Yes, this is yet another list of all the people who should take over for Peter Capaldi as the star of Doctor Who, made by a bunch of Americans. And yes, there are already a thousand lists just...Even though Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is not a competition show, Eden Sassoon really does seem to be living by the classic reality TV mantra, “I’m not here to make friends.” She really seems to be rubbing everyone the wrong way with her antics. She (sort of) copped to her behavior, but continues analyzing the RHOBH cast and defending her actions.
Has Eden never seen seen this show? She really needs to take a step back and be more observant before causing so many major waves with OG cast members Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump. Eden truly has no idea what she has got herself into when she decided to share her “concern” over Kim Richards.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Eden declared, “I had to relearn what boundaries are.” Really? I would love to know what part of her thought it was alright to question a stranger’s sobriety and blame the person’s sister on a highly popular TV show. I feel like that would not be acceptable behavior no matter what your “boundaries” may be.
Eden continued to declare she’s all for Kim’s best interest. Eden said, “I adore Kim, and I want the best for her, and she knows it. They know it, as much as they want to fight me and push me.”

Eden gets philosophical, “I believe that we share our story. We pay it forward. People learn from your mistakes.” Yes, Eden: you should share your story, not insert yourself into Kim and Kyle’s. If Eden actually had genuine concern for Kim’s health, then I’m sure she could have expressed her thoughts in a more considerate and tactful way. Instead, she looks messy as hell and like she’s exploiting Richards family drama for her own gain.
Eden’s obsessive need to mess with the Richards sisters has irked the queen bee LVP who comes for her in the next episode at a Gatsby party- which seems to be the theme for every reality TV party.
My jaw dropped when I saw the preview and Lisa said, “We started out on the right foot, and I’m happy about that. But my other foot will kick you in the a** if you come after my girl Kyle.” Damn. Watch out, Eden.
In response to LVP coming at her, Eden admitted, “I was really uncomfortable. For me, [it was a] s**tshow.” It’s hard to have sympathy for Eden in this case. This situation was completely her fault and she deserves to get checked.
Of course, Eden had a lot of her most damning Kim-centered conversations with Kim’s nemesis Lisa Rinna– who I’m sure loved having another member of her anti-Kim society. I figured this would turn Eden and Rinna into besties by default, but apparently that’s not the case. She even refers to Rinna and Eileen Davidson as “the soap opera twins” since they “stir the pot more than anyone else in the cast.” I don’t know if that applies to Eileen, but at this point I would say that Rinna, Eden, and Dorit Kemsley are the prime shit stirrers- a title that can easily shift around from one scene to the next.
Eden did not take too kindly to Dorit pretending to joke around with her and Rinna when they were all sipping on smoothies only to end up blowing up the entire thing to be an issue about pill popping. Eden said, “Dorit, I’m noticing things about her that I didn’t notice then. I will call her out on it, 100 percent. We’ll go head-to-head, in a positive way.”

Eden seemed like a fun and fearless cast member at first, but she really is getting a bad edit with her entitlement to comment on Kyle and Kim’s relationship, among other things. Sometimes less is more, girl.
Tonight is an all new episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Erika Jayne nails her reading for The Young and the Restless. Lisa Rinna throws a barbecue, but Harry Hamlin winds up doing most of the work. Kyle Richards hopes Lisa Vanderpump will show up at her Great Gatsby party, but it’s Eden who causes a scene there when she voices her true feelings about Kim Richards.

If The Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel was expecting peace and quiet after finalizing her years-long divorce, she was very wrong. Bethenny’s battle with her ex-husband rages on and boiled over today and ended with Jason Hoppy arrested for stalking and harassment!
If you’ll recall, last November Bethenny’s boyfriend threatened legal action against Jason for sending harassing and horrible message about Bethenny. It seems things have not simmered down and that cease and desist did nothing to resolve the hostility.
This morning Jason was arrested after showing up at their daughter Bryn’s school and allegedly threatening Bethenny. He was arrested a few hours after the incident and was charged with aggravated harassment in the first degree, harassment in the second degree and stalking in the fourth degree.
An NYPD spokesperson told Page Six, “The complainant said Hoppy had sent numerous emails and FaceTime calls numbering in the hundreds after a cease and desist letter was sent on November 22, 2016. On Friday, January 27, the suspect approached her and a friend at her child’s school at around 8:15 a.m. and tried to provoke a fight. He said, ‘I will destroy you, you can get all the lawyers you want, you’ve been warned.’”
Jason‘s attorney denies the allegations. Robert C. Gottlieb told Page Six, “There are no words to express how saddened Mr. Hoppy is over his ex-wife’s unjustified actions. His only concern is his daughter and intends to vigorously fight these false charges.”
It sounds like there were witnesses at the school and if there were hundreds of emails, that would be some pretty solid proof of harassment, no? I guess they’ll have to wait for Jason‘s day in court to hash it all out. Do you think they’ll be able to keep the court hearings private?

After learning of Carl Radke‘s “betrayal” in bringing a date to a wedding, then lying about it, Lauren has decided she must confront him to let him know A) she doesn’t care; and B) she does care that he lied; and C) she’s a super chill, rational, understanding, forgiving person who totally doesn’t want to marry Carl and have extremely tall babies. Carl got his karma, however, because he came down with tonsillitis at the wedding and is forced to endure an entire weekend in Montauk, including Lauren’s rambling lecture while sober.

Is this some sort of crazy twin-vengeance that Lauren and Ashley concocted in the margarita machine to rain down upon the Carl’s sweet salesman tongue leaving him, literally, red-faced, panting, and unable to speak!? Let’s hope cause that would be exciting TV.

After talking until Carl forgets he possesses male anatomy, Lauren manages to find it in her heart to forgive, but Ashley has her eye on him. And they both have their eyes on Stephen McGee, who is juggling a dangerous game of go-between. Lauren demanded no one talk to Carl about the messy date situation until she got her claws into him, but Carl and Stephen rode to Montauk together and of course he spilled the beans about what Lauren knows and that she saw the photo of him with a date.
Stephen advises Carl to play it cool and wait for Lauren to come to him; then Stephen sneakily tells Lauren to go talk to Carl before Kyle Cooke gets his rosé on and all the crumbs come falling out of his mouth.
After lecturing a sober Carl, Lauren gives him some ear plugs and a sleep mask for his eyes. See no evil, hear no evil, have no fun in Summer House, and Carl and his antibiotic go to bed! The rest of the crew turns up the music for a much-needed tension releasing dance party. By 2 am most of them “turn down for bed,” but not Kyle. He’s once again drunk-dialing No Demanda-Amanda. Despite breaking up with her not once, not twice, but thrice – most recently the previous week in NYC – Amanda Ubers her desperation right over then begs Kyle not to use her. The next morning, Amanda is still here, and plans to stay. Her punishment is being forced into water aerobics while wearing a swim cap led by Coach Stephen. She also has a nose plug. Because smell no evil?
I guess mid-summer is the time for all relationships to sink. And not only that, but everyone is dragging the messy detritus with them from NYC. Cristina Gibson and Lindsay Hubbard are NOT getting along, not in Manhattan and certainly not in Montauk, and career transitions are the straws that failed to stir the drink.
Cristina left her job at a start-up to refocus on her freelance journalism career, subsequently Lindsay has dissolved her PR firm to go solo. Over manicures, Lindsay announces that she plans to have her interns working from the apartment while she figures out office space. Cristina is flabbergasted – in addition to having to step around all of Lindsay’s messy drama with Everett Weston, she’s now going to have interns piled up on her WiFi? Without warning? All while Cristina is already working from home! She suggests Lindsay haul her interns down to Starbucks – they have bathrooms there! – or work from home.
Lindsay is furious that Cristina isn’t being supportive of this big career change and that she’s hogging the apartment for her own work. She decides Cristina is a “bad friend.”
I see both points. I think Lindsay could’ve been more upfront about her plans. Initially it sounded like she was going to have the interns working there indefinitely and that she’s known for a while that her company was going to end. However, Cristina could’ve been more flexible – especially saying she didn’t mind a day or two, but hoped within a week Lindsay could figure out a better solution. Of course, these two were already on bad terms, so…
Involving himself in the messiness is Everett, who rips into Cristina for being unsupportive and tells Kyle that he’s lost all respect for her because Cristina is just bitter about his relationship with Lindsay. Kyle, however, feels bad that Cristina is caught in the cross-hairs of a “power couple” who is ganging up on her.

In addition to launching her own firm, Lindsay is dealing with drama with her mom. Her mom basically abandoned Lindsay and her brother to start a new family so they haven’t spoken in eight years. She realizes that her issues with her mother have clouded her relationships with others – friendships and boyfriends alike – but she’s apparently not motivated to examine them any deeper than the bottom of a beer.
With all the drama in her personal life, in addition to the stressful work situation, Cristina is trying to put on a happy face for the sake of the house, but everyone knows there’s some sketchiness with her work situation because, at 32, Cristina definitely wouldn’t choose to be launching back into freelancing. When Lauren tries to discuss it with her over shopping, Cristina pretends everything is fine.
Also is Cristina not a real housemate? Only occasionally air-mattressing it in a Wirkus‘ room? I’m very puzzled.
Since Cristina has to attend a big Hamptons event for work, she puts all her housemates on the guest list. Unfortunately, in the sweltering tent, sober Carl reveals himself to be a giant tent pole in the mud whose charm is operational only with rosé. The Wirkus twins are unimpressed. But they’re distracted by Carl’s failures when drama erupts between Cristina and Lindsay.
Initially Lauren tries to mediate, encouraging Lindsay to be sympathetic to what Cristina is also going through and the stress of an unstable work situation, but Lindsay is one, or 10, drinks beyond reason. Carl won’t like that! When Cristina and Lindsay try to talk out their issues, Lindsay accuses Cristina of lying about her job to hide that she was actually fired.
Cristina is outraged, and freaks out about the potential damage Lindsay’s lie could do to her career. With that, the party is over, and Cristina finds herself driving home with Ashley, the married one and house mom. Meanwhile, in the other car, Everett and Lindsay feel justified for outing Cristina! Oh my!

Over the last week or so, several of Kathryn Dennis‘ Southern Charm cast mates have come forward to drop her name, attracting attention, with talk of “imploding friendships” and failed love affairs, but Kathryn has stayed quiet, until now. With season four of Southern Charm coming soon, Kathryn wants to explain why she returned for a new season, and how she sees Southern Charm, and her life, going forward, officially, minus Thomas Ravenel.
Last season was as rough as it could get for Kathryn, as she had just had her son, Saint, and she felt frozen out by most of the cast of Southern Charm, including “baby daddy” Thomas Ravenel. And then, just before the show’s three part reunion, Dennis and Ravenel started battling in court. Kathryn made the decision, which she considers the right decision, to seek held to get her life back on track. Fans can certainly buckle in for a bumpy ride, but Dennis said she feels like she can hold her head up high for the return that almost wasn’t.

Kathryn says she wasn’t sure it was the best thing for her, to sign up for yet another season as an outsider (really, who would?). But some of the tools she learned, and the supportive social media messages from fans armed her with her new philosophy.
“You don’t have a right to the cards you believe you should have been dealt,” says Dennis.”You have an idea obligation to play the hell out of the ones you’ve been holding, and that’s what I have done.”
Which is not to say that fans of Southern Charm are going to get a vanilla version of the spicy redhead, because that’s never going to happen, as she will still call out the fake and phony in others, and she promises that she won’t tolerate it in herself either. Like it or not, Kathryn says she is bringing it, and it might not always be pretty or polite, but it will be real, and not without a bit of shade.

“I’ve always been an open book–the good the bad the ugly,” Dennis confesses. “It’s the only way I know how to be and I’ve always been proud to say that. Most people live behind filters and create a false sense of self that feels safe to them and golly that must be exhausting.”
Hmmm. We wonder who she is talking about?
Kathryn says she can now see what went on the last few years clearly, and though two wonderful (Kensie and Saint) things came out of her relationship with Southern Charm‘s Thomas Ravenel, it was the worst kind of wild ride, and she got lost.
“The years I spent with Thomas felt like riding on the worst rollercoaster imaginable, with no idea how to get off. But then I did. And then I lost everything.”
For Kathryn, this was a real low point.
“And I really lost myself. My real self. I seriously asked myself who have I become? What in the world have I done? How the heck did I get here?”

But for all of the self-realization of the last year, one thing stays true, and that is the way she feels about her kids, who she says are the focus that keeps her moving forward, even from a time that seemed rather dark.
“My daughter and my son are my angels. From the very beginning, they are the only thing that kept me going.”

Today I come to tell a tale about the World’s Greatest DJ, who was persecuted and stalked, mercilessly harassed, and run out of clubs, all because the world wanted to possess his art and his talent. Naturally, I speak of James Kennedy, The White Kanye, and the rapper on the run from his tormentor Jax Taylor. Such are songs of sorrow played out on Vanderpump Rules.
Oh, last night was a doozy, filled with Ariana Madix‘s infamous sulk and the slow emancipation of Scheana Marie as she suddenly blinked into the light as it dawned on her that Stassi Schroeder‘s power and possession was an elaborate ruse. If only Katie Maloney would see such signs, but alas she’s too busy painting squiggly black lines over the sunrise of truth.

Katie is still going headlong into planning this wedding, which she thinks may involve Tom 2.
Lisa Vanderpump is confused by all the drama, like why is there so much conflict happening over two people supposedly in love? The reality is that Katie wants a wedding and her allegiance is not to Tom, but Stassi. And it’s really sad, that Tom (whom I used to adore) refuses to get a grip. It’s been real Tom 2 – a real disappointment! Atoning for 2’s sins, however, is Tom 1 who will stand up against the wrong with the ever-watchful warning that certain misbehavior is “not a good look!” and looks are everything.
He also wants to save James. Tom 1 believes in him; believes James has the capacity to be a good person. Lisa looks on dubiously at Tom’s plan to take James to hypnotherapy.
The hypnotherapist looks like what you’d get after googling “hypnotherapist” and then making that person into reality. James explains that his goals are to stop drinking and focus on making beautiful music to inspire and heal the masses and prove his dominance as the greatest DJ in the world with the push of a button. After a 20 minute nap he feels cleansed and free to bare both his sternum and his soul for the first time. Luckily he has a gig coming up in which to prove he’s a whole new boo!
Someone who really needs to take a good look into his soul, however, is Jax, who is also being watched by Brittany Cartwright’s devout southern mama. Oh is that lady devout! Devoutly adhering to 1980’s makeup and fashions with a reverence that is impressive. Before heading back to Kentucky, Sherri gives Brittany a little talk about sin, and her concerns that Jax has jaxed his own soul into eternal damnation, which means it’s time for a little talk about his alleged “homosexual” activities. Predictably, Jax starts yelling when questioned and pressed. As Brittany and Jax argue about how he treats her, Sherri sighs that she is uncomfortable bearing witness to this lack of testimony on Brittany’s good work and perfect heart.

Jax tries to blame Brittany’s sudden opinionated nature on the bad influence of these LA girls. The cabal of his former flings and ex-girlfriends who have shown her the devil and drawn her into their cult of heathens. Well heathens they may be, but the eternal question remains: was Jax the cause of the heathenism, or is he the result of natural inclination? He doesn’t bother sticking around to find out, he storms out, screaming that Brittany has been sitting on her ass for a year doing nothing – not even making him a damn sandwich! Brittany practically laughs. Moments later, Jax, like the child he eternally is, returns, contrite. Sherri tells him he needs to find a “little church” and get his ass saved. Big time.
Jax will think about it, once he determines whether or not they still use that stinky hair pomade they had when he was a kid.
Then Brittany skips off to have a luncheon meeting with Katie’s Bridesmaid Club. Scheana Marie’s still salty at Kristen Doute for calling her cheap about the cost of Katie’s bridal shower, so Scheana waves an envelope full of cash in front of Kristen’s face to shadily out her. I don’t think Kristen has scruples, Scheana, but nice try. Maybe we ought to sic Sherry on her? The topic of conversation is Jax’s terrible ways, and where to have Katie and Tom’s joint-bachelor parties.
Across town, the groomsmen, plus Ariana, are getting fitted for suits. Tom 2 has specifics as demanded by Katie, but Tom 1, self-described fashionisto, has critiques. Actually, Tom 1 thinks his look matters more than the groom’s does. Maybe he’s trying to protect Tom? Like if everyone is staring at 1’s fabulously ornate outfit, they will overlook 2’s obvious unhappiness on the altar?
The other issue is that Stassi and Ariana hate each other. Well, more specifically, Ariana doesn’t give a F–k about Stassi and Stassi is intensely bothered that someone isn’t under her spell. The devil is in the details, eh!?
While the grooms people are able to peaceably discuss their wardrobe parameters, the bridesmaids bicker about bachelorette trips. Vegas is officially out – too many bad memories of bad behavior. Not everyone has a passport (is Jax on the no fly list?), and Stassi wants to micromanage every detail, so she suggests her hometown of New Orleans. Scheana pipes up that Katie wants a beach, but Stassi will not be dissuaded. Scheana sulks and pouts while Stassi declares that as “unofficial maid of honor,” she gets to decide.
Scheana doesn’t understand how a year ago Stassi and Katie weren’t speaking, but now Stassi is planning Katie’s wedding and playing third wheel in her marital bed? Well it is Scheana’s fault – she’s the one who brought Katie and Stassi back together, again – look where it’s left her: on the ain’t fly list.
Poor Scheana! At least she has Ariana. Until Ariana rides off into the sunset on horseback that is. Ariana is forever living in Lisa Frank’s world of unicorns, rainbows, and trolls with magical dust instead of bitchy drama.
In the meantime, Ariana drags Scheana to watch her ride. Tom 1 shows up flustered from the shocking news that at this very moment, Tom 2 and Katie Too are sealing the deal by signing a prenup! That makes it official. Ariana and Tom are pro-prenup, but Scheana declares that she would never sign one because she would only marry someone she trusts completely. Man the story of Scheana’s life is hindsight 20/20… this girl never figures it out despite wearing glasses as big as her entire face!
Well, unfortunately, the bad news isn’t over – Ariana and Tom were supposed to have a double date painting with Katie and Tom, which turned into a double date with Katie and Stassi, with Tom 2 dragged along as the designated driving third wheel. The point, I think, is not to make great art, but to make Ariana apologize for hurting Stassi’s feelings.
Ariana, instead, rolls her eyes until I’m quite certain they got stuck and the sunrise she was painting turned into a fried egg for lack of ability to see straight in this craziness. Ariana has precious concern to waste, and it can’t be spared on people who aren’t her friends. People like Stass! “But what about me,” Katie whines, staring petulantly. Poor Tom 2 once again finds himself in his comfortable prison between a rock and a hard place. Defending Ariana pisses of his brides…
Well enough about those yahoos! The real injustice is the treatment of James. He’s been fired from SUR, quit drinking and is trying to move on with his life via the lovable but daft Raquel and has a new DJing gig at a hot club. Somehow, despite no one liking James, they still can’t let him go. Oh James… you hateful little sprite, well the apple, sadly, doesn’t fall far from a very rotten tree.
James meets with his mama for lunch. She defends James by deciding that Kristen’s karma is that she’ll be barren (people think that way in 2017?!) and that since she hasn’t gotten the chance to smack Kristen herself, she hopes someone will do it for her. Is it me or are James and Brittany’s moms not that dissimilar with their hellfire and damnation speak? Furthermore, Stassi has already walloped Kristen, but fat lot of good it did because that was merely the blind leading the blind, or in this case: the bad leading the bad. But James’ mom? She’s the worst!
However, James‘ focus is on his gig featuring the debut of his rap career! Oh my – what great things! Unfortunately, a little bird circled the news around SUR, and now Ellie and GG, James’ spurned hook-ups, have combined forces with Scheana, Jax, and Kristen to sabotage The Nu-James Kennedy by crashing his gig and confronting Raquel with the evidence of James’ cheating, thus sabotaging his new job. OK, that is just sick. It’s also pathetic. And really, really gross. Why are all these sleazy-ass cheaters, home wreckers, and disasters proclaiming themselves the moral authority over other people’s lives? Why do they care what James and Raquel are doing? If James wants to be an ass and cheat on his girlfriend and then deny it, then he’s no better than Jax and Kristen.

Tom and Ariana were actually invited, and when they arrive, are shocked to find Scheana, Brittany, and Jax snickering from the audience. Soon, Kristen and Carter walk through the door, and then GG and Ellie. Tom, astutely using the bleach strands in his ponytail as an antenna, senses trouble. Scheana, who is suddenly all about being the best friend she can be, is there to support Ellie in outing James‘ lies.
While James is embarrassing himself on stage rapping about I don’t even know what – his blessed hair or thanking Jesus for male tank tops? – GG corners Raquel. Raquel has heard a different story, however! She’s heard GG is stalking James. That makes GG angry. When James comes off stage, GG tries to hand him the sweater she borrowed when she spent the night on his cot.
Now James is no saint. Not at all. He’s gross and crass and always goes low. Low like calling GG “disgusting” and ugly. But she went really low. She actually slaps him and suddenly Tom 1 finds himself breaking up the most effeminate fight in Pump Rules history. At one point James actually licked his hand and wiped it on GG’s cheek! Call the Health Dept!
While Tom tactfully (sarcasm) reminds GG that she slept with James knowing he had girlfriend, and that everyone knows she’s “thirsty,” Ariana tries to hold her back from jumping on James again. From the sidelines, Kristen and Carter provide play-by-play commentary, and try to keep Jax out of it since he’s still on probation.
After the scuffle breaks up, James walks over to call Kristen and Jax “ugly” – which they are – then he sticks out his tongue and starts to walk away. Jax, who must have the mature final word, throws a drink at James, then starts to chase him down and is blocked by a 20-year-old hipster while James is escorted out by security. Kristen cheers that they got James kicked out of his own gig. Wow – what a triumph.
Kristen’s jubilation over the burning at the stake of James is short-lived, however, because Tom 1 comes over to rip into her and Jax for their pathetically transparent nonsense. And go Tom 1. Like James or hate him, he didn’t deserve that, and I’m glad Tom 1 told them off!

Teri Hatcher just can't quit those Kryptonians. Hatcher, who starred in Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman as Lois Lane, has joined the cast of Supergirl. Hatcher's...As naive as this sounds, I was actually pretty surprised when Scheana Marie Shay and Mike Shay announced that they were getting divorced after just two years of marriage. Sure, they weren’t the strongest reality TV couple, but Scheana was always all about her marriage, so I figured it would last longer. Scheana’s off-again-on-again friend Stassi Schroeder claims that she did see the split coming and that she noticed a “red flag” before they officially broke up.
I’m not sure if Stassi noticed the “red flag” at the time, or if it was more of a “hindsight is 20/20” situation. Either way, as a complete outsider, I have to say that I noticed the same thing while I watched this season of Vanderpump Rules. Still, I can’t tell if it’s something I would have genuinely noticed on my own or if it’s just a case of confirmation bias on part. Either way, these two are dunzo and it was actually pretty obvious.

In an interview with Us Weekly, Stassi pointed out, “You’ll see as you keep watching this season. Shay kind of backed off from us almost entirely. It felt like he was almost never around.” As a viewer, I did notice Shay’s absence, but at the same time, I can’t tell if I would have if I didn’t have the knowledge of their separation in the back of my mind. Nevertheless, I think a lot of us would have realized that Scheana stopped bringing almost every conversation back to her marriage.
But anyway, Stassi added, “So that to me was like a little bit of a red flag, but like nothing major. So when they actually decided to split up, that was a little shocking.” That’s an interesting statement to make, both confirming what she saw, but also backtracking about whether or not she was surprised. Either way, he barely appeared in any episodes this season and considering that pretty much this entire cast is coupled up and that their significant others are alerways included, Shay’s chronic absence did stand out.

Stassi also recalled her reaction to the news that Scheana and Shay were filing for divorce: “It was so fast that, like, I don’t remember having, like, a real reaction. All I know is that I’m happy that they are getting a divorce. I think Scheana’s handled it so well and she’s been so strong.”
The timing was pretty interesting though. I’m not sure if the divorce announcement was purposely public just in time to drum up hype for the Vanderpump Rules season or if Scheana was just trying cut off speculation about trouble in paradise before the episodes started airing. Either way, it seems like the cast is pretty much done with Shay and won’t be referencing him after this season ends. Normally, that wouldn’t be surprising since most people don’t hang out with their exes, but the Pump Rules cast members always end up being on good terms with each other no matter who has slept with who, but maybe marriage is the exception to that?

With so much deception going on with the moms of Teen Mom 2, it would be hard to keep up if they weren’t all so obvious. Now I know since filming has wrapped months ago and the moms are active on social media, what’s going down on this season isn’t exactly a surprise to anyone. We are just seeing HOW it goes down, which unfortunately, still doesn’t offer a whole lot of clarity for the viewer.
Jenelle Evans finally admits on camera that she’s 13 weeks pregnant and David Eason says his stomach is still full of butterflies (again). She reveals that the real reason behind her lying to the producers about being pregnant is because they wanted to wait until she knew the gender and was past 12 weeks. Instead, everyone found out via police report, which Jenelle deems “the trashiest way possible.” I get that Jenelle wanted to control how and when she announced her pregnancy but I doubt the reaction to her announcement would have been any different, given her history on the show and how many haters she has. Regardless, Jenelle is legitimately baffled as to why everyone can’t be happy for her when they are so happy for fellow cast mate, Chelsea Houska.

Nathan Griffith and his bros get together to fight over protein bars and gossip about Jenelle’s pregnancy. They say it’s a modern day Brady Bunch and it sounds to me like they have never actually watched the Brady Bunch or they wouldn’t be saying that. Nathan thinks Jenelle’s pregnancy could get him full custody of Kaiser because she wouldn’t be able to handle it all. If you’re like me, here’s the part where I had to rewind my DVR 3 times: Nathan says Jenelle should have eloped with David in Vegas but instead mispronounces the word and says “elooped.” I think all those protein shakes are killing what little brain cells he has left.
As much as Jenelle doesn’t want to admit to her pregnancy, she sure doesn’t seem to be taking any additional steps to hide it. She takes Barb and the kids to see their plot of land and swamp hike all the way to where their house will eventually sit. And what does she choose to wear to this casual adventure? A skin tight mini dress, of course. Barb asks her if there is anything she would like to tell her and an exasperated Jenelle snaps NO.
A few days later, Jenelle and David finalize their purchase of the land while Barb takes Jace out to lunch. Barb has put the very obvious pieces together that Jenelle is pregnant, thanks to looking “fat” in once particular area of her stomach. Detective Barb sure took her time figuring out this cold case. While eating, Jace reveals he wants to stay with Barb and she assures him not to worry about it.
Chelsea is back to wedding planning, which is overwhelming just to think about. Once she thinks about it more, she decides to ask fiancé Cole DeBoer if he would be willing to get married on that day but postpone the actual wedding ceremony so they can just focus on the baby for now. He completely agrees and they take Dad Randy out to lunch to tell him the plan. He’s also supportive and it’s hard to argue with their logic –wedding planning and preparing for a baby is a lot to handle.
Chelsea takes Aubree to t-ball and Adam Lind shows up with his girlfriend and his usual stank attitude. Producer Mandi uses this opportunity to confront Adam about ditching her the last time they were supposed to film and Adam stonewalls her. After dropping a bunch of f bombs and basically telling Mandi to go fly a kite, she has no choice but to leave him to his own inner roid rage. And he wonders why he gets a bad rap on the show!
Leah Messer is still blathering on about how great her co-parenting relationship is with ex Corey Simms and how (other ex) Jeremy Calvert almost ruined it by accidentally telling Corey about her vacation plans before she did. I honestly don’t see what the big deal is and Corey doesn’t seem to care so why is Leah still stuck on it? Because Leah needs something to be stuck on that is completely pointless. Corey has more important things to worry about, like his kids going to a school that’s currently flooded, which is what Leah should be focused on as well.
At a pick up, Leah talks to Corey about the whole school situation and wears her best “I’m rotten to the core” slogan t-shirt. She talks again about how great their co-parenting situation is and how they can teach their girls a life lesson, presumably about getting along.
As for two people who are definitely not getting along, big trouble at Kailyn Lowry’s house. Soon-to-be ex husband (but not yet) Javi Marroquin showed up at the house to get something and they got into a huge fight with the kids there. After it’s all over, a mic’d up producer goes in to talk to Kail but she won’t allow the cameras, so we can hear the drama but can’t see it. According to Kail, Javi wanted to know who was there and she told him none of his business. So someone is there, which explains why Kail is so crazy about keeping Javi away from the house. As if that isn’t bad enough, we hear the kids asking Kail why she is fighting with their dad and why he can’t live with them. Isaac is crying and saying he is not okay.
In the aftermath, Jo Rivera gets a frantic text and then call from Kail to take Isaac back for the week, even though he just dropped him off with her. No one knows what is going on since Kail insists on saying nothing more than, “this is not good,” but Jo dutifully gets Isaac and remains calm. Vee does her best to console a crying Isaac in the car as they drive home.
Kail refuses to talk on camera about the whole thing so the producers go to Javi’s hotel to get his side of the story and we get some clarity. Javi asked if he could come and get something and Kail claimed she was at Wal-mart but Javi showed up anyway to find Kail’s car there, along with someone else’s. Javi understandably didn’t want to leave Lincoln there with some guy he’s never met so that’s when the argument started. Considering Javi isn’t even allowed in his own house after six months of being deployed and Kail already has someone another guy hanging out there, it’s pretty mature of Javi to not only remain calm but say that she should be most concerned about Isaac, who is struggling with all this change.
Once Isaac is at Jo’s house, he talks to him about what happened that day and Isaac doesn’t understand why his mom won’t let him see Javi’s house. He is clearly very upset and Jo reassures him that he will talk to Kail and make sure he can still see Lincoln. Is anyone else’s heart breaking over this? Kail is getting harder and harder to like each week, that is, if you liked her at all.
