Report: Dancing With the Stars Wants Caitlyn Jenner On The Show

After many seasons of people complaining that athletes have an unfair advantage on Dancing With the Stars, the show is evening the playing field with an all-athlete edition of the show, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that the cast wont dip into reality TV stars as well since there are plenty of athletes that do end up on reality TV.

Rumor has it, that ABC wants Caitlyn Jenner to compete for the mirror ball trophy next season.

Page Six is the source reporting this rumor. ABC commented, “We do not confirm or comment on casting rumors. We’ll be announcing our cast closer to our premiere date.” A rep for Caitlyn told Page Six, “Not true.” So I guess that’s not happening- at this point. Maybe some negotiations will be made.

It would have been interesting to see how Caitlyn would perform in comparison to the other athletes and her ex-stepkids who competed on previous seasons. Kim Kardashian ended up in 11th place and Rob Kardashian actually made it to the finale and became the first runner-up.

Luann de Lesseps Is Facing 5 Years In Prison After Her Christmas Eve Arrest

As the Luann de Lesseps once sang, “Money can’t buy you class,” but it also can’t get you out of felony charges. After Luann’s drunken arrest on Christmas Eve, she publicly apologized on Twitter, before checking into rehab.

Now that she’s been out of rehab for a minute and a half, Luann has officially been charged- three times actually. Now I just want to know if the Real Housewives of New York cameras were rolling for this moment.

TMZ reports that the former countess has been charged with trespassing, disorderly intoxication, and resisting an officer with violence. Resisting an officer counts as a felony and because of that she could get 5 years in prison.

Attempting to hook up in a hotel room that wasn’t hers was clearly not worth it. Real Housewives of New York Season 9 needs to start ASAP. And if I’m being honest, I could watch a whole season solely devoted to Luann’s legal saga. I want to see what was happening before, what the ladies said about it after, and how Lu will bounce back after this one.
