BStrong has helped victims of natural disasters in California, Puerto Rico, Haiti to name a few. The organization recently raised a staggering $100 million for Ukrainian refugees fleeing the war. In her personal life, she is currently engaged to Paul Bernon, who has also pitched in on her philanthropic efforts.

The “unscripted” part of the show aired after MTV Movie & TV Awards and it was hosted by Tayshia Adams. Congrats to Bethenny!

Drew Sidora Implies She Dated LeBron James Again

Drew Sidora is lost without her defunct leader, Porsha Williams, on this season of Real Housewives of Atlanta. It’s actually painful to watch her scenes with Ralph Pittman. And don’t get me started on that prophet-for-profit “therapist” they’ve been seeing…

Drew’s main goal so far this season has been trying to prove why she is on the show, and it’s coming off as thirsty. Even towards the end of Season 13, she started clamoring for the spotlight. Remember the poorly timed pet-wig gift for LaToya Ali? Or her claims that she had spent time with LeBron James in the past?

During the Season 13 reunion, Drew came under fire from Kenya Moore for being “face down on a coffee table with Bolo” during Cynthia Bailey’s infamous bachelorette party. According to Showbiz CheatSheet, there were rumors that Drew had a relationship with the stripper.

Drew tried to shake off the accusation saying,“Bolo said to me that he met me with LeBron James in the past. And so, yeah, I’m friends with LeBron James, and I used to be with a lot of people.” No one seemed impressed. Andy Cohen asked her, “You and LeBron and Bolo were together?” and Drew responded, “No! He said he met me out with LeBron, and he had eyes for me or something. And I was like, ‘Well, yeah, I be around a lot of Hollywood people. You know? I run in different circles, so…”

According to the Chicago Tribune in 2003 Drew was proudly boasting about her “main squeeze” LeBron. At the time, she was nineteen, and shared, “I don’t really like to talk about my personal life. I’ll just say that he’s my boy. We’re really good friends.” She also claimed, “Music precedes everything for me. It’s my passion. I live in the studio — I sleep in the studio.”

According to Page Six, Drew is at it again. During a RHOA episode, she repeated to the other women, “I was on Melrose and we were at a restaurant and a certain king of the NBA sent me over a drink” All this with her panini-level-pressed husband listening. The name drop was censored, but I think we all know who Drew is talking about. Her arsenal for name-dropping is about as empty as her therapist’s wall of certifications.

Drew assured the other women that her tryst with the “mystery” baller was before he was married. But Sanya Richards-Ross had questions. “Hasn’t [bleep] and [bleep] been dating since high school?” she asked in a confessional.

Detective Kenya was also on the case. In her confessional, she assured viewers, “Child, Drew is talking about LaQuan. Y’all just heard it wrong.”

Either way, congrats to Drew on knowing LeBron. I think she needs to hear it at this point.

Tom Girardi Ordered To Pay $2.3 Million In Restitution To His Former Clients

Time to pay up. It’s hard to keep track of all the lawsuits against disgraced attorney Tom Girardi and his estranged wife Erika Jayne. Ever since she filed for divorce in November of 2020, things quickly spun out of control. Approximately one month later, Tom was accused of embezzling funds from his clients. It’s estimated that he allegedly stole millions from the clients he represented in large settlement cases. Erika, whose legal woes have played out on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, hasn’t been charged with anything. But she has multiple lawsuits against her as well.

Now Radar Online is reporting that Tom has been ordered to pay $2.3 million-plus interest in restitution to his former clients. The majority of the money will be going to orphans and widows, the most vulnerable of his clients. Tom was also slapped with $5k in sanctions. In addition, he has officially been disbarred after accumulating 14 counts of violating ethics rules and California law.

Since Tom’s law firm went bankrupt in 2020, a recent filing revealed that there is a whopping $517 million in claims against them. $363 million of it was unsecured claims, $17 million in priority claims. Additionally, $137 million is in secured claims and  $250k in administrative claims.

Tom’s clients have accused him of using their rightfully awarded settlement money to fund his lifestyle with Erika. In a class action lawsuit against both Tom and Erika, documents read, “[Tom] …continues to use that money to fund his and Erika’s lavish lifestyle, release personal guarantees, pay down loans, route the money to friends and family and satisfy other outstanding debts.”

Now Tom has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and lives in a senior living facility under a conservatorship. For her part, Erika is now living in $1+ million bungalow and still using a glam squad. And while she repeatedly denied any wrongdoing on her part, she certainly hasn’t attempted to clear her name in the court of public opinion. In the trailer for the latest season of RHOBH, she tells costars, “I don’t give a f–k about anybody else but me.” Even more shocking, in a recent episode, she claimed that the victims of Tom’s alleged crimes might be lying about not receiving their money. Low, even for Erika.

But Erika has her own problems in this mess. She’s being sued for $25 million by Tom’s bankruptcy trustee to cough up funds that were paid to her company, EJ Global. Her company has since been suspended by the California Franchise Tax Board.

Dorothy Wang Confirms Another Season Of Bling Empire

Attention all Bling Empire fans – more is coming your way soon! Netflix just released season 2 on May 13th, but apparently we don’t have to wait long for season 3. And that’s just fine by me because I was pretty frustrated by some of the cliffhangers. I can’t be the only one.

Dorothy Wang, who joined the cast this season, revealed to Page Six that season 3 of Bling Empire has already been filmed. She stated, “It’s already locked and loaded. All the drama that you see [in Season 2], it really continues to intensify and heat up.” Dorothy added, “The feuds get feudier [sic] and there’s a lot of deep-rooted things that come out.” She went on, “A lot of lines are drawn and a lot of friendships are ended.” She also noted that the third installment will “probably” drop “at the end of the summer.” Which seems pretty quick given how long we had to wait in between seasons 1 and 2.

One of my biggest moments of annoyance came when the Jessey Lee cheating rumors went unresolved. Season 1 showed Cherie Chan proposing after she got sick of waiting. But this season, rumors swirled that Jessey was married with a whole family at the time that they got together. Nothing got leaked to Cherie and the story just kind of disappeared after Kane Lim lost his chance to tell her. The couple has since gotten married. But I’m hoping that somehow the storyline continues.

As for another loose end, we didn’t really get to see what happened between Kim Lee and Kevin Kreider. The two went back and forth on a possible romance. But it looked like things fizzled when Kim admitted on a lie detector test that she didn’t want to be with Kevin. Note to all you singles out there – it’s probably not a good idea to take lie detector tests before you have even kissed.

Either way, we did see that Dorothy ended up moving to New York but she’s still spending plenty of time on the West Coast. But is there a possible Bling Empire NYC spin-off in the works? Dorothy shared, “I feel like people would like that. I have a great, fun, diverse group of friends in New York. Everything’s like fast. Everyone is, like, kind of sassier. No one holds back.” According to Dorothy, her friends in New York “say it and go for the jugular” if they “feel some type of way.” In her opinion, people in LA are more “calculated and manipulative.”

Dorothy would know considering she’s not new to reality tv. The former Rich Kids of Beverly Hills star spent 4 seasons on the series. But jumping back in was a lot harder than she thought it would be. She explained, “When you’re on a show … things get a little bit more dramatic. You’re placed in situations you normally wouldn’t get placed in. It’s kind of your job to get fired up because you can’t really be boring. You have to have opinions.” Dorothy concluded, “And so that was one of my qualms or something that I was nervous about getting back into, because as outgoing as I am, I do kind of also do appreciate when things are peaceful.”

Bachelor In Paradise Alums Abigail Heringer And Noah Erb Don’t Want A TV Wedding

From breaking up at 80’s prom to planning a future wedding! Bachelor franchise sweethearts Abigail Heringer and Noah Erb are dishing on their plans for their future wedding and their life as a couple post Bachelor In Paradise. The two made one thing very clear- They do not want a televised wedding.

While I’m sure many of us, including myself, would love to watch the nuptials of these two lovebirds, Abigail and Noah are calling it quits on reality tv. “I’m very grateful that ‘Paradise’ gave us the environment for us to meet each other, but I am also very content to leave that chapter behind us, too,” Abigail shared with Page Six.

Although, it sounds as if the couple did take it into consideration. “Weddings are expensive. I’m like, ‘Oh, could I get it all paid for?’ That’s the finance side of me thinking that, but I also don’t want to deal with some guy that I met on ‘Paradise’ standing up and objecting and me tackling him from the pews. I don’t want to deal with that … I wouldn’t want to do a televised wedding,” Noah revealed.

Televised weddings and drama aren’t exactly uncommon in Bachelor In Paradise.  If you don’t know what tragic story I’m alluding to … In 2019, Bachelor In Paradise couple Chris Randone and Krystal Nelson had their wedding televised and officiated by Chris Harrison. Notoriously, John Paul Jones picked a fight with Derek Peth over his intentions with Tayshia Adams during the middle of the reception. JPJ went as far as to call Derek a “Bachelor Nation Groupie” and “Full of sh*t”. This is the kind of manufactured drama Noah wants to avoid, and Abigail agrees. “No more cameras,” she says.

The two initially began their romance on season 7 of Bachelor in Paradise where they started off strong but struggled with passion. They both seemed to have been in it for the long haul, but Noah eventually admitted to Abigail that she wasn’t his “person”. They had an emotional breakup, but it seemingly didn’t last long!

After filming ended the couple reconciled. “It wasn’t fun to go through the ending, but I think it really worked out for us because we were able to move at our own pace afterward, get back together and remove ourselves from the show bubble and say, ‘OK, were the feelings real? Do we care about each other and so forth?’ And we did. So we gave it another shot. We live together now, so I think we’re doing pretty well,” says Abigail.

Matthew Morrison Reads Alleged Text Sent To So You Think You Can Dance Contestant; Says “I Have Nothing To Hide”

So You Think You Can Dance returned after a three-year hiatus with all-new judges and a brand-new scandal. The new judging panel for Season 17 consisted of Stephen “tWitch” Boss, JoJo Siwa, and Matthew Morrison. tWitch was a contestant on So You Think You Can Dance, so he knows all about the competition.

JoJo appeared on Season 30 of Dancing with the Stars and was the first contestant to have a same-sex partner. JoJo’s partner, Jenna Johnson, was once a contestant on SYTYCD. Interesting, right?

Then we have Matthew. He is not only a Broadway star but also starred on the TV show, Glee. Shortly after the SYTYCD premiere, Matthew announced in a statement on May 27, 2022, that he was leaving his new gig. “Having the opportunity to be a judge on So You Think You Can Dance was an incredible honor for me,” Matthew said in the statement. “Therefore, it is my deepest regret to inform you that I will be leaving the show.” That was a shocker.

“After filming the audition rounds for the show and completing the selection of the 12 finalists, I did not follow competition production protocols, preventing me from being able to judge the competition fairly,” Matthew stated. “I cannot apologize enough to all involved and I will be watching alongside you all on what I know will be one of the best seasons yet,” he added.

Now we are learning more about what protocols Matthew broke. An insider close to So You Think You Can Dance alleged that Matthew was actually fired because he had “an inappropriate relationship” with a female contestant. “They didn’t have sex, but he reached out to her through flirty direct messages on social media,” the source claimed.

The contestant felt uneasy and went to producers about the messages. After the producers involved Fox, they completed their own investigation and pink-slipped Matthew. Matthew is married with kids, which makes this doubly inappropriate. The audition rounds of  the show are pre-taped, so Matthew will be gracing our TV screens until the live competition begins.

Page Six reported that Matthew is speaking out about losing his job. In an Instagram video, Matthew said, “It’s really unfortunate that I have to sit here and defend myself and my family against blatantly untrue statements made anonymously, but I have nothing to hide.”

He continued, “So, in the interest of transparency, I will read to you the one message that I wrote to a dancer on the show.”

Matthew read the supposed text but did not show any any screenshots or his actual phone to the camera. They’re called receipts, Matthew. And we really need them at this point.

“Hey! It’s Matthew. If you don’t mind, would love to get your number and talk you through some things,” Matthew stated. Matthew claimed that he and the contestant “share a mutual respect” for the same choreographer. That is still inappropriate.

Matthew continued, “I’ve known her [the choreographer] for over 20 years and was trying to help her get a job as a choreographer on the show.” The former judge added, “It’s devastating that we live in this world where gossip rules and people’s lives are being thrown around as clickbait.”

Page Six reached out to both Fox and Matthew for comment.

There is no word on who will be taking Matthew’s seat at the judges’ table when the live competition begins.

Fans Drag Shannon Beador For Hanging Out With Kelly Dodd

I’m not really sure when it happened or why, but Shannon Beador and Kelly Dodd are friends. The two butted heads plenty during their time on Real Housewives of Orange County but it looks like those days are over. Despite Kelly constantly attacking Shannon’s current costars, Shannon seems to be quite cozy with Kelly.

But fans are not feeling it. As reported by Page Six, Shannon got read for filth after posting a picture of them together. The two celebrated Memorial Day together at a party hosted by former Bravo star Jeff Lewis. Shannon posted multiple photos of the affair for her 1.3 million Instagram followers to see. In multiple pictures, Shannon and Kelly are happily posing with their arms around one another.

Unfortunately for Shannon, her comments section lit up with criticism for hanging out with Kelly. One fan referenced Kelly’s recent comments about the Uvalde elementary school shooting. Kelly insensitively tweeted out her thoughts on the matter, comparing the mass shooting to 9/11. The user wrote, “Really Shannon you’re still friends with Kelly? After the things she said about the school shooting in Uvalde. You are the company you keep.”

Another person added, “I thought you were better than this, @shannonbeador and @heathermcdonald. Hanging with Kelly Dodd? Seriously?” They added an eye roll emoji. Yet another person chastised Shannon and said, “@shannonbeador still hanging out with Kelly Dodd not a good look. I guess you’re showing us who you really are. Guilty by association. Definitely not my favorite RHOC member anymore.”

But others were excited to see the pair together again. Said one commenter, “I’m so happy you and Kelly are still friends.” Another gushed, “Pretty girls. Kelly never looked so good and happy nice to see your friends.” They used a bunch of clapping emojis and a heart emoji for emphasis.

While I am surprised that Kelly and Shannon are friends, I’m not surprised Shannon got dragged. Kelly has really been on one lately, and it’s not a good look. Even if you agree with some of her opinions, she recently went after her stepdaughter in a public tirade. And it was bad.

After Kelly and her husband, Rick Leventhal, weren’t invited to his grown daughter Veronica Leventhal’s wedding, Kelly went off on social media. Kelly tweeted, “Who doesn’t invite their own Dad to their wedding? Everyone knows she’s a narcissistic spoiled brat ! [My daughter] Jolie [Dodd] and my friends hate her. Rick’s friends hate her as well!! Always two sides to a story !” In another tweet, Kelly called Veronica “evil” and a “spoiled brat.”

Rick later defended Kelly, saying that she wasn’t the cause of them not being invited. But the whole incident was just another low for Kelly. Just when you thought she couldn’t get any lower.

Lisa Rinna Is Being Threatened With Legal Action After Leaking Someone’s Phone Number On Her Instagram

Lisa Rinna might have to own it…and lawyer up. After she recently doxxed someone online, they are now threatening legal action against Rinna. The trouble began when an unknown number text the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star. The message read, “Lisa, you need to stop with your rumors and lies about me. There’s plenty I can expose about you.” Lisa being Lisa, she then posted a screen shot of the message to her Instagram stories. She did so without blurring out or hiding his number. There’s no way to tell how many people saw it, but Lisa has over 3 million followers on the platform.

Since the dust up, the mystery texter has been revealed as Patrick Somers. As reported by Reality Blurb, Patrick isn’t happy with Lisa’s online antics. As a result, he tweeted out that he plans on moving forward with legal action. Patrick wrote, “As many know @lisarinna had millions of individuals call and text me in an online attack which gave millions access to my personal data. I received death threats, racial discrimination, and bullying. Today I sit with my 2 attorneys as we move forward with legal action.” His tweet was accompanied by a picture of what appears to be him, sitting with two men in suits. Which leaves us to speculate if this is him sitting with his legal team.

After Lisa originally leaked his number, Patrick took to his own Instagram stories to fire back. He shared, “@lisarinna Umm thank you for putting my number online?” Another slide added, “@lisarinna I suggest you take your post down before I sue you or leak your number since you think it’s acceptable to leak mine.” Patrick did just that, displaying Lisa’s (alleged) number in his own Instagram stories. He wrote “Why are you starting drama with someone that is half your age you overfilled ancient dinosaur[.] Anyways here’s Lisa’s number since she posted mine.”

So what’s behind this seemingly random beef? According to Patrick, Lisa has been gossiping about him after learning he was staring in a new show. He claimed that the show would compete with RHOBH. Patrick divulged in another slide, “Mind you…this is because Production has started on a series called ‘real husbands of sunset’ and the series is set to compete with the real housewives and features an all male cast . . . . (me being a member).”

Patrick also went on to talk about the husband. He wrote, “And btw I never said her husband was gay. A little rainbow emoji never hurt anyone but I mean if the shoe fits.” A final takedown from Patrick on Instagram read, “You need to go worry about YOUR husband and YOUR finances and who he’s spending his time with because his wife is too busy running her overfilled mouth. Beverly Hills talks…and we all know.”

Dorit Kemsley’s still dealing with a lot of anxiety following the robbery. She’s trying her best to work through her issues, but it’s a lot. It’s weird hearing Lisa Rinna use the word violation about Dorit, but Crystal Kung Minkoff wasn’t allowed to do it. Noted.

Garcelle Beauvais phones Crystal the next morning to find out how she’s doing. She’s obviously holding on to issues from last season, and that’s okay. People in this group hold grudges for far too long over far less. Crystal’s entitled to her feelings, and Garcelle convinces her to stop by and talk it out.

Erika Jayne says she was backed into a corner last year, so being back in the same place is crazy. She’s trying to concoct a narrative that the victims are lying about not receiving their money. Girl, bye. Who is Erika trying to fool here? She’s crafting a facade that her life is perfect and back to normal, and everyone sees through it.

Garcelle’s looking at Erika like every word coming out of her mouth is straight bullshit. Period. She’s not going to sit there and accept the garbage is being spewed in her direction. She’s better than that, and the rest of the group should follow suit.

Diana Jenkins hangs out with Sutton Stracke, and they recall the incident from the night before. I’m surprised Sutton is hanging out with Diana after things she said about her. It’s only a matter of time before that situation blows up.

The group wants Crystal to speak her truth and open up about how she was feeling. Crystal’s willing to do it, but she doesn’t want to talk about it again after this. Last season she felt a big campaign to police her feelings, so she shuts down a lot. They aren’t a safe space for her. She’s allowed to say how she feels.

Out of nowhere, Garcelle says she felt Crystal set Sutton up last season. What a blindside! Crystal didn’t see that coming at all. She brings up something about Sutton from last year saying there was something dark we never heard.

I hate when people bring something up like that, and then don’t want to talk about it. If Crystal isn’t going to share her thoughts, why bring it up?

Crystal’s treading on thin ice by pulling something like this. She’s giving everyone in the group ammunition to come after her. She might wreck her friendship with Sutton over this. Plus, there’s a good chance she’s alienating herself from the Fox Force Four as well. I’d hate to see Crystal on an island by herself just because she didn’t get her point across in the most articulate way.

It looks like Sutton’s french designer made it over the border. I know that was a big fire for her to try and put out, so I’m happy it was hosed out. Now that he’s here, she’s hosting a Parisian party. She loves a good French-themed event. She might be the biggest Francophile on the planet.

Lisa won’t be attending the party because her mother had a stroke. We know this isn’t good. This is about making her comfortable because she has a DNR. We know how much she loves her, so this is another heartbreaking moment for the women this season. Say what you want about Rinna, but nobody wants to lose a parent. It’s the worst feeling. Erika also won’t be attending the party. No surprise there.

Garcelle tells Sutton to watch her back with her new friend Crystal because of what she alluded to. This could be the thing that comes in between Sutton and Garcelle for the first time. Crystal needs to just say what it is, so we can move on. This doesn’t need to be something dragged on for too many episodes.

Kyle Richards and Garcelle are the ghost-producing duo I never knew I needed. Kyle says she was there that night and heard everything, so she knows what really went down. She knows there’s something to this Sutton/Crystal thing, but it’s going in circles. Garcelle tried to tell Crystal that dark was a strong word, but Crystal SNAPPED.

Crystal was crystal clear when she said she didn’t want that word thrown in her face. However, that’s what happens when you throw out an ambiguous comment and don’t elaborate. This is far from over.

Dorit’s getting some sort of counseling or help for what she’s going through since the robbery. She’s doing EMDR which is apparently a good therapy for victims of traumas. It helps reprogram the brain to associate negative events with positive feelings.

You can tell Dorit’s going THROUGH it. Reliving the men holding her at gunpoint has to be harrowing. Dorit breaks down at the mere thought of something scary happening to her children. She could’ve lost them that night. Hell, she could’ve lost her own life as well. It’s haunting her. No matter what she does, the thought of the entire family being killed destroys her internally.
