Big Brother 19 Week 10 Alliance Update: The Misfits Getting Closer to Final Three 9/6/2017

With only two weeks left inside the Big Brother 19 house before the live grand finale, Paul Abrahamian and his minions have set the stage for a run at the final three Big Brother 19 players. Paul and his two closest allies, Josh Martinez and Christmas Abbott, have finally given their alliance a title, and have named themselves the Misfits. After this week’s Big Brother double eviction episode, Paul and company will only have to disperse of two other houseguests to make their long planned final three schematic come to fruition.  Do they have what it takes to bring it home?

Another week has gone by in the Big Brother 19 house, and this has been another week of Paul manipulating his minions into doing exactly what he needs from them. Somehow this season, Paul consistently manages to get his dirty work done by other houseguests, while getting no blood on his hands. This puts him in a great position with the jury votes. There was a minor snag in his plan this week when Josh started to see the light.

Paul has set up the game this week for Christmas, the current Head of Household, to be the one with all the blood on her hands when she casts the tiebreaker vote to evict Jason Dent.  Josh, of all people, managed to see how this plan benefitted Paul’s game plan, but did nothing to help his game and Christmas. In typical Paul fashion, he managed to convince Josh all was well with the plan. He then even solicited the assistance of Christmas to help calm Josh’s fears. Paul worked his magic yet again this season with the feeble-minded houseguests.

Raven Walton was put on such a high pedestal by her showmance partner, Matthew Clines, that she actually believes she is Paul’s final two in Big Brother 19.  Even to Julie Chen’s surprise, Matt bragged during his eviction interview that Raven was more than capable of winning Big Brother 19. If Raven did have a shot (which she never has) of winning BB19, she definitely blew it when she told everyone she has ‘Rough Kneecap Syndrome.’ Does anyone think Raven will see the error of her ways when she watches this season of Big Brother?  One can only hope.

Then we have poor little Alex Ow who has been totally bamboozled by Paul this season. While Alex is certain that she is Paul’s final two, she will most likely be evicted this Thursday during the double eviction. She will leave the house right after her ride or die, Jason, walks out the door.  Alex played a good game, but she let Paul control her way too much. Her partner Jason tried to stand up for himself and not let Paul or anyone control his gameplay. His firm stance last week is what has him walking the plank this week.

Lastly, we have clueless Kevin Schlehuber in the Big Brother 19 house. Kevin, more than any other houseguest, has just kicked back and done exactly what Paul has asked him to do all season.  Paul controls Kevin so much, at this point, that Paul can ask Kevin to throw competitions, and he will agree to do it with no explanation other than a “trust me.”  Kevin hasn’t managed to win one comp this summer (neither has Raven). He is sure that he is going to the final two with Paul, and that may just be the best pick for Paul instead of Josh or Christmas. At least Josh has won something for himself and Christmas too.

There is no arguing that Big Brother 19 will do down in the history books as the season of Paul. He has been in control of that house since day one, literally.  Although I am not a big fan of this season’s gameplay, it’s hard not to say Paul deserves to win. When one person can manage to convince an entire house of people to do whatever he says for an entire summer, they deserve respect.

Can anyone, at this point, dethrone Paul?

Kate Chastain Criticizes Captain Sandy Yawn’s Leadership Style; Nico Scholly Not Sure If He Hooked Up With Brianna; New Erika Jayne Music On The Way

After what felt like the longest break ever, Watch What Happens Live is back with new episodes. It’s perfect timing with the Below Deck Season 5 premiere, so it was fitting that Kate Chastain and Nico Scholly were Andy Cohen’s guests. They are the only returning crew members from last season.

Kate, Nico, and Andy discussed the Below Deck episode and even shared their commentary on some of the Below Deck Mediterranean drama that went down during its last season. Plus, two Real Housewives rang the door bell for some surprise appearances.

Andy wasted no time asking Nico if he hooked up with new cast member Brianna Adekeye when they were drunk in the back of a cab a few years ago. Nico admitted, “I was quite frankly blacked out,” which prompted Andy to conclude, “So maybe.” There was no hint at this coming up later in the season, but it wouldn’t be surprising if it does. With that said, Nico later clarified, “I’m in a relationship right now with Melissa. You see her a few times on the show. She is here tonight.”

Of course Andy had to ask Kate, “Are you attached?” She didn’t hesitate to declare, “I’m floating.” Andy also wondered, “Are you looking for a man or a lady?” Kate shared, “I’ve been dating men lately.” Which of course prompted a caller to inquire about her relationship with chef Ben Robinson. Kate said, “We’re still friends. We talk very often. We’re living in different cities. He’s doing traveling on land with catering. I’m still doing yachting. That’s it.”

They also dished on the latest Below Deck Med season and the love triangle with Malia White, Adam Glick, and Wes Walton. Kate said, “I think Malia led on Adam and it was inappropriate.” Nico chimed in with, “It was a little bit redundant.” Sure, it was, but it was entertaining television.

Unlike the crew from last season, Kate and Nico had no issue with Hannah Ferrier hooking up with a charter guest. Kate explained, “Who wouldn’t? It’s like the modern Cinderella.” Fair enough. Both Kate and Nico denied hooking up with charter guests in the past, but they both made it clear that they weren’t against the idea. Kate shared, “None of the ones that offered me were that good looking.” Nico theorized, “If someone with a lot of money wants to make out with you like that, then I’ll be the charter guest next time.”

Kate described the argument between Hannah and Bobby Giancola on Watch What Happens Live as both “amazing” and “unexpected.” When asked whose side she was on, she admitted, “I don’t even know what they were talking about.”

One person who Kate wouldn’t side with is Captain Sandy Yawn. Kate shared, “I do not know Captain Sandy, but I also do not like her leadership style. I think it’s a little bit micro-managey.”

Returning New Jersey Housewife Danielle Staub stopped by the club house with a sneak peak of the Real Housewives of New Jersey premiere, which centered around the notorious Kim D, of course. Melissa Gorga made it clear that she is not a fan of Kim DePaola and Siggy Flicker was adamant about not wanting to pick sides. Poor Kim D. She still isn’t a Housewife after all of these years, but at the same time, she is still the topic of conversation. It is a true double edged sword.

Danielle also described her one-time nemesis Teresa Giudice by saying, “She is my girl.” They’ve really come a long way since Teresa flipped a table in her direction during the iconic Season 1 finale. Danielle teased, “And here we are fast forward all these years later. You guys are going to have to watch and see what happens because it is a torturous, long journey to get to where we are now.” She even declared, “Without Teresa and I, I don’t think there would be RHONJ.”

Erika Girardi also randomly popped in because the Beverly Hills Housewives are in New York City for Fashion Week, which gave me Season 1 flashbacks to Kyle Richards yelling “You’re such a f-cking liar Camille.” Hopefully the RHOBH ladies are at that level this time around after slacking the past couple seasons. Erika also revealed that there will be new Erika Jayne music in December and “the first of the year, the EP comes out.”

Meghan Edmonds Says She Did Nothing To Deserve Kelly Dodd’s Attack

Meghan Edmonds tries hard, y’all, but when dealing with women who act like babies, she’s facing an impossible task. Especially because motherhood and babies are so boring and exhausting. In response to Kelly Dodd‘s accusation that she is a pot-stirring absentee mother, Meghan insists she’s been nothing but a great friend to Kelly and didn’t deserve having her character attacked.

After being the one who helped Kelly make amends with Shannon Beador, Meghan was shocked to find herself “the one under fire.” Now she recognizes that everyone getting along was “too good to be true.” Never rest on your Housewives laurels as they say!

The drama started when Kelly asserted that Shannon was secretly recording their conversation. Of that accusation, Meghan says, “I was so confused. What would be her motive to record Kelly? It doesn’t sound like Shannon at all, so that’s why I wanted to bring it to her attention.” Actually that does sound like Shannon based on the shady footage we saw from last season!

Meghan defends calling Shannon because Kelly “never asked me not to call.” Oh, please – Meghan knows better! She knew exactly what she was doing. Me-Me-Me-Meeeedling! Still, Meghan insists, “I didn’t think it would turn in to such an ordeal.”

“I do realize now that I shouldn’t have called her right away, but I wasn’t trying to be disrespectful to Kelly at all by doing that – I just wanted to try to shut it down before it ruminated,” Meghan explains. “I don’t want ANY drama! I’m over here in survival mode! Also, I’m so exhausted with the baby that sometimes I don’t think things through…this was one of those times.”

Meghan did think through her lunch with Vicki Gunvalson and had “nothing but good intentions” in seeking to understand Vicki’s beliefs. “If I’m going to be friends with her, I want it to be authentic.”

“It didn’t go as well as I’d hoped because when she started saying certain things about Shannon, I felt that as Shannon’s friend, I had to tell her what was said,” defends Meghan. “I even told Vicki that I was going to tell Shannon – that’s not me stirring anything up AT ALL! That’s me being a loyal friend to Shannon.”

Of course it all came to a very dragtastic conclusion during bingo where Meghan found herself in Kelly’s warpath. “I’ve been nothing but a good friend to Kelly and have ALWAYS been there for her, so I was shocked when she accused me otherwise. I’ve seen her fights with the other girls and never thought her nastiness would be directed towards me.”

Meghan maintains that texting Kelly to ask if she had a boyfriend “wasn’t the same” as Kelly accusing Jimmy of cheating. “It would’ve been the same if Kelly had asked ME if I was having an affair on Jimmy. I went straight to the source to shut it down when I asked Kelly, but she took it a step further and accused my husband of cheating on me.” Ummmmm… sounds like semantics to me!

“I really appreciate Shannon and Tamra trying to have my back though because what Kelly said to me at bingo was intentionally hurtful – and that mixed with hormones was not a good combo for me.”

“After all of that, when talking ‘friendship,’ I can’t look at Kelly the same way anymore,” Meghan concludes in her Bravo blog. “And she was right, I shouldn’t have wasted my precious night out with her, I would’ve much rather been home with my baby.

Meghan just seems bored. It’s definitely isolating being home with a baby, but isn’t that why Meghan hired a nanny who is also her cousin? Meghan loves to involve herself in everyone else’s drama, then insist she’s just trying to do the right thing. Well, sometimes the right thing is knowing when to quit! She had no business tattling to Shannon about Kelly’s suspicions – the only effect that had was escalating a situation and riling up both Kelly and Shannon. I will say though, Meghan is correct: she has always been a good and salient friend to Kelly!

Big Brother 19 Spoilers: Live Feeds Day 67 Highlights: Relaxation and Questionable Motives

Not much went down in the Big Brother 19 house on yesterday. The Big Brother 19 players showed that they’re way too comfortable with Paul Abrahamian as a player and ally. The group rehashed the season and how it was silly for anyone to go after Paul. Insert ‘really?’ face here.

Most of the day was spent relaxing around the house. As we told you yesterday, PopTV provided the houseguests with some food, games, and alcohol. The next day, the group still had a few of those games setup around the Big Brother house, which they used to continue their day of relaxation.

Highlights from the Day

• The houseguests spent a lot of time once again discussing Raven Walton’s illnesses and which ones were believable, and which ones weren’t believable. They discussed how her constant lies were starting to aggravate them.
• Christmas Abbott took some time to explain her Big Brother 19 game to the camera. She mentioned how she hoped that the jury realized how hard Josh Martinez and her played the game. She didn’t want them to think that they were carried. She also discussed feeling great about working with Paul and Josh, and how great their team was in the Big Brother game.
• While at the pool, Paul once again convinced the houseguests that his brand of friendship meant he was an honest, straightforward game player. Josh once again expressed some concerns about Paul’s real intentions and game to Christmas, who once again ignored his beliefs.
• Kevin Schlehuber and Jason Dent had a discussion about their possible paths to victory. Jason seemed to have enough foresight to realize that the only way he could win Big Brother 19 is if someone evicted Paul and Alex Ow. However, he said he wasn’t willing to get rid of either of them. Oh, Jason…

Below Deck Season 5 Premiere Recap: Do The Dew Green

Last night was the premiere of Below Deck season 5 and guess what?! I have thoughts. Oh so many thoughts. And I may still pine for the Season 1 cast. Oh Bravo, where did you, NOT Captain Lee Rosbach, find these people?!

Captain Lee is steering the gorgeous Valor out to St. Martin with a skeleton crew of ne’er do wells, or actually never-had-dones. He blames all the “Hollywood Types and Wall Street pricks” who now own yachts instead of merely chartering them, and therefore there are NO available good crew left and he was stuck with the leftovers. #DoNotBelieve. I blame Bravo casting. Either legit professionals don’t want to appear on a reality show, or Bravo intentionally cast unprepared boneheads for drama.

Luckily, Lee will always have Kate Chastain!

Kate compares yachting to a “fling with an ex” and considering her exes, I’m not sure that bodes well for this season’s wet behind the ears crew! Kate’s not a bitch; she just plays one on TV because she limits her charter season to when the Bravo cameras are rolling apparently. Joining her aboard is the only survivor of last season: Nico Scholly.

Nico has had a terrible year – his 21-year-old brother died falling off a balcony. Nico returned to the Caribbean to distract himself. Luckily, he’ll have plenty of distractions training this motley crew, who have literally never tied a knot before. Do they still wear velcro-only shoes? Probably flip-flops.

Lee is actually glad to have Nico back because he’s a hard worker, but hasn’t proven himself Bosun-worthy. Yet. Nico also has no plans of having drama with Kate, as he is now a consummate professional. Or perhaps in light of his family tragedy on-board bickering suddenly doesn’t seem worth it.

Kate, too, has lots to do. Her new stewardesses contain women who may or may not have flunked out of bartending school (!) and certainly failed toilet paper roll origami. Kate will have lots of micromanaging to do, but for all her complaining, I think she’s in heaven playing the role Principal Trunchbull.

First of the newbies on board is the Nu-Ben, Chef Matt Burns. How many times do you think he’s heard a joke about burning food based on his last name and being a chef? Har-har.

Kate is shocked that Matt is tall, dark, and harmless. It’s cause he’s from the “G-Rated country” of Canada and his mean-streak is about the size of the pencil Captain Lee can’t fit up his butt due to anxiety. Kate rubs her manicured nails together eagerly, anticipating how easily Matt’s elementary school innocence will be manipulated. Matt has a Top Chef-worthy culinary lineage but couldn’t make the cut on that show prefers the intimacy of cooking in a kitchen the size of a picnic table. Actually I appreciate how much amazing culinary work is accomplished aboard those tiny kitchenettes! Has this been a TC challenge yet?! Top Chef: Charter From Hell.

Matt is a meat and potatoes chef, and Kate is a man eater – now, so I predict a successful union. Kate warns Matt that one gluten-free crew member on board who will screw her dreams of grubbing down aboard steaks. “If there’s a yoga mat, you’re probably screwed,” she predicts, and just at that moment in walks Brianna Adekeye. Immediately I am getting a whiff not of spelt granola, but Rocky II, and the universe has guided her right into Kate’s lair.

Brianna, the bartending school drop out, is a free-spirit except for the rigorous over-plucking of her eyebrows. Um, those things are full on McDonald’s arches! Right away Matt gets his chef panties in a bunch over Brianna’s hotness, and Matt doesn’t like to wear pants, so we could be in rough waters. Brianna only does yachting because it fits her “nomadic lifestyle” which includes hiking Central America alone and living in Kauai alone. Alone being the operative word, Matt!

Brianna also happens to know Nico from another charter – they spent a drunken, flirty night in a water taxi together. Good, clean innocent fun there, kids! Not at all like the yellow, unclean stains on Brianna’s pillow. Was that a trick of the light or does someone need Kate to show them how to operate a washing machine?!

Somehow I have a feeling Brianna’s a lurker. By that I mean a sleeper-crazy and we’ll be getting full Walking Dead about mid-way through, right after Kate has just started trusting her with tablescapes alone. I hope I’m wrong though, cause I already KNOW that Jennifer Howell is a few fries short of a Happy Meal.

Jennifer is literally making love to boats – and on them. Her resume reads: “I like big boats and I cannot lie.” Someone watched Titanic one too many times (but hasn’t watched Jaws enough times). She comes aboard waving her Bravo-endorsed Ramona Singer Crazy Eyes Flag gushing that she loves boats so much that one night she rocked the boat too hard and wound up knocked up. Thus her dream of working aboard a big ol’ yacht was forced on hold for eight long years until her dad retired to watch her daughter for the summer.

Jen appears to be as mature as an eight year old, so maybe some sort of Freaky Friday brain swap happened before she came aboard and that’s why she can’t even handle the simplest of instructions. Like a martini is NOT a G&T. Kate immediate stuffs Jen below deck to handle ironing and to practice toilet paper arrangement.

Brianna seems to have an inkling that Jen is trouble, and claiming that she’ll take too long in the bathroom, suggest they each room with one of the guys instead. Jen winds up with Chris Brown, and since they’re both wacko, that seems like a good fit!

Chris Brown is already in pirate-mode with his missing tooth and introduces himself as “like the singer” by demonstrating a one-two punch air punch. Kate’s distaste registered down at the bottom of the sea. Chris Brown was once a conservative Christian and 26-year-old virgin, but he brags that he is presently making up for lost time. No whammies, Bravo, no whammies! Chris has never worked on a boat before; he is greener than sea sickness. At least Chris Brown has prepared for his new job – he YouTubed some knots and practiced on his headphones while drinking a beer. I kid you NOT.

Of the deckhand crew, the most equipped to actually handle the job is Baker Manning, a “ghetto deep sea mermaid,” who is really something special. She grew up a southern debutante but currently describes herself as a debuNOT and lives aboard an RV.

Then there is Bruno Duarte. Oh Bruno. He’s dreamed of working on a yacht his whole life, working on cruise ships until he could move on up, but somehow I think waiting tables with a cute accent is better suited to him than being a deckhand. He and Jennifer both share the same inability to follow directions. Bruno gets confused. Bruno gets confused finding his cabin, Bruno gets confused tying knots – actually Bruno’s brain IS tied in knots, and when he tries to help Nico install the slide or lower the smaller boat, it’s a big ol’ mess! Captain Lee remembers his days of being lost at sea and volunteers to show Bruno “once.”

I think Jen and Bruno are sharing a brain and maybe they have to take shifts using it. Cause Jen accidentally puts on the wrong uniform, then she serves men first instead of women. Kate was actually drawing her DIAGRAMS of a place setting. Meanwhile Bruno can’t feel his legs and was practically wrapping the ropes in a noose around his neck.

At least Bruno is pretty, pleasant, and very good with the guests. He should probably give Brianna over to Nico, and work as a stew with Kate. I have a feeling Bruno would make excellent ice sculptures! Jen, well, her crazy eyes can scare all the sharks away!

The first charter arrives 24 hours after the Green Crew is on board, and it’s green-on-green because the dude guzzles Mt. Dew like it’s 1999 and he’s at the Warp Tour, owns a trampoline park, and is in denial that he’s middle-aged as he tries to relive his college frat spring break. I was cringing. Dave is an “adrenaline junkie” who wants to do ALL the dangerous stuff. Just being on board with these rookies isn’t dangerous enough?

Since this charter group is completely clueless about luxe living, they notices no foibles at the ineptitude. At least they know a martini from a G&T!

It’s calm waters for them as Bruno dutifully straightens their helmets, and the cushions fly off the back of the boat and go blowing in the wind for Nico to chase down in the little boat. Chris Brown didn’t realize they zipped down even though Chris Brown was told that very thing. The guests also swoon over such delicacies as Caesar Salad (I kid – I LOVE fresh-made Caesar, so chop-on No-Pants Matt!) and are oblivious to the fact that Jen seems like an escapee from the asylum who hasn’t completely let the tranquilizers wear-off. She scares me – those vacant eyes; the salivating over the boat.

While the deck crew struggles to lower the little boat into the water for the beach picnic, the charter guests watch on bemused. Then Kate struggles to get their beach picnic prepared – and Kate is basically taking ALL of the work for the team.  Brianna slipping and falling on her ass on the way to the picnic is a perfect euphemism for how things are going so far. Ouch. Luckily, Matt is competent and knows how to read guests want: burgers, corn on the cob, and Mt. Dew, like Applebees menu – yum! Tragic.

The episode ends with Bruno flopping off the end of the giant slide as he fails in vain to understand any of Nico’s instructions to DETACH the rope, not himself, from the device. Can you imagine if Nico were in outer space.

Lord do I predict rough seas. And Jen being fired.

Real Housewives Enjoying Labor Day – PHOTOS

Usually the mention of a Real Housewives vacation incites thoughts of grown women fighting over which room they get to sleep in at a mansion, explosive arguments at group dinners, or even a wild turn up. In all honesty, these trips seem more exhausting than relaxing, so it is no surprise that the Housewives seem to be a million times more relaxed when they take vacations in their real lives away from the cast.

Most of the Real Housewives escaped from real life to enjoy the long Labor Day Weekend with their friends and families.

Some of the Housewives stayed local to enjoy some Labor Day fun and others traveled to get to a beach or some other fun location. And of course plenty of them shared photos and videos from their vacation time on their social media accounts.

Dance Moms Recap: Crazy Is Contagious

If you thought Yolanda unleashed some serious crazy on last week’s episode of Dance Moms, she must have been contagious (haha!). Just when I thought we’d found an even keeled replacement for the unhinged Abby Lee Miller things started going south rather quickly!

The moms are beginning to doubt Laurieann Gibson’s magic touch. She doesn’t have the formula for winning like Abby has. Laurieann blames the lack of girls’ stamina, but the mothers are buying it. Ashlee is starting to regret her choice to invite Laurieann to the studio. In Laurieann’s A-list, the minis are on the bottom, or D-list. Yolanda tries to put in her two cents, but she’s quickly shut down. Kendall and Nia are on the C-list for not working hard enough or dancing up to their potential…and Maesie joins them for not dancing at all. Kalani and Camryn comprise the B-list with Brynn on the top.

Laurieann gives Nia and Kalani a duet but rips into Nia about dancing up to her expectations. Brynn and Kendall will be also be doing a duet. The minis are not included in the group routine, and she dismisses the mothers over Yo-yo’s interjections. In the viewing room, the mothers bicker about who is benefiting most from Laurieann and which dancers had the best advantages under Abby. Ashlee believes its Kendall and Nia in both instances. Holly disagrees, but their argument is cut short because Laurieann decides to swap out Nia for Camryn. Holly is confused, and Ashlee needles her about the flip-flop. Does Holly love Laurieann as much now? Camryn’s mother doesn’t think she’ll keep Camryn in the dance, but she’s mistaken. It’s awkward for Camryn as she replaces Nia amidst a lecture from Laurieann about Nia needing to find the fight in herself. Nia and Holly leave the studio with minimal drama, but they are certainly not happy about this turn of events.

Kalani has her own prom dress line, and she’s excited to have her teammates wear her designs in the group number, Contagious. Laurieann screams at the girls to revel in their exhaustion and defeat. She’s definitely unleashed her inner Abby, freaking out about a win. If the girls can’t make it happen, she’s leaving. Holly worries what will be come of the ALDC with Abby MIA and Laurieanne threatening to walk. As Brynn and Kendall rehearse their Olivia Newton John inspired aerobics routine, Jill and Ashlee complain about the exercises in the choreography, and they approach Laurieann with their concerns. It does not go well. As Laurieann goes through Kalani’s dresses, she rants about how disrespectful the mothers are. Did she giggle and chitchat when she was meeting Prince or working with Michael Jackson? Hell no! She interrupts her own tirade to compliment the gowns, and Ashlee swallows a laugh at the stark switch in personalities. It doesn’t go unnoticed by Laurieann who quickly puts her in her place. Perhaps dance competitions aren’t for Ms. Gibson?

The following day, Laurieann reiterates to Nia how much she needs to find her fight, but she won’t be finding it in the duet. She is only as good as her last eight-count. Ashlee wonders if Holly thinks Nia is back in the number, but Holly reminds her that the competition is days away. They need to keep it as is and not make any changes, even if it means Nia loses the opportunity. Ashlee cites it as another situation where a veteran mom doesn’t feel she needs to fight for her daughter. She makes pointed comments directed at Holly that are not well-received. Holly counters that Nia has had to fight for everything she has, and she storms out before things become more heated. Laurieann’s stress is bubbling over into the viewing room for sure!

In Las Vegas, Camille apologizes for leaving Camryn’s group number costume in Los Angeles. Laurieann completely loses her shiz, screeching at Camille and pulling Camryn from the group routine. Gia and Kalani ask her to reconsider, and Laurieann tells Camryn she’s fortunate to have her tribe supporting her. As she rambles on about Camryn packing her own bags, Brynn looks straight up terrified. The mothers look beyond tired as Laurieann shrieks about eight counts. The day of competition, the mothers wonder about Laurieann’s whereabouts, and Camille jokes they’ve been conditioned by Abby’s craziness. As the mothers wait, Yo-yo pines away for the good ol’ days of Abby when minis were allowed to dance. Jill snips that the mini moms will never understand what a privilege it is to dance with the ALDC. Their disagreement escalates, and Laurieann busts in to remind the mothers that she’s having a hard time managing the mothers’ horrible behavior. Abby’s legacy was ego driven, and these mothers think the team is much better than it actually is. She may be on to something!

Brynn and Kendall perform first, and it’s a cute, upbeat routine that is overshadowed by Kendall tending to her leotard wedgie a few times. Jill gets tickled that she’s the one ratting out her daughter’s mistakes to Laurieann. Kalani and Camryn’s duet is pretty amazing in my opinion, but Laurieann is disappointed. She gives the girls her same speech about thinking they are better than they are. They need humility, and they need to get off the hype train. In Laurieann’s opinion, Kalani had to dance down to Camryn’s level. After she dismisses the girls, Kira questions why Kalani making sure the girls looked in sync was a problem. Her daughter didn’t want to highlight Camryn’s screw-up. Camille takes offense to this statement, which prompts Kira to yell at Camryn about taking off her mom goggles. Her daughter isn’t perfect. Laurieann reminds Camille that Camryn has had timing issues before, and Camryn asks why they weren’t corrected by Laurieann before the competition. Kira and Camryn engage in a knock down drag out over semantics. Did Kira say Camryn screwed up or did she call her a screw up? Kira thunders that Camryn will have no dancing career post-ALDC which causes Camryn to retreat in rage. Laurieann is beginning to think that perhaps Abby had the right idea by hightailing it away from these ladies and heading to Cancun.

Before the group routine, the girls anxiety is at an all time high. Kalani gives her teammates a pep talk. They can’t let down Laurieann or they could find themselves without a dance instructor. They listened and delivered–it’s an awesome performance. The team is holding their breath during the awards ceremony, and Kendall and Brynn are excited with a second place finish, behind Kalani and Camryn’s winning duet. The ALDC is robbed when they place third, and Laurieann is not having it. Her girls deserved the win so she goes chasing down the emcee who is Abby’s bestie. She demands to see the scores as he runs through the lobby. Holly and the other moms laugh at how fast Laurieann can chase him in her heels. After he escapes to the airport, Laurieann heads back to the dressing room to remind the team that the mothers need to keep things in check. When Jill disagrees, Laurieann shares a cautionary tale about a hotel worker she used to mentor with her sister until her career was ruined by her mother’s fame hungry ways. The dancers pretty much all side-eye their moms. Noted.
