Halloween will have come and gone by the time season two of Fuller House drops on Netflix this December, but that isn't stopping the gang on...A lawsuit accuses Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker of not being right on their money by failing to pay construction crew members for work done on their Old Lady Gang restaurant.
You would think after being such close friends with Peter Thomas, they’d know what happens when you don’t pay your bills. But before doors are even open on the Real Housewives Of Atlanta couple’s restaurant they’ve been hit with a $22,000 lien from both a carpenter and an air conditioner contractor.

Court papers filed in Georgia accuse Kandi and Todd of ignoring numerous invoices. Shockingly, the suit also claims the general contractor they hired paid with fraudulent checks. Eeks! Who is this guy…Apollo Nida?
Possibly Kandi and Todd have been screwed by a shady contractor who is pocketing their cash, then not paying the crew, but it certainly seems they are guilty of not doing the proper due diligence.
The suit was filed by two men who worked on The Old Lady Gang, carpenter Charles Busbee and HVAC technician Tyrone Manuel.

Mr. Busbee says he his owed $16,512 by Kandi and Todd for work he and his crew did this summer. He also complains the project was very disorganized and it was necessary for him to assume the responsibilities of job site foreman without additional compensation. By the end of June, he’d had enough of the frustrating situation, and quit.
He was supposed to be receive payment by June 30th, and when he finally was paid, discovered he had been issued fraudulent checks by Kandi and Todd‘s general contractor.
Mr. Busbee received no response to repeated invoices. “I have spoken with you on numerous occasions since you wrote the three (3) checks, and I have received only empty promises to match my empty pockets,” one of his invoices (submitted as evidence) states.

Mr. Manuel tells a similar story. He provided cooling systems for the kitchen and lobby. He states Kandi and Todd owe him $5,366.
Copies of the court paperwork are at The Daily Mail – click here. The Old Lady Gang is due to open in February ’17. Kandi hasn’t publicly commented on the suit, but she did tweet, “Today has been so stressful… This restaurant is gonna drive me crazy & it’s not even open yet.”
Hmmm… after all the stink Todd made about Phaedra Parks not paying him, I hope he and Kandi clear this up right away, lest they be hypocrites. #FixItJesus

I would not say Teresa Giudice is qualified to accuse anyone of ruining her family’s reputation, but nobody ever found her guilty of logic. With her newfound love and light, Teresa accuses Kathy Wakile and Rosie Pierri of trying to keep the family drama alive because “it’s about the money and it’s all about the fame” for them.
Teresa only has room in her heart for one family reconciliation and that glorious spot is reserved for Joe and Melissa. Teresa stands by her decision to cut Kathy and Rosie out of her life like cancer. Also, I blame their affiliation with Jacqueline Laurita, but you lie down with attack dogs…

“It’s hard,” says Teresa, “because it’s sad that people, that your family, come on [Real Housewives Of New Jersey] and do things and do nasty things for money and fame.”
“They put our family through the mud, it’s disgraceful,” Teresa complains. “I’m not making them make our family look like fools like we already did. We have already looked like fools. And I’m over it and I’m not doing it anymore.” Is Teresa including Melissa in this colloquial “they” – or is she getting an eternal pass?

This week, the Big Brother Over the Top target is still unwritten. Big Brother Over the Top current head of household Kryssie Ridolfi started the week with the plan to nominate and evict Alex Willett. She and her Late Night Jamboree friends saw Alex and Scott Dennis as the masterminds behind the Ball Smashers.
Most players would expect Kryssie to go after Scott, considering their past drama. However, Kryssie thought going after Scott this week wasn’t the smartest idea. Alex seemed more threatening in the BBOTT long run. On Wednesday night, Kryssie and friends started their plans to backdoor Alex.
America’s ‘Safety Servant’ care package gave Alex a much needed escape from trouble. Kryssie then needed to scramble for new nominees and targets. Kryssie knew one thing for sure: she wouldn’t put her Late Night Jamboree crew at risk.
This left Morgan Willett, Shelby Stockton, Whitney Hogg, and Scott as her only nominee possibilities. She has debated which of the Ball Smashers to target and evict. She has also clashed with other LNJ members about who to target.
Currently, Kryssie has gone back and forth between nominating Shelby, Morgan, and Whitney. Shelby even mentioned volunteering to be a pawn, to at least fight for her safety.
On Friday night, Kryssie discussed with Jason Roy making Scott her main target, Morgan her secondary one, and Shelby as a safe-bet backup if all else fails. We expect Kryssie to nominate Morgan and Scott, despite making a deal with Morgan and Whitney to keep them safe this week.
If the plans change before tonight’s safety ceremony, we expect Kryssie to nominate Scott and Shelby.
America’s nominee might change Kryssie’s target plans, because America and the Ball Smashers might have the numbers to evict America’s nominee if it’s a Late Night Jamboree member.

A judge has decided that if Stevie J is gonna act like a child by not following the rules in his child support case, he’ll be treated like one!
The former Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star has been battling a $1.1 million dollar child support case for the last couple years, but unfortunately Stevie just can’t manage to comply with court orders long enough to get anything worked out, legally-speaking!

After failing to show up for court, and either failing or blowing off a slew of court-ordered drug tests, Stevie has been given a curfew and must be home by 10:30 PM every night, or his ass will be MADE to stay home by going to jail! Stevie was also recently ordered to attend a court-ordered rehab!
Stevie continues to argue that this case is a joke because he has an amicable relationship with all his children and baby mamas, so therefore the amount is way inflated, however the judge quite disagrees. He also decided Stevie must wear an electronic ankle bracelet to track his moments. Joseline Hernandez would approve!
And, according to TMZ, Stevie also has to notify the courts of any travel arrangements. Plus he can’t leave the USA.

On Thursday, Big Brother Over the Top host Julie Chen announced that America would choose between three players. This meant that the players had to beat out two people to win $250,000. It also meant that the Big Brother Over the Top houseguests needed to rethink their strategy to get to the end.
During yesterday’s live diary sessions, the Late Night Jamboree and the Ball Smashers revealed their strategies to make it to the end. Most of the LNJ wanted to take their friends to the end. Many said that they rather lose against a player they respected than a a player they felt manipulated, lied, and cheated their way to the end.
The Ball Smashers mainly said the opposite. They wanted to get to the end with two players that they knew America didn’t like. Scott Dennis also mentioned how he was going to try to convince current head of household Kryssie Ridolfi that they needed to make it to the final two together.
Scott felt that they were probably equal in popularity, so it would be a toss up over who would win. Scott needed to use this strategy to ensure that Kryssie didn’t make him her target for this week.
We’ll have to wait until tonight to see if Scott’s strategy is working. For now, Kryssie chose to keep it simple by making her Late Night Jamboree friends safe this week.
She made Justin Duncan, Neeley Jackson, and Danielle Lickey safe during Saturday’s safety ceremony. We expect Kryssie to make Jason Roy safe as well. Who will join him in safety is yet to be determined.
