Meredith Marks escaping Lisa Barlow’s Vida Tequila party didn’t end her drama. While returning from the event with a friend, the driver lost control in the snow. Meredith feared the vehicle would go over a cliff, but the skilled driver managed to gain control and steer it into a snowbank.
The moment was seemingly mocked during the last episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. The word accident was in quotes as the footage of the car was shown. Also, the choice of soundtrack added some suggestions of mockery.
But Meredith was visibly triggered by the event. However close to death she actually was. And the fashion influencer took to her Twitter account to explain her feelings.

This would explain her tearful recollection of the event. While speaking in a confessional during the episode, Meredith said, “I thought I was dying. I thought that my last interactions of significance were what just happened at Lisa’s party that was just ugly and mean. And I decided I really wanna spend my time with the people that I care about the most. Because we never know when it’s ending.”
It seems this minor incident that occurred while escaping the unhinged behavior of Angie Katsanevas had the potential to be much worse. And that was what was so triggering for Meredith.

In a second tweet, the RHOSLC favorite questioned why those in editing chose to present the word accident in quotes. Meredith made a questionable statement that seems a bit of a stretch.

Far more likely is the scenario that her emotions were being mocked. Either way, it feels less entertaining than a need for empathy.

Season 4 of The Kardashians is clearly going to continue to lean on Khloe Kardashian, as the show always had. Koko’s dramatic life filled with unexpected twists has been reliable fodder for the family show, even though the other siblings’ have plenty of drama they could feature. Kim Kardashian and Khloe are always doing the most for the family via the TV show, and this season is no different.
Episode 3 of the fourth season continued to center around Kim and Khloe. Kourtney Kardashian appeared for maybe one confessional while Kendall Jenner didn’t show face at all. They aren’t my favorite of the family, but the entire clan is required for the dysfunctional dynamics. Here are five main takeaways from the latest episode of “The Kardashians” titled “A Step in the Right Direction.”
Khloe and Scott are back at it

The producers for the show went back to old reliable — showing Khloe and Scott Disick’s silly antics. The episode started off strong with the dynamic duo at Scott’s house where Khlo$ reorganized his fridge while the Lord made off-color jokes. Same old, same old.
Scott’s storyline of the season has to do with his back issues. He’s been essentially immobile since flipping his car in an accident and it’s caused him to gain weight. Scott’s taking it on the chin by making self-deprecating jokes about his health, but Khloe was determined to help her buddy get back into shape. “I think Scott maybe needs a little pep talk because this is probably the unhealthiest I’ve seen him,” Khloe said.
She ended up taking him to a physical therapist, who assured Scott that he needed tremendous amounts of treatment and physical therapy to avoid back surgery. Khlo$ always comes in handy when one of her family members needs her, and it was apparently right in the nick of time for Scott.
Closing the Dolce chapter

Kim continued her boss lady journey in Miami in this episode at a business speaking event where she represented her private equity firm. Truthfully, it was a boring segment about finance and marketing, but Kim at least could admit it. “Most of the time, what I really do in my life is going to bore the sh*t out of you regular customers,” Kim said. She was right.
Kim also headed back to Milan to celebrate the arrival of her Dolce & Gabanna collaboration in stores. Kourt opted not to go on the trip out of spite while Khloe bailed at the last minute. Ultimately, it continued to prove that this Dolce & Gabanna storyline was overplayed. Thankfully, Kourt extended an olive branch by texting Kim a photo of their late dad during the trip. Kourtney made one appearance in a confessional to chalk it up to sibling fighting, and Kim agreed to move on.
“I feel like it’s a step in the right direction,” Kim said of the text. For now, because the tension between these two will seemingly never totally fizzle out.
Tristan’s crystal-clear motivation

It’s so obvious to me that Tristan Thompson is doing the most to get Khloe back in his life. Sure, he was dealing with grief and some major life changes during the season. However, he overdoes it by kissing up to Kris Jenner and overexplaining his changed ways to Khloe that it’s hard to believe him, especially after his track record. Khloe didn’t discount a future with Tristan in five or 10 years, but she wanted nothing to do with a relationship at the moment. “If he’s my person, then he’s meant to be my person,” Khloe admitted. “But right now, I’m not going to make my life any harder than it has to be.” *I think I’ve seen this film before, and I didn’t like the ending*
Kris and Tristan even filmed a scene in Calabasas where he helped the momager around the house while she gushed about him being such a good guy. He also kept overly thanking Kris for getting him a job at ESPN with her magic networking ways. “We know Tristan has made some mistakes,” Kris said. “I know he’s really sorry for the way he hurt Khloe.” Are these people really trying to turn Tristan into the good guy of the season? It may work on some fair-weather fans, but I can never be #TeamTristan after the mess he’s made.
Corey is Kris’s next fashion mogul

The oddest moment of an overwise unexciting episode came when the group had a dinner for Corey Gamble. Kris kept talking about how much she loved to celebrate her man. A quick shot of the placecards read something about Corey and Dolce & Gabanna. The group also kept talking about Corey’s love of silk shirts, which made it seem like he was doing his own collab with the fashion house. However, no one outright mentioned the collaboration, and it had me raising my eyebrows.
If Corey did collaborate with Dolce & Gabanna, Kourtney would have to bring the same energy she did to Kim about stealing from her wedding. Maybe it’s why it’s so downplayed in the episode, which only makes it more confusing. Thankfully, the scene did give us a glimpse at Kylie Jenner, who flirted with the camera and made us all feel special. “I’ve missed you guys I haven’t seen you in so long,” Kylie said. Wow, I’ve truly done a 180 with the youngest Jenner and I can’t be mad about it — she’s got the It factor.
Where are the sisters?

It truly feels like we’ve seen Corey and Tristan more on this season of The Kardashians than some of the namesake sisters who get the big bucks from this show. The show is even putting Tristan’s brother, who has severe health issues, on camera more than Kourtney, which is just odd.
Khloe will always deliver good TV, but she can’t be the only one. We didn’t sign up for a Khloe and Tristan co-parenting spinoff. We signed up to see Kourtney say rude things to her sisters and Kendall and Kylie fight over who is Kris’s favorite. Let’s hope Season 4 of The Kardashians will include more of the sisterly dynamic since we know Rob Kardashian won’t make an appearance until pigs fly.

The results are in, and Clayton Echard is not the father of this random lady’s twin babies!
The Bachelor alum took to social media to celebrate the news after a months-long battle with an Arizona woman who claimed he impregnated her with twins after a one-night stand. That’s double trouble. She filed a lawsuit in August to demand a paternity test from Clayton. She claimed he had been dodging attempts to take the test, but he said that they never actually did the deed.
Clayton eventually took the paternity test, and it seems like science has sided with him. However, the pregnant woman isn’t buying it. She told Us Weekly that Clayton celebrated the results a little too early, and she’s not letting this messy saga end just yet.
Clayton joyfully shared the results of his paternity test on Instagram with his followers.
“Listen, it’s Friday and you know what we need on a Friday? We need some good news and who has got the good news today? I got the good news today,” Clayton teased before dropping the big news.
He continued, “The test results came back early and they said little to no fetal DNA present. Let’s go, baby! I knew that was going to happen and thankfully five months of torture can finally be put to rest.”
Clayton went on to thank his followers for supporting him through the process of navigating “false accusations.” He excitedly shared that it’s back to business for him after getting these results back.
A clapback from the mother
In a statement, the still-anonymous babies’ mother refused to believe Clayton’s words. Obviously, she was expecting a different outcome, and she accused the Bachelor star of lying about the results. Seriously, where is Maury Povich when you need him?
“Regardless of what Clayton says, the test is not inconclusive,” she said. “The ‘testing is ongoing’ because they said that there was an issue with my sample and that they need another sample from me, which I am giving first thing on Wednesday.”
The woman is due in February 2024, so there’s still plenty of time for her to figure out who the father is. Either way, Clayton is confident that it’s not him.

Teresa and her daughters decided to collaborate with the online fashion retailer, SHEIN. The clothing company announced the endorsement with a promotional video that was shared on SHEIN’s official Instagram page. Under the video, a spokesperson wrote, “The wait is almost over, the #SHEINxGiudiceGirls collection is launching TOMORROW 10/9!” That’s today!
It features Teresa, Gia, Audriana, and Milania. Gabriella does not appear to be in the video, but perhaps eagle-eyed fans will spot her in a future campaign. The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars are dressed in varying shades of beige and are seen dancing together in their living room.
Teresa then rings the doorbell and enters the home. The girls scramble to clean up the confetti that they threw at each other in a previous frame. It gives the feel of teenage girls trying to clean up after having a forbidden party.
Viewers are divided on the project. Some suggest the Giudice family should reconsider working with a company that has been flagged for ethical and questionable labor practices.
However, most comments are positive and praise the girls’ fashion sense. Teresa’s hairstyle is a huge hit as well.
Ultimately, the enthusiasm and success of this pairing will be reflected in the sales. And perhaps some of their fashion line will be shown on the upcoming season of Real Housewives of New Jersey. The show is said to air sometime in the beginning of 2024.

Austen Kroll’s behavior on Season 9 of Southern Charm has made fans feel for Shep Rose. And that’s quite the standard. At least Shep is transparent and owns who he is. On the other hand, Austen resorts to vague statements and blurred lines in relationships to justify his every move. Just because you could have doesn’t mean you should have.
So is the situation now. The cast is trying to figure out precisely what happened between Taylor Ann Green and Austen at a time when the latter said he was on a break with Olivia Flowers. However, Olivia revealed on the latest episode that they were still in contact.
With the season’s storyline set to circle around this unfortunate and ill-advised business, Austen revealed that he was hoping to stay out of the spotlight for his romantic encounters this time around.
Austen wanted to make this season “different”
Of course, the Southern Charm star likes to deflect and shift responsibility. On October 4, Austen told Decider that fan chatter got him thinking some kind of way about Taylor.
He said, “You know, the idea that fans on the internet were ablaze after seeing the thing last year with Taylor and I, and I’m talking to her about Shep, and people were really, really keen on that idea,” he shared. “It is interesting, how, you know, confusion, and a little bit of a shoulder to shrug in … it’s a tough thing to ignore, you know?”
“I’m not saying I’m completely influenced by the internet, but I saw it, you know, and so did she, and we were like, ‘What in the world?’” Austen added.
An evolution in the making
The Southern Charm bad boy explained that he really wanted to evolve on Season 9.
“Going into the season, I had high hopes that it was just going to be like a different season for Austen,” he stated. “Being in therapy, and trying out to figure out some things, inward, so that it could help me progress in my life in the long run. You know, exploring why relationships hadn’t worked out and what I can do differently.”
But Austen has no control over editing. And his own questionable decisions it seems. So Southern Charm fans can expect another season of Austen-style chaos.
He concluded, “But of course it ends up happening anyways, whether I liked it or not. As much as I try to move on, people won’t let me and I get sucked into things that I just want to move on from. It was just an interesting one.”
