Real Housewives of Potomac star Katie Rost appeared on Season 1 of the show and made her triumphant return last season. Katie seemed very different than the bubbly gown and gala mother of three that viewers met during the premiere season of the RHOP franchise. This season she seemed a bit erratic.
Katie was excluded from the RHOP reunion, and she was not happy about it. Ouch! Why would a Friend of the Housewives be denied a seat on the couch?
Katie became engaged to her new boyfriend, Jesse, after about five months of dating. Jesse is not the same man that appeared on the show last season with Katie. That was Jacob. Jesse is a man of mystery whose last name is unknown. Katie announced the happy news on Instagram. “An heirloom ring, and I said yes. We are engaged! Jesse’s mom loves this ring. I am proud to wear it,” Katie wrote.
Sadly, the couple has called it quits. In an interview with Page Six, Katie said, “We’re broken up. It wasn’t anything too overly dramatic –it was more so like a car running out of gas.”
Apparently, the couple realized right before Thanksgiving that their plans for the immediate future differed. “He wanted certain things right away, and I was just, like, I have so many other things that I need to focus on, and so I need to pause,” Katie explained.
Katie has been embroiled in a heated custody battle with her ex-husband, Dr. James Orsini, over their twin daughters and their son. She admitted that part of the reason for the break-up was that she wanted to move back to the East Coast. Jesse and Katie had been living in Los Angeles.
Katie said, “I have the appeal that apparently they’re going to read it, finally, in January. It’s taken so long, but I feel like I just need to be here, closer, and be able to do whatever I have to do next with that.” She also said that while Jesse wanted to start having children, she was more concerned about the children that she has and dealing with the custody issues. “I can’t do that again, so I needed to just wait,” she stated. She also wanted to work on her various writing projects. “I just don’t know if I want to go into straight-up wife mode right now,” Katie added.
She said that she and Jesse are on friendly terms. Instead of being in direct contact, the exes communicate through Katie’s mother. “He does speak to me through my mom. He’ll send her a message and is like, ‘How’s Katie doing?’ She kind of gives him updates,” Katie said. “I feel like if we were to talk, we’d end up right back together.” But is that really friendly terms?
While Katie is open to reconciling with Jesse at some point in the future, she is also considering dating. “I think I’m good with just doing what I’m doing. I mean I’d go out on a date, but … don’t get me in trouble,” Katie added.

This season’s 90 Day Fiance crew is an interesting cast of characters, as usual. Where else can you see battling bee keepers in love, romancing and fighting through language apps like Mursel Mistanoglu and Anna Campisi? Or witness the tense dynamics between Anny and Robert, who decides to show his lady love a beautiful new apartment–that they can’t even move into. No rhyme or reason is what makes the show reality gold.
Michael Jessen and Juliana Custodio have been one of the more interesting couples on the show. Michael’s smart and funny children Max and Cece are the breakout stars of the season. Forget the couples! Michael and Juliana’s age, cultural and income differences are constantly in play. On the most recent episode, the couple saw a lawyer about a prenuptial agreement, but nothing was resolved. Now, Michael is speaking out about how he and his family are being portrayed on 90 Day Fiance–and he is not holding back.
In Touch Weekly reports that Michael recently posted on Instagram to share his thoughts–and frustrations with the show. In a screenshot from the couple’s meeting with the attorney on the show, Michael captioned the picture with: “This is the biggest bunch of manufactured bulls–t … shame on you Sharp Entertainment and TLC.” Clear communication is always best, Michael! Let your feelings out.
After the episode aired, Michael posted a video on Instagram Stories, which disappear within 24 hours. He stated, “This has been a very interesting journey for us, for our family. Tonight’s episode and really last week sort of planted the seeds, and I think next week we’re going to see more of this stuff. It’s been a little difficult for us to be quite honest.”
On the episode in question, Michael and Juliana’s visit to the attorney did not go well. The meeting appeared to leave Juliana confused, hurt–and determined to become independent.
Michael went on to say, “You know, look, it’s a reality TV show. We’re not paid actors. There’s certainly a lot of liberties that are taken in the filming of this and that’s all well and good and it’s fun and games but I gotta say, Sarah (my ex-wife,) and Juliana, myself, we appreciate all the positivity and the support because we are living real lives here.”
Seeing snippets of your life on television would probably be shocking for most people. Compared to some of the outrageous characters that have appeared on the 90 Day franchise, like Darcey Silva and Angela Deem, Michael and Juliana seem like relatively normal individuals.
The sticking point for Michael appears to be the prenup segment. He explained, “This set up of the whole prenup, it’s really created quite a backlash. My ex-wife, Sarah’s been getting a lot of negative feedback, Juliana is, I am. That’s cool. I’m glad everyone’s got their feelings or are passionate about it. But it’s something where I feel like I need to call a little bit of bulls–t because it’s not really who we are. It’s not really reflective of our reality.”
Taking part in a reality show is always risky–you never know how you will be portrayed until the episodes air. Sarah probably came off the worst in this, as she is the one who brought up the prenup to the couple. Which is a little awkward and a little inappropriate, no matter how you spin it.
Michael went on to add, “Prenuptial agreement, is it important? Is it something people should consider? Yeah, of course. For our situation, is it important? I guess. I don’t know. I won’t give any spoilers. You’ll see how this plays out next week.”
“I think we’re all a little upset that it’s kind of cut out the kindness that we truly share together and it was something that was a part of the narrative of our 90 Day Fiance experience that was departing from who we really are,” Michael continued.
Compared to some other 90 Day cast members, this family does seem to be trying to make things work. There are awkward moments and stumbles, but none of the parties involved seem to be trying to do anything but learn how to navigate the new family dynamics. No screaming, no threats, no storming off–can this be TLC we are watching?
Michael hints that he would like to say more, but is hesitant to do so. “Maybe I’m being a little careful,” he said. “We’ve signed some things, there’s NDAs. To be honest, I don’t really care. I have a lot of lawyers. I don’t think that’s something to worry about, but I think this is a good dialogue when it comes to relationships and relationships in our situation and what does that mean. What should people do or not do. No, I won’t give it away. Watch, see how this plays out.”
The bottom line for Michael is that he believes his family is not being depicted accurately. He stated, “We’re all upset about the harshness for which we were portrayed. It hurts our feelings.”
“And of course, there’s a lot of second-guessing,” Michael added. “Was this the right decision for us to make? I don’t know. That remains to be seen, okay. We don’t know.”
To me, it is refreshing to see Michael, Juliana, Sarah and the children trying to navigate their new roles in a way we often don’t experience on 90 Day Fiance. Like Michael said, how everything plays out remains to be seen.

As they say, all good things must come to an end. This season of Temptation Island was an incredible thrill ride from start to finish. Maybe not for the couples on the show perhaps, but as a viewer it did not disappoint. Did anyone correctly predict what the outcome for each couple would be? I know I didn’t!
One outcome during bonfire that should come to no surprise was Kate Griffith kicking David Benavidez to the curb. In fact, she didn’t just kick him to the curb, she went full Mortal Kombat and finished him with a flawless victory fatality when she told him not to tell all of America he whored himself out. Good luck cleaning that hot mess up, Toneata Morgan, you’re going to need it.
David refused to listen to Kate however, and admitted he slept with Toneata. He told her he realized he wanted a relationship with someone who doesn’t question him, and trusts him no matter what. Spoken like a true narcissist. Kate pushed back that she should have trusted her gut instinct that he was untrustworthy from the beginning.
Mark L. Walberg figured now was a time as good as any, and asked Kate who she wanted to leave the island with. She made the right choice in my eyes, and said she was leaving the island alone. She added that the next person who gets her will be really lucky.
Before Kate left, she gave David a hug goodbye. And for the first time, David cried real tears, as evidence of the snot he shot out of his nose and down her back. Toneata arrived and was completely oblivious to the fact that David was upset. And now David will get what he wanted, someone who doesn’t question him at all because she’s not even paying attention.
Gavin Rocker and Esonica Veira got to go next. Gavin looked on hopefully as Esonica approached him. But when Esonica wouldn’t even look at him, you could tell that Gavin knew it was over.
Gavin told Esonica he was sorry for not being more supportive. He added that he didn’t regret coming to the island because he’s grown as a person. Esonica said she’s not perfect, but was hurt that he couldn’t love her flaws and all. She felt that he didn’t see who she really was.
Esonica then asked Gavin how he felt watching someone show interest in her. Gavin said it made him want to try harder, but he didn’t appreciate that she broke their rules of having someone else in her room. If only he knew what happened during the overnight date! And that will remain a secret for Gavin until he watches the show because Esonica didn’t fess up.
Gavin didn’t give up however, and told Esonica he wanted to leave the island with her. But Esonica had other plans, and decided to leave the island with someone who sees her. I was waiting for Gavin to fight for her like he said he would, but he accepted it with an attitude of que sera sera. Then Kareem Thomas swooped in for Esonica. As they walked off, Kareem assured Mark she was in good hands.
The way this season started, I thought for sure Rick Fleur and Ashley Goldson would be the couple to go last at bonfire. But that honor was bestowed to Ashley Howland and Casey Starchak. Casey told Mark he was only prepared for one outcome, being engaged. Sigh.
Ashley gave Casey an awkward hug when she saw him, and that should have been the cue Casey needed to switch to his plan B sales pitch. But that didn’t happen. After Ashley told him she’s more confident than ever and grown into someone he doesn’t know, Casey moved forward with plan A.
Casey apologized for not listening to her and giving her trust issues. And then in came the pitch! He said he knows she didn’t have any regrets, but he did. If he could do it all over, he wouldn’t had brought her to the island. Then he got on one knee and asked her to be his “baby baby” until they are jokey old drunks in rocking chairs.
Mark noticed Ashley was uncomfortable, and asked that Casey let Ashley talk. Ashley then pulled a page from Kate’s book and let Casey have it. She told him he broke his promise that he loved her when he said if she broke up with him he would be fine. He went to interrupt, and Ashley snapped at him to let her talk.
Ashley told him she’s found someone who listens to her and isn’t selfish like he is. Casey pushed back and said she didn’t see the footage of him crying in his room alone while the rest of the group partied. But it was too little too late. Ashley stated she couldn’t accept his proposal and was going to leave with someone else.
Casey stumbled into Mark’s arms, and cried without any tears. Is that even possible? In the car, Casey told himself he’d get another shot when they got back home. Like a true salesperson, his goal is to always be closing. But Ashley closed her deal with Ben Knobloch instead.
When Ben arrived, Mark joked that this was the only way he would have wanted to be at bonfire. Ben said that he had his eyes on Ashley from the start, and that he’s excited for their future together. As Ashley and Ben drove off, fireworks went off in the sky.
And speaking of fireworks, it’s reunion time! So, where is everyone now? Well, Kate is having TED talks about embracing your independence, and David and Toneata are auditioning to be SURvers on Vanderpump Rules. Ashley G. and Rick finally got engaged, and Casey teamed up with Gavin to sell his exclusive line of pedicure products. Ben and Ashley H. had their fairytale wedding at Disneyland, and Esonica and Kareem bought their own tropical island to enjoy the rest of their days.
Just kidding! Basically everything that happened during the bonfires was turned upside down. All the relationships, newfound independence, true love, all went kaput. Turns out, real life can get pretty complicated when you don’t have Mark to navigate you in the right direction.
So, let’s start with Kate and David. A part of me was worried Kate might fold when she saw him at bonfire, and was pleasantly surprised when she did the exact opposite. But now she’s regressed to her old self, and it was heartbreaking to see. They aren’t officially together, but are trying to work on their “relationship.” That consists of them hooking up, and David still being shady.
Samantha Hoffman came forward and said she and David slept together. She wanted to make it clear to Kate that he’s a sociopath whose not to be trusted. But Kate was in too deep to hear it. David denied everything, even when the whole group was yelling at him to tell the truth.
Toneata then had her turn to set the record straight. She said her relationship with David didn’t work out because they were long distance, and she felt he used for her connections because he wanted to be an actor slash model. Note to David, go to acting school asap because no one besides Kate is believing your performance.
Dominique Price said he and Kate talked every day after the show ended until she suddenly stopped. He added that if she ends up back with David, he can’t be friends with her because that makes her a liar just like David. Ouch. Kate apologized, and said she valued their friendship.
David told Mark that he and Kate were going to take it one day at a time. Medinah Ali whispered to Payton Burgess and Samantha that she hoped Kate would leave him, but she probably wouldn’t. I can’t say I disagree.
Esonica and Gavin were next in the hot seat. Gavin was angry that she didn’t fess up to fooling around, and that he had to find out she crossed the line by watching the show. Esonica still wouldn’t confirm anything, and Kareem backed her up that they had only laid in bed together. Riiiight.
Mark asked what happened between Kareem and Esonica, and Kareem said they were better off as friends because she wanted to figure out things with Gavin. Esonica said she should have left the island alone, but wasn’t strong enough at the time to do it. Ashley G. piped in that Gavin should give Esonica another chance. Gavin wasn’t having it and was firm he couldn’t trust someone who wasn’t being honest with him.
Esonica then showed the most emotion she had all season when she burst into tears and explained she wasn’t proud of herself, and was upset that Gavin tossed her aside with no forgiveness. Gavin calmly said he understood her feelings, but he’s lost all respect for her. Ice cold!
Esonica couldn’t take the heat anymore and left the reunion. I think if she came clean, not only would she feel better, but Gavin would probably forgive her. If not, hopefully they can at least be friends again. You can tell they do really care for one another.
Casey pulled the newest Real Housewives move by not showing up to the reunion. Which is too bad because he claimed on social media that he got a bad edit, and this was his chance to share his side of things. Instead, Rachel Hamel served as his representative since they are now besties.
Payton was also up next to Ashely H., and she explained her reasoning behind sending her the bombshell confessional that she could do better than Casey. She told Ashley that yes, she did want a relationship with Casey at first, but that quickly changed once she found out who he really was. Which prompted her to tell Ashley she deserved better.
Ashley H. thought Payton meant well, but Ashley G. told her not to be a fool and buy that bull crap. My guess is, the truth is somewhere in between. Mark asked Rachel why she thought Casey wasn’t at the reunion, and she said it was because he was still heartbroken. She also said that Ashley should probably stop calling him so he can move on.
Ben and Deac Conti then joined the fun. Of course Deac had to throw his comedy in the mix when he said he “got tried like a free sample at Costco.” He’s going to to have an arsenal of dad jokes at the ready once he has kids. Deac admitted Ben was more emotional with Ashley which is why he won out in their love triangle.
But things did not look good between Ben and Ashley. Their rom com romance ended up turning into the depressing film, The Break-Up, when Ben dumped Ashley two days after they left the island. Ben said it was because she hooked up with Casey, and Ashley interjected they only kissed. Wait, what? If she was so in love with Ben, why was she kissing Casey? He must have practiced his sales pitch for when she came home to move out her things.
Off to the side, Samantha told Medinah that Casey told her they did hook up. I don’t know what happened but it seems like Ashley regressed back to her old self just like Kate. Ashley countered that Ben went off camping with a “bunch of girls.” This whole turn of events was bizarre. Regardless, Ashley said she’s happy to be spending some time alone. That’s probably for the best.
Rick and Ashley G. were last in the hot seat this time, and Medina and KB Brown were up there right next to them. Drama alert! Ashley admitted she messed up, which is why she didn’t end up getting that engagement ring. I actually thought they might be able to work it out, but Rick ended up working it out with Medinah instead. Plot twist!
But first, they debated Rick’s comment that he wasn’t handcuffing her. Rick reasoned that was the point of being on Temptation Island, and KB never cuffed her, he only slept with her. KB defended Ashley and said she didn’t deserve the social media backlash she got for sleeping with him. Ashley apologized to Rick and said she shouldn’t have moved so fast.
Rick said he wanted them to take their time when they left the island so they could get back to a good place, but that didn’t end up happening. He then called out KB for yelling at Ashley and said he needed to be checked. And everyone knows that KB does not like being told what to do! This time though, KB kept it together and didn’t shout anyone down.
Mark then asked Medinah to talk about her relationship with Rick. Before she could get a full sentence out, Ashley told her to shut up. Someone is not over Rick yet! Side note, Medinah totally rocked that hot pink eye shadow. Ok, back to the action.
Rick told Ashley not to disrespect Medinah, and she clapped back she was going to “disrespect it with everyone that tries it today.” This girl is on fire! Rick then went low and told her you wonder why you are by yourself. Medinah did get a word in, and said at first everyone thought Rick was going to be a dirty dog, but he ended up being very respectful which was attractive.
Mark wondered if there was a possibility for romance between Medinah and Rick. Medinah jumped in with “absolutely!” Rick said he was open to a relationship with her. Medinah reasoned it was good they didn’t leave the island together because there was a lot of pressure on those couples to stay together. Ok, I’m not buying that for a second, she clearly wanted to be with Rick from the get go.
Medinah and Ashley continued to bicker, and the peanut gallery of Dominique and Deac were loving every minute of it. Mark finally shut it down and wished everyone the best. As Ashley stormed off, Rick leaned in and kissed Medinah. All I know is, it’s going to kill Ashley if Rick and Medinah end up engaged.
The reunion then ended with Mark bringing back season one alums “hey girl” Evan Smith and Morgan Lolar, along with cuties Shari Ligons and Javen Butler. Both couples got engaged at the end of their season and are both still together. I’m not sure what the point of bringing them back was, but good for them for making it work.
And that wraps up season two! How they will be able to top this season next year is beyond me. But I am looking forward to finding out!

Wow – last night’s Real Housewives Of Orange County reunion was vicious on a level I haven’t seen since the heyday of Real Housewives Of New Jersey!
Vicki Gunvalson had a full-fledged meltdown, was stripped bare, and we were left with the skeletal remains of her original face. It continues in Part 2! Vicki’s entire identity is wrapped up in RHOC so when threatened with that loss, her true self came skulking out with a vengeance. Think Golom chasing the golden ring. I gotta say – I sort of love it. Part 1 of this trilogy, it was the Tres Amigas vs Kelly Dodd, with a little bit of Emily and Gina by their side. And it looks like Part 2 goes even darker.
First of all for the outfits, everyone looked awful. I actually thought Vicki and Emily Simpson, in their velvet dresses looked the best, but Emily’s makeup looked like she let Shane apply it as part of some trust therapy session. Emily and Shane are the new David and Shannon Beador. ‘Studying for the bar’ is Shane’s version of an affair, being that he’s Mormon and all. He’s so checked out of that marriage he might as well be in Italy frolicking naked in the forrest with his new girlfriend. Don’t forget the sock!
Emily had a hip replacement like a week before this was filmed, and showed up in a wheel chair, but she’s still more cognizant than every other person on that stage, except for maybe Braunwyn Windham-Burke. Braunwyn has a pathological need to be loved and make it nice. Brauwnyn was trying to appease everyone last night; to be a friend to all sides. It seems insincere to me and she’s gonna wind up missing a leg shoe and find it clenched in between Kelly or Tamra Judge‘s teeth if she doesn’t knock it off!
Right from the jump Kelly and Tamra are at each other’s throats like two siblings bickering in the backseat. While Emily and Gina Kirschenheiter are arguing over whether or not the Tres Amigas destroyed their friendship, and who was a more negligent friend to whom, Kelly and Tamra are muttering “dummy” at each other under their breaths. It was exactly the way siblings fight in church except if these two went to church it would go up in flames, which is precisely why Tamra had to get baptized in a Holiday Inn pool.
Look they’re both dumb, and they’re also both maniacal geniuses.
Realizing that in order to survive this they’ll have no one but each other (and when you’re literally and figuratively trapped between Hurricane Kelly and Tsunami Tamra you need a shelter from the storm) Gina and Emily decide to hug and makeup. The looks on Tamra and Shannon’s faces as these two reconnected said all you need to know about what’s to become of their ‘bond’ with Gina next season. That is if they all return. Andy Cohen has already revealed that we can expect a casting shakeup!
Poor Gina – she went bush diving for Tamra, but the only thing she found was a petrified dog turd!
Speaking of return, Fun Shannon was allegedly back. Or at least we heard she was. Andy asks Shannon what her new boyfriend thinks of her meltdowns of season’s past but she pretends he’s never heard of RHOC, and that producers made her wear a fat suit so she could have a redemption storyline. Shannon has sour grapes about what a puny divorce settlement she got and to anyone asking where the money went, check Dr. Moon‘s bank account. Shannon was blowing through 10k a month just on alternative healing remedies and she’s the craziest person ON Real Housewives Of Orange County if you don’t count Dr. Deb.
Kelly feels no remorse about bopping Shannon on the head in Miraval, and even demonstrates on Andy how hard she supposedly whacked her. Shannon insists the bowls were much heavier than it appeared and she feels completely justified in going to the ER, then returning to the resort to binge drink away her blurry vision and concussed brain. OK, my kid had a mild concussion this summer and wasn’t even allowed to watch TV for 2 weeks, so I doubt any medical professional said it was fine to “have a few drinks” the second Shannon left the hospital. No, Kelly shouldn’t have hit Shannon (obviously), but we’ve beat this bowl to death and no rhythmic pattern can be found.
Alas the true story last night was Vicki’s tantrum. While all this arguing was going on on stage, Vicki was fuming and unraveling in the parking lot. She’s furious to be there as an extra, and must wait around until she is called upon. Vicki is threatens a producer over where she’s going to sit on the sofa and feels “like a has been.” Steve Lodge, who is Vicki’s permanent wrangler now (#retiredlyfe) tells her they should just leave. That’s not going to happen, so when threats don’t work Vicki cues up the woe is me histrionics by pleading that if they don’t want her, to let her go with grace. Grace left Vicki a long time ago, if it was ever there to begin with!
And finally, just after lunch, Vicki takes the stage and is seated directly next to Andy. And she was worried she be squashed to Gina’s right! Vicki comes out swinging, sneering at Andy that she started this show and he has no right to treat her like an extra. Andy is ready with ammunition and introduces Vicki as “Jane Rowe,” aka the woman who filed a baseless and meritless suit against Bravo, Evolution, and Kelly for slandering her business.
Vicki defends herself by talking about… INSURANCE! She’s had her company for 31 years, built it in her home by hiring down and out neighbors like Duff, to being CEO of thousands of employees so one lousy lawsuit from an elderly woman is not going to destroy her, but she will still NOT stand for anyone calling her a crook or a con-woman on national TV. Um, Vicki you have no reputation left to protect.
Kelly immediately fires back that she’s also is a business woman. Kelly owned 5 houses in AZ and didn’t marry Michael for his money (although him selling Leap Frog definitely made her want to leap right into his arms!), and now she owns 25% of Positivity Water, which is now in Sams Club (which is going out of business), Target, and Walmart. Tamra claims she saw it on clearance at Target (I want proof), but Kelly is undeterred in proclaiming herself a successful business woman.
Just like a case of Positivity Beverage or a box of legal briefs, so many things to unpack here. First of all Vicki! So, Vicki is CEO of a successful company, about to be married (again) to a man she (supposedly) loves, has happy, healthy, thriving children and grandchildren, is famous enough that people might be able to recognize her on the street if she hadn’t changed her appearance more times than an ex-gangster in Witness Protection, and is wealthy. Why does Vicki still require this show?! I’d be more than thrilled to say ‘YES – I started an empire, and now I turn it over to all of you and you can pay me $100k a few times a season to show up, come to a party, say some nasty shit, and then go back to my real successful life.’ That is the true redemption arc, not groveling with Bravo and crying about sitting in the prime position to be embarrassed on national TV by desperate women looking for relevance!
Basically why does Vicki continue to let Real Housewives Of Orange County be her real life? Obviously because, like Braunwyn, Vicki has some pathological need to be loved and feel important. With Braunwyn it manifested in having 7 children because she married the first man she saw and when he didn’t fulfill her she kept repopulating with someone who might. With Vicki it manifested in 13 seasons of a reality show, repopulating her Woo Hoos and drunken antics a million times over and still not finding validation. Vicki probably also thinks she made tequila happen courtesy of all her trips to Mexico. News Flash: Weight Watchers did that when it declared it the lowest point alcohol.
Now onto Kelly. Sure – she’s dabbling in business, but that doesn’t compare her accomplishments to Vicki. So sit down there, sista, and marry another rich guy. Then next time invest your divorce settlement in stocks.
Vicki and Kelly can argue about reputation all they want, but both of theirs are in the toilet. In Newport, in Coto, wherever they go – there they are!
Being the OG of the OC comes with a lot of archival footage of your failures and bad behavior, so Andy features a montage of all Vicki’s faces and failed romances. Especially Brooks. In the one humble moment of her existence Vicki openly admits that she’s isn’t sure Steve is the one, but the only thing to do is take it day by day, and be happy while you can. A hushed silence descends across the stage as it resonates with everyone, including Andy, that Vicki sometimes has a soul and that someone said something real. Wow to an honest to earnest thought passing the plastic exterior of Vicki’s face.
Vicki’s other rage at Kelly is over being repeatedly called a pig. Kelly feels no remorse for this either and even brags about being way better looking than Vicki.
It just goes back and forth: Vicki and Kelly; with Shannon and Kelly; with Tamra and Kelly… With Andy looking exhausted as he tries, in vain, to get Braunwyn or Emily or Gina a chance to chime in and break up this lockjaw of institutionalized dysfunction. It doesn’t work. Nothing works.
Kelly is right to call of them hypocrites. Vicki is screeching about how Kelly is damaging her business, but what about Vicki damaging Kelly’s daughter with the accusations she’s made against Kelly? (OK, in fairness, I feel like Kelly involves Jolie way too much in the goings-on of her 40+ year old friends). Basically they’re all hypocrites (and maybe sociopaths too as Kelly accuses Shannon of being).
I think the problem is that RHOC needs a leader. Vicki didn’t work out, Kelly won’t work out since she’s a tyrant, and Tamra is a true sociopath who can’t be trusted at the helm. Shannon is an emotional mess of neediness and insecurity, who will fall under the influence of whatever person is most effective at manipulating her (Tamra). Emily is too sane. Gina is too … big ball of nothingness. At this point Braunwyn doesn’t want to let go of her image as the happy-go-lucky super mom with a funky edge, but I see her gunning for them. I see her as the sleeper assassin who will swoop in from the side, and suddenly appear pulling an uzi out of her Birkin. Watch that one!
Whatever happens after this reunion, changes definitely need to be made. The anger and vitriol… As Tamra said at one point Kelly even looked like she was making animal faces, there’s no walking back from that to going on group trips and being in each other’s weddings.
TELL US – WHO SHOULD LEAVE RHOC? WHO IS THE BIGGER HYPOCRITE?
