Did Lisa Vanderpump Shade Bethenny Frankel? Says Bethenny “Never Stops Talking”

Even though Lisa Vanderpump is done with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she still has another Bravo show to promote, and this one has her name in the title. During an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Lisa answered a bunch of questions about Vanderpump Rules Season 8 (which is back tonight, yay!), but, of course, some fans in the audience just had to slip in some Real Housewives-related questions.

Thankfully, no one mentioned Lucy Lucy Apple Juice or anything involving the dog adoption gone wrong. And, surprisingly, no one mentioned Lisa’s sworn enemy Kyle Richards. They probably weren’t allowed to. However, Kyle’s longtime pre-Real Housewives friend Bethenny Frankel did come up in conversation.

A member of the audience asked Lisa, “If you had to be locked in a room with any of the Real Housewives, who would it be, and what would you talk about to make the time pass?”

Initially, Lisa said, “That’s not fair seeing as I just left.” Then she realized that every Housewife was on the table for that question and she wasn’t limited to the Beverly Hills ladies.

Ultimately, Lisa answered, “I think probably Bethenny, but I probably wouldn’t have to discuss anything with her because I wouldn’t get a word in edgewise because she’d never stop talking!” She was laughing when she shared her thoughts. So was this shade? Maybe, but it was light shade at best, especially given LVP’s historical prowess for shade throwing. Hopefully, the Bethenny Stans aren’t actually offended by this. But, even if they are, the Lisa Vanderpump fanbase always has her back.

Lydia McLaughlin “Can’t Picture” Real Housewives Without Vicki Gunvalson; Wants “Mean Girls” Off The Show

Even though Real Housewives of Orange County Season 14 just wrapped, rumors are already circulating about Season 15. I’m not even talking about the storylines. I’m referring to the long-awaited casting shakeup. Andy Cohen recently hinted that some major cast changes are on the horizon. We all know production isn’t afraid to make power moves after they demoted the OG of the OC herself, Vicki Gunvalson. She claims that she’s done with the show if she doesn’t get a full-time offer. And, of course, ~~Vicki~~ someone planted rumors that Vicki secured her orange for Season 15.

In the past couple days, social media snoops noticed that Tamra Judge *reportedly* removed all mentions of “RHOC” from her social media bios. To be fair, no one shared a screenshot of what her social media bios looked like before. It’s not completely certain that she even mentioned the show in the first place. Nevertheless, ~~most of the~~ some viewers are tired of Tamra’s snake-like ways.

I hope this doesn’t mean that Lydia McLaughlin is back in the mix, but she did recently answer some fan questions on her Instagram Stories. According to the Instagram account iRealHousewives, one of Lydia’s followers wrote “Thoughts on Vicki’s future on RHOC?”

In response, Lydia shared, “The cast doesn’t know who has been asked back yet so anything online is pure speculation.” I really hope she’s just saying this from her two seasons of experience and not because she’s returning to the show.

Nevertheless, the self-proclaimed “Paris Hilton rich” RHOC alum added, “I love @vickigunvalson and I think she brings a lot to the show. She is real and honest and I can’t picture #rhoc without her.” I can. I mean, we all saw the first few episodes of Season 14 sans Vicki. It wasn’t a major loss. However, let’s be honest: Vicki’s meltdown eclipsed the Season 14 reunion. No one else gave us something to talk about.

Lydia concluded, “There are a couple mean girls that I think bring the show down that I hope finally get the boot.” Who could she be referring to? Tamra obviously comes to mind. And we all know that Lydia couldn’t stand Shannon Beador.

Crew Members Pressure Captain Lee Rosbach To Fire Rhylee Gerber On Below Deck Tonight

Chef Kevin Dobson is bound to have a tough time on tonight’s episode of Below Deck. There’s a charter guest who happens to be a professional chef. She has a lot of criticism for Kevin’s work. Will this affect the crew’s tip at the end of the charter? Most likely. Apparently, Kevin spirals out of control in response to the criticism. Insert some cliche about getting out of the kitchen if you can’t stand the heat.

Meanwhile, Kevin isn’t the only one facing some tough feedback. Bosun Ashton Pienaar urges Captain Lee Rosbach to fire Rhylee Gerber. But, why? She actually wants to work. She knows what she’s doing. But, oh yeah, she’s just not a part of that boys club. Or maybe it’s just some residual hate from Rhylee rejecting Ashton’s sexual advances last season. Let’s not forget that, folks. Ashton has been screwing up left and right and we all know Captain Lee isn’t Rhylee’s biggest fan, so I’m curious about how that’s all gonna shake out. Will Captain Lee fire her? Or will she continue to battle Ashton for the rest of the season? Speaking of bothering Ashton, Kate Chastain is back. Watch out, Ashton. You bit off way more than you can chew with this feud.

It seems like we have an Ashton-heavy episode on the horizon. The bosun gets involved in a photoshoot with charter guest Molly, who happens to be model. Clearly, she hasn’t seen the Smashton footage because she’s actually interested in the stripper-turned-reality-TV-star.

Even though NeNe Leakes ~~thinks she is~~ is the queen on Real Housewives of Atlanta, she’s barely been a part of this season. For the most part, she’s had thirty seconds of screentime per episode, if she even appears at all. The most screentime she’s had this season is during the cast trip in Toronto, Canada.

She’s been begging to get back in the Housewives’ good graces to save her job, I mean “regain her sisterhood.” She started by sending some cheese and cracker platters to Cynthia Bailey via ~~lapdog~~ Marlo Hampton. Along with the trays, was a super sweet card, that NeNe probably did not write herself. Somehow, the exact words from that card made it onto the blog Love B. Scott. Who leaked the note? Was it NeNe, Cynthia, Marlo, a member of production? Will we ever know. Of course, NeNe blamed the leak on Kenya Moore. Now, Kenya is clapping back and insisting that NeNe is the one who has a longtime relationship with the blogger who posted the card.

According to a screenshot from iRealHousewives, Kenya posted, “I hung out w/@lovebscott in Miami w/@NeNeLeakes There r MANY receipts they r friends. The cameras are on us 100% of the time. I saw that card once. Why would I try to make her look good? Her “people” sent it in and clearly wrote it too bc Nene is an illiterate liar #RHOA.”

According to that same screenshot, B. Scott responded to a fan who asked, “Can @lovebscott tell us who leaked Nene’s note?” B. Scott replied, “Let me ask you this — who benefits the most from this positive note of encouragement from NeNe Leakes being released?” As a self-proclaimed Real Housewives historian, the first name that comes to my mind is NeNe Leakes.

Video Of Real Housewives Of Dallas Star Brandi Redmond Seemingly Mocking Asians Surfaces On Twitter; She Defends Her Behavior

Brandi Redmond is definitely one of those Real Housewives who isn’t afraid of letting it all hang out. During the first seasons of the Real Housewives of Dallas, she and BFF Stephanie Hollman often engaged in goofy escapades, sometimes amusing, sometimes not. This season, for the most part, Brandi was a little more reserved and her behavior was not as overtly attention-seeking.

Somehow, Brandi even managed to maintain a cordial relationship with messy LeeAnne Locken. Considering their track record, this was nothing short of miraculous. By Part 1 of the cast reunion, their relationship had soured and in upcoming previews, Brandi appears to call out LeeAnne for her racially-tinged comments directed towards Kary Brittingham in Thailand. Recently, however, a video surfaced of Brandi engaging in some inappropriate behavior of a similarly questionable nature.

A Twitter user shared a video of Brandi in which she appears to mock Asians. In the video, Brandi is in her car with her children. The video seems to be a few years old as her daughters look a bit younger than in the current season. Brandi is filmed speaking in what could be described as a “stereotypical Asian accent.”

In the video, Brandi says, “Oh, everybody ask me…uh…uh…what Asian I am cuz of my eyes, they squinty.” Brandi is obviously using grammatically incorrect English and is playing with her hair throughout the short clip.

So many questions. Why did Brandi choose to make this offensive video in the first place? Was it related to the mutual animosity she and D’Andra Simmons had for each other during season 2, at one point D’Andra even stating that Brandi often looked like she was asleep? Why did she film the video in front of her daughters? And why did Brandi share the clip with other people?

When celebrities and reality stars are caught with her their pants down, so to speak, they generally have three modes of response. Ignore it. Issue an apology. Double down. Guess which approach Brandi took?

If you guessed option number three, you are correct! In response to being called out and questioned about the appropriateness of the video on Twitter, Brandi responded, “I was referring to myself And being Asian. Cheers.”

As I don’t believe Brandi is Asian, how can she refer to herself as Asian? And why would she think it was acceptable to do so? There really is nothing funny about the video. Such stereotyped images were not appropriate 50 years ago and they are certainly not appropriate in the 21st century. Brandi has since deleted her comments, but thanks to the wonders of technology, screenshots exist forever.

Of course, Brandi continued to respond and try to explain herself. In another post, she stated, “It’s a good impersonation if I do say so myself and there was no harm done. I would do it again for a damn good audition. Have a great day.”

Any time racial stereotypes are perpetuated, harm is done Brandi. What is possibly most disturbing about the video is that Brandi filmed it in front of her daughters. And she wonders why her oldest daughter acts out sometimes. Connect the dots Brandi, connect the dots.

Considering that Brandi was highly offended when Kameron Wescott referred to her behavior as “trash” during the cast Mexico trip, you would think that she would be a little more sensitive to people from different races, backgrounds and cultures.

Over the weekend, Brandi tweeted, “A video resurfaced of me from three years ago which at the time I had posted and quickly deleted and then immediately apologized for my insensitivity . I would like to once again sincerely apologize for my offensive actions.”

It will be interesting to see how all of this plays out for Brandi. Will the video impact her role on RHOD? At the very least, I would hope she would use this as a learning opportunity. Maybe she and culturally clueless LeeAnne can get a group rate for a badly needed sensitivity training. Do better, ladies, do better!

Tamra Judge may declared herself the “hottest Housewife in Housewife in Orange County” when she joined The Real Housewives of Orange County way back in Season 3, but could she be the darkest one too?

In a new interview, the reigning queen bee of RHOC (sorry, Vicki Gunvalson) looked back on how the show has changed over the last 12 years, and opened up about her impact on the direction of the franchise in its earliest days.

“Coming on my first season, I thought that I was going to be on one year and that was it,” Tamra revealed during the RHOC Aftershow. “We just were documenting our life and having fun, and then it just got dark. I probably made it dark, probably.”

OG fans will remember that Tamra became a full-time cast member in 2008, replacing Jo De La Rosa in the circle of OC ‘Wives that then included Vicki, Jeana Keough, Lauri Waring Peterson, Tammy Knickerbocker and fellow newbie Quinn Fry. (Fun fact: in her day-to-day life, the pint-sized firebrand went by “Tammy” but changed her name since there was already another Tammy on the show.)

“I think I was the first one to ever come on and challenge anything or call anybody out,” she continued. “I was a little bit more edgier in my conversations and it was just a different show. When I started it was just, really, going to lunch and having fun. I remember the first dinner I had with all the girls, I said something political and they all went ‘[gasp] Oh my god, she did not just say that! You do not know what you just did.’ And their heads went down and I’m like, ‘What the f–k? What’s wrong?'”

She’s not wrong. While Tamra‘s rookie season was relatively tame by today’s standards, RHOC morphed into the show fans know and love during Season 4 when she accused nemesis Gretchen Rossi of cheating on her much-older then-fiancé Jeff Beitzel, who was dying of cancer during filming. Ferrari Crashes Into Pump Restaurant In West Hollywood, Lisa Vanderpump Says, “We Are Not A Drive-Thru”

Days before the new season of Vanderpump Rules wows us with train wreck lifestyles, Lisa Vanderpump’s trendy hotspot Pump will be under construction. Nothing says this is going to be an excellent year like picking glass out of your hair! Lisa’s restaurants are often the site of multiple drunken arguments, finger-pointing, and the occasional body-shaming comment, now the crew can add a new destructive element to the list.

I’m not sure this is the kind of publicity Lisa wants heading into the Pump Rules premiere tomorrow night, OR IS IT? I’m certain nothing would surprise us at this point. That said, brunch patrons at Pump got a little more than they bargained for on Sunday. Thanks to a driver with a questionable turn radius, Lisa’s staff suddenly found themselves cleaning more than the remnants of mimosas and desperation from the tables.

Kristen Doute, do you have a Ferrari? Just kidding! Though I wouldn’t be surprised at the lengths some people may go through to get a good table at Pump on a Sunday, this is a bit much. Either someone was REALLY craving a Pumptini, or they need to visit the local DMV.

According to Page Six, Lisa’s establishment was involved in a nasty little accident during prime brunch action. Pump is located in WeHo on Santa Monica Boulevard, in a busy section of town. So busy that maybe drivers get distracted and ram their automobiles into, you know, buildings…

A high-end sports car mutilated the patio seating area and shattered the front door. A representative for Lisa confirmed, “the vehicle ‘slammed through’ the patio — which features a glass wall — just after 2 p.m. on Sunday”. In all seriousness, that is some scary stuff but it could have been much, much worse.

Lisa took to her Instagram to share a photo of the Ferrari literally sitting in the entrance of her restaurant. And because Lisa has that cheeky British humor thing going for her, she captioned the shot, “No. We are not a Drive-Thru. Thank God no one was hurt…” Current reports show the driver was attempting to make a left turn and jumped the curb.

Photos show glass strewn on the car, tables, chairs, and one woman who will probably be rich soon was, “slightly injured and taken to the hospital with cuts.” Drugs and alcohol do not appear to be a factor in the accident and the driver was not injured. The crash is under investigation and while Pump closed for the remainder of the afternoon, doors will not shut due to this incident. Probably because the doors are gone now…

Let’s all breathe a sigh of relief that no one was seriously hurt and business will not suffer. It’s time to saddle up and get ready for Vanderpump Rules to ~~conveniently~~ come back tomorrow night at 99 PM on Bravo.

Married To Medicine Recap: Reunion Part 3

Last night’s episode of Married to Medicine concluded with the third installment of the reunion. Mariah Huq expressed her frustration with the show’s editing. She feels like her family life is not really shown on the show. In her opinion, they aren’t respected because they are different. I guess it has nothing to do with her being painted as the villain for years. At least she got more camera time this year!

All of the couples join Andy Cohen onstage. Damon Kimes is on the hot seat about his actions in Cabo. Aydin Huq and Mariah defend themselves. The ladies hash out old and new issues trying to come together as a group. Let’s get straight into the Married to Medicine recap!

The second installment of the reunion ended with an explosive fight between Simone Whitmore and Heavenly Kimes. When Contessa Metcalfe returns with Heavenly, it leads to yet another argument. Toya Bush-Harris believes that Heavenly doesn’t know how to treat her friends. I definitely would agree, but instead of “friends,” I would say people in general. Jackie Walters flees to get away from the drama.

Surprisingly, Heavenly and Simone end up agreeing to keep the husbands out of their beef. They agree to take baby steps to work on their friendship. Something tells me there aren’t enough steps in the world to fully work through all of their issues.
