Gone are the days of Berkshires holiday celebrations. Bye-bye rich women in knee high boots imbibing wayyyyy too much alcohol. So long Morgan Papers that you absolutely may not ever touch. The original and never-to-be-forgotten Real Housewives of New York might not return as we know it, but the plethora of memorable quotes gifted by the cast will stay with us for an eternity.
Real Housewives of New York star, Luann de Lesseps might have been standoffish at times, but her life was pretty extraordinary and she gave us so much material. She will remain living in infamy for some lines that will endure the test of time, or at least endure longer than OG RHONY did. Lu was generous with her wit and we will always bask in the glory that she left behind. “Be cool, don’t be all like, uncool.” Don’t be uncool like Heather Thomson and question vacation-related hook ups and strange naked men in your villa. “Well, even Louis Vuitton makes mistakes.” Thank Jesus and Dolly Parton for these words of wisdom. Alex McCord learned a lesson that day and by 6am the next morning, those Louis boots were probably dropped off at the Brooklyn Goodwill.
“How could you do that to me question mark?” Yep, it was definitely about Tom and some of us never recovered from his betrayal. And then this actual diamond. “I’ve been traveling, I’ve been to prison…” This is my personal favorite offering from Luann and I desperately need it on a t-shirt. It sums up the life of a cosmopolitan woman of the world who may or may not have had one too many and tried to beat up a cop.
Although many people are giving Ramona Singer the side-eye these days, one would have to admit that over the years she handed out little one-liners like it was Halloween candy. Just because the show was cancelled to save her reputation Ramona wasn’t always socially appropriate, it doesn’t negate her legacy. “Wow, Bethenny, wow.” I say this to my kids when they get a bad grade. I say this when a car cuts me off in traffic. And I say this when a restaurant serves me an incorrect order. Does anyone ever understand what it means? Hell no. Season 10 saw Ramona and Bethenny Frankel’s relationship having some cracks, and what Bethenny absolutely did not want was to attend Ramona’s skin care line launch. Ramona wanted Bethenny to have “common decency courtesy” (we would also like for Ramona to have this), but alas, Bethenny wasn’t feeling it. Ramona was almost too stunned to speak when Bethenny walked away, but she did manage to stutter out this now iconic moment.
Lady Sonja Morgan partied with John John and Madonna. She’s had a smoky eye and an updo. Sometimes Lady Sonja didn’t act like a lady, but it’s only because she was probably three sheets to the wind and on her way to a full blown blackout. What Sonja did do was graciously leave behind a few gems for us to use in our daily lives to relive the glory of the good ‘ol days. When the RHONY ladies were out partying one night, Luann was acting as a tour guide to the restroom area, and Son spotted the elusive John Mahdessian out in the wild without Dorinda Medley. While most people might keep quiet and whisper amongst themselves, Sonja charged John and said, “What are you doing here without Dorinda?” Listen, I know there are more well-known Sonja quotes to choose from, who can forget, “A squirrel came in my room last night. I almost made out with him.” And the iconic, “OK, so I had a walk of shame. I admit it, I live for the walk of shame. Actually, I call it a victory lap at my age!” But “What are you doing here without Dorinda?” became it’s own entity. It also begs the question, did we ever find out what John was doing there without Dorinda?
Princess Carole Radziwill and Countess Luann de Lesseps were never besties. It’s fair to say when Carole joined the show Lu could have been a smidge intimidated. A simple convo between Luann and Carole would usually evolve into a competition of sorts. Carole wasn’t reckless with her funny one-liners and she did not mince words. One of her funniest moments came shortly after almost strangling Aviva Drescher. When she finally met Aviva’s ex, Harry Dubin. The words, “Harry it’s so nice to meet you, I totally understand your divorce,” still linger in Aviva’s living room to this day. But Carole’s snarky description of Luann’s escalando “company” during the Season 5 trip to St. Barts was HIGHlarious. Lu’s titular “Be cool…” line turned into the trip’s most touted quote. But Carole’s very dry, not so subtle dig at Lu was quite effortless. Explaining the drama during an interview segment Carole said, “I was awoken in the middle of the night by two male voices. One was Luann’s.” It just fell out of her mouth so easily, no hesitations, no regrets. Yes, Luann might have a husky voice thanks to 2 packs of menthols a day genetics, but we mustn’t forget that Lu and Carole’s relationship was one of give and take. This time, Carole took the point.
Let’s face it, Bethenny has a ton of famous quotes from this show. I mean, how to choose from the plethora of riches that she gave us? Instead of going for the obvious like, “GO TO SLEEP!” or “MENTION IT ALLLLL”, I wanted to revisit a conversation between Bethenny and Luann that was so off, you could feel the weirdness through the television screen. In Season 8, Bethenny was planning a lovely trip to Mexico but the RHONY camps were divided. It wasn’t certain Lu would be invited on this trip because she wasn’t getting along with Carole. When the two met up for drinks to “discuss” Luann’s lack of invite, Lu’s very spunky attitude was clearly getting on Bethenny’s nerves. But Luann was newly in love and giddy and very, very talkative. In the middle of talking about Tom D’Agostino and ranting about Ramona, Bethenny interrupts Luann and asks, “Did you take crystal meth tonight?” It was funny because by the end of the discussion, where Bethenny basically didn’t speak, Luann managed to invite herself and then accept the invitation to Mexico that never came from the host. Sigh, I’ll miss you OG RHONY.

Cruel Intentions actress Selma Blair, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2018, joined the cast. Selma’s illness affects both her movement and her balance. Selma and her DWTS partner, Sasha Farber, delivered fantastic performances week after week.
On October 17, 2022, Selma had to withdraw from the competition. In a pre-taped package, she shared that she couldn’t continue because of the toll it was taking on her health. “I can’t go on with the competition. I pushed as far as I could,” she told Sasha.
The duo danced a final waltz together, which moved many people to tears. The judges gave Selma and Sasha a perfect score of 40/40, even though it didn’t count for the competition. I loved how Selma always danced with grace and strength.
Judge Derek Hough spoke to Page Six about Selma’s exit. “We were told right before the show started [that she was leaving],” Derek stated. “It was a big surprise, a big shock to us, but also, it was the right thing to do long term for longevity.”
He continued, “But I don’t think we’ve seen the last of Selma. She made such a huge impact on the show. One thing I was most impressed by about Selma was … there’s not a wasted word in what she says,” Derek remarked. “Every word is so meaningful, so powerful. And, man, what a beautiful send-off,” he added.
Derek was also impressed by how genuine the actress was to everyone, including the makeup and hair team and the crew. “She’s so kind, so gracious, just so excited, never complains. Of all the people that could probably complain, she didn’t,” Derek stated. “She just got on with it because she loved it. She loved being here and she loved the people. For me, that’s very important,” he said.
“She has forever left her mark on this show, without a doubt. I think that what she achieved and what she did — and the way she did it, with such grace — it’s just perfection,” Derek commented.
Selma’s DWTS co-stars also weighed in on working with Selma. The Bachelorette star Gabby Windey said, “I think we turned into teammates, in a sense, even though we’re in a competition. It’s heartbreaking for a lot of us, but she does have to put herself first.” Gabby’s partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, added, “She’s a great dancer, she’s an amazing, impactful performer … and off-camera, she’s just a wonderful person.”
“She’s my homegirl!” Shangela stated. “Because she represents such strength, such courage, such kindness, beauty, talent, all rolled into one. Her presence is most definitely going to be missed in this ballroom,” he added. Gleb called Selma “just the sweetest, nicest, person” he’s met.
Jersey Shore star Vinny Guadagnino, who struggles with anxiety before every performance in the ballroom, said that Selma leaving DWTS “ripped” his heart out. And American Idol alum Jordin Sparks stated, “We love Selma, we adore her, and we’re definitely gonna miss her here.”
“This was a really emotional night for me,” Selma told Page Six. “Because it was filled with so much love for me and my love for everyone here is really, really, really returned.”

Lindsay Hubbard of Summer House sure had a response over the weekend for fellow cast member Amanda Batula after she made claims that Lindsay is rude to fans on an episode of Watch What Happens Live. Summer House fans, next time you see Lindsay on the street, according to Amanda, you may want to think twice before catching her off guard.
According to Pagesix, while playing a game of ‘pick the guilty cast member’, Andy Cohen asked the question “Who is rudest to fans?” Both Paige Desorbo and Amanda were guests and answered that no one on the screen fit the bill. “No one here… who’s jumping out in your head?”, Andy grilled, before answering himself, “Lindsay“. Paige responded quickly, “I didn’t say that” while Amanda nodded while taking a sip. Amanda continued, “Yes, she can be. Yes, from my experience.”
Paige, clearly nervous or surprised with Amanda’s honesty, warned, “Girl, you’re going to get an uncomfortable text later.” Amanda however replied with a shrug, “You know what, listen I will, but”. Andy continued to probe, asking, “Did you see that at Bravocon at all?” Amanda explained, “No she was wonderful at Bravocon it’s been more…. caught off guard”.
Well clap back Lindsay did, by posting a slew of since deleted Instagram stories with snapshots of her not only with fans, but specifically attending Loverboy events over the past year. As fans know, Loverboy is the alcoholic beverage company started by Amanda’s husband and fellow cast member Kyle Cooke where Summer House star’s Amanda and Carl Radke work.
She captioned one of the stories, “I don’t work for Loverboy yet showed up to support my friends over 30 times in 2021 out of love for Carl and out of support for my friends.. why would I do that if I didn’t like fans? Or if I was rude?” She added to one story, “Why would I VOLUNTEER to be at more events than I need to? Think about that one.”
Lindsay continued posting photos as documented evidence of her spending time with fans, captioning one, “Here’s us in Pittsburgh in March at a Loverboy meet and greet where I’m voluntarily rude to fans.” She posted another picture of her from the last year, kissing boyfriend Carl, and captioned it “Chicago I was rudest to my fans.. I made out with them even!”
Near the end of her rant/stories, she posted a photo of Amanda and her at an outing, with the caption: “I’m so f–king tired of people dragging my name through the mud when I’m nothing but nice to them, show them kindness, respect, and support. Clean up your side of the street because mine is doing just fine.”
While Lindsay’s defending herself against Amanda, she has other claims stacking against her. Past cast member Hannah Berner has also made comments, describing her as “the meanest person I’ve ever met” during an episode of her and Paige’s podcast, Giggly Squad. This may explain why Linsday was so activated by Amanda’s comments.
The good news is if you wanted to approach Lindsay, now might be the time, as she’s determined to prove her cast mates wrong. She’ll probably even let you take a selfie, as long as she can use it as photo evidence later, lol!

Andy Cohen announced that RHONY was getting the reboot treatment. But there would be a second series featuring New York Housewives alums, with the working title RHONY: Legacy. Or as “OG” Ramona Singer charmingly called it, “The Loser Legacy.” Andy made it clear that Season 14 of RHONY is taking the lead over the throwback series.
At BravoCon, Andy introduced the seven New York ladies who have been cast for Season 14. The group is diverse and interesting.
In June of 2022, there were rumors that Lady Morgan and Luann de Lesseps were getting their own spin-off. Now Bravo has confirmed that the ladies will move to the small town of Benton, Illinois for their new show. It sounds hauntingly similar to The Simple Life. The show is titled Luann and Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake. What a title! It is set to debut in 2023.
Sonja has always been open about revealing any cosmetic procedures that she has done. In 2020, Sonja shared on Instagram that she had some cosmetic enhancements. “There’s been speculation around my fresh new look. I got a lower facelift and neck lift after wrapping Season 12,” Sonja wrote.
“I just wanted to be rid of the wrinkling on my neck and the jowls that were starting to form. People thought I was nuts because it was so subtle. But not to me!” she remarked.
“It was a no-brainer – gravity had taken its toll, I was also exhausted, and I needed a “pick me up,” Sonja added. She also had a “liquid nose job.”
Sonja told Page Six that she recently had laser liposuction. “I’m in front of the camera, but I also want to feel good in everyday clothes; whether I’m going to the beach, or if I want to put on sexy lingerie,” Sonja explained. “I’m active, I’m in shape, I love my body — I just want to tweak it.”
The former RHONY star, who was announced as a Sono Bello ambassador in July, chose Dr. Gary S. Berger to perform the procedure at the Sono Bello’s Westchester location. Sonja wanted to zero in on what she felt were her “problem areas.” She was concerned about “the side of [her] bra and [her] waist.”
Sonja remarked before the procedure, “I look good! I don’t want to do too much, just a natural [look.]” Dr. Berger performed a TriSculpt procedure that targeted Sonja’s waist, hips, front bra roll, and abdomen.
Dr. Berger stated that there is an increase in the demand for plastic surgery. “As we emerge from the pandemic, more and more people are looking to do things to make themselves feel good again, which is leading to an increase in plastic surgeries across the board,” he stated.
I’m crossing my fingers that Sonja gets the nod to appear on RHONY: Legacy. How can you have that series without the straw that stirs the drink?

Michael and Angela might really be on the brink of a breakup. In an exclusive sneak peek of the Oct. 30 episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi continue to...Decision day for the Married At First Sight couples was shocking, to say the least. This season it has been practically impossible to keep up with all of the explosive arguments, insecurity and all of the challenges thus far. This has led many of us not to be sure of which couples would actually stay together. Let me just say, I was very surprised in many cases. I have a feeling that we will uncover more juicy details at the reunion and I can’t wait! My gut is telling me that all decisions, may not be final.
It’s time for the couples to take control of their marriages and their futures as they make the decision to stay married or get a divorce. But as they prepare to move forward from the experiment, a shocking realization leads one couple to reverse their decision. Let’s get straight to the recap.
The first couple to decide whether they will stay together or go their separate ways is Nate and Stacia. Recently, the two have been having issues when he felt his wife was diminishing his efforts in the process. Stacia worries that his maturity and lack of relationship experience could result in a loveless marriage. Despite all of their issues, this couple decided to memorialize their wedding date by getting it tattooed on their fingers. That has to mean something, right?
Nate presents Stacia with flowers as they sit with the experts. When asked some of her concerns, Stacia wastes no time pulling out a list. Namely, his anger and mommy issues have become a major source of frustration. Nate reminds his wife that it’s not just him; they both have things they need to work on. Nate decides the positives outweigh the negative in their relationship and choses to stay married. Stacia reveals she had to think long and hard, but ultimately she believed they will be able to overcome their issues. Personally, I think he may run away screaming when he moves into her all white brand new home. But if they are up for the challenge, maybe there is still hope.
The second couple to decide is Alexis and Justin. Despite being the initial front runners of the show, their relationship has been plagued with numerous ups and downs. After Justin’s dog attacked Alexis’ they just couldn’t seem to get back on track. Justin is sensitive and insecure. But his wife isn’t sure she is able to deal with everything that comes with the man she married. Throughout the season, she has complained of feeling smothered, him not being an alpha male and having stamina issues in the bedroom.
While talking to the experts, Alexis makes it clear she didn’t appreciate him continuously reminding him he gave up his dog. Whew! I think if I made that hard decision and my partner didn’t appreciate it, I would remind them as well. Unsurprisingly, Justin wants to stay married. He is practically begging her with his eyes to make the same choice. Alexis reads a letter she wrote agreeing to stay married. But she admits she isn’t sure about forever, but she is willing to give them time.
After saying yes, Alexis makes it clear she still feels they have major issues. She only said yes to give them more time. Things go left quickly, when Justin tells her his biggest fear was his wife quitting. This results in an argument where Justin challenges if she truly wants to give them a real chance. Sigh! Obviously, Justin needs validation and Alexis is unwilling to give him that in the way he desires. In a post interview, Alexis make the decision to change her mind and leave the marriage. I feel bad for Justin, but ultimately I think its for the best. But Justin really have to do this with the rest of the cast all together?
Lindy and Miguel are next up and I must admit I am curious about how this is going to go. Although they had a great start, these two have had a tumultuous relationship. Both of these people are overdramatic and unpredictable, so I have no idea what is going to happen. Miguel has worried if he could deal with his wife’s angry outbursts and negativity. Lindy feels like his controlling demeanor and him doubting their marriage caused her to constantly second guess things. Despite their challenges they both decide to stay together. Personally, I think we may see an update saying the opposite in the future. The issues they have don’t just go away.
Our final couple, Krysten and Mitch are probably the ones everyone is the most curious about. Although they have found a way to experience happiness together, no one can forget all their issues. Very early on, Mitch was unsure of his compatibility with his wife based on attraction, social and environmental issues. He has been uncompromising and Krysten has been too accommodating which has made their relationship unstable. At one point, her frustration bubbled up and she lashed out at the experts when she felt they suggested she should accept him saying he was “attracted enough” to her. Like her, I feel she deserves someone who doesn’t make her insecure.
When Krysten and Mitch sit down it is obvious the experts are advocating for them to stay together. He isn’t able to provide the level of commitment that he knows Krysten deserves. Of course following his speech, she decides that she needs to choose herself. Though they both decide to get a divorce, they still hold hands and say positive things about each other. For some reason, she still feels the need to leave the door open for them to possibly cross paths in the future. Huh! I just want Krysten to value herself more and put her needs above others. Sadly, she had to learn this lesson in front of the other couples when Mitch was forced to admit the door was closed for him.

Now this is the main event. Kathy Hilton is joining the RHOBH reunion to take on Rinna and Erika Jayne. She arrived in her robe and slippers, and she has her brand of tequila. Of course! Meanwhile, Rinna is pacing the stage, repeating, “All I have to do is tell the truth. That’s all we’re doing-just telling the truth.”
Erika has friends with benefits-more like “a roster.” You go, girl! Next up is a package of Erika being “lit” and telling Garcelle Beauvais’ son Jax to “get the f*ck out of here.” Erika owned that her drinking was an escape and that she was “numbing” her pain.
Garcelle started to worry about Erika’s drinking when she saw the clip of Erika swearing at Jax. Garcelle called out Dorit Kemsley for not speaking up at the time.
Kyle Richards, her husband Mauricio Umansky, Dorit, and her husband, PK Kemsley, all laughed about it. After Kyle watched the clip, she felt awful. Garcelle pointed out that if she had done that to one of their kids, it would have been a totally different reaction. Exactly!
Erika was cleared in a fraud lawsuit. Sutton Stracke was the first person to text Erika and say that she was happy for her.
The singer said that she doesn’t have a responsibility towards any of the victims, and she is in a complicated legal situation. Dorit called out Erika for her delivery. Erika admitted that she has been “disappointed” by her behavior this season.
Kyle said that she was upset in Aspen when Erika didn’t show empathy for the victims. Erika stated that she was angry, and she was speaking the truth. Kyle pointed out that she takes heat for being friends with Erika. Erika insisted she has shown empathy, but host Andy Cohen noted that “it’s not landing.”
Andy asked if Erika is trying to get her earrings back. “We are on appeal-for legal reasons,” Erika repeatedly told Andy. When asked if any of the other ladies would have kept the earrings, Garcelle, Crystal Kung Minkoff, and Dorit immediately said they would not have. Erika claims she never “whined” about losing her previous life.
Kathy settled in next to Kyle. Buckle up! Now we are reviewing the Aspen trip and Kathy’s meltdown. When the recap shows Rinna saying that Kathy threatened to “destroy” Kyle and her family, Kathy remarked, “You want to swear on your life on a bible?” Wow!
A viewer questioned why Kathy wasn’t allowed to promote her tequila like the other ladies promote their brands. At Kemo Sabe, Kathy thought that Kyle had arranged a tasting at the bar. She copped to being mad at Kyle, not Rinna. Rinna ordering her friend Kendall Jenner’s tequila simply aggravated her. Rinna said that she promoted Kathy’s tequila other times during the season, and Kathy agreed. Kyle started to cry, saying that everything is always her fault. Kathy accepted responsibility for being upset at Kyle.
At the club, Kathy explained that the DJ didn’t see her. She asked a manager to put some songs on and offered to pay him. He asked where she was from, and he told her to “go back to LA.”
Kathy wanted everyone to leave and yelled at Kyle. Erika said that she saw Kathy coming from the dance floor, and that Kathy allegedly called the DJ a slur. Kathy denied it, and Erika insisted that she was telling the truth. Kathy also said that she has “a little more credibility” than Erika. Yikes!
Andy said there was a human resources investigation, and it came down to a “she said, she said.” So, no conclusive result.
Rinna took Kathy home in the sprinter van. Kathy admitted to venting and felt she could talk to Rinna off-camera. Kathy claimed that Rinna said, “I get it. I get it. You’re preaching to the choir.” Rinna doesn’t remember those words exactly.
Andy gave a run-down of everything that Rinna reported that Kathy said about the other ladies. Kathy told Rinna that Rinna is going to take a lie detector test. Shades of Lisa Vanderpump taking a lie detector test during “puppy gate.”
Kathy denied all of it. She said that Rinna is “having problems.” Kathy accused Rinna of making up the text about staying silent because it wasn’t on her phone. But Andy saw it on Rinna’s phone.
“You were having a psychotic break,” Rinna said. Kathy replied that she said other things, like Kyle really hated her sometimes. Kyle was upset that it got out from the group to the press, which made it difficult for her and her sister. Erika said that her publicist also represents Nicky Hilton. Kathy didn’t think that he would do it. Erika said she wanted it all to be discussed at the reunion.
Kathy apologized to Kyle on camera to make things right. Then Kyle wanted her to apologize to Rinna. Kathy said that Rinna wanted the apology on camera to save her job. She said Rinna “fights with everybody.” She added that Rinna drove Lisa Vanderpump off the show. Kathy referenced what Rinna did to her sister, Kim Richards, and how she had issues with Camille Grammer.
Kathy called Rinna “the biggest bully in Hollywood and everyone knows it.” Kathy added that Rinna is “mean and you don’t tell the truth.” Kyle’s sister wanted to know why Rinna didn’t say something to her that night, and then left it between she and Kyle.
Rinna alleged that she was “abused” by Kathy yelling at her. Garcelle pointed out that if it is between Kyle and Kathy, then Rinna should back out. And Rinna is hurting Kyle, her supposed friend. Rinna “lets it go” and wished both ladies the best. A moment later, Rinna stated she was “traumatized” by Kathy’s behavior. Andy remarked that Rinna has seen some stuff on RHOBH.
“I saw the devil. You are a f*cking monster,” Rinna remarked. Well, I’m glad that she let that go!
Kyle started to sob and can’t speak. She told Erika and Rinna that she is the one who gets hurt and that she was also wounded by her sister. Kyle is tired of the stress in her family. She needs to be in a better place with Kathy, but her sister shut it down. Kathy was upset with Kyle and accused her of acting like “a martyr.” Kathy gets ready to leave the stage and claimed that Kyle didn’t “say two words.”
Kyle was upset and told Garcelle and Sutton she didn’t want to do the toast. Kyle asked Andy if she could skip it. Andy asked if the sisters can move forward, and Kyle whispered, “I hope so.” All the ladies except Kyle did the toast. Andy hugged Kyle. Dorit went into Kyle’s dressing room and gives her a pep talk. Kyle fears that this time, her bond with Kathy cannot be repaired.

You could be the next owner of Erika Jayne’s notorious $1.4 million earrings. Earlier this month, we learned that a judge called for the reality star’s earrings to be auctioned off, and according to a report from Page Six, the time to start placing bids is quickly approaching.
If you’re worried about having to fork over $1.4 million, don’t worry, you have a few more weeks to save up your coins. According to the report, the earrings head to auction on December 7th. So, you can snag these up for that special someone on your Christmas list.
Although Erika filed an appeal to try to hang onto the earrings, the auction house expects all of the court proceedings to be settled by the live auction date, so they’re moving full steam ahead with preparing for bidding.
“They are quite possibly the most talked about jewelry in the world at the moment, which adds kind of an unknown excitement and interest factor,” Stephen Swan, vice president of John Moran Auctioneers, told the outlet.
“We haven’t established a starting bid yet, but because it’s a court-ordered sale, the starting bid is going to be very attractive,” he explained.
Of course, Erika has claimed that her disgraded ex-husband Tom Girardi paid $750,000 for each earring. However, we might not have to pay that much when it comes time for the auction. The gemologist for the auction house called Erika’s $1.4 million figure to be an “unfounded number” that’s “based on clearly nothing.”
The shady gemologist continued, “The original grading was done in 2004, and those need to be updated.”
The auction house predicts that once the appraisal is completed, the updated price tag of the notorious earrings will come out lower than the dollar amount Erika has been tossing around. Still, they think the pop culture relevance associated with the diamond earrings will play a factor in the starting bid.
“What an exciting moment to have these and to own these,” the auction house president said to Page Six. “They are definitely a phenomenon in our culture right now, and what better of a dinner party conversation-starter than to be able to show them off.”
All of the proceeds from the sale will be given to Tom’s bankruptcy trustee, and whoever ends up with these earrings will have to verify to the auction house that they can actually afford them.
“If you are a first-time bidder and don’t have history with us and are looking to bid on higher-value objects, we do ask for either proof of funds, possibly a deposit, verification, or proof that you have bid at another auction house,” they explained. “We’re just making sure that you aren’t going to bid and then walk away from this.”
The Los Angeles-based auction house will begin accepting absentee bids online and in person next month. And when its’ time for the live auction in December, bidders can either attend in-person or join virtually, as long as your checkbook is ready. Maybe we’ll see Diana Jenkins bid on these bad boys since she recently took an interest in donating funds to help Tom’s victims. Or perhaps the earrings will end up in Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live clubhouse? Only time will tell, but we’ll definitely be tuning in to see what finally happens to these legendary earrings.

The star-studded list spans 40 categories across TV, movies, music and...The moment we’ve been waiting for has finally come: the all-new cast of season 14 of Real Housewives of New York City has been revealed. Did you know? Do you care?
It feels like it’s been ages since we’ve had new episodes of the beloved New York City Housewives, and fans have been dying to hear an announcement about RHONY: Legacy, or the “The Loser Legacy” as Ramona Singer recently called it. But, the news of the next-gen cast came during one of the Watch What Happens Live episodes taped at BravoCon 2022. Page Six covered the news and got all the scoop on the newest members of the Bravo family.
During the second day of BravoCon, Andy Cohen introduced the new RHONY ladies to a packed crowd at the Manhattan Center. The new cast consists of Sai De Silva, Jenna Lyons, Erin Dana Lichy, Ubah Hassan, Brynn Whitfield, Jessel Taank, and Lizzy Savetsky.
Sadly, there are no countesses or princesses in the new lineup, but the RHONY casting team has worked hard to figure out this new show. They reportedly struggled to find a cast as they sought an “organic, diverse group of friends” based in Manhattan who live “sophisticated, aspirational lifestyles.” Finally, after an exhaustive search, they found their golden apples. So, who are these ladies that Bravo worked so hard to find?
The first cast member we heard about was Lizzy, which was leaked over a month ago. Lizzy is an influencer and a mother of three who, according to Entertainment Tonight, was previously rumored to be joining the Real Housewives of Dallas cast for season 6. However, RHOD got put on pause before that could happen, and Lizzy moved from Texas to New York City. Surely, that timing is just a convenient coincidence.
While all of the new RHONY ladies have thousands of Instagram followers, perhaps the most familiar face in the new lineup of Housewives is Jenna Lyons. She’s famous for being the former president of J. Crew. And similarly to our New York City OG Bethenny Frankel, Jenna starred in a short-lived reality show on HBO Max.
One area where Bravo nailed it for season 14 of RHONY is including women from diverse backgrounds in the cast. We wanted the show to reflect the diversity of New York City for so long, and it’s finally happening. For example, fashion publicist Jessel Taank is making history as the first Indian Real Housewife. She shared a celebratory post on her Instagram on the day of the cast announcement, “The revolution will be televised!! It’s an honor to be the FIRST Indian to be cast in this franchise.”
Newbie Ubah Hassan is a Somali-Canadian model who, according to Page Six, released a hot sauce line last year. So, it sounds like she’ll fit right in with the historic tradition of RHONY culinary business ventures.
With 386K followers, Afro-Latina content creator Sai De Silva joins RHONY with the biggest Instagram following out of all of the newbies. She’s known for her YouTube channel, Scout the City, where she posts about all things fashion. On Instagram, Sai self-describes as a “funny fashion girl.” However, we all know that Sonja Morgan will always be RHONY’s original funny fashion girl.
Erin Dana Lichy leads a design firm in the city called HomeGirl, and according to her Instagram bio, she’s also a “top real estate agent” in New York City and the Hamptons. A quick scroll through her feed shows that she’s all about family, with frequent snaps of her husband and three kids.
Last but not least in the new lineup of New York Housewives is Brynn Whitfield. She’s a corporate communications and marketing consultant, and she’s already got the apple emoji in her Instagram bio.
Season 14 of The Real Housewives of New York City is currently in production, and we can expect the new season to land on Bravo sometime in 2023. These ladies have some big shoes to fill, and we’ll see what happens.

Melissa Villaseñor left Saturday Night Live on her own terms. In September, it was announced that the comedian—who joined SNL in as a featured player in 2016 before being upgraded to main cast...If there’s one thing we know about Real Housewives of Potomac’s Candiace Dilliard-Bassett, it’s that she does not play around. She said it best, “we don’t play in the P, honey!”
Season 7 of the Housewives’ best franchise is just underway and we’re already getting a glimpse into one of the season’s biggest feuds. Candiace, who’s married to Chris Bassett is known for her quick comebacks, iconic reads, and her lethal level of shade. This is why it pains me to see my girl Gizelle Bryant coming for her so hard out the gate because I know… Candiace is about to light her up. And it won’t be a pretty sight.
After telling Robyn Dixon that she felt uncomfortable by Chris’ actions during the taping of the season 6 reunion, Gizelle eventually confronts Candiace about her husband’s questionable behavior. For those that may not be caught up yet, Gizzy has told some of the cast members that Chris asked to speak with her privately in her dressing/hotel room while in NYC. Gizelle revealed that she let Chris in because she thought her glam squad was present at the time. When she noticed that they weren’t, she said that’s when she started to feel uncomfortable and felt like Chris was trying to see if “she was with it.”
Immediately, Candiace started to shut this conversation down because she wanted to protect her husband. Very admirable. And I think her reaction in that scene was warranted. I don’t understand what Gizelle is trying to do here. She knows how to play the game and she’s better than this. I mean, she’s reaching like Elastagirl and it’s not a good look. At all.
Candiace finally broke her silence by tweeting about the episode saying, “The first & most relevant thing I can say is that it’s hard to say anything at all because I #supportwomen, I #believewomen, and I support #metoo.”
“I can’t tell a woman how to feel about a man’s presence in her orbit. We are entitled to our feelings and they should never be diminished or questioned,” she continued.
I’m glad Candiace addressed this in her statement. Trying to figure out how to move forward with this conversation I’m sure can be tricky because no one wants to discount or dismiss the feelings of anyone who says they were impacted by someone’s behavior. She adds that Sunday’s episode and the ones to follow will showcase a “feral gutter snipe attempt to upend and dismantle these pillars that women have worked so hard to establish.”
She takes a final jab at Gizelle finishing with, “… You are not a victim. What you are is a calculated slab of misery creating the next generation of snipes through the fine example your children have to mirror. We are all in danger.”
Whew. I told you Candice wouldn’t mince her words. I actually don’t know how to feel here. It’s hard because as Candiace said, I believe anyone who comes forward with a story like this. But to Candiace’s point, if you are all friends and have drank together, broken bread together, and so on… why not bring it up to them privately? Like friends? Or was it all in the name of “entertainment” as she stated? I’m unsure, but I’m definitely watching this season closely to see what else Gizelle has to say.
