Tom Girardi Ordered To Pay $2.3 Million In Restitution To His Former Clients

Time to pay up. It’s hard to keep track of all the lawsuits against disgraced attorney Tom Girardi and his estranged wife Erika Jayne. Ever since she filed for divorce in November of 2020, things quickly spun out of control. Approximately one month later, Tom was accused of embezzling funds from his clients. It’s estimated that he allegedly stole millions from the clients he represented in large settlement cases. Erika, whose legal woes have played out on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, hasn’t been charged with anything. But she has multiple lawsuits against her as well.

Now Radar Online is reporting that Tom has been ordered to pay $2.3 million-plus interest in restitution to his former clients. The majority of the money will be going to orphans and widows, the most vulnerable of his clients. Tom was also slapped with $5k in sanctions. In addition, he has officially been disbarred after accumulating 14 counts of violating ethics rules and California law.

Since Tom’s law firm went bankrupt in 2020, a recent filing revealed that there is a whopping $517 million in claims against them. $363 million of it was unsecured claims, $17 million in priority claims. Additionally, $137 million is in secured claims and  $250k in administrative claims.

Tom’s clients have accused him of using their rightfully awarded settlement money to fund his lifestyle with Erika. In a class action lawsuit against both Tom and Erika, documents read, “[Tom] …continues to use that money to fund his and Erika’s lavish lifestyle, release personal guarantees, pay down loans, route the money to friends and family and satisfy other outstanding debts.”

Now Tom has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and lives in a senior living facility under a conservatorship. For her part, Erika is now living in $1+ million bungalow and still using a glam squad. And while she repeatedly denied any wrongdoing on her part, she certainly hasn’t attempted to clear her name in the court of public opinion. In the trailer for the latest season of RHOBH, she tells costars, “I don’t give a f–k about anybody else but me.” Even more shocking, in a recent episode, she claimed that the victims of Tom’s alleged crimes might be lying about not receiving their money. Low, even for Erika.

But Erika has her own problems in this mess. She’s being sued for $25 million by Tom’s bankruptcy trustee to cough up funds that were paid to her company, EJ Global. Her company has since been suspended by the California Franchise Tax Board.

Dorothy Wang Confirms Another Season Of Bling Empire

Attention all Bling Empire fans – more is coming your way soon! Netflix just released season 2 on May 13th, but apparently we don’t have to wait long for season 3. And that’s just fine by me because I was pretty frustrated by some of the cliffhangers. I can’t be the only one.

Dorothy Wang, who joined the cast this season, revealed to Page Six that season 3 of Bling Empire has already been filmed. She stated, “It’s already locked and loaded. All the drama that you see [in Season 2], it really continues to intensify and heat up.” Dorothy added, “The feuds get feudier [sic] and there’s a lot of deep-rooted things that come out.” She went on, “A lot of lines are drawn and a lot of friendships are ended.” She also noted that the third installment will “probably” drop “at the end of the summer.” Which seems pretty quick given how long we had to wait in between seasons 1 and 2.

One of my biggest moments of annoyance came when the Jessey Lee cheating rumors went unresolved. Season 1 showed Cherie Chan proposing after she got sick of waiting. But this season, rumors swirled that Jessey was married with a whole family at the time that they got together. Nothing got leaked to Cherie and the story just kind of disappeared after Kane Lim lost his chance to tell her. The couple has since gotten married. But I’m hoping that somehow the storyline continues.

As for another loose end, we didn’t really get to see what happened between Kim Lee and Kevin Kreider. The two went back and forth on a possible romance. But it looked like things fizzled when Kim admitted on a lie detector test that she didn’t want to be with Kevin. Note to all you singles out there – it’s probably not a good idea to take lie detector tests before you have even kissed.

Either way, we did see that Dorothy ended up moving to New York but she’s still spending plenty of time on the West Coast. But is there a possible Bling Empire NYC spin-off in the works? Dorothy shared, “I feel like people would like that. I have a great, fun, diverse group of friends in New York. Everything’s like fast. Everyone is, like, kind of sassier. No one holds back.” According to Dorothy, her friends in New York “say it and go for the jugular” if they “feel some type of way.” In her opinion, people in LA are more “calculated and manipulative.”

Dorothy would know considering she’s not new to reality tv. The former Rich Kids of Beverly Hills star spent 4 seasons on the series. But jumping back in was a lot harder than she thought it would be. She explained, “When you’re on a show … things get a little bit more dramatic. You’re placed in situations you normally wouldn’t get placed in. It’s kind of your job to get fired up because you can’t really be boring. You have to have opinions.” Dorothy concluded, “And so that was one of my qualms or something that I was nervous about getting back into, because as outgoing as I am, I do kind of also do appreciate when things are peaceful.”

Bachelor In Paradise Alums Abigail Heringer And Noah Erb Don’t Want A TV Wedding

From breaking up at 80’s prom to planning a future wedding! Bachelor franchise sweethearts Abigail Heringer and Noah Erb are dishing on their plans for their future wedding and their life as a couple post Bachelor In Paradise. The two made one thing very clear- They do not want a televised wedding.

While I’m sure many of us, including myself, would love to watch the nuptials of these two lovebirds, Abigail and Noah are calling it quits on reality tv. “I’m very grateful that ‘Paradise’ gave us the environment for us to meet each other, but I am also very content to leave that chapter behind us, too,” Abigail shared with Page Six.

Although, it sounds as if the couple did take it into consideration. “Weddings are expensive. I’m like, ‘Oh, could I get it all paid for?’ That’s the finance side of me thinking that, but I also don’t want to deal with some guy that I met on ‘Paradise’ standing up and objecting and me tackling him from the pews. I don’t want to deal with that … I wouldn’t want to do a televised wedding,” Noah revealed.

Televised weddings and drama aren’t exactly uncommon in Bachelor In Paradise.  If you don’t know what tragic story I’m alluding to … In 2019, Bachelor In Paradise couple Chris Randone and Krystal Nelson had their wedding televised and officiated by Chris Harrison. Notoriously, John Paul Jones picked a fight with Derek Peth over his intentions with Tayshia Adams during the middle of the reception. JPJ went as far as to call Derek a “Bachelor Nation Groupie” and “Full of sh*t”. This is the kind of manufactured drama Noah wants to avoid, and Abigail agrees. “No more cameras,” she says.

The two initially began their romance on season 7 of Bachelor in Paradise where they started off strong but struggled with passion. They both seemed to have been in it for the long haul, but Noah eventually admitted to Abigail that she wasn’t his “person”. They had an emotional breakup, but it seemingly didn’t last long!

After filming ended the couple reconciled. “It wasn’t fun to go through the ending, but I think it really worked out for us because we were able to move at our own pace afterward, get back together and remove ourselves from the show bubble and say, ‘OK, were the feelings real? Do we care about each other and so forth?’ And we did. So we gave it another shot. We live together now, so I think we’re doing pretty well,” says Abigail.

Matthew Morrison Reads Alleged Text Sent To So You Think You Can Dance Contestant; Says “I Have Nothing To Hide”

So You Think You Can Dance returned after a three-year hiatus with all-new judges and a brand-new scandal. The new judging panel for Season 17 consisted of Stephen “tWitch” Boss, JoJo Siwa, and Matthew Morrison. tWitch was a contestant on So You Think You Can Dance, so he knows all about the competition.

JoJo appeared on Season 30 of Dancing with the Stars and was the first contestant to have a same-sex partner. JoJo’s partner, Jenna Johnson, was once a contestant on SYTYCD. Interesting, right?

Then we have Matthew. He is not only a Broadway star but also starred on the TV show, Glee. Shortly after the SYTYCD premiere, Matthew announced in a statement on May 27, 2022, that he was leaving his new gig. “Having the opportunity to be a judge on So You Think You Can Dance was an incredible honor for me,” Matthew said in the statement. “Therefore, it is my deepest regret to inform you that I will be leaving the show.” That was a shocker.

“After filming the audition rounds for the show and completing the selection of the 12 finalists, I did not follow competition production protocols, preventing me from being able to judge the competition fairly,” Matthew stated. “I cannot apologize enough to all involved and I will be watching alongside you all on what I know will be one of the best seasons yet,” he added.

Now we are learning more about what protocols Matthew broke. An insider close to So You Think You Can Dance alleged that Matthew was actually fired because he had “an inappropriate relationship” with a female contestant. “They didn’t have sex, but he reached out to her through flirty direct messages on social media,” the source claimed.

The contestant felt uneasy and went to producers about the messages. After the producers involved Fox, they completed their own investigation and pink-slipped Matthew. Matthew is married with kids, which makes this doubly inappropriate. The audition rounds of  the show are pre-taped, so Matthew will be gracing our TV screens until the live competition begins.

Page Six reported that Matthew is speaking out about losing his job. In an Instagram video, Matthew said, “It’s really unfortunate that I have to sit here and defend myself and my family against blatantly untrue statements made anonymously, but I have nothing to hide.”

He continued, “So, in the interest of transparency, I will read to you the one message that I wrote to a dancer on the show.”

Matthew read the supposed text but did not show any any screenshots or his actual phone to the camera. They’re called receipts, Matthew. And we really need them at this point.

“Hey! It’s Matthew. If you don’t mind, would love to get your number and talk you through some things,” Matthew stated. Matthew claimed that he and the contestant “share a mutual respect” for the same choreographer. That is still inappropriate.

Matthew continued, “I’ve known her [the choreographer] for over 20 years and was trying to help her get a job as a choreographer on the show.” The former judge added, “It’s devastating that we live in this world where gossip rules and people’s lives are being thrown around as clickbait.”

Page Six reached out to both Fox and Matthew for comment.

There is no word on who will be taking Matthew’s seat at the judges’ table when the live competition begins.

Fans Drag Shannon Beador For Hanging Out With Kelly Dodd

I’m not really sure when it happened or why, but Shannon Beador and Kelly Dodd are friends. The two butted heads plenty during their time on Real Housewives of Orange County but it looks like those days are over. Despite Kelly constantly attacking Shannon’s current costars, Shannon seems to be quite cozy with Kelly.

But fans are not feeling it. As reported by Page Six, Shannon got read for filth after posting a picture of them together. The two celebrated Memorial Day together at a party hosted by former Bravo star Jeff Lewis. Shannon posted multiple photos of the affair for her 1.3 million Instagram followers to see. In multiple pictures, Shannon and Kelly are happily posing with their arms around one another.

Unfortunately for Shannon, her comments section lit up with criticism for hanging out with Kelly. One fan referenced Kelly’s recent comments about the Uvalde elementary school shooting. Kelly insensitively tweeted out her thoughts on the matter, comparing the mass shooting to 9/11. The user wrote, “Really Shannon you’re still friends with Kelly? After the things she said about the school shooting in Uvalde. You are the company you keep.”

Another person added, “I thought you were better than this, @shannonbeador and @heathermcdonald. Hanging with Kelly Dodd? Seriously?” They added an eye roll emoji. Yet another person chastised Shannon and said, “@shannonbeador still hanging out with Kelly Dodd not a good look. I guess you’re showing us who you really are. Guilty by association. Definitely not my favorite RHOC member anymore.”

But others were excited to see the pair together again. Said one commenter, “I’m so happy you and Kelly are still friends.” Another gushed, “Pretty girls. Kelly never looked so good and happy nice to see your friends.” They used a bunch of clapping emojis and a heart emoji for emphasis.

While I am surprised that Kelly and Shannon are friends, I’m not surprised Shannon got dragged. Kelly has really been on one lately, and it’s not a good look. Even if you agree with some of her opinions, she recently went after her stepdaughter in a public tirade. And it was bad.

After Kelly and her husband, Rick Leventhal, weren’t invited to his grown daughter Veronica Leventhal’s wedding, Kelly went off on social media. Kelly tweeted, “Who doesn’t invite their own Dad to their wedding? Everyone knows she’s a narcissistic spoiled brat ! [My daughter] Jolie [Dodd] and my friends hate her. Rick’s friends hate her as well!! Always two sides to a story !” In another tweet, Kelly called Veronica “evil” and a “spoiled brat.”

Rick later defended Kelly, saying that she wasn’t the cause of them not being invited. But the whole incident was just another low for Kelly. Just when you thought she couldn’t get any lower.

Lisa Rinna Is Being Threatened With Legal Action After Leaking Someone’s Phone Number On Her Instagram

Lisa Rinna might have to own it…and lawyer up. After she recently doxxed someone online, they are now threatening legal action against Rinna. The trouble began when an unknown number text the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star. The message read, “Lisa, you need to stop with your rumors and lies about me. There’s plenty I can expose about you.” Lisa being Lisa, she then posted a screen shot of the message to her Instagram stories. She did so without blurring out or hiding his number. There’s no way to tell how many people saw it, but Lisa has over 3 million followers on the platform.

Since the dust up, the mystery texter has been revealed as Patrick Somers. As reported by Reality Blurb, Patrick isn’t happy with Lisa’s online antics. As a result, he tweeted out that he plans on moving forward with legal action. Patrick wrote, “As many know @lisarinna had millions of individuals call and text me in an online attack which gave millions access to my personal data. I received death threats, racial discrimination, and bullying. Today I sit with my 2 attorneys as we move forward with legal action.” His tweet was accompanied by a picture of what appears to be him, sitting with two men in suits. Which leaves us to speculate if this is him sitting with his legal team.

After Lisa originally leaked his number, Patrick took to his own Instagram stories to fire back. He shared, “@lisarinna Umm thank you for putting my number online?” Another slide added, “@lisarinna I suggest you take your post down before I sue you or leak your number since you think it’s acceptable to leak mine.” Patrick did just that, displaying Lisa’s (alleged) number in his own Instagram stories. He wrote “Why are you starting drama with someone that is half your age you overfilled ancient dinosaur[.] Anyways here’s Lisa’s number since she posted mine.”

So what’s behind this seemingly random beef? According to Patrick, Lisa has been gossiping about him after learning he was staring in a new show. He claimed that the show would compete with RHOBH. Patrick divulged in another slide, “Mind you…this is because Production has started on a series called ‘real husbands of sunset’ and the series is set to compete with the real housewives and features an all male cast . . . . (me being a member).”

Patrick also went on to talk about the husband. He wrote, “And btw I never said her husband was gay. A little rainbow emoji never hurt anyone but I mean if the shoe fits.” A final takedown from Patrick on Instagram read, “You need to go worry about YOUR husband and YOUR finances and who he’s spending his time with because his wife is too busy running her overfilled mouth. Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills Recap: Dark Matter

Dorit Kemsley’s still dealing with a lot of anxiety following the robbery. She’s trying her best to work through her issues, but it’s a lot. It’s weird hearing Lisa Rinna use the word violation about Dorit, but Crystal Kung Minkoff wasn’t allowed to do it. Noted.

Garcelle Beauvais phones Crystal the next morning to find out how she’s doing. She’s obviously holding on to issues from last season, and that’s okay. People in this group hold grudges for far too long over far less. Crystal’s entitled to her feelings, and Garcelle convinces her to stop by and talk it out.

Erika Jayne says she was backed into a corner last year, so being back in the same place is crazy. She’s trying to concoct a narrative that the victims are lying about not receiving their money. Girl, bye. Who is Erika trying to fool here? She’s crafting a facade that her life is perfect and back to normal, and everyone sees through it.

Garcelle’s looking at Erika like every word coming out of her mouth is straight bullshit. Period. She’s not going to sit there and accept the garbage is being spewed in her direction. She’s better than that, and the rest of the group should follow suit.

Diana Jenkins hangs out with Sutton Stracke, and they recall the incident from the night before. I’m surprised Sutton is hanging out with Diana after things she said about her. It’s only a matter of time before that situation blows up.

The group wants Crystal to speak her truth and open up about how she was feeling. Crystal’s willing to do it, but she doesn’t want to talk about it again after this. Last season she felt a big campaign to police her feelings, so she shuts down a lot. They aren’t a safe space for her. She’s allowed to say how she feels.

Out of nowhere, Garcelle says she felt Crystal set Sutton up last season. What a blindside! Crystal didn’t see that coming at all. She brings up something about Sutton from last year saying there was something dark we never heard.

I hate when people bring something up like that, and then don’t want to talk about it. If Crystal isn’t going to share her thoughts, why bring it up?

Crystal’s treading on thin ice by pulling something like this. She’s giving everyone in the group ammunition to come after her. She might wreck her friendship with Sutton over this. Plus, there’s a good chance she’s alienating herself from the Fox Force Four as well. I’d hate to see Crystal on an island by herself just because she didn’t get her point across in the most articulate way.

It looks like Sutton’s french designer made it over the border. I know that was a big fire for her to try and put out, so I’m happy it was hosed out. Now that he’s here, she’s hosting a Parisian party. She loves a good French-themed event. She might be the biggest Francophile on the planet.

Lisa won’t be attending the party because her mother had a stroke. We know this isn’t good. This is about making her comfortable because she has a DNR. We know how much she loves her, so this is another heartbreaking moment for the women this season. Say what you want about Rinna, but nobody wants to lose a parent. It’s the worst feeling. Erika also won’t be attending the party. No surprise there.

Garcelle tells Sutton to watch her back with her new friend Crystal because of what she alluded to. This could be the thing that comes in between Sutton and Garcelle for the first time. Crystal needs to just say what it is, so we can move on. This doesn’t need to be something dragged on for too many episodes.

Kyle Richards and Garcelle are the ghost-producing duo I never knew I needed. Kyle says she was there that night and heard everything, so she knows what really went down. She knows there’s something to this Sutton/Crystal thing, but it’s going in circles. Garcelle tried to tell Crystal that dark was a strong word, but Crystal SNAPPED.

Crystal was crystal clear when she said she didn’t want that word thrown in her face. However, that’s what happens when you throw out an ambiguous comment and don’t elaborate. This is far from over.

Dorit’s getting some sort of counseling or help for what she’s going through since the robbery. She’s doing EMDR which is apparently a good therapy for victims of traumas. It helps reprogram the brain to associate negative events with positive feelings.

You can tell Dorit’s going THROUGH it. Reliving the men holding her at gunpoint has to be harrowing. Dorit breaks down at the mere thought of something scary happening to her children. She could’ve lost them that night. Hell, she could’ve lost her own life as well. It’s haunting her. No matter what she does, the thought of the entire family being killed destroys her internally.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht Star Daisy Kelliher Denies Dating Gary King

No matter how many junior stews throw themselves at Gary King, it seems the Below Deck Sailing Yacht lothario will always have a twinkle in his eye for Chief Stew Daisy Kelliher. They flirt onscreen, and shared a drunken kiss on Season 3.  But post-filming, Daisy insists that things with Gary have never progressed beyond that point.  According to her, it’s a strictly a flirty friendship.

But fans can’t seem to accept Daisy’s protests, and keep searching for clues that the two have indeed hooked up. Certainly, Gary likes to push the envelope when it comes to flirting. And it’s come to light that perhaps fellow crew members are also adding fuel to the fire.  Certainly, what we see onscreen is Daisy often flustered by Gary’s antics with her team. But is that coming from professional frustration or a feeling of jealousy?

Newbie Scarlett Bentley wasted no time in falling for Gary’s charms and was shocked by the internal strife that she walked into.  Daisy was left in disbelief at the havoc Gary was creating between the girls in her department.

The whole crew noticed the drama that Gary is causing.  It’s become a joke on Parsifall III at this point.  And newbie Barnaby Birkbeck really got into the drama on this week’s episode.  He also flirted with Daisy hard, and the two hooked up on the crew night out.

So perhaps, Barnaby is channeling that mischievous side of himself off camera. He recently got called out for fueling a recent hookup rumor between Daisy and his bosun.

It all started with an Instagram post from Daisy denying (again) that she and Gary are anything other than friends.  She shared a photo of herself with Gary on the deck of Parsifal.  Gary has his arm around Daisy’s shoulders and she is holding a drink.  They are sharing a smile.  Looking at this picture could make a cynical heart melt, but it’s Gary we are dealing with here.

Daisy captioned the photo, “So I know the rumour mill went into full meltown at the weekend but we are still not a couple.  We are just good friends who still fight a lot and then make up.”

Barnaby jumped into Daisy’s comments and wrote, “This is fake news!!!” After Daisy replied, “stop it,” Barnaby quipped, “hahaha I just love laughing at my own jokes.”

One of Daisy’s followers blamed Barnaby for the recent rumor, though all in good fun.  “Blame Barnaby,” the comment read, “He definitely fueled that rumor mill.” Daisy confirmed the comment.

So what is Barnaby’s motive?  He is new to the drama onboard, so time will tell whether his current actions are in good fun or not.  Perhaps his time on Parisfal with Gary’s antics does give one free reign to joke about his many hookups.

Barnaby answered, “proud to be blamed.”

Lindsay Hubbard And Austen Kroll Follow Each Other On Social Media Again

As we head into June, the cold war between Lindsay Hubbard and Austen Kroll may be thawing. These two called it quits on social media when Linds unfollowed Austen after the most cringe episode of Watch What Happens Live in modern Bravo history. During the episode, Austen was repeatedly prompted to pick from either Lindsay or his other love interest in the Summer House, Ciara Miller.

Austen relentlessly selected Ciara over Lindsay in the game. Even for the most mundane prompts. It was really painful and seemingly cruel. It’s like he forgot Linds was in the front row of the audience. Or more like, he has no consideration for anyone in his orbit? At the time Lindsay shared how painful it was saying, “Thank God [Austen’s sister] was there because I was holding her hand, like, the world was coming to an end!”

Lindsay then unfollowed Austen on social media saying, “I can’t be [OK] with keeping that kind of person in my life. Like, I spend so much time caring and nurturing for my friendships and being the best friend I can be to everyone around me.”

Lindsay announced, “If it’s not going to be reciprocated [after] almost four years of friendship and if it’s still not there, then I don’t need to train a 34-year-old man how to be a good friend to me.” Women everywhere would love it if you did, though.

Maybe, just maybe, things are changing for Austen? According to @queensofbravo, Lindsay and Austen are back to following eachother on Instagram. I guess Lindsay needed a little more backwards hat and toothless grin content in her life? Or has Austen actually stepped it up? There’s like no way, right?

Indeed, there is not. The post shared by @queensofbravo also included a video clip originally posted to Kyle Cooke’s Instagram story. Apparently, Lindsay allowed Austen back into her social media world so that he could “vote for her” for an MTV nomination. Convenient! How’s that for nurtuing a friendship?

Austen has all but run dry on friends, so he better be grateful for this moment. Even his bestie Craig Conover stopped talking to him over the Lindsay and Ciara drama during the latest season of Summer House. And the trailer for Southern Charm shows Shep Rose putting Austen in his place as well. We love to see it.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht Recap: Groundhog’s Day, But With Sails

There’s comes a point in every iteration of Below Deck where the cyclical nature of a charter season starts to feel like Groundhog’s Day. And on this season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, we’re well past that point. The season is just sort of dragging along. And not even injecting new crew members like Barnaby Birkbeck and Scarlett Bentley into the mix can do much to shake the monotony. The whole episode, I kept waiting for something interesting to happen. But it really gave us…nothing.

The crew kicks off the hour ready to race a nearby sailboat to impress the guests. You’d think such a thing would be absolutely thrilling. Particularly since, as far as I can recall, it’s the first time Parsifal’s ever raced since the show premiered. And it was for the guests! But it turns out not even the magic of reality TV production can make a yacht race that interesting to witness from home. I will say, though, I guess I was surprised how quickly the crew caught up to their competition. One minute they were hundreds of meters behind. And the next, they won in a photo finish.

At least the guests leave happy. And these particular girls were much more fun and easygoing this time around when they weren’t part of Erica Rose‘s deranged girl gang. They even left a decent-sized tip of $16,400. That still doesn’t make up for the abysmal tip their former friend left at the beginning of the season. But at least they’re not as punitive and stingy. Scarlett gets a pat on the back for surviving her very first overnight charter. And Chef Marcos Spaziani gets a special shoutout for the 10-course dinner he managed to whip up. Eighty plates is nothing for this guy.

Thanks to some prodding from Colin Macrae, Gary King drags Ashley Marti to the bow after the tip meeting for a private conversation. To be honest, I’m not even sure what Gary’s expecting to get out of this discussion. Or what a reasonable expectation would even be at this point. He wants to make it clear that he’s not interested in the third sorry, junior stew any longer. But he won’t go so far as to say that out loud. Nor does he address her very public claim that they had sex while he was too drunk to consent. Maybe that’s something that will come up at the reunion? But either way, Ashley’s not interested in talking about anything with the first mate at this point. And walks off without much being said at all.

It’s time for the crew’s night out! So naturally, they head ashore to a local restaurant called Palau. With, as usual, the boys in one car and the girls in the other. On the way to the restaurant, the female crew play the usual game of F–k, Marry, Kill. And Daisy Kelliher and Kelsie Goglia both agree that the only correct answer is “kill Gary, f–k Marcos, marry Colin.” Barnaby‘s still so new that he isn’t even a consideration. (At least not this early in the night — ask Daisy in a few hours after a few drinks and you might get a different answer…)

During dinner, Scarlett finds herself in the hot seat over her flirtations with Gary. Daisy doesn’t like it. Ashley definitely doesn’t like it, though she’ll tell you she doesn’t care. But the chief stew’s attempt to give her new employee a friendly heads-up spirals into drama. Instead of feeling warned, Scarlett feels picked on and leaves the table in tears. I’m sorry, but hasn’t this girl only been here for, like, two days? How into Gary could she even possibly be at this point? It’s all a little ridiculous. And Daisy recognizes that, chasing after Scarlett and trying to make amends. She insists she was just giving the newbie a hard time, and didn’t expect it to escalate into histrionics. Either way, Scarlett should consider herself warned about the dangers of hooking up with Gary.

Back on board, the entire crew gets loose with a drunken jacuzzi dance party. You know, just a typical night off on Parsifal at this point. The alcohol only serves to make Daisy feel more guilty for being so hard on Scarlett though. And she vents her feelings to Kelsie, who assures her she did nothing seriously wrong. And, best of it, it seems Daisy’s warning might have actually gotten through to the newbie. Because when Gary puts the moves on and asks point blank to sleep with her, she turns him down. Scarlett’s not about to get bogged down in boatmance drama. At least, not yet.

The next day, Captain Glenn Shephard reports that the weather’s about to get awful. To the point that the crew will actually have to take the boat off the dock and find protected water near Fornells. The weather will also affect the upcoming eighth charter because the boat will have to stay anchored the entire time. According to the preference sheet meeting, the Canadian primary is celebrating his brand new engagement to his fiancée. And is requesting molecular gastronomy from the galley. So…that won’t be difficult at all. But if anyone can rise to the challenge, it’s Chef Marcos, who spends the rest of the night sketching out ideas and doing research.

Captain Glenn‘s weather report turned out to be correct because it’s all sorts of windy. But charter eight is going to start one way or the other. Even if Gary and Kelsie have to pick up the guests on the dock and ferry them over to Parsifal in the tender. After getting the requisite tour from Daisy, Captain Glenn breaks the bad news to the guests. It’s probably going to be too windy to sail for the entire charter. Which is…a huge bummer when you’ve chartered a European vacation aboard a sailing yacht.

Over lunch, Ashley gets a little too chummy with the guests, oversharing about her drunken fall from her bunk when she finds out they’ve nicknamed her “Smashley.” Daisy quickly reins the junior stew in by reminding her she needs to be, you know, professional while on service. Otherwise, everything else goes relatively smoothly for the rest of the afternoon. Though they can’t exactly go anywhere, Gary manages to distract the guests with the rope swing. And Marcos is busy prepping for the guests’ big engagement dinner. But then, the chef gets devastating news from back home. His best friend’s mom has unexpectedly passed away. The news leaves him reeling and in no condition to cook. But that’s where the episode ends, with Marcos frantically trying to call his sister back home.

Lisa Rinna Leaks Texts And Phone Number From Man Threatening To “Expose” Her “Rumors And Lies”

The Kathy Hilton take down of Lisa Rinna over social media has new steam! nd Kathy hasn’t even shown her face on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills yet! 

Last week when a fan commented on Kathy’s social media saying, “I don’t believe anything that’s @lisarinna releases to the media. #fake team @kathyhilton,” Kathy replied, saying, “Thank you,” along with the smiling face with hearts emoji. Yikes!

Kathy also made a cryptic post that referred to a narcissist in recent days. Several fans assumed she was pointing her attention toward Lisa. And speaking of the inflatable dancing tube woman, she’s also lost her sh*t on social media recently.

Over the weekend, Lisa posted a screenshot of a text message she received from a number she neglected to blur. She essentially doxxed a no-name. The screenshot showed the mystery figure saying “Lisa, you need to stop with your rumors and lies about me. There’s plenty I can expose about you…” I beg that you do!

A man claiming the phone number reposted Lisa’s story and captioned it “@lisarinna Umm thank you for putting my number online?” He then posted a story that said, “@lisarinna I suggest you take your post down before I sue you or leak your number since you think it’s acceptable to leak mine.”

The man also shared a screenshot of all the text messages he had been receiving since his private information was publicly shared. Some people were asking what was up with Lisa. Another asked if it was Kathy. Oop!

Then, the man posted a story exposing his identity a bit further. He explained “Mind you…this is because Production has started on a series called “Real Husbands of Sunset” and the series is set to compete with the real housewives and feature an all-male cast… (me being a member). We met Lisa just to get some pointers for our first season and drama started beginning.” Well, then I guess she’s done her job?

He also dragged Lisa in a grid post writing, “Why are you starting drama with someone that is half your age you overfilled ancient dinosaur.” He also shared Lisa’s number with the world!

Lisa took a note from her playbook and played the victim in all of this. She posted yet another Instagram story saying, “What a bonus getting to talk to so many nice people today since that guy posted my number thanks so much!!! Love you guys so much!!!” I need her back on daytime TV with this boomer mom-grade shade.

The new guy cleared Lisa, thankfully. He reshared her post and said, “@lisatinna Not you leaking my number first and then trying to change the narrative you hunchback.” WE STAN. He added, “Everyone knows you’re lying.”

The final dress down  reads, “You need to go worry about YOUR husband and YOUR finances and who he’s spending his time with because his wife is too busy running her overfilled mouth. Beverly Hills talks…and we all know”

Bachelor In Paradise Stars Jade Roper And Tanner Tolbert Can’t Decide Between A Fourth Baby And Vasectomy

Jade Roper and her husband Tanner Tolbert, who met and got engaged on Season 2 of Bachelor in Paradise, are on the fence when it comes to whether or not to add another little one to their family.

Though Jade says the couple is “officially outnumbered” by their three children — daughter Emerson “Emmy” Avery is 4, while sons Brooks Easton and Reed Harrison are 2 and 17 months respectively — one more baby is still a possibility.

“I like to think that there’s one more baby out there,” says Jade, while her husband chimes in, “The shop is getting close to closing time, anyways.”

In an exclusive interview with People, Tanner adds, “We’re in that 11th hour right now. We’ll either be pregnant in a year, or I’ll be snipped in a year, probably,” alluding to getting a vasectomy.

As for the deciding factor, Tanner says it’s “just husband versus wife talks.” Jade goes on to say, “He likes that our kids are old enough now that we can go do things [as a family]. We’re not strapped to nap times as much.”

Adds Tanner, “Traveling and going out to eat? I don’t remember what that was like at an easy level. It’s very difficult.”

With three kids, Tanner also says scheduling date nights can be difficult. “We try to [have date nights], but probably not as much as we would like,” he says. “But my mom does live close, so she comes over to help occasionally, and we try to get out.”

Back in August, Jade revealed on an Instagram Q&A that she and Tanner schedule time to be intimate with each other, as “life is crazy” with three kids.

Asked if the couple still has an “intimacy schedule,” Jade said, “Haha, yes we do still right now.”

“Life is crazy and sometimes it just needs to be scheduled, because it’s important to us to keep that connection, and sometimes it only happens that way,” she shared at the time. “Tip: keep it flexible to be sensitive to each other’s feelings and needs, too though.”

I can’t imagine having three small children under the age of 5, let alone four! Good luck to Jade and Tanner, whatever decision they make. That “intimacy schedule” may be very tough to pencil in once (if) that fourth baby comes along. But I grew up in a family with four children, and siblings are your first friends. Wishing the best for them, whatever they decide.

By now, we all know Teresa Giudice. And one thing the OG of Real Housewives of New Jersey won’t do is tolerate disrespect. So when former castmate and one-time friend Caroline Manzo came for Tre this week, Teresa quickly clapped back.

As reported by People, Teresa responded to Caroline saying she would “go in and just knock the s— out of her.” Teresa countered to TMZ,” She didn’t knock the s— out of me the entire time she was on the show, that’s why I’m still there and she’s not. That tells you everything you need to know. She’s promoting her son’s podcast so she talks about me because otherwise no one is paying attention.” Tre added, “And she’s not the only one doing it. If these people were interesting they would have something else to talk about other than Teresa Giudice. But God bless them all, I wish them nothing but the best.”

Teresa’s right about the promotional aspect of Caroline’s remarks. Caroline made the comments on an episode of son Albie Manzo’s podcast. Conveniently titled, Dear Albie, he named the episode “Caroline Manzo, out for blood.” During the podcast, Caroline took issue with being brought up at the recent RHONJ reunion. During the action-packed reunion, they revisited the rumor that Caroline reported Tre to the IRS. Both Teresa and ex-husband Joe Giudice went to jail for fraud after a federal investigation. Said Caroline, “Apparently she mentioned me in the reunion again. You know what, Teresa, why are you so obsessed with me? If you are so obsessed with me, I am more than happy to come and answer your claims.”

Caroline continued to gripe, “I am tired of certain things. I am tired of her opening her very uneducated mouth and using me as a weapon to say that I was the one that spearheaded her IRS claim and stuff like that. We are not those people.” Most notably, Caroline mused what she would do to Teresa is she was back on the show. Said Caroline, “I would get great pleasure, fans, community, to go in and just knock the s— out of her verbally and just put her in her place.” She added that she found out about the social media #FireTeresa hashtag, prompting her to throw in her two cents. Caroline speculated, “Apparently, she’s gone off the deep end, this is only what I’m reading.”

But Teresa pointed out that Caroline’s tough talk didn’t happen when they shot a Super Bowl commercial together in 2020. Teresa noted, “She wasn’t on that energy when we did the Super Bowl commercial together. She couldn’t have been nicer to me. In person she was hugging me, on her son’s podcast she wants to fight me. The whole thing is pathetic, attention-seeking behavior.”

90 Day Fiancé Recap: It’s Me Or The Bikini

Last night’s episode of 90 Day Fiance, contained “the three D’s”, disappointment, demands and delusion. I believe all three of these components are necessary for the success of this show.  You can’t possibly deal with any of this crazy sh!t, if you don’t have at least two on that list. Some of these people refuse to see what is clearly right in front of their face.

Kara‘s ex-boyfriend has advice for Guillermo. Miona gives Jibri an ultimatum. Yvette‘s friends grill Mohamed about his beliefs. Emily vetoes Kobe‘s parenting decisions. Shaeeda pressures Bilal about kids. Let’s get straight to the recap.

Yvette, 48 (Albuquerque, New Mexico) and Mohamed, 25 (Egypt)

Yvette is starting to become frustrated with Mohamed’s rules based on his cultural differences. Things start off rocky when they head out to dinner and he requests she put on a longer jacket because he can see her underwear. Now in this case, I actually agree with him. You could literally see Yvette’s thong straight through her thin dress and it doesn’t look good. Once they arrive at dinner with her friends, things get more awkward when the ladies grill him with all types of inappropriate questions. Yikes! Yvette if you wanted to voice your concerns, why wait until you had back up?

The tension is thick between Mohamed and Yvette on the car ride home. He feels that she did not defend him when her friends were judging him. Things escalate when they discuss her clothing choices, namely her choice in swimwear. Ironically the first picture he saw of her was in a bikini and he chose to DM her. Interesting!  Now we are getting down to the meat and potatoes of things. I wouldn’t change the way I dress either, if he was fully aware when we met. Once at home Yvette opts to sleep on the couch.

Kara, 29 (Charlottesville, Virginia) and Guillermo, 23 (Venezuela)

Kara brings Guillermo with her to set up a balloon tower for her high school reunion later that night. He is shocked by how aggressive and rude she is while he is trying to help her. He is starting to realize that his fiancé may be a lot more controlling than he anticipated. If I were Guillermo, I would run for the hills now. She has made it clear; it’s her way or the highway. Later, Kara introduces her fiancée to her ex-boyfriend at the reunion.  Things get interesting when he reveals that they broke up because she cheated on him. Guillermo had no idea that his wife-to-be was capable of that type of deception. He is also warned by the ex, not to allow himself to be controlled. Later, he confronts Kara about her past indiscretions and whether she plans to make those same mistakes with him. She reassures him that she has grown up a lot since high school. That is actually funny because earlier in the episode she literally said she wasn’t that different. I guess we will see how things develop between these two.

 

Jibri, 28 (Rapid City, South Dakota) and Miona, 23 (Serbia)

Jibri takes Miona to meet his grandmother at her farm. I couldn’t help but laugh when I saw Miona attempt to help tend to the horses in a pink outfit. While there, she reveals that she hasn’t been comfortable in Jibri’s mother’s house because of all of her rules. His grandmother advises her to take things with a grain of salt due to South Dakota’s conservative nature.  Later, Miona is starting to feel like she has made all of the sacrifices in their relationship. When Jibri mentions he needs to go to Chicago to finish his album, she will only agree if they can have a beach wedding. I know that cost is a concern, but why is he acting like there are no beaches in South Dakota?

Emily, 29 (Salina, Kansas) and Kobe, 34 (Cameroon)

Emily continues to micromanage Kobe in relation to his son. I don’t know about anyone else but this is really hard to watch. This man wants to be in her and his son’s life, but she doesn’t even realize she is pushing him away. How do you go from talking to him in a disrespectful manner, then wanting to be affectionate? If she truly wants things to work, she is going to have to learn how to relax and allow him to find his way in the family dynamic. Routines will have to change because now Koban’s father is in the picture and room needs to be made for him.

Emily leaves Koban alone with his farther for the first time when she goes to work. But her mother is having even more of a difficult time allowing him to parent. It is really sad because Kobe hasn’t done anything that would make me think he isn’t fit to watch a child. But once Emily returns home, the micromanaging starts once again. Kobe was fine the entire time with Koban, but because he wanted to give him nuts she chastises him. Sigh! Emily and her family are exhausting. He is better than me; I would not be able to have that level of patience with those people. They act as if he secretly trying to hurt his son by wanting to do normal things. I don’t know if she thinks this is cute for the cameras or she is truly this controlling.

Ariela, 30, (Princeton, New Jersey) and Biniyam, 31 (Ethiopia)

Biniyam video calls his sisters to update them on how things have been in America so far. Although there has been much strife within the family, they agree that he needs to be in his son’s life. Later, Biniyam sits down for lunch with Ariela’s family. They have many difficult questions that neither one of them are prepared to answer. Then he makes the grave mistake of admitting that even if things don’t work out between him and Ariela, he can still get a green card. Honestly, I think he is nervous and having a lot of issues communicating his thoughts. But that was brutal to watch. I could feel his anxiety through the screen, especially during the awkward silence and judgmental stares.

Bilal, 42 (Kansas City, Missouri) and Shaeeda, 37 (Trinidad and Tobago)

Despite their rocky start, Bilal takes Shaeeda out for a romantic night. While discussing love and marriage, she brings up her desire for her own children. He reminds her that they haven’t spent very much time together and doesn’t want to add unnecessary stress to their relationship. SMH… I don’t understand why he is being so vague. I understand him wanting to wait until they know each other better, but either he wants more children or not. Why dangle a carrot in front of her face, if he has no intention of making her a mother.

 

TELL US: IS EMILY CONTROLLING OR A PROTECTIVE MOTHER? IS BILAL MISLEADING SHAEEDA ABOUT HAVING CHILDREN IN THE FUTURE? SHOULD YVETTE RESPECT MOHAMMED’S CULTURAL BELIEFS OR SHOULD HE RESPECT THEIR DIFFERENCES?
