The Big Brother spinoff, Big Brother Reindeer Games, was a welcome departure for fans of the long-running series. Host Julie Chen-Moonves announced the Christmas-themed competition show during a Big Brother 25 live eviction episode, calling it a “holiday surprise” for fans. At the time, CBS was dealing with scheduling concerns due to the WGA Strike, leaving a hole in programming for unscripted shows to fill. The Big Brother spinoff ran for one season in the winter of 2023 but did not return the following year.

BB fans loved Reindeer Games and have been vocal about their desire to see the show return. We don’t know much about the show’s future, but producers have dropped a few hints. Here’s what we know.

What is Big Brother Reindeer Games?

Big Brother Reindeer Games aired on CBS from December 11, 2023 – December 21, 2023. The short-lived series featured nine returning players who competed for a $100,000 grand prize. Additionally, three more beloved players returned to host the series. Derek Xiao, Jordan Lloyd, and Tiffany Mitchell served as “Elf Ambassadors,” who guided the players through a series of challenges.

A November 2023 press release described the show as “a new game with a new set of rules and a cast of BB legends who will compete through the most Holiday-riffic competitions to win the grand prize and save the holidays.”

Will Big Brother Reindeer Games ever return?

Fans loved the holiday-themed season and we’re hoping the series would continue, but sadly, the competition show was cut after Season 1. Big Brother producers told Entertainment Weekly that CBS’ packed schedule is the reason the spinoff could not return.

“Because we started so late this season and CBS’ fall schedule starts so late this season, everything just pushes back,” Executive Producer Rich Meehan told the outlet. “So if there’s not airtime, there’s not much you can do for that.”

However, it is possible the show will return in the future. Producers told EW they would like to bring the show back if scheduling allows for it.

“Reindeer Games is one of our favorite things that we’ve done recently,” he said.” It was really fun and we thought it worked really well.”

Executive Producer Allison Grodner echoed Rich’s sentiment, telling the outlet “Maybe next year.”

“Hopefully, we’re in a new year and everything looks like it’s going to be smooth sailing and everything’s worked out, so hopefully, maybe next year. That’s the goal,” she said.

Who won Season 1 of Big Brother Reindeer Games?

Big Brother 18 winner Nicole Franzel took home the $100,000 grand prize on the December 21, 2023 finale of Reindeer Games. The Michigan native won an impressive number of competitions that helped her eliminate her targets and get to the finale.

She spoke about her win in a December 2023 interview with Entertainment Weekly, saying the victory felt “special.”

“I feel like the Reindeer Games was so special because I had to do it completely myself,” she said. “There was no one. I had to win competitions. It wasn’t a vote. It wasn’t down to who’s friends with who. There wasn’t any really lying or backstabbing. It was just making genuine friendships and trying to win competitions when you needed to.”

She shared that the fast-paced nature of the series made it more challenging than a regular BB season.

“It was way harder than an actual Big Brother. I played [Big Brother] three times and the Reindeer Games was so fast and so much that it took a lot more on emotionally — especially because I loved everyone in there too, so it was really hard not having an enemy,” she said.

What Big Brother alums should appear on the show?

Fans have kept busy during the show’s hiatus by creating their dream cast list for Season 2. Big Brother winners Derrick Levasseur and Dan Gheesling regularly pop up on those lists. The aforementioned players are known as being two of the best BB players of all time, so it’s no surprise fans want to see them on the spinoff show. In addition to Dan and Derrick, fans want to see BB17 mastermind Vanessa Rousso and fan favorite Da’Vonne Rogers test their competition skills on the series.

Next month, the cast will return to our screens, aided by four Vanderpump Rules alums. The Valley Season 2 trailer has already dropped, featuring these graduates alongside the original cast of The Valley. From divorces and an engagement to pregnancies and accusations that threaten to ruin characters, Season 2 looks like a terrific time.

To bring you up to speed before this chaos begins, here is everything you need to know about Season 2 of The Valley.

What is The Valley Season 2 release date?

After a highly rated and raved-upon Season 1, Bravo renewed this series for another run and it was announced on May 9, 2024. We needed follow-up information in the form of another season, STAT.

After filming, Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright announced their split. Their dealings remain messy, per usual.

Likewise, Michelle Saniei and Jesse Lally also departed from each other. Rumors of affairs and other accusations sounded, and, like their costars above, their dealings remain muddled at times.

Needless to say, Season 1 of The Valley delivered. But when can we expect to see Season 2 kicking off on our screens? Lean in, fam. Here is your much-anticipated answer: The Valley Season 2 premieres Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 9/8c on Bravo, and yes, every episode is available to stream on Peacock the following day.

The Valley Season 2 trailer

The Valley Season 2 trailer is lit. If you thought Season 1 was wild, here comes Season 2 screaming, “Hold my beer cheese.” Here is a recap of the highlights from this trailer of tears.

As the trailer starts, Luke Broderick appears, proposing to Kristen Doute. The scene cuts to Jax. He is joking about how Kristen and Luke now have the best relationship in this cast.

“Jax has been seeing people,” Brittany next narrates, noting, “He had a girl staying here in the house again last night. There is a thong on my bathroom sink. Why was there a baby wipe on top of it?” Later, Jax opens his door to a process server.

Meanwhile, Lala Kent tells Jesse that he is a narcissist that she would rather not deal with. Jesse gives zero f*cks.

Jesse has other farmhouses to fry. He “has evidence” that Michelle cheated and is now hooking up with a billionaire who writes her checks for her services. “You’re a f*cking drunk,” Michelle yells. Jesse responds, saying, “Well, she’s a hooker, so it’s fine.”

Then, Kristen accuses Jason Caperna of taking his wedding ring off whenever he goes out. Likewise, Danny Booko allegedly gets “wasted and handsy and inappropriate” at times. Everyone is fighting in Season 2 of The Valley, and yes, fans love it.

The Valley Season 2 storylines and rumors

We can expect to yell at many storylines during Season 2 of The Valley. In addition to everything already stated, the cast has also spoken out, dropping several breadcrumbs about what else we might see.

Kristen and Jesse are friendly now after their arguments in Season 1. Kristen also stressed that Lala is not filming daily, as “The Valley isn’t about her, so come along for our ride!”

Jesse and Michelle will face many highs and lows in Season 2 as they work on navigating their split and co-parenting issues. But as Jesse teased, “If Season 1 was one of the best reality TV shows, Season 2 is gonna blow it out of the water.”

Speaking about water, Scheana Shay will also be cannonballing into the drama this season. Scheana is getting in the mud, making “her hands a little bit dirty, which I love,” Lala recently joked.

On a non-joking note, Jax recently admitted his addiction to cocaine. His declaration recently saw Brittany and Kristen speaking out, slamming Jax for his inconsistent statements. Will this narrative play out during Season 2 in any way? Only time will tell.

Why Bozoma Saint John and Kyle Richards Could Become Friends

Season 14 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is keeping fans glued to their seats. Kyle Richards is trying to navigate her separation from her husband, Mauricio Umansky. Meanwhile, fabulous newbie housewife Bozoma Saint John joined the group. For Kyle and Bozoma, their relationship has been rocky from the start.

And one of the reasons why could be a newly activated Dorit Kemsley. The new Dorit confronted her friend, Kyle, repeatedly. Plus, Dorit is separated from PK Kemsley, her husband. During a recent episode of RHOBH, Kyle and Dorit finally discussed their marital issues, but it took forever to get to that point.

However, a true friendship blossomed between Boz and Dorit. They were confiding in each other from the jump. Plus they both have a passion for fashion. Still, their tight bond could have affected Boz’s view of Kyle.

Apparently, Kyle thought that everything was great between her and Boz. However, Boz had a completely different take on their relationship. Now, both Kyle and Boz have opened up to each other about their husbands. And this willingness to be vulnerable could be why Bozoma and Kyle could become friends.

Bozoma and Kyle got a rocky start on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

Make no mistake. Boz had some issues with Kyle. When Kyle revealed that she was texting with Dorit’s husband, PK, all the ladies were surprised. At first, Kyle claimed it was only memes, but later read Erika Jayne, Garcelle Beauvais, and Sutton Stracke the text. And it certainly wasn’t a meme.

Of course, Boz was horrified because it was inappropriate and because Kyle lied about her friendship with PK. At Boz’s Sisterhood Serenity Soiree, she planned spa treatments, lunch, and a relaxing time for her guests. Then, Boz asked Kyle to read her the now-infamous text. And Kyle became tense in a hurry.

Finally, an emotional Kyle said that she would read the text one time. Afterward, she told the group, “I’m not going to be made to feel I’ve done something wrong. I’m done with this sh*t!” And then the RHOBH OG stormed out of Boz’s house in her bathrobe. As one does. For Boz, Kyle’s behavior was confusing, and she later waited in vain for an apology.  

However, this wasn’t the first time that Boz questioned Kyle’s actions. “My opinion on how Kyle is behaving is my opinion, and no one can tell me that that’s wrong. I think that Kyle was cold to me,” Boz previously stated. “I don’t take that back at all.” With a difficult start like this, it is no wonder that Kyle and Boz haven’t connected.  

Bozoma Saint John understands Kyle Richards’ shock over Mauricio Umansky’s paparazzi photos on RHOBH Season 14

During Season 14, Kyle has been a bit more open about her marital troubles. She remained in her house while Mauricio took an apartment. Still, she felt uncertain about what the future of their relationship looked like.

When photos dropped of Mauricio kissing a woman who was definitely not Kyle in an airport in Greece, Kyle was stunned. While some of her RHOBH co-stars thought that Mauricio set up the paparazzi photos, Kyle did not. However, she was caught off-guard because Mauricio never mentioned that he was dating.

After he returned from his trip, Mauricio went over to see Kyle and apologize. “You know that I would never want to do or … anything on purpose that would hurt you or the kids,” Mauricio said. “And I really am sorry for, you know, hurting you.”

However, for Kyle, some truths became clear. “The photos really did say to me he’s moving on,” Kyle said during a recent RHOBH confessional. “I think it makes it pretty clear that this is permanent. And I don’t think it’s going to be easy to come back from that.”

In truth, it seemed obvious to viewers that Mauricio was embracing his single life. Still, it would have been nice to give Kyle a heads-up that he was once again dating. I know – they were separated and could do their own thing. However, having your wife discover that you’re dating a model from paparazzi snaps isn’t the best look.

Bozoma Saint John shared intimate details about her late ex-husband

Finally, Boz and Kyle had a real heart-to-heart. Kyle confessed that Mauricio had just moved out of their home when she met Boz. Understandably, Kyle was overwhelmed at the time.

Then Boz shared the story of her marriage to her late husband, Peter Saint John. During the Season 14 premiere, Boz broke down her complicated marriage to Dorit. She started by explaining that she was a widow.

“The reason why I empathize is that 10 years into our marriage, we separated. We never got divorced,” Boz said. “But then he got sick, and we reconciled. He had cancer and, you know, it’s complicated,” the retired corporate marketing executive said.  

However, Boz was able to understand Kyle’s feelings about seeing Mauricio’s paparazzi photos. While she and Peter were separated, Boz went to his home to pick up their daughter, Lael. And there was a woman there that Boz didn’t know.

So, when Bozoma’s husband received a terminal cancer diagnosis, she went to the hospital to visit him. And Boz saw the same woman again, tenderly touching his head and kissing him. For Boz, it was a shock.

“And girl, I lost my mind,” Boz told Kyle. “I was like, ‘Get this b*tch out of here.’” These days, Boz is happily dating her boyfriend, Keely Watson, and hoping to have a family together.

As for Boz and Kyle? This deep conversation could open up the way for them to become friends. Stranger things have happened in Beverly Hills!

Her first series Denise Richards: It’s Complicated came on the heels of a mini scandal regarding her and Heather. After her split from Charlie Sheen, Denise entered another high-profile romance. In 2006, she began dating Richie Sambora of Bon Jovi. This was just after he split from Heather. Richie and Heather were married in 1994, and their divorce was finalized in 2007.

Denise claimed that she and Richie bonded over their respective high-profile divorces. Like Denise and Charlie, Richie and Heather announced their split in 2006. According to People, she claimed the relationship was the “last thing I was looking for,” amidst her divorce. “You can’t help who you fall for,” she added. In an interview with Redbook, she said, “If either Richie or I had felt our marriages were fixable, we wouldn’t have crossed that line.”

Denise was adamant that she didn’t steal Richie from Heather. “I did not steal someone’s husband,” she insisted in a 2007 interview with Us Weekly. “Did I date a former friend’s ex-husband? Yes. Did I break up a marriage? No.” Denise addressed these husband stealing accusations on Denise Richards: It’s Complicated. She also claimed that, for a time, Heather would drive by her house playing Bon Jovi songs.

Denise and Richie split in 2006 but remained on good terms. They got back together in 2011 but split again the next year. Denise insisted to Us Weekly that they would remain friends. Now, Denise is married to Aaron Phypers.

Were Denise Richards and Heather Locklear friends?

The accusation she stole Richie from Heather wasn’t the only thing Denise had to address at the time. When the news of Denise and Richie dating came out, the assumption was that Denise and Heather had been best friends. The two publicly hung out in years prior and lived in the same neighborhood. The actresses even shared a kiss when Denise guest starred on Heather and Charlie’s sitcom Spin City.

However, in an interview with Redbook, Denise claimed that the friendship was over months before she began dating Richie. She even said it was “not salvageable.” “If Heather and I had been friends at that time, I would never have crossed that line.” She also insisted that they were close friends at one point, but never best friends. However, she told Redbook that she understood why she got backlash for dating Richie.

On RHOBH, Denise claimed that Heather was more Charlie’s friend than hers. It’s unclear where she stands with Heather Locklear now. But the last time their feud came up, Heather made it clear they were still foes. Heather sided with Brandi Glanville in 2020.

Lisa Rinna brought up Heather Locklear and Denise Richards during RHOBH reunion

Lisa brought up Denise’s dating history on the RHOBH Season 10 reunion. When Andy Cohen asked about her involvement in the Brandi hookup rumors, Lisa admitted it affected her friendship with Denise. She said they hadn’t spoken in six months. Then she said, “You know, I go back to when she was friends with Heather Locklear …”

Denise cut in, “I actually wasn’t, Lisa, and you know that. To bring that up, I mean, really? She was friends with my ex-husband. C’mon.” Lisa fired back, “Well, you calling me a bad friend, I guess it’s like …”

After the reunion, Brandi appeared on Watch What Happens Live. She claimed that Heather supported her claims that she and Denise had an affair. According to Brandi, Heather sent her a message with prayer hand and heart emojis.

Blake Lively recently revealed on Instagram that all parents need is a clever mom hack when they are out with their kids. She took to Instagram to post a carousel, and the final photo displayed the actor standing outside a bathroom in a park. She used two brown paper bags to keep her feet clean as she gave her shoes to her little one. The actor could also be seen holding hands with one of her kids.

In the in-image text, Lively disclosed the location of the mom hack photo, which was in front of the bathroom of Barton Springs Park. The actor further explained the situation by stating, “Your kid forgets their shoes, but you have yours on.” This is an occurrence that parents are all too familiar with. She continued, “So naturally, you given them yours. Then you mom hack…” After that, Lively listed “Paper Bags,” “No Shoes,” and “No Problem,” all with check mark emojis on the side.

In the still, the actor donned a chic black swimsuit from Gooseberry. She added a wrap skirt to the look to elevate it further. The sleeveless swimsuit featured a deep neckline with a round cutout right underneath. The perforated skirt was tied at the front, with Lively having bunched it all together to keep it short.

Apart from the mom hack, the Instagram post also had pictures of Blake Lively with her “Another Simple Favor” co-stars. In the caption, she expressed her gratitude towards them, writing, “I know how fortunate I am to work with each of you.” The actor even added that she was thankful to her loved ones for making the weekend extra special.

On the day of what would have been her late mom’s 85th birthday, Nicole Kidman penned a touching note on Instagram, paying tribute to both her late mother and father. The actor posted a sweet and beautiful throwback photo of her parents, Janelle Ann Kidman and Antony Kidman. In the caption of the Instagram post, the actor expressed how much she missed her parents. She wrote, “Missing Mumma and Papa so much on what would have been her birthday today,” with a red heart emoji.

Kidman mom passed away in September 2024 at the age of 84. The actor lost her dad, Antony Kidman, back in September 2014, at the age of 75. The writer and director of the actor’s newest film, “Babygirl”, Halina Reijn, shared the heartbreaking news of Kidman’s mother’s passing away during the Venice Film Festival.

Kidman won the best actress award at the prestigious film festival. However, the actor had to leave the event shortly after arriving there to be with her family during a tough time. Reijn read Kidman’s acceptance speech on her behalf at the event. As per People Magazine, the speech read, “I’m in shock and I have to go to my family, but this award is for her [Nicole Kidman’s mother]. The 27-year-old posed with the brand’s latest product, Bouncy & Firm Serum. Sweeney’s new carousel included the commercial photo and video, along with some fun behind-the-scenes clips. The playful photoshoot showed the actor channeling Barbie-core energy in an all-pink outfit. 

Sweeney looked as gorgeous as ever in a sleeveless pink vest top, which she paired with matching pants. The “Euphoria” star rounded off the vibrant look with a pair of pink pointed-toe shoes and wore her hair down in a neat style. The first portrait was a close-up shot of Sweeney with the new Laneige product. She put one hand on her face while holding the serum with the other.

The singer looked pretty in bubblegum pink, wearing one of Chanel’s signature tweed sets that comprised of a strapless top and a matching miniskirt with pockets on either side. She also flaunted some Chanel Fine Jewelry, including Coco Crush rings and a necklace with the fashion house’s name. In the video, the singer turned the backseat of the car into her personal dance floor as she grooved and moved to the sick beats of the remix. Confidently looking at the camera, she harmonized with the lyrics and showed off her bare shoulders, with a couple of seductive hand movements along her body. In the end, Tyla did a little flippity flop with her feet, showcasing her shiny black sling-back heels. She also shook her head from left to right, putting her choppy fringe to a fun use. 

The dance video showed Tyla getting flirty and playful and enjoying her own music while traveling.
