90 Day Fiance Happily Ever After Recap: Hell Hath No Fury

If anyone thought that an elderly woman with a cane couldn’t be gangster, they don’t know Debbie Johnson. Don’t ever underestimate the love of a parent. Especially a parent who thinks a woman is trying to steal her husband son. In last night’s episode of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After, she pulled off a move that is best described as revenge with a side of shade. Whew, the drama!

Colt Johnson is caught red-handed in a lie. Things get heated between Elizabeth Potthast Castravet‘s family and Andrei Castravet. Larissa Dos Santos Lima and Eric Nichols spiral into chaos. Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa endure a travel day from hell. Angela Deem finally comes clean to Michael Ilesanmi . Syngin Colchester is overjoyed to see his famly. Let’s get straight into the 90 Day Fiance Happily Ever After recap!

Colt (Las Vegas, Nevada) & his mom Debbie ex-wife Larissa (Brazil)

Larissa finds out that not only is Eric-E cheap, but he is also a little gossip. The guy has told anyone in Vegas that would listen, everything he hates about her. Sadly, one of those people includes her ex-husband, Colt. Can you imagine those two weirdos comparing sex notes about Larissa? Actually I can, they both look like the type to think that is normal. After some prodding from producers, she decides to confront Eric about her grievances in true Larissa style. Before he knew what hit him, she was screaming and barreling towards him like a bull in a china shop. Instead of being apologetic, he matches her ire. In his mind, anything that happened when they weren’t together is irrelevant. Things get so heated the two have a standoff where Larissa dares him to call the police. If you know you have more to lose in a fight, just walk away. No way would I have survived a life with sex and cat obsessed Colt, only to let this twerp be the one to get me deported.

Well, Larissa is homeless, yet again. After an explosive argument with Eric, she runs straight to her ex-roommate, Carmen’s house. After telling her all of the sordid details, Carmen just can’t wait to say, I told you so. Just when we thought things couldn’t get more dramatic, Eric’s roommate, David calls Larissa. Apparently, before she left she took a parting gift, Eric’s phone. David warns her that Eric may call the police, if the phone isn’t returned. Oh, Larissa, are you really that petty?  It’s like she can’t help, but be a drama magnet. Larissa claims she had every right to take the phone because it was only a loan to him.  The one thing that doesn’t make sense is he still had that same phone after they broke up. If that’s true, I highly doubt Larissa was paying his phone bill. So in that case, Larissa you know you can’t take a phone that has another’s person private information and service. If it was that serious, he could have paid you what your used phone is worth.  But I guess she is determined to go back to court, sooner rather than later.

Colt and Debbie stop by Jess Caroline’s family’s house to say goodbye. Debbie is shocked when Jess is all smiles and presents her with a gift.  Honey, a pair of dollar store flip flops is not going to make Debbie forget about that dinner from hell. Colt on the other hand is perfectly fine with his woman cursing out his mother. In fact, he pulls her dad aside to ask for Jess’ hand in marriage. SMH!  This guy is just dying to have a repeat of his last marriage. Once they leave, Debbie becomes suspicious when Jess lets it slip that she won’t see her family for quite some time. Given that Jess’ student visa is supposed to expire in 6 months, she must intend to find a new way to stay in the states. It doesn’t take a blind man to see that Jess has sunk her claws into Colt and intends to marry him.

 

The next stop on the trip is Sao Paulo. This time Colt actually had the common sense to get two separate rooms. Thank goodness! As soon as Debbie gets in her room her evil doppelganger comes out to play. She immediately calls Colt’s friend, Vanessa to share all the details of the trip. Vanessa is the woman that Colt told Jess that he no longer is friends with. Debbie happily opens the door when Colt and Jess come to invite her to go out on the town with them.  Debbie’s plan is in full swing when she casually asks Jess does she want to see the cat video Vanessa just sent her. Boom! That ladies and gentleman is the art of sabotage. Well played, ma’am well played. This older unsuspecting woman managed to not only get revenge, but plant seeds of doubt in Colt’s head, all while hitting Jess where it hurts. Of course, Jess is pissed that Colt has been lying to her all this time. When Jess questions Colt, Debbie uses that opportunity to point out that she seems to have jealously and has trust issues. Colt emphatically agrees with his mother as if he is now somehow the victim. LMAO, I can’t even make this shit up! Jess storms out of the room when she realizes she is outnumbered.  Jess, if you thought Debbie was going to let you disrespect her and steal her man child, you are crazy. Larissa tried to warn you!

Elizabeth (Tampa, FL) & Andrei (Moldova)

The morning after Elizabeth decided to take back her power back, Andrei is in full diva mode. He even dares to say the only reason she wasn’t on his side at dinner was because she was drunk.  Umm, she only had one glass of wine. Sigh! Elizabeth may have been fine with Andrei staying home with their baby initially, but now wants him to work. Rather than face facts, he demands that she retract her statements to her family. At this point it’s clear Andrei has no intention of doing anything, but benefiting from his wife and her family’s hard work. Elizabeth is right, why not have a two income household, if her mother doesn’t mind watching the baby during the day. Andrei, your days of being a stay at home dad may be numbered.

Andrei and Elizabeth’s families go to a restaurant for dinner. Very quickly, her family becomes more interested in the conversation, than the food. As they continue to question Andrei’s past, he becomes more and more irritated. Tensions flare when Elizabeth’s brother insinuates that he may have wanted a green card. Does anyone else find it strange the great lengths Andrei is going to hide his past? I don’t understand why it’s such a big secret. Andrei, you are only making your in laws want to dig further into the truth, when you continue to act suspicious. The evening ends with Andrei and Elizabeth’s brother about to tear each other’s heads off. Well, I can’t say that I didn’t see this coming. In fact, I’m surprised it didn’t happen sooner. Does anyone else find it strange the great lengths Andrei is going to hide his past? I don’t understand why it’s such a big secret. Andrei, you are only making your in laws want to dig further into the truth, when you continue to act suspicious.

 

Kalani (Orange County, CA) and Asuelu (Samoa)

Kalani is on the verge of panic attack when Asuelu takes her to buy gifts for his family at a local Samoan store. This place is expensive! It might as well be a gift shop in a swanky hotel in Samoa based on the prices. No way in hell would I pay $41 for those basic t-shirts? Asuelu shopping is the equivalent of an adult trying to wrangle a child that wants everything, but has no understanding of money. His eyes are literally bigger than his wallet. As he searches the store for the perfect item, he just begins to pick up everything no matter the price. In the end they end up buying $200 worth of gifts. One would think that would be enough. Oh no, Asuelu is under the impression that he still needs to give his mother a $1,000 as well. It takes quite some time for Kalani to make him understand they won’t be able to pay their bills, if they give that money away. I honestly feel bad for Asuelu. He just wants a close relationship with his family like his wife.  Sadly, he believes that he has to give money to establish that bond. Kalani doesn’t agree with the concept of buying your family’s love, but agrees to give $100 in addition to the gifts. I don’t see this going well. $100 is a far cry, from a $1,000. But they will have to get over it, Asuelu only works part time and has a family.

Kalani and Asuelu finally arrive to Portland after a long day of travelling. Things get off to a rough start when Asuelu wants to go to his family’s house immediately. Kalani suggests they go to their Airbnb for the night and sync up with his family in the morning.  It’s late, everyone is tired and the poor baby is screaming in the backseat. Asuelu immediately becomes frustrated and angry.  I understand not wanting to let your family down, if they did things to prepare for your arrival that night. Instead of getting upset, Asuelu could have just dropped his off family and stopped by to see his family and explain the situation. I don’t know how Kalani is still married. Asuelu would make me feel like I was in a relationship with a child. It’s like he has no concept of what it is to be an adult.

Angela (Hazlehurst, Georgia) and Michael (Nigeria)

Angela finally comes clean about her health concerns to Michael. After a recent doctor’s appointment, she recently found out there is a possibility she could have cancer and not be able to have a baby. When she begins explaining menopause, bleeding and a uterus Michael is so confused his head is about to explode. It is not until she reveals that she could possibly have cancer that he fully understands the gravity of the situation. Angela admits she is concerned that Michael will have a child with another woman, if she can’t. When Michael confesses that it would be difficult for him not to be a father, Angela is furious. Although he hasn’t had any time to process the news, she expects his full allegiance. In fact, she attempts to manipulate him by saying they shouldn’t get married, if that is how he feels. Wow, this is a difficult situation. Personally, I appreciate that Michael was honest. He hasn’t made it a secret that he wants to have children one day. Unfortunately, Angela’s age and health may prevent that from happening.

Angela’s doctor video calls to give her and Michael the test results. Despite the doctor’s grim suspicions, Angela is cancer free. But the doctor warns that there is still a lot of risk associated with her having a baby at her age. Angela uses this opportunity, to ask Michael if having a baby is worth putting her health at risk. This position isn’t exactly fair.  Angela knew her fiance’s expectations, before she agreed to marry him. Neither Michael nor his family ever made their wishes a secret. Honestly, after all Michael has been made to endure he deserves to have children and a green card with a nice woman who doesn’t scream like a banshee.

 

Paul (Louisville, Kentucky) & Karine (Brazil)

 

Paul Staehle asks his mother to meet him at a pet store to get her advice. Given her tough love approach, I don’t see this going well. Paul still can’t manage to get a job because of his criminal history. Karine is miserable because life in the U.S. isn’t what she thought it would be. His mom doesn’t hesitate to give him a dose of reality. She reminds Paul that he wasn’t ready to get married or have a baby. She also adds that she can understand Karine’s frustration because she is married to a dead beat. As harsh as that sounds, it’s so true! I’m beginning to like Paul’s mom more and more. This woman doesn’t pull any punches, which is exactly what Paul needs at this point in his life.

 

Tania (Colchester, Connecticut) and Syngin (South Africa)

Syngin and Tania are on their way to see his family. While in the car, Syngin excitedly talks about all of the things he is looking forward to doing in South Africa. One of the things he mentions is having a few drinks. Immediately, Tania uses this opportunity to nag him about something that hasn’t even happened yet. She acts like he said he planned to go home just to get drunk. WTH… She literally turned a happy moment into something tense unnecessarily.  Syngin is beyond frustrated by his wife’s control issues and begins to wonder if he made the right decision asking her to come. This man has moved to another country, lived in a shed, and dealt with overbearing injured wife for quite some time. If he wants to go have drinks with friends one night, who cares? Unless he is hiding some secret drunk behavior, I don’t understand why this keeps coming up. Honestly, Tania would drive me to drink everyday with her constant whining.

I’m sorry, but Tania is annoying! The scene of her drinking a beverage and moaning between each gulp, just provided more evidence. Syngin has to have the patience of a saint to deal with her. Instead of becoming annoyed that he is literally waiting by the door with all of their bags to go the airport during this ridiculous display, he just waits tolerantly. Once they arrive in South Africa, they are met by Syngin’s mother and sister. In a post interview, Syngin’s mother admits she is concerned about her son and his marriage based on things he has told her. If that’s the case, she definitely doesn’t want to see this season.

Syngin spends the day with just his mother and sister. While out, his mother inquires more about his marriage. He admits that he doesn’t believe he is ready to be the person Tania wants him to be.  At this point, he is confused and wonders if they are wasting each other’s time. I don’t think Tania is as mature as she pretends to be either. It seems like she is more in love with the idea of a husband, than the man himself.

 

TELL US: IS LARISSA IN DANGER OF HAVING ANOTHER MUGSHOT? WHAT DO YOU THINK OF DEBBIE CALLING VANESSA TO SPITE JESS? DO YOU THINK SYNGIN AND TANIA’S MARRIAGE IS DOOMED? IS ANDREI JUST LAZY OR A CONCERNED PARENT? IS IT FAIR FOR ANGELA TO EXPECT MICHAEL TO GIVE UP HIS DREAM OF BEING A DAD?

90 Day Fiance Star Colt Johnson Dated & Cheated On Personal Trainer Who Lives In Mexico

The drama between Debbie Johnson  and her son, Colt Johnson’s new girlfriend is mounting in the recent episodes of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After. Last week Colt’s new lady, Jess Caroline, introduced momma Deb to her family in Brazil. It all ended with Deb calling Jess’ father weird (pot, meet kettle) and getting in a cab to go home alone. Watching Colt hoist his mother into a cab by her ass just about ended me.  Then there was the beach scene. I can’t go on.

I’m not sure if Deb realizes that her son dating is what keeps them on the show. It’s not like she doesn’t love the insta-fame. In fact, Debbie seems to hate Jess so much she actually misses Coltee’s ex, Larissa Dos Santos Lima. Apparently even Larissa had some comments about Jess and Colt. Hindsight is 20/20 I guess. Anyways, I know it can be hard to let your life partner/child go…but it’s time Debbie. Be strong.

It’s being reported by John Yates, who also calls Colt a “ladies man”, that Colt has a new girlfriend from….drum roll please…..MEXICO! Apparently her name is Julissa and she’s the personal trainer that could be heard on the 90 Day Fiance: Self-Quarantined edition of the show. The post states that she “gave Colt free training every day via Facetime as she was living in Mexico and helping him get into better shape.” A free personal trainer? Sure, Jan.

It seems that Colt flew down to Mexico in February and from there the relationship grew. I mean Colt does seem to love relationships that feel like torture. Maybe he’s into this woman forcing him to do burpees or high-knees? True to form (no pun intended), Colt has reportedly already rushed this relationship to the ring phase. It’s reported that Coltee was already asking Julissa’s mother for her ring size! How sweet…until he finally admitted he cheated on her.

What’s more surprising than Colt exercising or somehow having women on deck? Debbie actually approved of this new gal! I know, right? A screen shot of Debbie on Instagram showed her thanking Julissa and her mother for showing Colt a good time. She said, “He is a grown man, but still being in a different country can be a little overwhelming.”  I love that she feels the need to remind everyone Colt is grown. Like, we all noticed. Don’t worry.

90 Day Fiance Star Jihoon Lee Unfollows Wife Deavan Clegg And Deletes All Of Instagram Posts

In the famous words on Tyra Banks, “I was rooting for you! We were all rooting for you!” That’s exactly what I would say to 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way star, Jihoon Lee. Once again, Jihoon has seriously screwed the pooch. He hasn’t gotten a real job and he’s reduced to giving any money he does make to his mother so she can manage it. Or pay her back from all the money he borrowed from her. It’s kind of unclear but either way, YIKES. It’s actually shocking that wife Deavan Clegg has stuck around as long as she has.

But, as we’ve seen before, a lot of 90 Day Fiance couples will do anything for TV love. So for now, Deavan remains in South Korea, with two kids, a bum husband and a crappy apartment to live in. Oh and don’t forget the trusty translator to mediate their issues. That thing is about as useless as Jihoon himself.

Too bad it looks like Deavan isn’t the only one disgruntled in this relationship. Lord knows they probably go back and forth all the time but now, Jihoon seems to have had enough.

As shared by John Yates on Instagram, Jihoon has wiped his own Instagram account clean. Jihoon also cryptically posted “I’m done” in his Instagram stories, which have since expired. Despite having some 184k followers, looks like he actually is done (for now).

Some fans weren’t surprised at all. One commented on the post, “Those two had no business getting married. His trip to the state’s was basically a one night stand. They have zero in common and don’t even seem to like each other. They should just call it a day.” Another wrote, “I’m over them. Kids having kids, I have not patience for that.”

But the couple still has some fans on their side. Said one watcher, “Tbh I feel bad for Jihoon. Even tho he is not a superman, he tries his best!! It seems like NOTHING makes Deavan happy… she only complains… And Looks like she is constantly going to cry.”

Real Housewives Of Potomac Season 5 Premiere Recap

If you’re still sleeping on The Real Housewives of Potomac, please fix your life. This franchise DELIVERS. If you’ve been paying attention, you know we are in for a whirlwind of a season. All eyes are going to be on “Drag Me” Monique Samuels and Candiace Dillard Bassett. The fallout of that friendship is set to be a major focal point this season. Plus, we are getting a new wife! Dr. Wendy Osefo is ready to school these women.

There’s no shortage of Potomac OG’s returning this season either. Gizelle Bryant, Karen Huger, Robyn Dixon, and Ashley Darby are all back for another round. Gizelle and Karen have been frenemies for so many years, will this be the season they fix things? Robyn is usually paint dry boring, but maybe she’ll step it up. As usual, it seems like Ashley is giving us marital drama with more Michael Darby allegations. 

THE OPENING MONTAGE WITH THE BROKEN GLASS IS GIVING ME CHILLS. There is clearly a lot to come in the form of a fight between Monique and Candiace. That’s the kind of thing that can tear this group apart forever. How do they even recover from this? One of them won’t be back next season, I bet.

They flashback to seven weeks earlier, and we are going to see how we get there. UGH! Give it to me now. It’s what I want and deserve. I’m begging!

Monique’s baby is so cute! She and Chris Samuels make the most adorable kids. Monique has a new pet bird that I’m obsessed with. I’d never want one though. They’re so loud, and it seems like a lot of maintenance. I’m wayy too lazy for that. She literally potty trained it. She is not a real person. HOW?

Monique is bringing the bird to Karen’s house, which is a little odd. She asks him not to bite Karen’s wig. DYING. Could you imagine? I’d pay big bucks to watch that any day.

Karen is finally back in Potomac, so the women can stop coming at her about that. Karen totally loses it over seeing a bird on a leash. I for one am totally dying watching it. I live for Karen’s reactions every season.

Karen’s fragrance business has taken off, and Ray Huger isn’t happy about it. He’s barely engaging in any of her events. Monique can tell it’s serious because Karen never shares this much about her marriage. I think we’ve all known for quite some time that her marriage won’t last. There’s something about them that’s always felt a little phony.

Karen vows to fight for her marriage no matter what it takes. I think she’s finally become her own woman, and she is seeing a newfound freedom in that. The Grand Dame is taking over!

Gizelle’s new house is looking fabulous. The decor isn’t exactly my own personal taste, but if she loves it then great. I’m all about seeing people THRIVE.

Gizelle is back with her ex-husband Jamal Bryant which is a little shocking to hear. They’ve been through so much, but Gizelle says they’ve fixed it. Her relationship life has always been a disaster. It’s nice to see her in some sort of  good place with him.

Her daughters are not really into the idea of them getting back together. They’ve never seen them as a family unit, so it’s a little weird to them. They feel like they’re fifth wheeling with them.

My parents were never together either, so I don’t know how I would’ve reacted to that. It would’ve been a little jarring, to say the least. I kind of feel for the kids here.

Gizelle believes in her relationship to give their relationship another go around. He cheated in the past. However, that is a gamble Gizelle is willing to take this time.

Candiace and Chris Bassett are planning their one-year anniversary party. The theme is denim and diamonds which I’m already intrigued by. It’s going to cost nearly $22,000 at the venue they have picked out. Her mother isn’t contributing this time, so they need to be practical.

It must suck to have people constantly bringing up her relationship with her mom. Everyone uses it against her. We don’t get to choose our parents. It’s not Candiace’s fault that her mom is a little psycho. Can you believe her mom is a therapist? Who after watching this would EVER go there?

I’m so glad her mom isn’t a part of this because she’s so damn rude to Candiace. I don’t care if you like her or not, but Candiace is majorly mistreated by her mom. She hit her daughter with a purse!

Ashley’s son looks so much like Michael that it’s creepy. They have the exact same face! Ashley and Michael are in a good place despite all of their personal drama last year. How the charges were dropped against him will forever blow my mind. How did anyone believe him? He looked soooo guilty.

Whatever arrangement they have is probably coming to an end soon. She got the baby she wanted. What else does she need Michael for? I don’t mind Ashley, but there’s no way this is a legitimate marriage. If it is legit, then they clearly have an arrangement. If that’s true, just OWN IT BABY.

Being a new mom has brought a lot of paranoia to Ashley. She thinks every little thing is going to kill him! The world is a scary place, but damn girl relax. I’m guessing it’s just a new mom thing.

The producer asks Robyn when she and Juan Dixon are going to get married, but she doesn’t know. She feels like they’re outgrowing their current house and says they need to get married. Juan may think they just need to grow as a couple, but Robyn wants more.

I can’t really fault Robyn for wanting more out of her relationship. She’s been doing this weird song and dance with Juan for what feels like forever. Eventually, she’s going to get tired of waiting for this marriage to happen. Either do it or don’t. However, don’t drag Robyn along making her think it’s a possibility if it’s not.

Juan says he’s happy with their growth in the last three years. According to Juan, marriage is something he’s looking forward to. That’s all it takes for Robyn to start shedding tears of happiness. Hopefully, things work out for them this time around.

Candiace and Gizelle meet up at a bakery, and these cookies look so good. I’m a sucker for cake, but I’m also a sucker for cookies. I need to accept that I’m a fattie, and I love dessert.

Candiace says she probably would’ve never taken back Jamal, but she’s supportive of Gizelle. Karen’s “no comment” and disgusted expression when asked was hilarious. She looked so appalled at the idea.

Gizelle is taken aback that Candiace didn’t invite Ashley to her party. Candiace cites Ashley being a new mom and lactating all over the place as a reason for that. TRUE THOUGH. Ashley can stay home with her joey and away from Candiace.

Candiace calls out Gizelle for being a mean girl about her home search. However, Gizelle feels like Candiace hit back too far below the belt. She wants an apology for her less than nice behavior. Oh boy. Drama in the P already!

In some ways, Candiace reminds me a little of Brandi Glanville. She calls it like it is, and strikes back at someone who starts with her. That’s all she was doing with her tweets about Gizelle. Don’t poke the bear if you don’t want the claws.

Monique brings baby Chase over to Ashley’s. It’s crazy to see how far they’ve come in their friendship. Chase is already potty trained which makes me question my entire life. 9 months is really early for that right?

Ashley calling Candiace a hamster face ho made me laugh more than it should. I’m sorry Candiace, but that’s an epic insult. Candiace is the only one out of the group to not reach out after Ashley had the baby. Oof.

If things could get better between Monique and Candiace, then maybe there’s hope for them too. I mean probably not, but a guy can dream right?

Candiace choosing to have a cash bar at this wedding isn’t going to go over well with these women. Her own mother didn’t even like the idea. I get she’s trying to save costs, but her guests aren’t really going to appreciate this.

We finally meet Wendy at the party, and Karen already knows her and is unimpressed. I guess we know how their relationship is going to be this season.

Monique and Wendy have a lot in common. Their kids are like the same ages. However, given the future rift between Monique and Candiace, this friendship likely isn’t going to last.

Gizelle arrives next, and Candiace asks to speak to her in private. After the disaster at the dessert tasting, Candiace wants to clear the air. Gizelle tells her to stop talking, so they can have a real conversation.

Gizelle has a point when it comes to Candiace’s behavior on Twitter. They’re her own opinions, but she shouldn’t be shocked that they piss people off. You can only fire back at people so many times.

Monique comes outside and chimes in and talks to Gizelle about her rekindling with Jamal. Given their history, I expected Monique to be a little bit nasty toward her, but that wasn’t the case. She seemed genuinely happy for Gizelle and her new change in attitude. Well, she did try to question why Gizelle suddenly needed a man. That was a little shady.

Shout out to Juan for being the only husband to show up. He’s wearing a hideous flannel, but at least he’s there. Robyn immediately notices Charrisse Jordan being in attendance, which she finds suspect. Is Candiace plotting behind Monique’s back here? She knows these two are not in a good place these days.

Karen is disgusted with the cash bar. I feel you! Please don’t invite me to your anniversary event unless it’s going to be an open bar. I’m trying to get my drink on.

Monique refuses to talk about Charrisse. Not at all. No capacity. She has nothing positive to say about the woman who is allegedly spreading rumors about her.

Candiace has Karen speak at her party about marriage. Bad timing! Karen and Ray are going through it right now, so it’s not the best time. I’m not sure how open Karen has been with Candiace about that though. Maybe she’d only shared that with Monique.

Love After Lockup Recap: Date With Destinie

Love After Lockup is EVERYTHING this season. Slowly but surely, the couples are finally starting to be reunited in the free world. On last week’s Love After Lockup episode, John took insanity to the next level. He proposed to Kristianna the moment she got out of prison. He has no idea what her answer will be, but he has the entire wedding already planned. That is the kind of crazy stuff that makes this show so good.

In addition to that, it’s really starting to look like Shawn is being catfished. Things just aren’t adding up. Destinie has a lot of question marks surrounding her at this time. He’s not the only one either. Scott may think that he has it great with Lindsey, but that whole relationship screams CON JOB. There’s something about her infatuation with his money, that makes it seem like it’s not real. Scott needs to watch his back….and his wallet.

Jessica & Maurice

Maurice missed everything about being in the free world. He has nobody to answer to anymore. It’s going to be a large adjustment for him however in this new married life.

He has to transfer his parole from California to Vegas, or he can’t be with Jessica at home. He better get on that because they’ve spent their entire marriage apart already.

Jessica’s nervous about being intimate at home for the first time with Maurice. It’s been two years since the last time they had sex. She knows that he only married her so they could have sex. Seems like a solid foundation to build a marriage on. Wishing them the best with THAT.

Maurice is going on a place for the first time and totally terrified. He keeps thinking the worst is going to happen. Crashes and explosions galore. Sit back, relax, and enjoy it my man!

John & Kristianna

I’m still reeling from John’s impromptu proposal to Kristianna. What in the hell is he thinking? I guess he knew more than me because she says yes right away. HOW? WHAT? WHY?

Kristianna’s super excited to marry John, but there’s still something she doesn’t know. She has no idea that he’s planning on marrying her in the next few minutes. Brace yourself!

Nobody has ever done anything like this for her before, so she’s feeling appreciated. John knows the clock is ticking because if they’re late getting her to the halfway house, it’ll be bad. Tick tock!

She is so blindsided by the wedding, and she thinks things are moving too fast. It’s a lot to take in in such a short period of time. Kristianna is too big for the wedding dress, and time is running out. They have less than 10 minutes to get this done.

She knows nothing about his religion. It’s so overwhelming. I think she’s going to back out. She doesn’t think she can do it. AND THAT IS WHY YOU DON’T DO THIS TO PEOPLE.

Scott & Lindsey

Scott totally uprooted his life to be closer to Lindsey. After hearing about the death of his son, his entire storyline makes me cringe. Lindsey is basically manipulating someone who went through a major tragedy to get money and nice things. Everything about it is gross.

When Lindsey speaks, everything she is excited about is materialistic. Nothing is about true love and how Scott is her soulmate. Instead, it’s about bubble baths and champagne and everything else. They’ve never even met in person. That should be everything Scott needs to know about this girl. That should speak volumes.

Scott tries to arrange a limo for Lindsey, but his card is declined. If this man is broke, she’s going to leave him so fast. The real test of their relationship will be if she’s willing to stay with a man that doesn’t have money.

The limo guy tries a second card, and thankfully that goes through. He’s got a limo, cake, champagne, and steak for her. Can someone do that for me? I’m a great catch, and I love cake. I love cake a little too much. The amount of times I bring up cake in a day is probably unhealthy.

Scott and Lindsey haven’t had any communication about her release. UHHHHH. DUDE. You are somewhat of an moron. Sorry, but COME ON. Get your life together.

Shavel & Quaylon

Shavel’s ecstatic to see Quaylon, but there’s some trouble brewing for him when he’s released. Both Shavel and his mother are under the impression he’ll be living with them. His mom tries to explain how she’s nervous about him getting out and messing up. She is willing to do whatever is takes to fight to keep him out of prison. That’s totally understandable. He’s been in prison his entire adult life. He needs a period of adjustment.

Going from prison to this instant family with Shavel and her daughter could be a lot on him. He’s never dealt with that before. Getting away from the place he got in trouble is probably the best idea.

Shavel breaks down in tears feeling blindsided by lies she’s been told by Quaylon. She never said she’d move to Houston with him. She loves him and feels for his mom, but she’s ready to talk about this. I wouldn’t want to be Quaylon dealing with those two!

It’s happening! Shavel is FINALLY going to be in the same place as Quaylon. Today’s the day she gets to lay eyes on the love of her life. His mom on the other hand just wants to hold him and never let go. She went through a lot when he went to prison. She never wants to relive that kind of pain. Her maternal instincts are probably in major overdrive right now.

Shawn & Destinie

It’s a few hours away from Destinie’s release, and Shawn is finally going to see her. I guess we’ll know soon if he’s being catfished. He has so much money tied into this, so I hope for his sake it’s legit. Losing $50,000 if she flees will ruin him. She has a history of failing to appear in court. WHAT IS HE THINKING?

Shawn wants to prove all of the doubters wrong that question is relationship with Destinie. She tries to get a hold of him and says she almost had a heart attack, and the call drops. NO! I’m going to need more than that. Shawn is totally in the dark at this point.

OMG SHE IS REAL. She doesn’t even seem that bad. She actually seems super nice. I’m starting to feel a little bad for being so rude about her. Time will tell though if my judgment of her was deserved or not. Destinie doesn’t looks like she’s gained that much weight. I was expecting much worse. Like a Godzilla looking thing.

Scott is still keeping secrets from her, and he hopes she will forgive him. The secret is probably about his kids. She probably has no idea that he has any.

Tyrice & Chanda

Nice to meet you Tyrice. You are very into yourself. He introduces himself in such an arrogant way. According to him, the right woman has A LOT of qualities. They need to be strong in character, independent, loving, understanding, and have a nice butt. Apparently, Chanda possesses all of those. Can’t wait to meet her.

Tyrice says Chanda’s problems are due to a lack of support system. I guess. Nobody forced her to sell drugs, but I have never been in that position, so I can’t really judge.

He saw an ad for prison dating and pursued it out of boredom. It seems like a match made in heaven. This man is obsessed with Chanda’s backside. It’s all he speaks about. He said he wants all of those other qualities, but ass seems to be top priority.

Tyrice follows the trend of most of the couples on here, and his kids don’t know she exists. Why do they always wait until the last minute to be honest? It always blows up in their faces. She gets out of prison in two days, so he might want to have that convo.

Tyrice’s best friend has no idea what his girlfriend’s name is or how old. He finally confesses to her her age, and she’s caught off guard. She says he is too good of a catch to be fooling around with someone like her.

Things begin to click into place though when she learns he has sent Chanda money. Bingo! Nobody is going to turn down someone shelling out lots of cash on them.

He thinks his best friend is jealous of his relationship with Chanda. No buddy that’s not what’s happening. She’s not jealous because it’s another woman. She’s looking out for your best interests. You’re being conned! However, you can’t tell anyone anything that don’t want to hear.
