Season 11 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills focused on the legal downfall of Erika Jayne. Now season 12 seems to be focused on her personal downfall. Her central storyline is about how she has been drinking too much. She even admitted that she has mixed pills with alcohol. There is no doubt that Erika has reason to be under a lot of stress and scrutiny. From viewers, castmates and even former Housewives.
Kelly Dodd, who is no stranger to controversy herself, recently weighed in on Erika’s behavior this season. As reported by Heavy, the former Real Housewives of Orange County star took to YouTube to shred Erika. Kelly started in on Erika’s newly launched hair extension line. Said Kelly of Erika, “You’re not smart enough, you are not a lawyer, you will never, ever have the jet plane all on your own. I can tell you that right now, unless you win the lottery.”
She added, “Like she just doesn’t have it, she just doesn’t have it. She’s tried. Listen, she had a shoe line, she had a makeup line, now she’s launching a hair line, everyone has a hair line.”
Kelly also went on to talk about Erika’s boozy behavior at castmate Diana Jenkins’ holiday party. Erika admitted in her confessional, “The holiday’s are hard for everybody and they were particularly hard for me this year because you have great memories of your family and the holidays in the past when things were loving and great and now things feel like its desolate. I don’t want to be in a sad depressing place, I want to have a good time.”
According to Kelly, Erika shouldn’t even be on the show for that reason. “Telling everyone that she’s okay, she’s not okay. She shouldn’t even be on the show. She should be checking herself in and working on herself and helping, and doing a Go Fund Me page or a charity event for the victims,” Kelly remarked.
Back in May, Erika talked about taking antidepressants while drinking alcohol. She confessed, “I have taken my mental health very seriously because I needed to be stable in order to handle things that were coming at me and I did have a couple drinks with some anti-depressants, yeah, and it hits you really hard.” Erika added that she “tried to have a good time this season because this previous season was so heavy.”
As for her extension line that Kelly doesn’t think will succeed, Erika has said she’s willing to put in the work. She asserted another RHOBH confessional, “I know what it’s like to have it all. I’m going to work my a– off. I’m going to get everything back.”

The Real Housewives of New York original cast member has had varying stories about how she ended her time on the show. But 10 years after her departure, she did manage to land a place on Peacock’s Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Ex-Wives Club. Which didn’t exactly work in her favor. Her castmates regularly accused her of being thirsty, which is a label she’s carried for years.
In March, Andy Cohen announced that the slumping RHONY would be split into two series, one being a Legacy series. Naturally, Jill was the first to offer herself up, fulfilling Andy’s prediction that she would call him for the chance. But Radar Online is now reporting that Jill is out of the running.
While the report is unconfirmed, sources say that Jill was not selected for the series that would feature past Housewives from the once popular franchise. A source shared, “They are just not that into her. It seems like every few years, Jill tries to get back on the show and each time she is rejected. However, this time, with all the ladies being fired, Jill really thought she had a chance [on RHONY Legacy].”
The insider added, “Jill reminded Bravo that she found Bethenny Frankel and thinks she can do it again. She has put together a list of ladies, including herself, to pitch to Bravo.”
As for the original RHONY, after multiple snoozy seasons, Bravo decided it was time for an overhaul. Andy didn’t outright say that current cast members wouldn’t be coming back. But he did allude to the idea that fresh faces were needed. He stated at the time, “There are thousands of stories to tell here. This is the most multicultural, diverse, and energetic and exciting city in America: We are searching for a multicultural group of friends who really best reflect the most exciting city in the country. We’re looking for a group of women who are real friends, and who are of diverse backgrounds, races and religions.”
Unfortunately, sources have shared that Bravo was struggling to find a new cast. Now rumors are swirling that they have finally made some headway. One TV insider dished, “It’s a very diverse bunch and much younger than the cast that was let go. They are not trying to find a new Ramona [Singer] or Sonja [Morgan] or Luann [de Lesseps]. They want totally original women who don’t remind you of anyone that has been on the show before.”
More reports suggest that Jill isn’t the only one who will be overlooked for RHONY Legacy. While this is also unconfirmed, an insider is claiming that Luann will not be part of the series. Even though it was reported last month that Luann and Sonja were filming their own spin-off, new reports claim that Lu has signed a deal with E! Network.
Regardless, Jill maintains that she isn’t the thirsty former Housewife that she’s been accused of being. She recently insisted, “I’m not thirsty. Let me set the record straight: I am not thirsty, I am hungry. I am hungry for success; I am ambitious and I am driven.”

If you were looking for a Housewives feud where it’s impossible to take sides because both people suck so bad, look no further! In a strange turn of events that was not on my 2022 Bingo card, Teddi Mellencamp and Jimmy Dad Jeans Edmonds are fighting.
On a recent episode of Teddi’s podcast, Two T’s In A Pod, Jim’s ex-wife, Meghan King, appeared as a guest. The former Real Housewives of Orange County star joined Teddi in cringing over a copy of Jim’s wedding invite. The already thrice married former MLB player is set to marry Kortnie with a K O’Connor in Italy next month.
As reported by Us Weekly, Jim wasn’t too happy about the leak of his wedding invite. Teddi, who spent 3 seasons on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, brought the drama to social media and posted screen shots of their alleged text message exchange. Posted on her IG Stories, Teddi wrote, “Ooof Jimmy is so angry. [I] tried to apologize.”
Per the screen shots, Jim asked Teddi if Meghan was behind the leak. He noted that it was “hard to believe” since only 18 invites were sent out. Teddi denied it was Meghan and said she “blindsided” her on the pod after receiving the invite via Instagram DM.
In turn, Jim asked Teddi to show him, to which she declined. Teddi said she didn’t want to “out the person” who sent the message. She wrote back, “I will happily have Cortney [sic] on the pod to discuss and apologize for showing it.” Wowowow, Teddi is really bringing the heat. Leaking his wedding invite to his unknowing ex-wife, on her own podcast? Then refusing to provide receipts but suggesting Jim’s fiance come on the show to gain ratings? Looks like Teddi’s co-host Tamra Judge has been rubbing off on her.
Teddi concluded her end of the exchange and said, “I am not going to fight with you. And the invite was also posted on someone’s Insta story. I can apologize but that’s where I leave it.” But Jim was pretty pissed and told her to “clean up your own s—t” and “stop worrying about other peoples [sic] before it comes back to bite you in the ass.”
Jim also allegedly called Teddi “trash” for disrespecting Kortnie’s wedding invite taste but has stayed publicly mum about the feud since it happened. Teddi…not so much! She added to her Instagram Stories, “If making a joke about an invite on a pod gets him this upset. Yikes. PSA to angry men. This ain’t it.”
She then defended her position to share the texts. Teddi explained, “For the record, I would have never shared those texts if he didn’t speak to me the way that he did on them. I was happy to apologize [and note that] his fiancée and I have aesthetic differences in invitations.”
Teddi laughed at the invites and stated, “I’m sorry, this is very cringe. And I just have to [read] it. It says, ‘Ladies, be inspired by your favorite Bond girl. Gentleman: black tie or a white coat like James [Bond].’” Ok, Teddi is not wrong. Making women dress up as a Bond girl for your wedding is so Kortnie – I mean, corny. It’s also unnecessary. These poor people have to fly all the way to Italy AND bring costumes? All for Jimmy’s fourth wedding.
For her part, Meghan admitted that she had not seen the invites prior to Teddi showing them. She added, “OK, alright, I mean everyone has their different style. I mean, it’s implied [that Jim is James Bond here].”
I don’t really give a rip about Jim’s wedding but I did enjoy this little tift. Anything that annoys Jim is music to my ears. Big ups to Teddi for serving us the drama…shaken, not stirred.

The Big Brother 24 house is sort of divided, but, at the moment, it’s basically The Leftovers vs anyone not in the Leftovers. However, some of the more dominant members of that alliance have their hands in many different cookie jars outside of their group. Kyle Capener has his showmance partner Alyssa Snider, who will remain loyal to him. He’s also Festie Bestie with Daniel Durston, which gives Daniel a false sense of security with him. Then we have Monte Taylor and Joseph Abdin who have been working on building trust with Terrance Higgins, Jasmine Davis, and Indy Santos.
Michael Bruner and Brittany Hoopes have also been working on developing relationships outside of the alliance, but they haven’t developed as strong of bonds as some of the other Leftovers. Ideally, The Leftovers need to win this Head of Household to ensure that all seven make it to the jury part of the game. However, Monte, Kyle, and Joseph have been working on their other relationships well enough so that they may be able to get the other side to target each other.
Also, as long as Michael and Brittany remain off the block, The Leftovers should have the votes to keep a Leftovers member over all the remaining houseguests, if the Festie Bestie twist continued. Daniel just lost his ride-or-die Nicole Layog, so he really wants and needs this Head of Household win.

Michael has already talked about maybe swaying from the goal of getting out Alyssa this week. He’ll likely nominate Kyle and Daniel as initial nominees, with Jasmine and Turner going up as replacement nominee options (or the reverse order of this).

The Leftovers alliance had planned before the week started to target, backdoor, and evict Nicole Layog from The Big Brother 24 house. Monte Taylor won the Head of Household competition which helped set the plan in motion. Kyle Capener and Daniel Durston won the Power of Veto competition, and Daniel made a fatal Big Brother mistake.
Daniel was confident he had enough votes to keep his ride-or-die, Nicole, from being evicted. His ego took control and pushed Monte to replace Indy Santos and Alyssa Snider with Nicole and her Festie Bestie, Taylor Hale. Daniel wasn’t privy to the fact that the Leftovers had house majority votes. Will Daniel be “that” guy that helped evict his BFF, or will Taylor finally fall victim to eviction? Let’s find out now.
Taylor was devastated when she was put on the block for the third time in just four weeks. The Leftovers had planned to keep Indy and Alyssa on the block to help insulate Michael Bruner and Brittany Hoopes. They were the only members of the alliance that didn’t have a Festie Bestie partner that wasn’t a member of the Leftovers.
If they kept the block the same and Alyssa was evicted, then Indy could join Michael and Brittany’s duo. Therefore, if they were ever placed on the block for eviction, Indy could be voted out of the Big Brother house and not one of them.
When that didn’t go as planned, and Taylor was blindsided, and on the block again, she did not handle it well…as expected. Taylor just hopes that her alliance will remain true to their word and keep her in the Big Brother 24 house.
The Leftovers do have the votes to save Taylor this week which are Joseph Abdin, Matt Turner, Kyle, Brittany, and Michael. That is 5 votes which would create a tie, and the HOH always breaks a tie vote. Another Leftover, AKA Monte, would vote to evict Nicole and save Taylor this week.
Nicole got Jasmine Davis, Indy, and Alyssa alone and told them a BIG secret! She revealed that she was a cop for 10 years before becoming a chef. Most importantly, she was a detective for two years, knowing how to read people and play this game.
She always promised to have their backs and would never put any of them on the block. She kept telling them they had the numbers to save evict Taylor this week. She and daniel agreed this could not have happened any more perfectly. They both bragged about how much they loved the Big Brother game.
The sexual tension between Kyle and Alyssa is growing stronger by the minute. Kyle has resorted to taking such long cold showers that he is creating a line for people to shower. Kyle couldn’t wait any longer and kissed Alyssa with Daniel lying beside them.
Alyssa doesn’t know that she almost stayed on the block this week, but Daniel saved her by using the golden POV. She would probably not be as smitten with Kyle right now if he had gone with his alliance and kept her on the block this week. Things obviously fell right into place for our friend Kyle.
The Leftover alliance knows that they need to gather more votes for Taylor so that their alliance isn’t clearly visible to the remainder of the Big Brother house.
In private, Nicole told Monte that if she stays in the house and wins HOH next week, her targets will be Indy, Alyssa, and Jasmine. Thankfully, Monte doesn’t buy this info Nicole is trying to sell him because none of it is true. He does want to use the info by telling the girls in an attempt to get them to vote for Nicole this week rather than Taylor.
Monte told Jasmine that the Big Brother house was flipping. She went directly to Alyssa and Indy with the information. They do not want to vote again this week on the other side of the house. They don’t know who to vote for at this point.
Time for the live votes in the Big Brother house. The votes were as follows:

By a vote of 9-1, Nicole was evicted from the Big Brother house. During her exit interview with host Julie Chen Moonves, Nicole admitted they thought they had the numbers to keep her safe and finally evict Taylor. She started to get the sense during the last 24 hours and was in danger of going home.
Now that Taylor’s Festie Bestie was evicted, she must choose a new partner to play Big Brother with moving forward. She decided to play with Indy and Alyssa.

Netflix continues to find new ways for contestants to find love. In the upcoming reality show Dated and Related, siblings will join forces as they meet new singles in the hopes of finding...With the likes of Jill Zarin, thirsty to return to any Real Housewives installment on Bravo, it’s curious to note that there are some ex-housewives that want nothing to do with the network. The alum pool is growing exponentially, and it’s hard to remember all the faces, even for the most diligent of fans, but unwilling participants do exist.
Some ex-housewives leave a legacy. And in the case of Monque Samuels, it’s not always a positive one. She caused outrage within the Real Housewives of Potomac cast when she physically assaulted Candiace Dillard Bassett. After four seasons on RHOP, Monique quit, but not before saying her peace on the Season 5 reunion.
So it’s not a surprise that Monique declined an invitation to participate in the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. According to Monique’s claims, Andy Cohen offered her a spot on one of the three seasons of RHUGT.
Page Six reported that Monique had “no desire” to return. “It just wasn’t what I wanted to do,” she explained.
Monique continued, “I didn’t feel like I could be the same Monique that people were accustomed to seeing anymore when it came to that particular franchise and that particular network, because there was so much toxicity there.”
Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip selects cast members from different franchises and sends them off on a vacation together. The mix of characters is a really entertaining way to get a Real Housewives fix. Presumably, the same formula and production tricks would be used in RHUGT as in the original shows.
So Monique had cause to be wary that she would be facing the same atmosphere as on RHOP. She felt, “expected to bicker and argue with a bunch of women.”
“I’ve never watched any of the ‘Girls Trip’ shows that they do,” she added. “All I knew was at that time when Andy asked me, I just had no desire to be back on that network.”
When asked which of the three RHUGT seasons she was asked to participate in, Monique replied that it “doesn’t even matter” when she “had no desire to go back to that network.”
And there is no chance of Monique changing her mind. She is without regret on the matter. “I just didn’t want to do it,” the mother of three concluded.
And why would she, with a successful reality TV show in her own right. And one which allowed Monique to be more authentic, without the need “to try to incorporate something new and fancy.” Love & Marriage: DC airs on OWN Network and stars the family of five, and is produced by a former Real Housewives employee, Carlos King.
“I’m grateful that he allowed us to just stay true to who we were,” Monique said.
So the issue is clearly with Bravo, rather than the medium in general. Though Monique recently claimed she “had reality TV PTSD” after exiting RHOP. She said in May, “my experience with reality TV has been somewhat of a roller coaster to the point where at the end of it all, I had reality TV PTSD. And I was pretty much done.”

The tumultuous divorce between Lisa Hochstein and Dr. Lenny Hochstein continues. And the press seems to be more and more involved. Now Lenny is throwing a hissy fit over Lisa’s most most recent court filing. And after accusing the Real Housewives of Miami star of loving attention, he’s now airing out their dirty laundry to you guessed it – the press!
Lenny whined in an email to Page Six, “Lisa uses these court filings to portray me poorly in the press. It’s worse than a press release because the fact that it’s filed gives it legitimacy.” He then added that he pays for “everything for the children separately.”
The guy who calls himself a “Boob God” went on to say that Lisa still lives in their multi-million dollar marital home. Which must really get under his skin since he filed a motion to kick her out. He has since decided that kicking out his wife and their two young children out of their marital home might not be the best look. Lenny insisted that they live “without a single expense.”
But he claimed that Lisa recently started “abusing” their joint credit card to “buy things for herself.” Lenny wrote, “Last month the bill was nearly 60K. This month she continued the abuse, including purchasing jewelry and clothing for herself, which placed the card over the limit just prior to my vacation.” Fun fact – Lenny is currently vacationing in Europe with his 26 year-old girlfriend. The one he announced as his new lady after being busted out with her by Lisa.
Lenny continued of Lisa messing up his expensive vacay, “She demanded that I pay the bill to give her more money to spend. I refused but did pay it down by $5K in case of emergencies. She promptly spent $3K to take out people for dinner, and when I refused to send her more money, she made a $20K payment from my checking account without my knowledge or consent.”
Lisa recently went to court to file documents accusing Lenny of trying to “financially strangle” her. She alleged that Lenny “retaliates by restricting [her] access to funds.”
The filing went on to address Lenny’s European getaway. Documents state, “While the husband is presently traveling on a no-expense-spared vacation with his presumed girlfriend to Europe, he has left the wife and children without cash, access to funds and less than $3,000 of available credit on the joint credit card.” I don’t know about you but I love a shady legal filing.
Prior to the filing, Lisa also accused Lenny of verbally confronting her with “demeaning comments.” He denied it and wrote, “As far as being berated, it is quite the opposite. It is Lisa who constantly attacks and berates me. I moved into another bedroom, and when that wasn’t enough, I had to rent an apartment. I am trying my best to avoid conflict. I just want to be divorced.”
I’m no legal expert but maybe playing games in the press might just inflame things. And therefore, hinder the divorce process? Just a thought. Regardless, Lenny just couldn’t resists a response, even while galavanting through Europe.
To quote the incomparable Garcelle Beauvais, “Erika Lenny, I don’t have to make you look bad. You can do that on your own.”
