Big Brother 18 Preview: Who Will Be the New Head of Household?

Now that there are only six houseguests (HG) left in the Big Brother 18 house after Michelle Meyer was evicted Thursday evening, winning competitions is more important now than at any other point in the game.  Tonight’s episode will pick up where Thursday’s episode left off with the HGs battling one another in the ‘Poached Eggs’ competition for the new Head of Household (HOH) crown.

With less than three weeks left in the house, the HGs must bring their ‘A’ game now more than ever if they plan to take their game to the end.

When Big Meech was finally evicted, after several previous close call in week’s past, she went out with a BANG!  Her eviction was the first tie-breaker vote of the season, and HOH Nicole Franzel cast her vote to evict Michelle over her pawn Paul.  It should not come as a surprise that Michelle did not hold back her feelings as she walked out the Big Brother doors.

Each time Michelle has been sitting in the hot seat of eviction, she has not held back her thoughts about other players.  During a previous eviction ceremony when Michelle was certain that she was going to be evicted but was not, she called fellow HG Nicole a snake in the grass who could not be trusted.  Michelle also totally blew up Paulie Calafiore’s game with Bridgette Dunning when they were sitting on the Block for eviction together.  After she and Bridgette exposed Paulie’s game to the group, Paulie was evicted the very next week after having complete control of the house for most of the season.

Now that Super Fan Big Meech is gone, we are left with only six HGs and all of which are in relationship pairs.  Nicole and Corey Brooks have been in a showmance along with James Huling and Natalie Negrotti for most of the season.  Victor Arroyo and Paul Abrahamian are in a bromance that has lasted since the first week in the house and both of Victor’s evictions and comebacks.  Nicole and Corey are in a final four deal and alliance with Paul and Victor, but James and Natalie used to be in an alliance with Paul and Victor.  Will the newly formed alliance between Nicole, Corey, Victor, and Paul be able to stick together and make it to the final four?  Who will win the next HOH and who will be nominated to the Block for eviction?  Tune in tonight for the answers to all of these questions and many more on Big Brother.

Big Brother Spoilers: Power of Veto Results – Week 11

Who won Power of Veto on Big Brother on Saturday and will it change the main target for this week’s eviction? Will one of the two Heads of Household this week have to scramble to figure out a replacement nominee? Read on for the Big Brother spoilers from the Live Feeds!

This week in Big Brother, we may witness the second dismantling of a man or showmance. All season, showmances have ruled the Big Brother 18 house. It’s a miracle that two big showmances and a major duo made it all the way to the final 6. It’s basically a battle of duos on Big Brother 2016.

Corey Brooks and Nicole Franzel made the decision to align with Paul Abrahamian and Victor Arroyo instead of sticking with their alliance with James Huling and Natalie Negrotti. This move seems to have worked in their favor.

Victor won Head of Household, and then immediately set his target to Natalie and James. Yesterday, he took the first steps toward his goal to evict James by nominating him and Natalie for eviction.

Tonight, Natalie and James need to do whatever it takes to win the Veto. The odds are heavily stacked against them, since they’re going into a battle against four people. However, stranger and more impossible things have happened in the Big Brother house.

So did either James or Natalie win this week’s Big Brother 18 Power of Veto?

Corey Brooks won this week’s Veto competition.

He will 100 percent not use it, which means Natalie or James goes to the jury house this week. Paul, Nicole, and Corey already suggested that they evict Natalie instead of James. She has done better in competitions, which wouldn’t be a bad move but Victor is set on taking out James. Can he be swayed before Thursday’s episode ?

Big Brother 18 Spoilers: Will James Fall On His Sword For Natalie?

A man in love will do crazy things for the woman of his dreams, including throwing himself on his own sword at a cost of the $500,000 grand prize for Big Brother 18.  Will James Huling make the ultimate sacrifice for Natalie Negrotti?  Will his southern gentleman’s charm allow Natalie to pay for his bad decisions and mistakes that have ultimately resulted in Victor nominating himself and Natalie to the Block for eviction this week?

Once Victor Arroyo won Head of Household (HOH) and nominated James and Natalie to the Block, James has made things very clear with his intentions to assure he is the houseguest evicted this week.  As you may recall, Natalie and James were in an alliance with bromance couple Paul Abrahamian and Victor not so long ago.  James convinced Natalie to flip on their deal with the ‘friendship’ bro’s, and now James and Natalie are on the outside looking in while Victor and Paul are validating their final four deal with Nicole Franzel and Corey Brooks.

Natalie has tried her best to make amends with Victor and Paul for betraying their trust.  She visited the HOH room this morning without James to grovel and said, “I’m sorry I backstabbed  you guys.  I put my trust in the wrong hands.  I really trusted James and his opinions.  I just wanted to apologize.”  Victor and Paul seemed receptive with her apology and reiterated that this was just a game and alluded to Natalie that she is not the target this week.  We know is true from the conversations between Victor and Paul on the Live Feeds, and they have been clear to all the houseguests (HG) their target is James this week and not Natalie.  Natalie is doing her best to try and right the wrong she did to Victor and Paul in hopes of coming out of this week on good terms with them going towards the final three weeks of the game.

James and Natalie retreat to their favorite place, the London Room where James falls squarely on his own sword.  James tell Natalie, “My mind is already made up.  It’s set.  I’m going home this week regardless.  I’m sealing my own fate.  Even if I win the Power of Veto (POV), the Veto is coming your way.  I’ve already told everybody that.  Natalie tries to tell James that she doesn’t want him to use the POV on her if he wins the POV competition later today, but James simply tells her, “I’m making the situation right.”

The POV competition just got underway at 3:48 PT today so we will know soon whether or not James can win the POV, and if he does, will he stay true to his word and use it to save Natalie?  Check back soon for the POV results to see which HG won the golden POV.

Melissa Gorga Says She Welcomes The Reconciliation Between Jacqueline Laurita And Teresa Giudice

When it comes to Real Housewives of New Jersey, I’m so used to the craziness and table flipping and rogue fashion shows amped up on faux fur, pleather, white zin, and screaming–it’s actually weird when we get to see the calmer side of things. Am I right? This week’s episode was relatively free of the drama and cattiness these ladies love to spew. What’s that about? We all know a girls’ weekend is when the claws come out for the housewives. Not this one…only Jacqueline Laurita’s paranoia was present, but honestly, we’re all used to it at this point. 

Siggy Flicker deserves a slow clap for the reconciliation I never imagined possible between Jacqueline and Teresa Giudice, and it was certainly refreshing to see more laughing out loud and less lashing out between the frenemies who have been fuming and feuding for ages. Over-under on how long this will last? Carolina Manzo has an idea…

Of course, Melissa Gorga hopes that all will continue to be well in the land of Louis Vuitton and foreclosures. In her Bravo blog, Melissa shares her take on the women’s mini-vacay. She begins, “Hi everyone! As you can see, this girls trip was exactly what we all needed… A time to hang out, talk, laugh, and relax. We were all rooting for Teresa and Jacqueline to make peace and this was the best place to do that — away from our everyday lives and stresses,” adding, “The trip was very eye-opening for us and no matter what is going on with our relationships with each other, the one thing we can all agree on is our love for our kids. They are our pride and joy, and I truly felt for Jacqueline when she got upset. I know how hard she has worked to get Nicholas to the point he is now, and she is doing an amazing job!”

She asserts, “With that being said, I am not one to mask how I am feeling. It was nice to see that Teresa and Jacqueline could move on so quickly and let it go. I’ve always wanted that for them and that’s why I pushed to get them together that weekend. Believe me, I don’t like being in the middle when they aren’t getting along. It’s a very uncomfortable place to be. Like I said during the episode, my relationship with Teresa when she first came home was much more delicate. We had to want to let go of the past and want to build a solid, real friendship and move forward with each other. I get that it’s easier for them as friends to just drop it. I feel like for us, there is much more at stake because friends come and go, but family is forever and our family is finally in a good place.”

Acknowledging that it wasn’t all hair braiding and Truth-or-Dare, Melissa continues, “What annoyed me was Jacqueline’s paranoia when Dolores [Catania] and I were talking at the pool and then again back at the house. Her emotional highs and lows have been kicked up a notch ever since Teresa came home and we all started hanging out. I definitely don’t understand it. I have always been a good friend to her, but her actions recently show me that she wants to push me away rather than embrace the new peaceful dynamic she claims she wants for everyone.”

Melissa concludes, “On a positive note, I liked that this episode was pretty drama-free and actually showed a lot of the fun we had that weekend. I absolutely loved spending time with Teresa. We have such a playful relationship, and I do think MOST of the girls are happy for us. Teresa was the first person to introduce me to yoga, and I have to say it is very calming — but also tough. It really helps ground her, and I think it was nice that she is sharing it with all of us. I wish the Zen could last!”

Don’t we all, Melissa. Don’t we all…

Big Brother 18 Spoilers: Week 11 Eviction Nominations

With less than three weeks left in the Big Brother 18 house, there are very few choices when it comes to nominating houseguests (HG) to the Block for eviction. After Victor Arroyo narrowly won his third Head of Household (HOH) in the ‘Poached Eggs’ competition, he was left with the task of nominating two HGs to the Block for eviction out of a pool of only five.

There should not be any surprise that Victor nominated James Huling and Natalie Negrotti to the Block for eviction.  Victor is in a bromance of ‘friendship’ with Paul Abrahamian and has been since the first week in the house, so Paul was not an option for nomination.  In addition, Victor and Paul are in a final four deal and alliance, aptly named the Final Four, with showmance couple Nicole Franzel & Corey Brooks (Nicorey) thus eliminating them from possible nominees to the Block this week for HOH Victor.  That left only James and Natalie available to nominate to the Block.

Although there is not much of a surprise with Block nominations, the matter in question now is which of those two will be evicted as there is some contention in the house about this week’s target.  Victor has adamantly voiced his target this week to be James for eviction while Nicorey have revealed they want to see Natalie go before James.  If neither nominees win the Power of Veto (POV) and the Block remains the same, Nicorey will have the controlling votes.  Will they go along with Victor’s target for the week or will they vote to evict Natalie instead?

The POV competition tomorrow will be James’ and Natalie’s last chance to save themselves from eviction this week.  Both have mentioned on the Live Feeds that if they win the POV, they will use the power to save each other…awe, how sweet.  As we all know, anything is possible in the Big Brother house, and there is a lot of time left before the live eviction ceremony Thursday evening.  Can James or Natalie win the POV and shake things up in the house?  Check back here tomorrow for the POV results to see if either Block nominees was able to win the golden POV.

Eden Sassoon To Join The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, Season 7!

 

It’s official! There’s a new player in the Hills. Beverly Hills, that is. Eden Sassoon, daughter of the iconic Vidal Sassoon, will be joining the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for season 7. Whether she’s a “friend of” or an actual housewife yet is still up in the air. Apparently, Eden doesn’t want to spill the beans just yet, but says, “it’s been a blast so far.”

The famous single mother and entrepreneur has confirmed that she has been filming with the cast, which includes (as far as we know) returning RHOBH stars Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards, Eileen Davidson, Lisa Rinna, and Erika Girardi. No wonder Eden’s photo has shown up on some of these ladies’ Instagram accounts lately!

So, what are Eden’s connections to present cast members, if any? Well, a source tells E! News that Lisa R and Eden “have mutual friends, and her family has a history with Lisa Vanderpump,” in part from Eden’s father, Vidal, frequenting Vanderpump restaurants. And since filming, Eden has reportedly gotten “really close” to Lisa R. Uh. Oh. 

With the exit of Yolanda Foster-Hadid and Kathryn Edwards, Eden has her work cut out for her as the newbie within this gaggle of women. She even admits, “I thought I was a badass bitch, but this is going to be a tough crowd to keep up with.”

Fear not, however! Eden does not appear to be the next Brandi Glanville (please don’t make me eat those words, Bravo!), as she’s known for her healthy, sober lifestyle. Like, actually sober – not Kim Richards sober. Revolutionary times we are living in!

The 43-year old Eden owns her own Pilates studio and hair salon, which also means she’s actually got something going on in her life other than a$$ waxing and patting the puss. A nice addition to the, ahem, current assortment of housewives. 

Kyle shares that new cast members are always wild cards though. “In the beginning, it’s always great, and then later, you’re like, ‘Oh my god, this is a nightmare!'” she claims. Whether her words are about Eden or not is anyone’s guess. 

Of course, Kyle also depressingly hinted that we may not be entirely rid of her sister Kim on RHOBH. “I think she is [returning,]. I can’t confirm that, but I would like to see her back and I know a lot of people would,” she delusionally shared in early August. 

I, for one, am ready for a fresh face. Let’s hope Eden didn’t get any Lyme stuck to her as Yolanda was exiting stage left, and we just might be in for a treat!

Some people relished at the idea of Big Brother all year round (if you include the Canada edition). Others loved the idea of a Big Brother mainly geared towards feed watchers and superfans. Some found the idea of a digital season, which they had to pay to watch, outrageous.

No matter how fans responded, CBS would continue on their path to an exclusive online version. For weeks, CBS has released more and more details about the upcoming digital season. Yesterday, they started showing commercials that gave us a lot more insight into what to expect this fall.

CBS made it very clear that this digital season would not be Big Brother 19, but instead titled Big Brother: Over the Top (#BBOTT or #BigBrotherOTT). Big Brother: Over the Top promises to give fans more control than ever before.

Here are a few other details we’ve gathered about Big Brother Over The Top:

• New Cast. Executive Producer Allison Grodner didn’t exclude the idea of vets returning for the digital version. However, she stated wanting to save the superstar players for a summer season. The majority of the Big Brother: Over the Top Cast should be newbies.
• New casting director. There is a rumor that Robyn Kass, who usually casts for Big Brother and Big Brother Canada, will be too busy focusing on Big Brother Canada 5. Therefore, the casting team for The Amazing Race will be put in charge of casting Big Brother: Over the Top. No word yet on when the new cast will be announced.
• Julie Chen will be involved. We can assume that Julie will host live evictions. However, CBS Interactive president Marc DeBevoise stated that her role would be “a little different” than what fans are used to. We’ll have to see exactly what that means in the fall.
• The prize money cut in half. Instead of playing for $500,000, the contestants will compete for $250,000. Still a lot of money, but not as thrilling as $500,000.
• Episodes air weekly. To satisfy broadcast viewers who might join the live feeds world, CBS will have episodes on CBS All-Access every Wednesday at 10PM ET/7PM PT. The episodes will then be available on-demand the next day. The Big Brother: Over The Top press release said episodes on Wednesday, so we’re not sure if that means one live eviction episode on Wednesday or three episodes uploaded all at once, similar to three episodes airing a week.
• 24-Hour Access. Unlike previous seasons, Big Brother: Over The Top, will let fans see everything. This means that competitions and ceremonies will no longer be blocked out. This also means that Big Brother won’t have a major set for most competitions.
• Incentive to make contestants stay awake. Grodner didn’t go into details, but she stated that there would be things going on in the house to keep the players up. This means fans should have something to watch and explore more often. We won’t get hours of boredom from watching people sleep.
• “Unprecedented interactive opportunities that have an immediate impact on the game.” Fans wil get the opportunity to vote on things that will affect players 24-7.
• Fans can go commercial free. CBS recently announced a $9.99 a month plan that would be ad free. This isn’t a concern to feed watchers, because CBS doesn’t currently run ads during the feeds, but when viewing episodes, this might come in handy. It’s an extra $4 compared to the usual $5.99 plan.
• Big Brother: Over The Top premieres September 28 at 10/9C. Exactly a week after the Big Brother 18 finale airs.

Ben Robinson Talks Below Deck Season 4; Says He’s Crankier Than Usual!

No sooner did Ben Robinson break free from the Ionian Princess (and Danny Zureikat’s petulant whining) on Below Deck Mediterranean than he was climbing aboard Valor to sail the Caribbean for season 4 of the original Below Deck. And, he admits, he’s exhausted.

“It’s a lot,” confesses Ben of hopping from one charter season to another with no break in between. “I mean, I think I was just kind of on a rollercoaster ride when I showed up.” Usually, the crew get a chance to “gather themselves” in between filming seasons. But not so for Ben. “I was just thrown straight into the fire again. It was different.”

Thus, we may see an even crankier version of Ben on season 4 of Below Deck than ever before. There will be NO more printed menus! He will be cooking NO more impromptu birthday cakes! He is, in effect, dunzo playing nice with the totally dysfunctional casts assembled around him. 

Ben told Bravo’s Daily Dish that while aboard Valor, “I was probably a little more cranky maybe, yeah.” 

Captain Lee Rosbach, who followed Ben and crew during their Med season (and hilariously tweeted along the way), agrees that Ben’s attitude left a little something to be desired in the Caribbean. But, hey – if Captain Lee really did watch the Med season closely, he shouldn’t be too surprised about Ben (or viewers, for that matter) being utterly exhausted with the nonstop drama that occurred on board.

What Captain Lee didn’t understand was who Ben chose to have a romantic liaison with in the Med! Hint: not Hannah Ferrier, despite her many desperate attempts to snag Ben. “I didn’t see the Tiffany [Copeland] thing coming at all. That was just out of the blue,” says Lee. 

Ultimately, Ben says of the Med and Caribbean seasons that “They were both very tough. I survived, I guess. It’s good. It was fun.”

Below Deck season 4 is set to premiere next Tuesday, September 6. Chief stew Kate Chastain will return to spar with Ben, along with BD alums Kelley Johnson and Captain Lee.

Are Pauly D And Aubrey O’Day Engaged? She Has A Big Ring

It is so hard to keep up with what’s going on between Pauly D and Aubrey O’Day. Or at the very least, it’s pretty difficult to keep track of all the rumors that surround their relationship. The Famously Single stars have had a PDA-heavy relationship on social media and now there is speculation that they are engaged since Aubrey has been photographed rocking a pretty big ring.

Recently, there were rumors that Pauly D broke up with Aubrey without her even knowing while she was across the pond filming Celebrity Big Brother in the UK. I have no idea whether that rumor was actually true, but just based on their Instagram accounts, it really looks like these two are having a fun time together. So whether they broke up, had a break, or none of the above, they seem happy now.

Pauly D and Aubrey have been kissing all over Europe and documenting their travels on Instagram, so it’s very clear that they want us all to know that they are happily in love. I keep zooming in on that ring Aubrey is wearing and wondering if it’s an engagement ring, but there hasn’t been any mention of it specifically.

Nevertheless, Aubrey refers to Pauly as her “future husband” in many of her photo captions, but it seems like she’s  been doing that since the beginning of their relationship, so I don’t think that necessarily indicates that they are engaged.

I won’t share all of the photos because there are a ton of them, but these are some of the highlights:

Pauly D and Aubrey look super romantic kissing in front of the Eiffel Tower. Perhaps they are celebrating a new engagement? Maybe they just wanted to get a cool Instagram post in while they were at an international land mark?

In the photo that Aubrey posted of herself and Pauly in Amsterdam she posted, “with my fam in Amsterdam” which also isn’t giving me much info as to their status, but they do look happy together.

I would not be surprised if an engagement announcement is on the horizon. These two seem so into each other, but then again they were both on a show called Famously Single, so it might take a while to get to that point.

Kroy Biermann Cut From The Buffalo Bills

Well, that was fast. Soon after the news spread about Kim Zolciak’s husband Kroy Biermann signing to the Buffalo Bills, it is now officially over. Yep, just like that, Kroy got the ax from the team.

After all of the build up and Kim’s interviews and social media posts about her long time love of Buffalo, the journey is over. I have no idea what this means for Kroy’s football career, but I am sure the Biermann family is up in arms over the news.

To be fair, the Bills were required to reduce the roster to fifty three players, so they needed to cut twenty one players no matter what. I’m pretty confused because they just signed Kroy. Why even bother if he was barely going to be on the team? It seems odd to me, but obviously I know nothing about running an NFL team.

Kroy has been playing in the NFL for eight seasons and he signed a contract with the Bills for one year, so this is a little shocking to hear. But again, I want to emphasize that I have no idea how this actually works and it could be normal.

The Biermann family is very resilient and used to change, so I’m sure that with the support of Kim and the kids, Kroy will be able to figure out what a good next move would be. At least he has reality TV has a backup source of income!
