Brandi Glanville Bashes Lisa Vanderpump & Kyle Richards; Eden Sassoon Would Date Bachelorette Star Josh Murray If He Didn’t Want Children

eden-sassoon-brandi-glanville

eden-sassoon-brandi-glanville

After a tumultuous minute and a half on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Eden Sassoon is done with the Housewife life. It’s probably for the best since it seemed like a brutal experience for her. Plus, now she can keep it real and shit talk everyone who she thinks has wronged her from the cast. And Eden has a lot to say about everyone.

Eden talked with fellow RHOBH alum Brandi Glanville on her Brandi Glanville: Unfiltered podcast about all things Housewives and her very public interactions with The Bachelorette alum Josh Murray.

“It’s so nice to just talk openly with a woman who sees life and keeps it real! I want Brandi Glanville back on #RHOBH Season 8,” Eden captioned the pic above on Instagram. “Please bring back REAL.”

Eden has been posting photos with Josh and other shirtless Bachelorette cast members and she even made a separate Instagram account solely to document their vacation. At the end of the interview, Brandi straight up asked Eden, “Did you have sex with Josh?” Eden admitted, “No, but I want to.” At the beginning of their talk, Eden said, “If he didn’t want children, I would go after it in a heartbeat.”

Aside from that Bachelorette crossover, most of the discussion was about Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, of course. So obviously they had to discuss last season’s ultimate shit stirrer: Lisa Rinna.

Eden said, “Let’s be honest Lisa Rinna needs her paycheck.” Those dusters aren’t going to sell themselves. Still, even Brandi admitted, “Without her this past season, it would have been really boring.” With her, it was still really boring, but Rinna asking Dorit Kemsley if people were doing coke in the bathroom really gave me life.

The ladies continued throwing accolades at Rinna. Eden said, “She’s f-cking insane.” Brandi added, “She’s absolutely bat shit crazy.” How sweet.

They moved on from shit talking Rinna to throwing the two remaining original cast members under the bus. Brandi said, “I joke that Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle [Richards] took last season off.” True, but why stir shit up when you can just coast and let the new girls do all the work? It sounds like an ideal job to me. As a viewer, I obviously want more, but if I were in their (super expensive Louboutin) shoes, I would also take the opportunity to just sit back and relax.

Brandi continued, “They didn’t do a damn thing.” And Eden agreed by saying, “Nope.” She also explained their rationale by assuming they said, “Let’s bring in Dorit and pawned her off to the rest of them.” Aside from Rinna’a pot stirring, Dorit’s pot stirring was the only story line we could count on. Even Eden admitted, “She’s great for what she’s doing.”

And of course they had to discuss the cast moving on without them. Brandi said, “If I went back right now, I would be telling everyone to ‘F-ck off.'” I feel like she’s already done that though? And Eden talked about how she felt when she saw a photo of the cast on a Vegas trip: “I saw a picture of all of them on a balcony and I just wanted to vomit in my mouth.”

Weirdly enough, the only person who reached out to Eden when she got the boot was Kyle. Eden said, “It’s interesting because on camera we didn’t really get along. She gave me the hardest time. Off camera and how forgiving I am, I get it.”

The only person who Eden seemed to end up liking was Eileen Davidson (who is not returning next season as well).

Eden shared, “Eileen and I had moments. She saw me for me.” Brandi agreed, “She’s normal.” And that is exactly why Eileen wasn’t meant to be  a Housewife. She’s normal, busy on her own, doesn’t need the money, and is actually a nice person. The only strange thing there, was her loyalty to Rinna (who has done a lot of questionable things). Eden remarked, “It’s very interesting between the two of them. They must have had a past life together.”

And then Brandi said what a lot of the longtime viewers have been thinking: “You want to see what happens like in Atlanta Housewives. That’s real shit. People are going to jail. New Jersey: real shit. It’s going down and everyone’s being themselves. It’s almost to the point where how many diamonds and rose can we have and fights over Kim‘s sobriety?”

Exactly. Kim Richards hasn’t even been a cast member for years and she is still the focal point of this show. They better bring it next season and keep Kim’s name out of their mouths.

Shahs Of Sunset Recap: Spiritual And The City

Shahs of Sunset Recap - Reza

Last week on Shahs of Sunset, the Israeli experience was all about getting drunk and partying. This week? It’s time for the Shahs to get spiritual. And by spiritual, I mean fight nonstop with each other about religion. How enlightening!

It’s 9 AM – do you know where your MJ is? It’s no surprise that after a night of heavy drinking and trashing her hotel room, Mercedes “MJ” Javid and her dirty feet still aren’t up for the morning. The rest of the gang is getting ready and eating breakfast but no MJ to be found. Worried that maybe she has suffocated under her own boobs, Reza Farahan FaceTimes her and immediately wishes he hadn’t. MJ likes to claim she’s always fresh as a daisy after a night of drinking but time (and alcohol) has not been kind to her. She’s looking more weed wacked than freshly bloomed.

Mike Shouhed has arranged for everyone on the trip to get to pick out what they would like to do on a certain day and today is all about the spiritual quest of Asa Soltan Rahmati and her unborn baby. That’s right, her baby is on this trip too and don’t you forget it for a second.

Asa is taking this gang of morally devoid hooligans to a city called Akko, which is known for people of Christian, Islamic, and Jewish faith all living together peacefully. Asa doesn’t just want to go there, oh no, she wants to do an art project about it FOR HER BABY. Sigh, can’t she just stick to some Elmer’s glue and macaroni for her art projects? No, she cannot because one day, she wants to show her 100% organic cotton-clad baby that people can coexist peacefully in this world. OK, fine but I hope she doesn’t plan on ever showing her baby old episodes of Shahs of Sunset.

Once they arrive in Akko, Asa heads off to meet with three spiritual leaders who are being paid to put up with her saying things lie “come on, are we all so different!?” as she gazes around the city during their tour. She begins to interview them to discuss how they get along with each other and they have some pretty profound things to say about religion, humanity, and love. But Shahs aren’t that profound so elsewhere in the city, we join Reza throwing pieces of food at stray cats hanging out in dumpsters.

The rest of the Shahs were also given cameras for Asa’s project and asked to take to the streets of Akko to interview the townspeople about…..ummmm we don’t know. Because all the Shahs do is blurt out “Muslim or Jewish?” anytime they see someone, playing the most culturally insensitive guessing game possible. Not to mention the fact that they are also in an exclusively Muslim sector of the city. So as you can imagine, it’s going great and by great, I mean awful. No one wants to be filmed and they are getting dirty looks left and right. I would imagine the Shahs are used to this back home in L.A. but apparently, Mike is freaking out. According to Mike, all it takes is one guy to call another guy, who calls another guy and then there is a sniper on the roof taking them out. Well, that escalated quickly in his brain. I thought it was just a few days ago when he was busy convincing everyone to come on the trip because Israel is such a safe and loving place?

Ominous music plays and Mike says they need to move on before the sun goes down. Reza is disappointed because he was expecting to see all kinds of people living together in harmony, sitting in circles, strumming the guitar together, and singing about love. But I guess that only happens in Asa’s world because that’s exactly what she’s doing with the spiritual leaders while the rest of the gang dodges feral street cats and imaginary roof snipers.

As Asa twirls around in her kaftan to the music and singing, she reminds us that she is an artist, who is having a biracial baby and this is what she is all about. I’m not sure what “this” is but when she reunites with the group, she wastes no time telling them how earth moving and life changing her jam session was. No time to hear your arty-fartsy shit, Asa – Reza is on a downward spiral and sweating profusely. He loves the street cats more than he loves people and Asa tries to talk him off his ledge of Muslim disconnect. “Just open your mind”, she urges, as if she has just solved world peace single handedly. Well, with her baby, of course.

Back on the bus, Mike is also freaking out about the fact that no one else was paying attention to what was going on around them. Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi thinks he’s being a tad overdramatic, saying anything outside of his nice little Jewish bubble scares him. Mike maintains that he loves everyone, except for all the people he hates.

Later that night, the gang heads over to Mike’s family dinner, hoping to wash off the nerves of the day at Shabbat. Mike hasn’t seen his family in over ten years, but you would never know since they all greet him so warmly and lovingly. They hug and kiss and tell him his beard makes him look like a hipster. Shabbat starts and Reza feels like he is finally being accepted into the Jewish part of his family but through Mike’s family accepting the Jewish part of him. He even gives an impassioned toast about how he is getting the true Israeli experience with them. GG can’t help but guzzle her wine and roll her eyes, annoyed that Reza just threw a peace party but is now shunning his Muslim side.

The next morning, a pregnant Asa is feeling sick. She read somewhere that a pregnant woman lying down is doing more work than someone who is running a marathon. OK, I have to interject because I have done both and I can assure you, running a marathon is way harder than lying down while pregnant. But I can say with certainty that a pregnant Asa is way more annoying than a regular Asa. Also speaking from experience here.

GG is still annoyed about Reza’s new love for his Jewish side and complains to Destiney Rose and Shervin Roohparvar. When Reza walks in mid-bitchfest, GG tells him her feelings. Reza fires back that she can’t even begin to understand his experience as a gay Persian man. GG is all, “yeah, yeah but it is what it is and you have to enjoy the good parts,” whatever that means.

Honestly, can the Shahs make up their mind? Are they going to be open-minded or not? We have Mike talking about how loving Israel is, then running for cover in the streets out of fear, then we have Reza holding peace parties, only to talk about how much he hates the Muslims who shun him for being gay. Now GG is about to hit the Wall after scolding everyone to take the good parts but immediately talk about tearing it down because it’s like a barrier to her own religion. Sigh, I can’t even keep up. Either way, Reza promises to make an effort to not slam Islam while they are in Israel so that settles that. And as if on cue, MJ struts in, dressed in skin tight denim on denim, which is just the outfit for a spiritual pilgrimage to the Wall.

Before they head out, Mike brought them all journals so they could write down their wish and leave it at the wall for it to come true. MJ writes a rambling book and when asked to share with the group, we realize that if she’s going to leave that at the Wall, she’s doomed. She blabbers on about starting a passion project, leaving behind a legacy and then some more unintelligible musings….the musings of a crazy woman. It was like going on a tour inside of her head and let me tell you, I got lost at the first turn. So did everyone else because Reza emotionally tells her to maybe hone it in on something more specific and that her legacy could be getting married and having kids.

They arrive at the Wall in Jerusalem and it’s breathtaking. Reza enlightens everyone as the drive through the streets that “Jesus walked these streets, chilling with his friends” and I can feel the magic of the moment already slipping away. Once at the Wall, the women cleanse their hands and are told to cover up their cleavage. GG is already annoyed that there is a men’s section of the Wall and a women’s section and refuses to pray, saying it’s “just a Wall.” Mike prays to the Wall with clarity, hoping to find the next Mrs. Shouhed, hopefully one he won’t cheat on this time.

Let’s see if next week remains as spiritually enlightened as this one.

Big Brother 19 Spoilers: Live Feeds Day 44 Highlights: Cody Campaigns for His Game Life

Cody Nickson is playing Big Brother 19 a lot different than he has in previous weeks. He didn’t try to stay when he originally got evicted, but Cody finally started to play on his last Big Brother 19 night. However, it was for Jessica Graf and not himself. Upon his return to the Big Brother game, he tried to play Jessica’s game. That got neither one of them anything.

Big Brother 19 Cody Nickson

Then after that, Cody chose to isolate himself with Jessica for her final week. Now, Cody has been socializing, being nice to everyone, helpful, open, and friendly. It has the Big Brother 19 houseguests shook.

Have-Nots Picked and Game Talk

Big Brother 19 Matt Clines and Mark Jansen

Alex Ow wanted to rub it in Elena Davies’ face, once again, that she keeps her word. She told Elena that she would not make her a Have-Not this week because it was her birthday. Elena thanked her, but Alex had no say in this week’s Have-Nots.

The Have-Nots selected were the first four players to be eliminated in this week’s Head of Household competition. They were: Mark Jansen, Paul Abrahamian, Jason Dent, and Kevin Schlehuber.

Elena and Mark realized that their only chance of game survival is to get Raven Walton and Matt Clines on their side. Mark and Matt had a discussion about teaming up, but Matt wasn’t that open to it. Mark even made valid points about Josh Martinez, Christmas Abbott, Kevin, Jason, and Paul spending a lot of time together without them.

Later Matt and Raven talked about how they were most worried about Kevin, and needed to figure out where he was in the game. They discussed possibly backdooring Alex down the line.

Mark and Cody also discussed how no one in the house is making any big moves, which probably means this season isn’t playing well with the viewers.

Mental Warfare

Big Brother 19 Cody Nickson, Alex Ow, and Jason Dent

Paul and his minions discussed making Elena think that she was going out this week. They still planned to backdoor and evict Cody, but they wanted Elena to believe she would go out. This meant that Mark and her would be a little rattled during the double eviction Head of Household competition, and lose it.

Then they could get Elena out next.

Throughout the day, Cody tried very hard to convince Alex and Jason to keep him in the game. He told them that he could protect them from the rest of the house, and Cody mentioned how he could help them get rid of Paul. They just needed to not vote him out this week.

Jason and Alex listened. They also played along for a bit, but eventually told their group about Cody’s campaign. They said there was no way they would keep him this week.

A Break From Norm

Everyone but Raven, Paul, Josh, Kevin, and Cody attended an Outback dinner. When the houseguests returned, they were full and happy.

90 Day Fiance Recap: I Do’s And I Don’ts

90 Day Fiance Recap: I Do's And I Don'ts

Paola-Lingerie-Video-Bed-Camera-90-Day-Fiance

You know what? I think we could all be excellent marriage counselors (at least to this wayward lot) after watching 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After for this long. Simple truths emerge in every couple’s twisted mess. Like, for instance, don’t marry someone you trolled on the internet for six months, outright lied to, then expect them to love you for your pathetic self (looking at you, Danielle and Jorge!). Or, maybe get to know each other’s families just a wee bit better before signing on the dotted line (cough, coughChantel and Pedro). And lastly, find out if your future wife has delusions of becoming a model at age 30 before your house goes into foreclosure and your career circles the toilet. Russ could have deduced these facts from a simple 2-question quiz, no?

Anyway, their loss is our ridiculous television gain! Because this week, we continue to watch three out of our five couples unravel in the most spectacular and depressing ways. In the endless case of Danielle and Mohamed, a courtroom is finally entered. And Walmart Tom is not invited. Paola lays down on a dirty bed in used lingerie for a music video, pondering whether Russ will be cool with it. Chantel and Pedro’s families continue to vie for most atrocious in-laws EVER, and Loren makes her debut as Tourette’s ambassador in D.C. (Hmm. One of these storylines is not like the others.)

In the Dominican Republic, Chantel has just called Pedro’s mom and sister every name in the book. They think she’s delusional and insane; she thinks they’re a pack of selfish b*tches. So, they get each other. But when Chantel goes back for more – with Pedro – they decide to additional more insults at each other. No matter what the original miscommunication was, Chantel thinks Pedro just doesn’t stand up for her, plain and simple. But he does manage to get his sister and Chantel to sit down for a hot minute, only to get schooled by mama and sister again. They think they deserve Pedro’s money, it’s their culture, and she needs to get with the program or divorce him. Sick of this hamster wheel, Chantel huffs off again. This is going nowhere, so what’s her next move? Well, she has none. She’s already married to this guy, so it’s his way or the highway.

Outside, Chantel wonders if they’re still going to go through the charade of this second wedding? Breaking down in sad/mad tears, she repeats that Pedro just never takes her side. He still wants to walk down the aisle again though, so he’ll be waiting for her. Along with the rest of the haters.

Danielle-Red-Sweater-Couch-TH-90-Day-Fiance

It’s four hours until Danielle and Mohamed’s pre-trial court appointment, and Danielle is suddenly making this whole issue about her kids – who have been systematically ignored, tossed aside, and tormented by Danielle’s self-inflicted disaster from the beginning. Interesting timing, Dani! Even the family cat is like, WTF, lady?

Mohamed is also ready for battle, telling himself that Danielle is the bad person, while he is an innocent victim. This is also laughable on every level. Then Beth visits Danielle before court, egging her on and listening to her ramblings like only the mutually deluded can do.

Paola-Lingerie-Video-Scared-90-Day-Fiance

In New Jersey, Paola arrives to prep for her “big” Reggaeton music video, which can be described as follows: Girl lays on creepy bed in sexy outfit and smiles while holding old iPhone. It’s got #1 hit written all over it. Paola must carefully prepare for this layered, nuanced role overnight. She’s hoping to wear a Russ-approved sexy dress for the shoot, but the producer is like, um, no. Full stop. She’ll be wearing the consignment shop thong they give her, then she’ll take the cashier’s check for her work and like it! Paola looks nervous.

It’s the return of Loren and Alexei! And it’s not that exciting, but hey, let’s toss them one measly exclamation point. Loren is in D.C. to speak as a youth ambassador for the Tourette’s Association of America. She’s nervous, especially because Alexei isn’t with her. She’s also concerned that she might “tic” on stage, but given the varied cases (some much more severe) of Tourette’s all around her, one would think she’d experience nothing but compassion for them and gratitude for her own mild case. Of course, she makes it a big deal that Alexei “freaked out” when she found out the disorder is hereditary. To the credit of one parent she talks to, he doesn’t roll his eyes straight at her when she complains about this. And Loren does make an effort to reach out to hear other kids’ stories afterward, so good for her.

Back in the DR, Pedro and Chantel continue their endless drama – this time, without the cameras. But TLC’s crew will not be daunted in their task of recording this sh*tshow! Audio from inside their room reveals Pedro asking Chantel to go forward with the wedding, despite their families’ attitudes. Maybe everyone can just apologize? he thinks. As if that changes the enormous cultural and familial chasm between them – for life.

Paola-Lingerie-Video-Robe-90-Day-Fiance

Back up north, Paola is on set for her shoot. She meets again with Chris Rondon, the producer, who hopes Paola’s husband isn’t going to be a problem for his video. He needs his paid model to wear what she’s given, but Paola knows that Russ won’t be on board with the lingerie they give her – nor the a$$-up position she’s required to wear it in. Quick question: Are we really supposed to believe Paola is shocked by this wardrobe request? I guess so, because before the shoot, she throws up – twice! Oy.

Finally acquiescing to the director’s demands, Paola drags her post-puking self over to the ratty bed and makes the magic happen. By magic, imagine Paola pretending to text on a phone, then cheese-smiling to the camera every three seconds. Another question: Couldn’t this crew have tossed homegirl a quick deep condition on that hair? It’s a bit…crispy.

Paola-Lingerie-Video-Robe-Talking-90-Day-Fiance

Despite her “major concerns” <side eye> Paola gets right into the vibe, aided by the director’s super helpful comments about “going to get a Latino – no more white boys!” This is also something Russ will love seeing transpire. It’s all worth it, mi amore! Even the lice Paola has definitely contracted from this gig.

In D.C., Loren prepares for her speech. Before taking the stage, she gets a call from Alexei, who – SURPRISE! – has flown to be by her side. Aww. It’s actually very sweet (if not a bit enabling), and given the rest of these couples’ horrific marital trajectories, I’ll take it! These kids do seem very much in love.

Loren is of course thrilled to have Alexei’s support, and once she takes the stage, gives an honest, touching speech. Alexei beams with pride, then meets a mother and daughter who Loren connected with earlier. Alexei admits his worries about having children with Tourette’s, which the mother confesses isn’t always easy. But she says it can also strengthen a marriage, and no matter what challenges your children face, you will love them completely. Alexei appreciates these words, kissing Loren afterward and telling her how proud he is of her. She used to not talk about Tourette’s to her closest friends, and now she’s giving speeches. Go, her!

Mohamed-Red-Shirt-Couch-90-Day-Fiance

But, enough of that wholesome love fest. For now, we must travel back to Ohio, where Mohamed is video-recording his drive to the court house. LOL!!! He plans to record everything that transpires IN the court house as well (uh, is that even legal?). It’s basically Mo’s last ditch effort to prove he’s the honest Eddie of this zoo-crew. Just stopping short of wearing a “SHE’S THE BAD PERSON!” t-shirt to court, Mohamed’s tactics seem single-mindedly focused on deflecting all blame. We’ll see if the judge buys it.

Danielle and Beth, who are watching Mohamed Snapchat himself silly all the way down the sidewalk, don’t seem to think he’s got a chance. But his batsh*t recording schtick is doing just what it intended – i.e., making Danielle CRAZY before she even walks through the court house doors. Now she just has to keep that crazy tucked safely away in her duffel bag for the next hour or so. Which, for her, is next to impossible.

TELL US: IS PAOLA REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT RUSS’S REACTION TO HER VIDEO SHOOT? SHOULD PEDRO STICK UP FOR CHANTEL MORE? WILL DANIELLE LOSE HER MIND IN COURT, OR WILL MOHAMED BE THE ONE TO CRACK?

What changed on Bachelor in Paradise after production resumed

The executive producer of The Bachelor franchise told me what happened once the cast returned to Mexico to resume filming on Bachelor in Paradise. Read this story »

Meghan Edmonds “Doesn’t Get” Peggy Sulahian; Thinks Kelly Dodd Is “Mean & Malicious”

Peggy Grabs Meghan's Lips

Peggy Grabs Meghan's Lips

Even though Meghan Edmonds is the one who brought Kelly Dodd to Real Housewives of Orange County, the two could not be more different. Not only that, but Kelly has serious issues with Meghan’s good friends Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador and has chosen to stand by Vicki Gunvalson (Meghan’s least favorite person in the cast) no matter what.

Needless to say, it’s clear that Meghan had no idea what she was getting herself into when she introduced Kelly to reality TV. And now Kelly has gone from starting shit with Meghan’s friends, to coming at Meghan herself.  And aside from the Kelly drama, Meghan isn’t off to a great start with the new girl Peggy Sulahian.

Meghan shared her thoughts on the season so far (particularly Kelly and Peggy) in an interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish podcast. When she was asked if Peggy was “trying to be funny” by physically pinching her lips shut, Meghan admitted, “I don’t know. I don’t understand her. Not even kidding I met her in person at that Lamborghini party. The thing is I never got to know her. I don’t know her or what she’s about. I don’t get her. She’s weird.” So obviously this relationship is not going to turn around throughout the season, but this is what happens when someone who has zero relationships with anyone on the show becomes a part of the cast. It never makes any sense and it rarely works.

Why would Peggy get so involved in a conversation she knows nothing about? Oh yeah, for screen time and a shot at getting her contract renewed for a second season. The pinching was just beyond cringe-worthy and so out of bounds. Meghan wondered, “Why would you just insert yourself into relationships that have a deep-seeded history? By the way if she knew there was deep-seeded history, why would she do that? If she doesn’t know there’s a deep-seeded history, then why would she do that? It just doesn’t make any sense no matter how you look at it.” Yes, it doesn’t make any sense, but Peggy sure is making a splash with all of her “jokes” that no one (ever) finds funny.

And then there’s Kelly who we all assumed would be a Meghan ally, but she is actually the most loyal member of #TeamVicki. Obviously this never sat well with Meghan, but now she and Kelly are actually arguing quite a bit. When asked if she had “experienced her crazy side before the show,” Meghan responded, “It’s mean. It’s not even just crazy. Crazy is funny and entertaining. I can deal with crazy. Kelly is always mean and malicious when she gets her crazy on. I don’t like that and it’s hard for me.” I don’t blame Meghan for feeling this way, but on the bright side Kelly and Peggy are actually giving her story lines so she should be somewhat grateful on some level.

It really doesn’t seem like Meghan is cool with Kelly these days since she said, “In a lot of ways I see Kelly as a little kid, she just fires back except she’s smarter than a kid so she’s more pointed with her maliciousness. I can see what she’s trying to do.” Well, duh. She’s trying to add drama to a reality TV show.

Big Brother 19-8/13/2017-Recap: Can Cody Win His Way to Safety?

The Big Brother 19 houseguests finally sent Jessica Graf home, just before jury.  Her showmance partner, Cody Nickson, is still hanging on by a thread.  Alex Ow won the Head of Household postion this Big Brother week, and she is Paul Abrahamian’s number one minion. Based on Alex’s last HOH just a few weeks ago, Paul should be running the show behind the scenes with his target set on sending Cody out of the Big Brother 19 house.

Big Brother 19 Alex Ow

As soon as Alex takes over as HOH, she makes it clear to all the houseguests that she intends to backdoor Cody for eviction this week. That is the best option so that he has less of a chance to take himself off the block. She also has requested that all of the houseguests play in the Temptation Competition lessening Cody’s chances of winning and automatically becoming safe this week. Alex wants to put Mark Jansen and Elena Davies on the block as pawns.

Kevin Schlehuber was starting to irritate the majority of the Big Brother house with his buddy/buddy relationship with Cody. When approached about the situation, Kevin completed denied he was in cahoots with Cody. Kevin is trying to cover all of is bases in case Cody doesn’t go home this week as planned.

Big Brother 19 Kevin Schlehuber

With all of the houseguests playing in the Temptation Competition, Alex has requested a volunteer to throw the game, so that Cody doesn’t lose. If Cody lost the competition, he would be the third nominee this week, which would automatically enable him to play in the Power of Veto competition.  If he played and won the golden POV, the backdoor plan would be null and void. Matt Clines volunteered to lose the Temptation Competition.

This week’s competition was called ‘Where Were You?’ The comp is based on sounds played in the Big Brother house over the last 24 hours. In the backyard, there is a large blueprint setup showing the layout of the Big Brother house. As each sound is played back for the houseguests, they must remember which room they were in when that sound were originally played. Once they remember the room, they must step into that room on the blueprint. The houseguest that answers the most questions correctly wins the temptation competition and safety for the week.

Matt did a great job of answering questions incorrectly, right along with Cody. However, Cody blew one of the questions and answered it correctly, which eliminated him from losing the competition.

Big Brother 19 Where Were You?

When all was said and done, Mark won safety from eviction for the week. Matt was able to answer all of the questions incorrectly, and was placed on the block as a third nominee.  Unfortunately for Cody, he will not be able to play in the POV by this means: he must rely on his name being pulled at the POV selection ceremony. The house majority is looking good for their plan to backdoor Cody for eviction this week.

Now that Mark has won safety for the week, Alex must choose another houseguest to put on the block as a pawn. Paul even offers to be a pawn to Alex full knowing she really wouldn’t choose him to go on the block. Paul just did it to look good to the other houseguests. Alex doesn’t have many other choices left. She can pick Jason Dent, Christmas Abbott, Josh MartinezRaven Walton, Elena, or Kevin. Elena is an obvious choice as she was Alex’s original pick. The second pawn is the unknown houseguest.

At this week’s nomination ceremony, Alex chose Elena as her first pawn.  Next Alex chose Jason as the other pawn for the week. Matt is also on the block as the third nomination.
The plan to backdoor Cody is still on track.

Check back with us on Wednesday to find out who was chosen to play in the Big Brother 19 POV, and also which houseguest won it.

Big Brother 19 Episode 8/13/17 Preview: What Havoc Will the Last Temptation Comp Bring on the House?

It is the Big Brother week that the houseguests dread and fans love: Double Eviction week. This double eviction week might be a little more interesting than expected, because Jessica Graf dropped a huge bomb before leaving the Big Brother 19 house. She made sure everyone knew not to trust Paul Abrahamian.

Big Brother 19 Christmas Abbott and Mark Jansen

However, her efforts will probably get wasted because Alex Ow won this week’s Big Brother 19 Head of Household competition. Alex adores Paul and hates Jessica. We’re sure she’ll stay the course and want Cody Nickson out this Big Brother week.

Tonight’s episode will focus on the new plan to backdoor Cody. A huge chunk of the Big Brother 19 episode will likely be devoted to this week’s Temptation Competition. It’s the last one, and very crucial for Cody’s safety. The episode should revolve a lot around Alex’s new reign and her allies.

We should see a lot more of Jason Dent and Kevin Schlehuber on tonight’s Big Brother 19 episode, along with a rare appearance of Matt Clines. The episode should be a little less Christmas Abbott and Josh Martinez heavy than it was last week. However, there was a last minute argument between Christmas and Mark Jansen before the nomination ceremony that should air on tonight’s episode. That will bring these three key players from last week back into the forefront.

We hope this episode provide some little lightheartedness, after two weeks of very intense Big Brother gameplay.

Tune into Big Brother 19 tonight at 8/7 CST on CBS. Going to miss the episode? Then join us tomorrow morning for a full recap of the episode.

Big Brother 19 Spoilers: Live Feeds Day 43 Highlights: Things Get Strange in the House

Yesterday led to some pretty eventful Big Brother 19 moments. The Power of Veto competition released some rewards and punishments in the house, which could provide entertainment to a rather predictable week. We also saw some flip flopping about the backdoor Cody Nickson plan. But it might be too early to expect anything more than the same old Big Brother 19 minion game.

Big Brother 19 Christmas Abbott and Paul Abrahamian

We have the line still clearly divided between the house and Cody (with a little bit of Mark Jansen and Elena Davies also on the outs). However, Cody managed to blur the lines a little this Big Brother 19 week. Elena helped Cody’s game by making her annoyance with the house a little too obvious.

A Set Week?

Big Brother 19 Cody Nickson and Elena Davies

During the Power of Veto Ceremony, Cody’s name was not picked. Instead Paul Abrahamian and Mark Jansen were the additional players picked for it. The POV only took about two hours, and when the Live Feeds returned, Matt Clines had won the Power of Veto by default.

Now, Matt cannot take himself off the block if the house wants to backdoor Cody. So the houseguests were quite annoyed when the feeds returned. Mainly, at Elena for deciding to take $5,000 instead of the Power of Veto. This left Matt hold the veto.

It was one of those Power of Veto competitions where the houseguests had to hit certain numbers to stay in each round. After players were eliminated, they were given prizes that either containeds rewards or punishments.

Here are the prize and punishment results:

  • Elena won $5,000
  • Alex Ow won the punishment of having to grill a certain amount of hotdogs throughout the night and day, along with building a campsite and carrying camping equipment around all week
  • Matt won the Power of Veto
  • Paul had to be shackled to someone (he picked Cody who rejected it, and then settled on Christmas Abbott). They had to wear parachute gear for 48 hours along with being shackled together.
  • Jason Dent got the punishment of an extreme-itard
  • Mark Jansen won a trip to Colorado
  • All the Power of Veto players got rewarded an Outback Steakhouse dinner, which they’ll eat tomorrow night. It also might be what they film for the mysterious Friday episode.

The night revolved around various players getting dressed in their costumes and performing their punishments.

Big brother 19 Alex Ow, Elena Davies, Raven Walton, Cody Nickson

Amongst all this organized chaos, Paul reminded everyone that the plan was to get out Cody this week. They needed to get over Elena taking the $5,000 and focus on her next week. Meanwhile, Cody upped his social game. He was even being friendly with Josh Martinez. JOSH!!!

Many of the players commented that this is how Cody should have acted since day 1 (yup). Despite his new attitude, everyone still seemed set to backdoor and evict him this week. For now…

Besides Alex and others being mad at Elena for taking the $5,000, Josh continued to claim that Jason and Mark have a secret deal or alliance. This time he alerted Alex to his concerns. She didn’t seem worried about it.

Kevin Sketches People Out Even More

Big Brother 19 Jason Dent, PAul Abrahamian, and Kevin Schlehuber

Cody told Kevin Schlehuber that he has a daughter. It’s a secret that he didn’t want to tell many other houseguests, because he didn’t want it used against him. Kevin promised to keep Cody’s secret, but quickly told Paul.

Paul wondered why Cody kept it a secret. He thought it could have really helped his image in the house and with the audience. However, he did wonder why Cody displayed this type of behavior with a child watching at home. He later questioned if Cody made it all up to get sympathy from Kevin. Jason and Alex also talked about this (because Kevin told Jason as well), and how they didn’t believe it was true. They thought Kevin made it up to help Cody stay in the Big Brother 19 house.

Kevin’s private conversations with Cody (like the one above) is one reason the houseguests continue to not trust him. This time, Alex and Paul involved Jason in the discussion to get rid of Kevin before final 6 and take Christmas instead. Jason didn’t oppose the idea.
