We’ve managed to steer clear of political talk here on Reality Tea, wanting to keep the site as a refuge for those seeking an escape from the stress of all things politics – no matter what your views. We’re a fansite for reality television fans and even though a reality star was running for office, we wanted to keep this place as a space for dishing on the ridiculousness and fun of reality shows. That said, it seems the upcoming season of Real Housewives of New York is going to force us to acknowledge the election on some level since it is going to be a large part of Carole Radziwill‘s storyline this season.
We weighed our options on how to handle this as we prepare for the premiere of RHONY this week. We even considered NOT covering the show at all this season because if you’ve ventured off and read comments on any political articles, you know full well what a shitshow it is. And we do not want that here. If you thought the heyday of Teresa Giudice VS. Melissa Gorga was a stressful mess of hate when it came to the comments, that was a civilized tea party compared to what we’ve seen when it comes to political discussions online. We even considered recapping the shows but eliminating any of Carole’s political scenes or turning off the comments, but that would be a tricky task and not very authentic and not what we want to do.
So, we will be covering recaps and news this season and will allow political talk – ONLY relating to Carole’s story and what’s shown on the show. We will NOT be allowing bashing and trashing and nasty attacks over political views and opinions. We don’t want your list of 53 reasons this is the worst president ever nor do we want your list of 53 reasons why he’s the best prez ever. We want to stick to talk about the show and not the rest of the mess. We’re going to take baby steps and see how this goes. If it turns into a shitshow for our moderators, we’ll reassess and make changes as we deem necessary. We want Reality Tea to remain a FUN escape, not a hate-fest where politics divide and alienate. We hope that we’ll be able to focus on the other parts of RHONY – the friendships, the fun, the cheating men….
With that out of the way, Carole sat down with the Huffington Post this week to talk about her upcoming season. She touched on why the election was so powerful for her and discusses her friendship status with several of her co-stars and says that her obsession with the election nearly broke her and Adam up.
Carole explains that her career in journalism is part of the reason for her passion about politics, “Mostly, the women didn’t really talk about politics, but I did. I covered politics as a journalist and it’s something I knew about. It was the first time in 4 years that we hit an election cycle and the first time I felt disparity of knowledge on one particular subject. I didn’t want to make anyone feel less than…or that their choice wasn’t smart, but you’ll see I do end up having conversations about it. Dorinda and I have good conversations about it – She’s very political as well.”
She adds, “From early on, I followed the primary campaign. I was vocal about it on social media way before we started filming. It’s a part of my life. As a journalist, you have to seem quite neutral openly. Now I could voice my opinion. I had the opportunity to volunteer for the Obama campaign in 2008 and I did it this year for Hillary Clinton. One of the great things about Bravo is that what’s going on in our lives is what they film. I’m sure they would rather have me talk about Ramona’s dating life or Luann’s wedding, but they covered what I was doing. I was planning an election night victory party for Hillary Clinton. I also went to Pennsylvania to canvas for her with my mom. That’s who I am and I’m not going to pretend I care about the guest list for Luann’s wedding more than who is going to be the president of the United States.”
Carole says we’ll see her deal with things relating to the election, but it sounds like it might not be a prominent part of the show (fingers crossed!). And that she does move on, “I didn’t get into the silly dramas, but the election happens very early in the filming. Once the spectacular tragedy occurs, you’ll see there was a moment when I was paralyzed with sadness and fear. I eventually moved on but kept up the activism. I thought my boyfriend Adam would leave me if I mentioned Trump one more time – We’re on the same side, but he’s not as touched by politics.”
On this season’s newcomer Tinsley Mortimer, Carole says, “I think Tinsley (Mortimer) is great! There was so much in the press about her in the past. I prefer to get to know people independently of any of that, so I made an effort to find out who she was as a person.” Carole says that Tinsley is very open and honest about her life and her baggage. “The people who are the most real about all the heartbreak, tragedy, despair…joy and fun are the ones I connect to. Tinsley is very much like that – someone who was a young socialite in New York when that type of thing mattered. By her own admission, there was a spectacular fall from grace and for me, it is always about how you pick up the pieces of your life.”
On her friendships with Dorinda Medley and Bethenny Frankel, “Dorinda and I connect in a way that is great. I do adore her and when we first met, we connected not only because we were both young widows. Last season that friendship took a back seat. This season, you see us get closer. Bethenny and I have a real and honest friendship where we don’t always agree on everything, but we have a lot of fun together.”
Carole also admits she might be turning into the crazy cat lady. “Another thing you’ll see this season is how my apartment is mostly trashed due to kittens I adopted. It’s like living in a petting zoo.”
It’s no secret that Carole has led an interesting life, connected to journalism, politics, celebrities and the like (and of course the Kennedy family). We dug out some old photos from the Getty archives of Carole. She was rubbing elbows with everyone from Diane Sawyer to Jared Kushner (pre-Ivanka Trump) to Robert Kennedy. I have to admit that I haven’t read Carole’s books but after digging back through her photos, I’m going to order them. She’s got me intrigued.

Hell hath no fury like a Housewife divorced? Last season Bethenny Frankel tearfully exposed Luann de Lesseps‘ fiancé of one minute of cheating, but Luann scoffs that was just Bethenny “projecting her own failed marriage” onto Luann’s perfect, amazing, super blissful, fabulous, happiness! Don’t F–K with A Lu In Love, y’all!
So, like, Luann is projecting her self-described perfect happiness onto Bethenny’s scorn, to cover-up that maybe Tom D’Agostino Jr. is actually a cheater, while Bethenny is simultaneously projecting her belief that marriages fail onto Luann’s insistence that marriages work. Does that make sense to anyone? No – it doesn’t, but I need a side-job writing Housewives-related questions for the SAT Test.
Anyway, of last season’s Real Housewives Of New York Berkshire explosion/Miami cheating-gate, Luann says, “Poor Bethenny… You know what, I felt bad for her because she was crying so hard for herself, really. [The tears] it’s not really meant for me – I think it’s issues she’s having herself.”

“She had a troubled marriage, and got divorced, and had a problem getting divorced…” Luann continued. “I think she was projecting. I was like, ‘It’s fine: I’m good, I’m a grown woman. I know what I’m doing.’”

Bethenny responded to Luann’s claims on twitter, “Disappointing. I’ve supported you this season. My [situation] has been challenging. Exploit it if it helps make you happy.”
Apparently that’s now how Luann feels. She claims that during their trip to Mexico, Bethenny still couldn’t accept that Luann married Tom. “I’m the only one who’s actually married on the Real Housewives Of New York! ” she laughs. “I think they’re still getting used to the fact that I’m married, and you know what, I’m so happy, and Tom and I are great and that’s what’s important to me.
This season the ladies continue “insinuating” Tom is cheating. Luann insists, “It’s so not true!” and blames jealousy. (Everybody wants a piece of The Tom! #Sarcasm)
“Tom is a wonderful, wonderful man,” she continues, “and they have nothing else to talk about but Tom and I!”
Luann is not as affected by everyone’s judgements, because married Luann is “more grounded and whole” thanks to Tom. “Tom is just a pillar of strength for me… That’s how I’m able to handle all these women.”

Don’t worry this season isn’t all about Tom! There’s plenty of other drama. Like it’s now Ramona Singer‘s turn to fight with Bethenny (Again). “They do have a HUGE blowout. It happened at Dorinda’s house,” Luann dished to Access Hollywood. “There’s something about the Berkshires!” she jokes. “I love you Dorinda, but that house… ”
Luann also weighed in on a possible reconciliation between Bethenny and Jill Zarin. She denies ever trying to stop them from rebuilding their friendship and hints that she maybe tried to bring them together. Without success. “Yes, Jill is around,” Luann explains, “but there’s nothing between her and Bethenny for the moment. I can’t tell you more… ”

Don't cry for Sonequa Martin-Green. This is your obvious spoiler warning. The Walking Dead actress said goodbye to the world of zombies, barbed wire bats and endless dirt in the...If you’re anything like me, you’ve been impatiently waiting for the second season of the Real Housewives of Potomac. Maybe you missed hearing about how amazingly rich (yet unknown!) Potomac is. Or maybe you need constant reminding of outdated etiquette from a group of women who can’t even agree on who should sit where for a birthday dinner. Whatever your reason, they are back and I’m thrilled Bravo decided to renew another season of the franchise. Not so thrilling is the fact that Katie Rost isn’t rejoining the crew this season. When she wasn’t badgering her boyfriend into getting fake engaged, she kept it real and held her own. But alas, she is gone too soon and in her place is the saucy Monique Samuels, who is sure to ruffle the insecure feathers of HBIC, Gizelle Bryant. Also disappointing? These girls didn’t even get updated dresses and new film for their taglines. Really, Bravo?
Now that I got that off my chest, we join Gizelle at the salon, getting a fresh wig and filling us in on what those green eyes have been up to. She’s still dating and has recycled someone from the past who doesn’t quite measure up in height, but as long as he’s not short everywhere (wink wink), Gizelle is willing to grace him with her presence. While dating is commonplace for Gizelle, it’s the crux of her beef with cast mate Charrisse Jackson-Jordan, who at last year’s reunion, alluded to Gizelle being a whore for all the dating she’s done. Gizelle doesn’t take kindly to be called out of her name and decided to go on Watch What Happens Live and put Charrisse’s business out there. And I mean WAY out there, by saying that Charrisse was dating a very cute and muscular fireman in the wake of her separation from her elusive husband, Eddie. Under normal circumstances, who cares if Charrisse is getting her groove back with a hunky firefighter? But these aren’t normal circumstances and this rumor could seriously hurt Charrisse’s impending divorce settlement if it’s found to be true. Given that Gizelle went through a nasty divorce herself, she should understand this but we all know Gizelle has a mean streak. Bottom line: don’t start with Gizelle because she will finish it.
FYI: Charrisse Jackson-Jordan don’t live here anymore. She also don’t refer to herself in the first person, but rather the third person. And if that wasn’t confusing enough, Charrisse is working with an alter-ego named Sha Sha, who wants to look and feel good now that she is getting a divorce. Are you following me? Charrisse is busy doing all things good, eating good and good, good, GOOD, in case you were worried about her state of affairs. But good can’t always be great and in response to Gizelle’s accusations, Charrisse (or Sha Sha?) not only sent a cease and desist letter, but channeled her anger into a new rap that she shares with her daughter while scooting around her kitchen on a hoover board, which I would imagine is how all great raps start.
Onto more creatively challenged cast mates – Ashley Darby can’t dance. Or dress. She shows up to dance rehearsal in leopard high-waisted spandex and a crop top sweater, looking like she missed auditions to be an In Living Color Fly Girl by about 30 years. Was Ashley even alive when In Living Color was on air? The rehearsal is for the upcoming dance competition for the charity Manifest Your Destiny. Gizelle did it last year and will now be judging this year, so Ashley has reason to sweat. As if her life wasn’t sweaty enough tending to Oz, the new Australian themed restaurant her husband Michael gave her to play with. It’s been open for eight months now and surprise! The people of Potomac aren’t lining up to eat emu, kangaroo or camel. Ashley didn’t realize how much she would have on her plate (get it?) trying to play restaurant owner and it’s really affecting her sex life with Michael, not to mention Michael’s bank account since he pumped over $1 million into Oz.
Despite Michael’s financial stake in things, Ashley needs to feel respected about her ideas and the fact that she worked her un-manicured cuticles to the bone trying to create a new menu for Oz that doesn’t serve up koala bears on a plate. As the new chef stands by awkwardly, Michael argues over the cost of the beef put in front of him and tells Ashley this will push back their breakeven point and we all know what that means: no baby making until they break even on the restaurant. Ashley is incredulous that Michael would suggest their already named babies of Brady or Hawthorne (ugggggh) will have to wait and is probably wishing a tornado would take her back to Kansas already.
Speaking of far away places, Robyn Dixon is adjusting to life after her house went into foreclosure and was forced to move into a smaller house in (gasp!) Baltimore. She’s still living with her ex-husband of four years, Juan, so they can raise their kids together, sleep together in the same bed and continue the relationship of a married couple but don’t call it a relationship! Robyn can’t and won’t thanks to Juan’s roving eye that caused them to break up in the first place.
When Gizelle comes to visit Robyn’s new place, dressed in a full leotard for the occasion, she tries hard to steer clear of the fact that Robyn is clearly slumming it, both with her house and her man. Luckily, Robyn has a bone to pick with her and tells her she was wrong for putting Charrisse’s business out there without knowing whether or not it’s true. Instead of listening to Robyn’s words, Gizelle doubles down and uses the defense that Charrisse told her she cheated on Eddie all the time so she barely even put her business out there by only mentioning that one little fireman fling. This is where we see the trouble start in all housewives’ friendships that don’t even well – Robyn sees what a crappy friend Gizelle is being to someone else and wonders if she is next. The seeds of doubt are planted.
Now for the moment we have all been waiting for <cue the royal trumpets> the self-proclaimed Grande Dame of Potomac, Karen Huger is back and she’s doing GRAND things like….house hunting? As an empty nester? Ok, not so grand and kind of boring actually. Especially because her real estate agent had the audacity to bring her and her husband, Ray, a/k/a Dr. Black Bill Gates, to a $1.2 million dollar property that doesn’t even have a circular driveway! Horrifying, I know. Despite being Dr. Black Bill Gates (who must have earned his doctorate since last season when he was only referred to as The Black Bill Gates), Ray is willing to make downsizing work while Karen, well, let’s just say that Karen is not a lady to make anything “just work”. As she walks through the property, her face screws up like she is whiffing piles of the imaginary dog poo she is daintily stepping around. That’s going to be a no on this house.
Back over at Charrisse’s house, Charrisse or Sha Sha (this is going to be really hard to keep track of), has her very own glam minion in the form of Sheldon, her daughter’s former cheer coach. He’s there to do what every glam minion does for a real housewife: watch her try on clothes while they sip champagne and talk sh*t on the other housewives. Naturally, the talk du jour is about Gizelle, who is full of haterade for Charrisse and her new self (or is it selves?). Charrisee also fills Sheldon in on Eddie, who is like the Big Foot of Potomac – people claim he exists, but no one has ever really seen him. The divorce is moving forward and Eddie is staying in New Jersey, despite being fired from his head coaching job, but he better get a new job fast to refill Charrisse’s closet and Sheldon’s champagne glass.
At the Manifest Your Destiny event, Ashley is ready to dance and the ladies are there to judge watch. As Karen, Gizelle and Robyn gather around the bar before it starts, Charrisse walks up right as they are talking about her and Karen lets it be known that 1) they were talking about her and 2) it’s only because they are worried about her and want to help. Don’t get it twisted, Charrisse is good with a capital G, as she has told us 100 times this episode. But she does need to have a talk with Gizelle, who brushes her off so she can go judge the competition.
Ashley takes the stage in a fringe one piece dress that would make Tina Turner herself proud and does some kind of weird chair dance, capped off with backup dancers at the end. Despite how odd it looked spliced together in the clip, Ashley earns a 10 from Gizelle, along with the mirror ball trophy. Karen is happy Ashley, who likes to hump, is now out there humping for a cause.
While the ladies are backstage fawning over Ashley’s tight little booty, Gizelle tries to make a quick getaway but Charrisse is persistent and demands five minutes of Gizelle’s very precious time. They step outside and step right into the boxing ring as they hash it out. There is nothing really new to be said, Gizelle is mad she was called a whore and wants an apology, Charrisse will do nothing of the sort because she didn’t really say that and Gizelle should be lucky all Charrisse did was send a letter from her lawyer. Despite being incredibly petty, Gizelle always does manage to keep her cool in these fights and remains permanently unbothered. Sha Sha has no choice but to call Gizelle crazy as she saunters off into the Potomac night.

More divorce-not-divorced drama for Real Housewives Of Atlanta stars – this time it’s Cynthia Bailey and Peter Thomas‘ turn to ‘pretend’ to get divorced.
Cynthia’s attorney, Daniel Meachum, reveals that, despite what we saw on last night’s episode, Cynthia and Peter are not yet legally divorced according to the courts.

In fact, Fulton County Superior Court records show that Cynthia and Peter only filed on February 21 – of this year! Although they’ve been legally separated for 9 months. So does that mean, that as of last night’s episode, Cynthia had only signed separation documents?

Her attorney couldn’t reveal why Cynthia and Peter refrained from officially filing until this year, but AJC.com reports that there are “no major disputes” over real estates, property, or finances – because yes, it is an amicable split between the couple.
With that, Cynthia’s attorney expects the courts to finalize the divorce – like finally for real finalize it – later this month.
Let’s hope Peter doesn’t pull an Apollo Nida and re-file, or something!

Why did Cynthia lie?! Especially when coming down on Phaedra Parks for the very same thing! Why not just explain that she and Peter are legally separated while working out the particulars? It’s not as if Cynthia was expecting to reunite with Peter – actually the paperwork she filed with the court, where Cynthia is listed as the plaintiff, specifies, “There are no prospects for reconciliation.”

Let’s be honest – the only thing any of us remember from last night’s Real Housewives Of Atlanta is that Apollo Nida‘s prison fiancé Sherien Almufti appeared at the opening of the OLG Restaurant – and she’s everything a villainess side-chick should be. The worst (or maybe best) is that Phaedra Parks conveniently wasn’t even there to see her!
But first all the drama that came before. Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker – two control-freaks don’t make a restaurant! The OLG Restaurant is weeks away from officially opening and $100,000 over-budget, but Todd will not accept any help. He is the little man that could … and with his big forehead he thinks he can sneak traffic cone orange chairs right under Kandi’s nose. She is not impressed by his Todd: Party Of One attitude.
Case in point, Todd refuses to allow Don Juan or Carmon to help make decisions, even though there are no uniforms and the logo hasn’t been finalized with less than 24 hours before their soft opening for friends, family and television cameras. And don’t even get Kandi started on how the floor is so dusty it looks like it belongs inside Chateau Sheree!

Speaking of which… it’s T -7 days before Sheree Whitfield FINALLY takes occupancy of her grand, lavish mansion on the highway… just over the bog from Kenya Moore. These two bonded in Maui, which may be even scarier than them screaming at each other. Kenya stops by Chateau Sheree to borrow a cup of tea on what’s going down between Sheree and Bob and secures herself an invite to the housewarming party instead.

With Matt out of her Moore Manor, once again, the stars in the life of Krayonce are not aligned: Kenya has her house and her business, but she is, alas, still man-less. Why can’t all the men just be gone with the wind fabulous, instead of just gone… off their rocker, or out of hers? Sheree has no has no answers to this quandary, or how on earth the house is going to be ready in time for the party considering there is still a FULL construction crew working.
I too am wondering, again, how you can have a housewarming party with a home that’s still under construction, but that has not deterred the women of this show. Just as Matt’s 4,000 red flags have not deterred Kenya from allowing him back into her life to give her a storyline again and again… It’s like Sisterhood Of The Traveling Hardhat. First Kenya, then Kandi, now Sheree! They can all take turns wearing it around Porsha Williams just in case!
Despite all evidence to the contrary, it’s moving day for Sheree. Four long years after Bob had her ejected from the mansion they once shared, Chateau Sheree has taught her to know her worth. Which is broke, being sued, and living a lie? Good luck out there with the wilds of Krayonce.
Cynthia Bailey announces to Noelle that it is officially her first day being divorced from Peter and she will claim her turning 50 as being fabulously alone! Naturally her divorce occurred on the very day Peter arrives back in Atlanta. To go on a remembrance tour that includes talking to Apollo from prison, visiting his old house, and making an appearance at the opening of the OLG Restaurant. I think he also signed some divorce papers.
And now Peter is mad that Cynthia won’t let him love her anymore. Poor Cynthia – she can’t be besties with the man she dumped!
Cynthia isn’t looking to date, but if she happens to fall in anyone’s lap during the OLG opening, oh well… She should be more concerned about falling into Mama Joyce‘s clutches!
Phaedra is celebrating her 40-something’d birthday as as single woman, and Apollo is bragging to Peter and Todd that Sherien is an “upgrade.” How is someone who’s willing to cheat with you as you’ve got one foot in the prison, then get engaged to you when you’re all the way inside, an “upgrade”?
Oh Apollo – that guy is so gross! Still – it may be that he and Phaedra are birds of a skeevy feather. Apollo is all about surprises this episode and reveals that actually he and Phaedra aren’t officially divorced because she tricked him. Now he is after what’s rightfully his and wants revenge for getting played. You can read about that here.

Phaedra is blissfully unaware all of this is happening as she takes her sons out for ice cream with her parents, then finally gets some ‘me time’ (the trip to Maui didn’t count?) by celebrating her birthday at Porsha’s. This birthday celebration, or “bomb-ass bitch party” is apparently the divorce party Kenya wished she could’ve thrown.
Instead of fake penises, the guests are imaginary wig friends, and the table was laid with enough food to feed all of them. Welcome to The Mad Wig Teaparty! No one could attend because they were at the OLG opening. Which Phaedra was invited to, but demurred since she and Kandi are no longer friends. Or someone gave her the heads up about what the cat was dragging in…
As a gift Porsha had Frick & Frack onesies made. Porsha explains that while the other girls are dry toast roughing up your tongue, Frick and Frack “keep it moist.” No pun intended right?
Seriously though – Porsha attempting to open that champagne with the cork flying. Phaedra did need that hardhat! Too bad it was Kandi’s turn… Miraculously Todd pulled an all-nighter and got the restaurant clean and presentable in time for the opening.
The OLG decor is filled with photos of Kandi’s own family. I don’t know who wants to eat with a photo of Mama Joyce scowling down at them – seems like that may be better suited for a Weight Watchers meeting. Kandi has big dreams of franchising this restaurant though.
The real importance of this opening is that Kandi’s aunts are thrilled. Even Mama Joyce. And right as the “Beyonce” herself walks through the door, everyone yells “Surprise!” and MJ is so startled, she almost trips. Who would’ve thunk that Todd, lil old Todd, would be able to accomplish anything other than being Kandi’s sugar baby?!
It’s all going like fried chicken with biscuits, until Sherien walks in – supposedly unexpectedly. Everyone is downstairs listening to Kandi sing about haters in the music venue except for Todd and Peter when Sherien shows up. Because Apollo so wanted to support his besties, who have supported him so much, so he sent her as his representation instead. From Philadelphia?!
Todd brings Sherien downstairs to release her to the wolves meet the ladies, and Kandi’s mouth dropped but Kenya erupted into laughter. What she does reveal, though is that she and Apollo were very much together before he went to prison, and he was very much cheating on Phaedra. Despite what Kandi pretends, she knew that. After all both Apollo and Sherien thank her profusely for all the support she and Todd have given “them.”
And nobody felt like eating after that. Except for probably Mama Joyce who was likely licking her chops!
Naturally Sherien decides to call Apollo in prison, right here from the table, so he can also thank Kandi for all her support in welcoming his new love. Kandi decides to save face by being honest with him about his stunt – like what if Phaedra had been there, instead of dressing up in wigs to practice catching other men in her net?!
None of that matters once Apollo waves his magic wand of information to reveal that he and Phaedra are not legally divorced. At least not in his mind! Kenya freaks out about what a liar Phaedra is. I love this – here appears this woman, Sherien, – who lives in Philly – to reveal that Apollo, the man in prison for fraud, cheated on Phaedra before he went asunder, yet, instantly the women are up in arms that Phaedra lied about her divorce. Well, I suppose, two liars can’t make a truth which certainly seems to be the case with Phaedra and Apollo.
While the side-chick rises over at Kandi’s, back at Porsha’s, Phaedra pretends that she wants to amicably co-parent with Apollo, and trusts him to only bring women with “a strong moral compass” around their sons. Phaedra… I think Porsha’s wigs are squeezing your head too tight. That “Sarah” always causes problems.
TELL US – DO YOU THINK KANDI KNEW ABOUT SHERIEN? WHY IS PHAEDRA LYING ABOUT HER DIVORCE? ARE YOU IMPRESSED THAT SHEREE IS FINALLY MOVING INTO CHATEAU SHEREE?

I don’t know why Kelly Bensimon would ever return to Real Housewives of New York, but I would be pumped if she did. Sure, it wasn’t the best look for her, but she really made good TV. I will never in my life forget her weird rant about Al Sharpton and jelly beans while she was arguing with Bethenny Frankel on Scary Island.
Bethenny made a return to RHONY and even Jill Zarin will appear next season, so why not bring back Kelly? Well, apparently this is a possibility.

I feel bad writing this because there really is no “news” here. I can’t break the news that Kelly will bring her lovable brand of crazy back to Real Housewives of New York. However, Page Six reports that Andy Cohen did ask Kelly if she would appear again.
I mean, if Jill Zarin is allowed back after all the drama she caused for Andy, we know that anything is possible.
Apparently Kelly was asked about the possibility of a return to the show when she was at Boca Beach Club and she avoided the questions. If she was definitely against this idea, she probably would have just shut down the rumors- right? So maybe there’s some hope.
Supposedly she initially denied to be filmed since a “source” alleges “Kelly only wants to go back on the show if the scenes are authentic, with her real friends.” Sure, that’s ideal situation, but that’s obviously not the case when it comes to most of the people who are on these Real Housewives shows.
But, Kelly did go to Luann de Lesseps’s wedding which Dorinda Medley and Jill also attended, so maybe she would be okay filming with those people. And no offense, but what else is she doing these days? She might as well get paid to go film group lunches and go on vacations… although it was the vacation episodes where we really saw Kelly become undone. I doubt she would ever want to go one of those trips again, but maybe if the price is right.
The same Page Six post also name dropped that Kelly’s friends that refused to film with her included Elizabeth Hurley and Elle Macpherson.
I would love to see her come back to the show and go off the rails against Bethenny Frankel again. It would be quite nostalgic.
