Love After Lockup Recap: Dirty Laundry

Love After Lockup is having its best season yet. On last week’s episode, things get crazier than ever. Lacey finally worked up the nerve to talk to John. The only question remains is how he will react to the truth about Shane. Hopefully, Angela gets some answers about Tony in this episode as well. She’s going crazy in her quest to locate his whereabouts.

The biggest surprise of the season has been the introduction of Glorietta. This woman is a whole mess. She’s so infatuated with Alex, and this will probably lead to major heartbreak. This season is great though. If you watch for drama, there is no shortage of that. Every episode has at least one major jaw dropping moment. It’s a safe bet that this episode will be no different.

Andrea & Lamondre

How are these two still engaged? He’s been lying to Andrea the entire time they’ve been together.

UPDATE, I think it’s over. She’s been waiting for him to call to break the news to him. SAY BYE BYE.

Lamondre doesn’t want it to be over, but Andrea seems done. He tries asking if there is another guy in her life, but that’s not the issue.

The issue is him lying to her for years now. She’s not quitting for some side man. She’s calling it quits because she doesn’t want to be strung along.

Lamondre can’t believe what’s happening, but she’s made up her mind. Andrea is tired of the life she’s living.

Lamondre says it was nice to have Andrea in his life. He hopes he still has a chance when he gets out. I’m glad Andrea can have her life back. She deserves much better.

Angela & Tony

Angela is still on the hunt for Tony with her desperate friend. He’s been missing nearly two days. He has about another 24 hours to resurface, or things will get bad.

Angela shows up at Tony’s job to speak to his supervisor. She thinks his boss might have an idea of his location. Also, Angela thinks there’s something going on between him and one of the women at his job.

I wouldn’t be surprised by this at all. Tony wasn’t into Angela from the moment he got out. Clearly, Angela has zero self awareness.

Angela and her friend need their own sitcom. They’re just hilarious. This poor woman seems very confused about Angela confronting her. This laundry lady has no idea what’s going on. Angela is barking up the wrong tree here.

She thinks Amy (the woman) knows more than she is saying and keeps confronting her. She’s certain Amy is lying about everything, but Amy denies everything. I low key love everything about Amy. I can’t believe she tried to fight this laundry woman.

Angela’s friend Tommy wants her to give up, and she’s wondering if she’s being played. She asks if Tony has been in the restaurant shes eating in, and the server confirms.

The server says he’s been flirting with all of the girls there, and Angela’s upset by this. I’m scared to think what Angela will do if Tony really has been unfaithful. EEK.

She gets a text from the federal marshal that Tony has been arrested. DUN DUN DUN.

Cheryl & Josh

Cheryl & Josh are going to the zoo with his nieces and his mother. Oh lord. Here comes the drama. His mother recently accused Cheryl of wanting to sleep with her man. Hot mess alert. Cheryl loathes this woman.

She brings up kids and asks him when he wants them. He doesn’t want them right now while they’re living states apart. They aren’t using any birth control, so she just might get kids sooner. The pull out and pray method is such a horrible idea. Someone help this girl.

Cheryl talks about her wedding dress, but Josh shuts it down. He thinks everything is moving too fast. He hasn’t even met anyone in her family.

Why is Cheryl in such a hurry to walk down the aisle? What’s the rush on this wedding? She accuses him of buttering her up in prison and then changing everything now. She’s rushing this wedding for no real reason.

Josh is the logical one here. He wants to make sure they can last as a couple and should get married. Claps for the sensible man here!

Glorietta & Alex

I can’t handle Alex and his singing. You aren’t that great buddy. Simmer down. He’s alright, but it’s not enough to be as mesmerized as Glorietta is.

He hasn’t touched a woman for two years, so he can’t wait. Alex has been in trouble so many times that his probation is so strict. There’s a lot that he’s not able to do. If he violates, he’ll be gone for five years.

Glorietta is just as weird in this episode as she has been the last two. She’s been cutting pictures out of magazines to prepare for their wedding. He’s not interested in talking about the wedding. Alex just wants to get down for fun.

Glorietta tells him to act accordingly when they go out, and she’s A LOT. She’s way too much. Glorietta is nervous about her first time with Alex because it’s been so long for her. WINE AND DINE HER ALEX. WINE AND DINE.

She explains to him that they’re going to go to dinner, and she’s really pushy. He wants to turn up and be with his woman, so that’ll have to wait. HE “SUPERLY TOTALLY” OWES HER A DATE NOW.

She jumps in the tub fully clothed to be intimate with Alex. They ask the cameras to leave so they can have sex. At least they asked! Cheryl & Josh just grabbed a spot in the middle of the woods with cameras there.

While Glorietta is sleeping, Alex contacts another woman. He says his ex girlfriend has always been there for him. This will BREAK Glorietta. She is ALL IN with Alex. This will crush her in the worst way.

Lacey, John, & Shane

Lacey is finally going to be face to face with John to drop the Shane bombshell. This is going to be so nasty. I think Lacey does love John, but she’s handling this horribly.

The drama has a new wrinkle too with the belief he might be the father of her child. What a mess.

She tells John that he looks sexy, and she says the spark is still there. John still wants to get the paternity test done an finally learn the truth. He loves Lacey and wants this to help build their bond.

John can tell there’s something up with Lacey, and she admits the truth about Shane. FINALLY. The secret is finally out.

He doesn’t believe that they haven’t had sex yet, but from what we know it’s the truth. He’s not handling this well. John is big time mad right now.

He says what we are all thinking by telling her this isn’t a game. She’s handled this so badly. John reminds her that she’s engaged and how he pines for her, and she hangs up. Woah.

She doesn’t know what to do, but she a choice needs to be made. John says the fling with Shane needs to be over before he gets out. I suspect a physical fight is looming. John is certain Lacey will choose him once he is released. We’ll see.

Lacey is aware that talking to two different men is not okay. However, she is in love with both men. Her friend is more Team Shane and finds John to be bad for Lacey.

I’m probably Team Shane too. He seems less aggressive than John. Way less volatile. Lacey is afraid to let go of John because of their history, but it’s clear she wants Shane.

Vince & Amber

Amber and her friend are catching on to what they believe to be a con Vince is playing. To get some information out of him, they plan on getting him drunk and questioning him. I mean I guess that’s a solid plan.

They’ve been together nearly two years. Amber is confused as to why he is showing no emotion for her now. Her friend wants to know why he wants to commit to marriage so quickly. AMBER IS SO ME. Amber doesn’t want to deal with it so she leaves the table.

The way her friend is grilling Vince is so iconic. She’s asking all of the tough questions here, and Vince isn’t answering them. He has no real answer to anything, and he keeps dodging it. So awkward to watch.

He’s also coming off very nervous here. Vince is close to cracking under pressure. Her friend tells Amber she thinks Vince is lying.

However, Vince finds his emotions toward Amber to be genuine. What emotions? Their connection feels so non existent.

They leave the table to go smoke, and Vince follows them outside. This is about to go really left. He asks if she believes his promises to her, but she just wants answers to the confusion.

Why is Amber toying with him? If she thinks he is a scammer, then why doesn’t she just walk away? Stop dragging out the awkwardness.

Shahs of Sunset Star Golnesa Gharachedaghi Is Pregnant With Her First Child

Congratulations are in order for Shahs of Sunset’s Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi. She just announced that she is expecting her first child.

The brunette beauty has led fans of the show on a turbulent journey. She has shared her love of knives, fights with her costars, and various business ventures.  Now, it appears as though GG has found what she was looking for the entire time.

GG has revealed to People that she is pregnant with her first child. “This is what I wanted my entire life,” she shared. “When little girls were talking about their perfect husbands and their perfect weddings, I was talking about the 10 kids I was going to have.”

While GG’s marriage to Shalom was shorter than the time it took to divorce, she is not waiting for Mr. Right before starting a family. Using a sperm donor, GG successfully conceived after a round of in vitro fertilization during the summer.  However, the journey was not without some trials.  Her first attempt at in vitro led to an ectopic pregnancy.  “What I went through a couple months ago is so traumatizing,” GG explained, “Right now, it’s still very scary for me.”

After painstaking care to chose the right donor, an embryo transfer happened in April.  While at first, GG felt ok, she soon realized something wasn’t right. “I would have a bit of a cramp here and there,” she explained.  The doctors told her cramping was normal in the beginning of the pregnancy.  After discovering the ectopic pregnancy during her first ultrasound, and the drugs she was given did not work to terminate, she was rushed into surgery where both Fallopian tubes had to be removed.  Unfortunately, the removal of both Fallopian tubes means IVF is the only way the Shahs star can become pregnant in the future.

Despite her experience, GG decided to try again.  And this time the procedure took. GG feels she is more than ready to be a mom. “I’m finally at this point where I’m ready to make this move,” she said, “I can’t wait to give this child a life of unconditional love without judgment.”

As for being a single mom, GG is ready for the challenge. “We’re in a day and age that women are so much more independent, and we’re not necessarily relying on men in order to move forward in life,” she said. “I can start a family and have my child without being in a relationship right now.”  And even if she may not end up with a “forever life partner,” her forever “will be [her] child.”

Report: Marc Daly Had “Multiple Affairs” While Married To Kenya Moore

It seemed like Kenya Moore finally had everything she ever wanted. She was happily married to Marc Daly, a mom to baby Brooklyn, and, most importantly, she got her peach back. So much for that whole happy marriage thing.

In September, Kenya and Marc announced their separation after two years together. The news was both shocking and not shocking at the same time. Basically, we know nothing about Marc or their relationship dynamic. However, just two days before the split, Kenya, Marc, and baby Brooklyn did a live TV interview talking about how happy their family is. So much for that. Now, rumors are swirling about why these two split up.

Kenya “An inside source” told Us Weekly, “Marc has had multiple affairs on Kenya.” That same person told the magazine, “She walked away from her career for him and he had no problem with that and no problem disrespecting her.” Damn, that’s cold. As polarizing as Kenya is, that’s hard to hear, if it’s really what happened.

While Real Housewives of Atlanta fans haven’t seen much of Marc, they will when the show returns for Season 10 in November. In the trailer, Kenya cries about the state of her marriage in one scene. In another, Marc and Kenya argue over money. He even shouts at her, “You can take everything, I’ll build it again!”

Rumor has it that their actual breakup was filmed for Real Housewives of Atlanta. That is both awful and amazing at the same time. Selfishly, I can’t help being nosy. But, then again, that just seems like it’s way too personal to share with the world.

Below Deck Star Kate Chastain Shares Why She’s Not Friends With Hannah Ferrier Anymore

Aside from their job titles and reality TV experience, Below Deck Chief Stews Kate Chastain and Hannah Ferrier have something else in common: they’re difficult to get along with. And they both make great TV, of course. Sure, Captain Sandy Yawn and Ben Robinson gave Hannah flack for putting her friendship with the stews as a priority over actually working, but this is the first season Hannah actually got along with the interior. Oh, wait, I almost forgot about the June, June Hannah of it all.

Nevertheless, the Bravo stars have formed a nice relationship with each other even though they’ve never worked on a yacht together. Who would be in charge of the interior if they did though? My money is on Kate. Well, it turns out that friendship between Kate and Hannah is long gone. Or at least that’s what Kate recently said.

It all starting during the Below Deck Mediterranean Season 4 finale. Yes, Below Deck Med is really over. But, at least, Below Deck returns for Season 7 on October 7.

Anyway, Kate live tweeted the episode, which she usually does. Remember that cast dinner when Aesha Scott shaded Captain Sandy for being unhappy with the interior, specifically criticizing Hannah’s (lack of) passion for yachting? What a professional note to end the season…

Well, Kate tweeted, “My mom used to make us play the same high/low game at dinner every night growing up and I’m just saying you’re supposed to start with the low so you end on a high note. My mom also has amazing table settings.” Unlike Hannah, who cares more about cozying up to the guests, according to Captain Sandy, anyway.

Kate defended Ben and Sandy’s criticism when she told a fan, “I wasn’t there Marci but I do know that both Ben and Sandy are excellent examples of yachting professionals with many years of experience and I trust their judgment. They weren’t upset the stews were getting along, they were upset it was at the cost of guest experience.” She even doubled down with the sentiment and tweeted, “I’m just saying….they weren’t wrong.”

In response, a fan asked Kate, “What is your problem with all the shade on @hannahferrier_? I thought you two were friends? You are great at what you do but absolutely no need for these passively aggressive nasty tweets.”

Well, Kate feels that there is a need for these tweets. Kate responded, “Unfortunately I don’t consider people who talk poorly about me behind my back to be a friend.” Damn. Does anyone have receipts? I would love to see those. Damn.

Jill Zarin Says Bethenny Frankel Isn’t Friends With Real Housewives Of New York Outside Of Filming

Even though Jill Zarin got fired from Real Housewives of New York centuries ago and has been begging to come back ever since, she seems to view herself as an expert on the show/its casting decisions. Is anyone surprised that Jill weighed in on Bethenny Frankel’s decision to leave the show? Nope.

Jill hasn’t held an apple in years and she has no relationship with Bethenny, yet here she is sharing some insight. So Jill. Jill dished on Bethenny’s departure from RHONY during a radio interview with another Bravolebrity in the doghouse Jeff Lewis.

Page Six reported that Jill remarked, “I think she was done. She certainly started a lot of new projects, she’s getting more into Hollywood.” She’s also trying to save the Amazon rainforest and help victims of natural disasters. How “Hollywood” of Bethenny.

Still, Jill did seem to give her former bestie some credit. Jill said, “She’s one person. How can she be in both places at the same time? If she really wants to do that on the West Coast, she can’t be in New York.” Well, she does have the funds to charter a plane whenever she wants, but, Jill does have a point. This one time. Bethenny can only manage so many things at once.

Then, Jill got a bit shady. She said that Bethenny “is the first to say that she doesn’t have a relationship with the girls other than filming, that it’s a job.”

When did she Bethenny ever say that?

Afterward, it seemed like Jill shaded the show as a whole. She remarked, “I think she’s got enough freedom and choices now to move on. And, you know, I always feel like Bethenny always knows when the party’s over.”

Jill even said, “I think she feels it’s on the downswing, I’m guessing, and she never wants to be the last man standing.”

Does Bethenny feel the show is “on the downswing”? Or is that just Jill’s new perspective since production will never give her that full-time slot back?

Dorinda Medley “Wanted To Cry” When She Found Out Bethenny Frankel Was Leaving Real Housewives

Back in August, Real Housewives of New York’s Bethenny Frankel shocked us all when she announced that she was leaving the show ahead of Season 12. Why Bethenny? Why?

She is in a happy relationship with Paul Bernon, who is very private and probably doesn’t want to add appearing on a reality show to his resume. There is some hope for the future, since Bethenny left the show before and then later triumphantly returned.

Bethenny posted a special thank you on Instagram for her fans. “I wanted to take a moment to write a personal note to you. I am so grateful to you for sticking with me through everything,” she wrote.

Of course, Bethenny’s co-stars were blindsided by the news. RHONY’s Ramona Singer said that Bethenny didn’t tell anyone about her plans. Luann de Lesseps also said that she hasn’t heard from Bethenny. In Luann’s case, it may just be that the Skinnygirl maven needs to recover from the cabaret hell that Luann inflicted upon her.

But there is one New York Housewife who seems to be taking the news to heart. In an interview with Saratoga Living, Dorinda Medley opened up about her feelings about Bethenny leaving the franchise.

“When I found out Bethenny was leaving, I was sad. I actually wanted to cry,” Dorinda said. “There’s sort of a good old-fashioned aspect to her I love. She’s a true original ‘Housewife.’ It takes a brave and fearless person to do what we do.” Wow–nice way to compliment Bethenny and yourself, Dorinda.

Dorinda continued, “And the great thing about Bethenny is that off camera, she’s exactly like she is on camera. We’re very good, true friends. And we’re two alphas. The minute we realized we could run together in the pack, there was relief. She’ll always be one of the OGs.”

As for Dorinda, she has been going through some “alpha” life changes. She moved to a new three-bedroom apartment, which may (or may not) be housing some of her extreme holiday decorations. We do know that it will not be housing John Mahdessian. Dorinda’s longtime boyfriend was eager to move on up to Dorinda’s apartment, but she didn’t offer him a key. Or a drawer even. Yikes.

In a RHONY confessional, Dorinda shared her views on marriage. “Past a certain age, people should not be allowed to be married. It’s for the young,” Dorinda said. “You get to my age and it’s just the opposite. I don’t even want a plant in my house!” Now Page Six is reporting that Dorinda may be taking a break from her relationship with the celebrity dry-cleaner.

Perhaps we will find out exactly what is going on between Dorinda and John when the show returns. I am counting the days!

Joe Giudice Gets Approval To Return To Italy While Deportation Case Continues

During Joe Giudice‘s stint in prison for fraud, we did not hear much about him. Sure, wife Teresa Giudice talked about Joe once in a while on the Real Housewives of New Jersey or in the media, but his time in prison was mostly low-key. As it is meant to be! However, since Joe’s release from prison in March, we have been given frequent updates on the status of his ongoing deportation case. Joe’s decision to not become a U.S. citizen backfired, resulting in deportation proceedings commencing against him.

In April, Joe’s appeal to ICE to stay in the country was denied, meaning he would be deported. Later that month, he achieved a legal victory when the courts agreed to look at his case again. In May, Joe was given approval to remain in the U.S. while waiting for a decision regarding his deportation. The legal wrangling continued on over the summer, until Joe finally requested to be allowed to return to Italy to await the decision on his case. Now, there is an update in the ongoing legal saga.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Joe’s request to return to his native Italy has been given the green light by the court. Two judges approved the request, which means Joe can go to Italy while awaiting the decision in his deportation case.

James Leonard, Joe’s attorney, stated in the documents that “[Joe wants to] begin working and contributing financially to his wife and four kids.” Which is hard to do when you are in ICE detention.

Of course, I am sure Joe’s ideal would be to remain in the U.S. with his family, but at least now he will have some degree of freedom. You have to wonder how he now feels about his decision to remain an Italian citizen, despite living in America for most of his life.

Joe’s children continue to support him in his quest to remain in the U.S. They have visited him while he has been in ICE detention and have made public appeals on his behalf. Gia Giudice created a petition for President Trump to stop her father’s deportation. Unfortunately for the Giudices, the petition went nowhere.

Sister Milania Giudice even made a public plea for her father on Instagram. Something no child should ever have to do.

And what of Joe and fellow felon Teresa? Earlier this year, Teresa reportedly said she would divorce Joe if he was deported. There have also been rumors of Teresa engaging in extra-curricular romantic activity while Joe has been on lockdown. If Joe is ultimately deported, their marriage might be kaput. It is difficult to imagine Teresa giving up her reality fame to settle down in some cozy Italian casa with Joe and their children.

No matter how you feel about the Giudices, you have to agree the situation is a terrible one for their children. They are the unfortunate collateral victims in the crimes of Joe and Teresa. The elder Giudices are shining examples that bad decisions can have consequences you could never dream of.
