Eileen Davidson On The RHOBH Reunion: “I’m Completely Shell-Shocked”

Another day, another teaser about the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills reunion. This time, Eileen Davidson is spilling some tea about what we can expect when the ladies get together to rehash a doozie of a season. Though she wasn’t in the middle of most of the drama, Eileen admits the reunion still took a toll on her.

“I could actually not put two words together this morning,” said Eileen the day after taping the reunion. “It’s crazy. I actually sound halfway intelligent. I couldn’t have been this clear yesterday.”

Telling TooFab that the reunion left her “shell-shocked,” Eileen intimates that she tried to maintain her composure as fireworks went off all around her on the couches – most likely between Lisa Rinna and nearly every other cast member.

Teasing that “you’ll just have to watch” to find out who said what, Eileen did confess that she didn’t achieve her coveted role of being peacemaker within the group. (Did she assign this role to herself?!) “I’m not entirely sure I was successful. I can’t really say anything else.”

On a more positive front, Eileen says her relationship with Lisa Vanderpump has improved over the course of the season. She credits this growth to the time spent in Hong Kong witnessing Lisa’s work against Yulin. “It kind of helped solve some iciness between the two of us and helped us reach some sort of an understanding, I suppose,” she shares.

In fact, Eileen thinks the trip to Hong Kong was overall “a very positive trip, but for sure there was a lot of you-know-what that hit the fan.” That you-know-what largely came from Eileen’s ally, Lisa Rinna. So, what does she think of her friend’s involvement in nearly EVERY SINGLE mess this year?

True to form, Eileen praises Rinna for “owning it” when it came to finally remembering what she’d said about Kim Richards’ sobriety. Yet, interestingly, Eileen doesn’t comment whatsoever on Rinna’s latest move: Questioning Dorit Kemsley on whether or not she does cocaine.

Instead, Eileen lamely chalks up tensions on the trip to sleeplessness and jet lag. She claims, “When you’re jet-lagged and exhausted, all unresolved feelings tend to come to the surface…So as you can see, lots of unresolved stuff between Erika [Girardi] and Dorit kind of hits at the boat. It kind of keeps on going, too. There’s not a lot of resolution on this trip, and a lot of stuff is brought to the forefront.”

Eileen also thinks that a severe lack of communication skills is to blame for the continued drama. She says that some women “just say what they wanna say, especially if it’s a lie. A lot of them just think the more they repeat it, that they’ll somehow make it true. And it gets very frustrating, but I just always try to remain focused and centered. It’s difficult.”

If by “some women,” Eileen meant Lisa Rinna, then I’d agree wholeheartedly! Sadly, I think Eileen will be ride or die for Rinna until the bitter end. She will go down with that boat, no matter how junky.

Reports that Rinna got pretty beat up at the reunion have already surfaced, however, so it will be interesting to see how much energy Eileen puts into defending her bestie when the heat is really turned up on those reunion couches.

Scheana Marie Accuses Mike Shay Of Cheating; Jax Taylor Compares Shay With Scheana’s New Boyfriend Robert Valletta

Even though the Vanderpump Rules fans are well aware that Scheana Marie and Mike Shay split up back in November 2016, the split was barely addressed this season… until the last few episodes. This means that the split is going to be front and center at the reunion. Not only that, but Scheana accuses Shay of cheating on her during the reunion episodes.

Personally, I am so shocked that Shay even showed up for the reunion since he left Scheana by herself for most of the season. This is especially shocking since Scheana is currently dating Robert Valletta – someone that Jax Taylor has some opinions on, of course.

E! shared a trailer for the upcoming Vanderpump Rules reunion and things get heated between Scheana and Shay, so much so that Lisa Vanderpump intervenes in the conversation. She asks Scheana, “Have you spoken to Shay at all?” and Scheana said, “I haven’t seen him since we filmed.”

Lisa also said, “Well, I would have had a prenup if I would have been married to Shay, let’s be honest,” which makes me think they address those “claims” that Shay cleared out Scheana’s bank accounts and ran away… which they adamantly denied at the time. Poor Scheana said, “I had nothing to lose at the time.”

Not only was Shay shady AF financially, but he was also hitting up other girls while they were married. Scheana declared, “I caught him texting another girl.” Shay replied, “I can’t even look at you right now.” So. Awkward.

Hopefully Scheana is in a better situation with her new boyfriend Rob, who Jax said is “a really nice guy” in an interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish. He even said, “Rob is a really really nice guy. I mean night and day [from Shay]. Not saying Shay’s not a great guy; he is, but he’s totally opposite of Shay.”

Jax continued, “It seems like they have a great relationship. They spend every waking moment together since they’ve been dating. I haven’t seen too much of her lately cause she really in his world now. She’s kind of distanced herself since she started dating him and I haven’t seen her since the reunion.” Actually spending time with Scheana, yep that’s the exact opposite of Shay. It was ridiculous how many times she had to show up alone to events this season. She seemed so alone.

Interestingly enough, Jax admitted, “I do keep in touch with Shay, and he recently just found out that she is dating someone and I think he’s OK with it.” Jax asserted, “I think he’s just a lot happier now. In fact, I know he’s a lot happier now. He’s actually who he wants to be.”

Jax shared this interesting tidbit: “We all thought he knew that Scheana was dating Rob ’cause actually Shay and Rob were friends. And Scheana dated [Rob] a long time ago and then left him, went back to Shay, and now she’s back with Rob.” I feel like Scheana is not going to be happy with this revelation since the previous narrative said that Scheana and Rob were always friends and they connected while he was supporting her through her divorce.

Lisa Vanderpump Says Dorit Kemsley Defended Herself Well In Hong Kong; Slams Rinna For Her Drug Accusations

Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards could do little but stare, mouths agape, at the insanity that went down in Hong Kong on this week’s Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills. Now that she’s had plenty of time to process the situation, Lisa has a lot to say. Praising Dorit Kemsley for holding her own and slamming Lisa Rinna for being the messiest broad alive her vitriolic accusations, Lisa doesn’t hold back in her blog!

Lisa begins with gratitude for her cast mates supporting her work against Yulin. “Hong Kong was an incredible opportunity to focus on our fight against Yulin, and I am grateful for all who supported us in our tireless endeavors, against the barbarianism which transpires each summer solstice.”

Moving on to the multiple fights aboard the junk boat, Lisa reflects, “On the boat, Kyle and I watched as Dorit did an excellent job at defending herself, relentlessly pushing forward under the barrage of remarks coming from LR, EJ and ED. Every time I tried to diffuse the situation, those two would not have it. They are tethered together by a loyalty that sometimes makes no sense…I believe sometimes a true friend can tell you when to shut up and not support you flipping the bird and screaming abuse.”

Lisa thinks Erika Girardi is a tough nut to crack. She explains, “I felt a modicum of responsibility for all of them, as they were there at my invitation, and I didn’t want to see it all end in tears. Erika has never made an effort with me since the beginning when I had welcomed her to our group. All I had heard was negativity last year. Things have improved this year, and I am hopeful for what lies ahead, but I am not an idiot. Or if I am, I am a busy idiot with not much energy left to push for something that is one sided.”

After a their Buddha excursion, Lisa says she “was hopeful for a tranquil dinner after the night before, but the tension was palpable, and now I view this as LR salaciously asks Dorit if she apologized to Erika. It was sickening.”

But why is pantygate – or “knickergate” as LVP calls it – still an issue? Lisa doesn’t understand Erika’s hypocritical stance on social decorum and modesty. “The importance of knickergate was still mystifying to me. This is a woman who is brazen in her performances, wears c—y around her neck, is often stark naked unnecessarily in front of millions. I never thought it was intentional, so none of it made sense to me, and I wish she could understand that Dorit’s intention was to bring levity to the situation. LR was aggressively relentless in her pursuit of Dorit. When she said she was done, I knew it wasn’t the end of it.”

As for Eileen Davidson’s foot-in-mouth statement about children, Lisa (along with just about everyone else) agrees that Eileen meant no harm. “Erika reacting to an innocuous statement by Eileen, who we see was attempting to placate the situation, was a bizarre moment. I was thankful to Eileen for attempting to put this whole ridiculous situation into perspective. It was a statement that inadvertently referred to Erika’s son’s job, and I found myself defending Eileen in that moment. She was truly mortified, and that might just indicate the radical twists and turns that ensued that night.”

“I imagine as a mother how stressful it must be as your child is in the field and there must be many sleepless nights, but that was an extreme reaction which no one understood. Dorit did an excellent job at defending herself, and she has proven to be a worthy opponent when the gloves are off.”

Finally, Lisa moves on to Rinna’s incendiary accusations about Dorit and her guests “doing coke in the bathroom” at her dinner party. Bottom line: Lisa thinks Rinna is a pile o’ sh*t. Well, in so many words…

“I can’t comprehend the vitriol that spewed from LR’s mouth, and I had no inkling that slanderous accusations would be hurled at Dorit. Things went from bad to worse…” blogs Lisa. “It was unfair, unnecessary and also unwarranted. Did she trust her husband? WTF has that got to do with anything that had transpired so far? Dorit wasn’t threatened by Erika as LR alleged…And then…Cocaine allegations? I have been the recipient of nasty, vitriolic, unsubstantiated claims, and I defended  my friend Dorit, whom I know to be a decent young woman that was aghast at the venomous words that might linger as the forum is so public.”

Lisa describes her feelings as she watched the episode air this week: “Watching this actually sickened me. LR looked as if she revelled in Dorit’s  exasperation. It was reminiscent of last year. When I exclaimed that it was a low blow, LR stated I was the queen of low blows. I resent that as I would never unjustly accuse someone of something so egregious, especially out of retaliation.”

Leaving us with final words of wisdom on fake friendships, Lisa closes by warning, “Always remember, when you are aggressively pursued and somebody is clearly attempting to sully your reputation, denigrate your character…don’t panic. Give as much credibility to their statement as they deserve, which in this case is zero. And always consider the source, and I think then we will have a better understanding of the validity of those statements. I think this year has given me clarity it as to what transpired last year.”
